The utility model provides an adjustable seat headrest, the connection structure of headrest front portion 100 and headrest rear portion 200 and the connection structure of headrest pole 300 and headrest body.
Example one
The present embodiment provides an adjustable seat headrest (hereinafter referred to as a headrest), which, as shown in fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment, includes a headrest body including a headrest front portion 100 and a headrest rear portion 200 connected to the headrest front portion 100, and a headrest rod 300 connectable to a vehicle seat, the headrest rod 300 being mounted on the headrest rear portion 200.
As shown in fig. 2, the headrest front portion 100 includes a front frame 110 made of plastic, a front foam 120 nested outside the front frame 110, and a front cover 130 covering the front foam 120. The headrest rear portion 200 includes a rear frame made of plastic, a rear foam 230 nested outside the rear frame, and a rear face cover 240 wrapping the rear foam 230. The rear portion skeleton is hollow, and headrest pole 300 installs on the skeleton of rear portion, and the rear portion skeleton includes that front end open-ended skeleton body 210 closes at skeleton body 210 opening part and with the lid 220 of skeleton body 210 rigid coupling.
As shown in fig. 3, the front frame 110 includes a support seat 111 and side wings 112 located at the left and right sides of the support seat 111, and the side wings 112 are rotatably connected to the support seat 111 through a damping shaft 113. As shown in fig. 2, the front foam 120 has an abdicating groove 121 penetrating along the headrest height direction at the connection of the side wings 112 and the support seat 111, the abdicating groove 121 is disposed on the front surface, the upper surface and the lower surface of the front foam 120, and the front surface cover 130 is recessed at the position corresponding to the abdicating groove 121.
With such a configuration, when in use, a person mounts the headrest on the car seat via the headrest rod 300. For example, as shown in fig. 1, when the angle of the front portion 100 of the headrest needs to be adjusted, as can be seen from fig. 3, one rotates the two side wings 112 of the front frame 110 forward to a proper angle, and the front frame 110 maintains this state under the action of the damping shaft 113, so that the two sides of the front foam 120 are folded forward, thereby adjusting the shape of the pillow surface of the front portion 100 of the headrest, and improving the comfort level; and the utility model discloses a headrest front portion 100 has two lateral parts, can prevent effectively that the passenger from leading to the head to heel because of turning, the condition of bruising even.
