Background
With the development of the automotive industry, the demands on the functionality of automobiles are increasing, especially for rear passengers, which are required to be provided with more sufficient lighting requirements. The conventional illumination provided for the rear passengers is usually provided at the top of the cabin, but in the case where the passengers are in a reading or the like, the rear passengers cannot be provided with sufficient brightness due to the remote light source. If the brightness of the car roof lamp is increased in order to meet the demand, especially at night, the driving safety of the driver is seriously affected, so that the driver cannot see the rearview mirror clearly. Solving the above problems is urgent.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the automobile seat headrest with the illuminating lamp, which can provide illumination for rear passengers without influencing the driving safety of the driver.

an automobile seat headrest with light, its main points lie in, include: a headrest rod; a headrest frame supported by the headrest rod; the lamp holder is arranged on the headrest framework and extends backwards, and the rear end of the lamp holder is provided with a light source; the lamp shade covers the rear end of the lamp holder; the foaming layer is coated outside the headrest framework and the lamp holder; and the headrest surface sleeve is coated outside the foaming layer, the rear part of the headrest surface sleeve is provided with a window, and the lampshade is positioned at the window.
By adopting the structure, the structure is compact, the installation is reliable, the lampshade is made of transparent or semitransparent materials, the light source provided by the lamp holder can provide close-range illumination for the rear-row passengers, the requirements of the rear-row passengers on illumination brightness are met, the functionality of the seat headrest is enriched, meanwhile, the position of the light source is low, the rearview mirror is not influenced by a driver, and the driving safety is guaranteed.
As preferable: the middle part of the headrest framework is provided with a rectangular mounting groove, at least one side wall of the mounting groove is provided with a bayonet, and each bayonet is internally provided with a clamping block; the front end of the lamp holder is provided with a rectangular installation part which is matched with the installation groove, the lamp holder beside at least one side of the installation part is provided with a clamping piece which extends forwards, and the front ends of the clamping pieces are outwards folded to form a clamping part; when the installation part is embedded into the installation groove, the clamping piece is embedded into the corresponding bayonet, and the clamping part is locked on the clamping block. By adopting the structure, the lamp holder is fixed on the headrest framework, so that the reliability of installation is ensured, and the service life is long.
As preferable: the mounting part is of a hollow structure. By adopting the structure, the weight reduction effect is achieved while the installation reliability is ensured, and the light weight requirement of the vehicle is met.
As preferable: the headrest rod comprises two opposite tubular supporting rods, and each supporting rod comprises a supporting section, a bending section and a mounting section from top to bottom. By adopting the structure, the impact strength of the headrest rod can be effectively improved by increasing the design of the bending section, and the safety of the seat headrest is improved.
As preferable: the support section is provided with a first flat notch and a second flat notch which are distributed up and down, and an included angle is formed between extension surfaces of the first flat notch and the second flat notch; the headrest framework is provided with two assembly grooves for respectively fixing the corresponding support sections, and each assembly groove is internally provided with a first clamping bulge which is adaptive to the first flat notch and a second clamping bulge which is adaptive to the second flat notch. By adopting the structure, the relative position of the headrest framework and the headrest rod can be reliably fixed, the headrest framework is prevented from rotating relative to the supporting rod, and the headrest framework can be prevented from sliding out of the supporting rod to be separated from the supporting rod.
As preferable: the lower part of the lamp holder is provided with a supporting part, and the lower end of the supporting part is provided with two positioning grooves which are matched with the corresponding bending sections. By adopting the structure, the bending section of the supporting rod can provide support for the lamp holder through the supporting part, the reliability of the installation of the lamp holder is improved, and the lamp holder can be further limited by the positioning groove, so that the lamp holder is prevented from shaking.
As preferable: the outer fringe of lamp stand rear end has annular draw-in groove, has round array distributed joint structure on the cell wall of this annular draw-in groove, the internal surface of lamp shade has round can imbed annular draw-in groove and with joint structure suited column joint structure. With the structure, the lampshade can be reliably arranged on the lamp holder.
As preferable: the clamping structure comprises a clamping interface and clamping protrusions, and the columnar clamping structure comprises clamping claws which are adaptive to the clamping interface and clamping rings which are adaptive to the clamping protrusions. By adopting the structure, the lampshade can be further and more reliably mounted on the lamp holder through the mixed arrangement of the clamping connector and the clamping protrusion and the mixed arrangement of the clamping jaw and the clamping ring.
As preferable: the inner surface of the lampshade is provided with reinforcing ribs. By adopting the structure, the strength of the lampshade is effectively improved, and the service life is prolonged.
As preferable: the lamp holder is provided with three weight-reducing grooves, and reinforcing blocks are arranged in the three weight-reducing grooves. By adopting the structure, the weight is reduced, the light weight requirement of the vehicle is met, and the strength of the lamp holder can be ensured.

The invention is further described below with reference to examples and figures.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an automotive seat headrest with illumination lamps comprises a headrest rod 1, a headrest framework 2, a lamp holder 3, a lamp shade 4, a foaming layer and a headrest cover 5. Specifically, the headrest framework 2 is mounted on the headrest rod 1, the lamp holder 3 is mounted on the headrest framework 2 and supported by the headrest rod 1, the rear end of the lamp holder 3 is provided with a light source and covered with the lamp shade 4, the foaming layer is coated outside the headrest framework 2 and the lamp holder 3, the headrest face cover 5 is coated outside the foaming layer, the rear part of the headrest face cover 5 is provided with a window 51, the lamp shade 4 is positioned at the window 51, and the size and shape of the lamp shade 4 are suitable for the window 51 and are just embedded in the window 51, so that illumination can be provided for rear passengers.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 11, the headrest rod 1 includes two opposite tubular struts 11, and each strut 11 includes a support section 111, a bending section 112 and a mounting section 113 from top to bottom. The support section 111 is used for installing the headrest framework 2, so that the support section 111 is provided with a first flat notch 114 and a second flat notch 115 which are distributed up and down, and an included angle is formed between extension surfaces of the first flat notch 114 and the second flat notch 115, so that the relative positions of the headrest framework 2 and the support rod 11 of the headrest rod 1 can be reliably fixed, and the headrest framework 2 is prevented from rotating relative to the support rod 11. The design of the bending section 112 can not only effectively improve the impact strength of the supporting rod 11 and the safety of the headrest of the seat, but also provide support for the lamp holder 3, so that the lamp holder 3 is more reliably installed. The mounting section 113 has lift adjustment bayonets 116 distributed along the upper and lower arrays to cooperate to effect lift adjustment of the seat headrest.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the headrest frame 2 has two assembly slots 24 for fixing the support sections 111 of the corresponding struts 11 respectively, each assembly slot 24 has a first engagement protrusion 241 corresponding to the first flat slot 114 and a second engagement protrusion 242 corresponding to the second flat slot 115, and after each strut 11 penetrates into the corresponding assembly slot 24, the first engagement protrusion 241 and the second engagement protrusion 242 of the assembly slot 24 can cooperate with the first flat slot 114 and the second flat slot 115 of the locking strut 11, so that the headrest frame 2 will not rotate relative to the strut 11, and the first flat slot 114 and the second flat slot 115 are of unidirectional design, and can prevent the headrest frame 2 from sliding out of the strut 11 and separating therefrom. The stopper 243 is provided at the upper end of the fitting groove 24, and the stopper 243 can limit the depth to which the stay 11 is inserted, and the reliability of fixing the headrest frame 2 to the two stays 11 can be ensured by the first engagement protrusion 241, the second engagement protrusion 242, and the stopper 243.
Referring to fig. 2, 4, 6 and 7, the middle part of the headrest framework 2 is provided with a rectangular mounting groove 21, four side walls of the mounting groove 21 are respectively provided with a strip-shaped bayonet 22, each bayonet 22 is internally provided with a clamping block 23, and the clamping block 23 is positioned at one side of the bayonet 22 away from the center of the mounting groove 21.
Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 8, the front end of the lamp holder 3 has a rectangular mounting portion 31 corresponding to the mounting groove 21, and the mounting portion 31 has a hollow structure, so as to reduce weight while ensuring its structural strength. The lamp holders 3 beside the four sides of the mounting part 31 are respectively provided with a clamping piece 32 extending forwards, the front ends of the clamping pieces 32 are outwards turned to form clamping parts 33, when the mounting part 31 is embedded into the mounting groove 21, each clamping piece 32 is embedded into the corresponding bayonet 22, and each clamping part 33 can clamp the front ends of the clamping blocks 23, so that the lamp holders 3 are clamped on the headrest framework 2, namely, the lamp holders 3 are locked on the headrest framework 2, the mounting reliability is ensured, and the service life is long.
Referring to fig. 2, 4, 8 and 9, the lower portion of the lamp holder 3 has a supporting portion 34, the lower end of the supporting portion 34 has two positioning slots 341 corresponding to the corresponding bending sections 112, the bending sections 112 of the supporting rod 11 can support the supporting portion 34 of the lamp holder 3, so that the reliability of mounting the lamp holder 3 is greatly improved, and the positioning slots 341 can further limit the lamp holder 3 to prevent shaking. The lamp holder 3 is provided with three weight reducing grooves 37, and reinforcing blocks 38 are arranged in the three weight reducing grooves 37, so that the weight reducing effect is achieved, the light weight requirement of a vehicle is met, and the strength of the lamp holder 3 can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 9, the lamp holder 3 is integrally formed as a column structure extending backward, a light source mounting chamber 39 with a rectangular cross section is provided at the rear end of the lamp holder 3, a circle of rectangular annular clamping grooves 35 are provided around the light source mounting chamber 39, a circle of array of clamping structures 36 are provided on the groove wall of the annular clamping grooves 35, the clamping structures 36 comprise clamping interfaces 361 and clamping protrusions 362, specifically, the annular clamping grooves 35 have four sides, a row of clamping protrusions 362 are provided in one long side, and a row of clamping interfaces 361 are provided in the other three sides.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 and 10, the lamp cover 4 is covered at the rear end of the lamp base 3, specifically, the inner surface of the lamp cover 4 has a circle of columnar clamping structure 41 which can be embedded into the annular clamping groove 35 and is adapted to the clamping structure 36, the columnar clamping structure 41 includes a claw 411 adapted to the clamping interface 361 and a clamping ring 412 adapted to the clamping protrusion 362, that is, the claw 411 can be clamped into the clamping interface 361, and the clamping ring 412 can be sleeved on the clamping protrusion 362, so that the lamp cover 4 can be reliably covered on the lamp base 3. In addition, the inner surface of the lampshade 4 is provided with the reinforcing ribs 42, so that the strength of the lampshade 4 can be effectively improved, and the service life of the lampshade is prolonged.
