本发明实施例提供的技术方案, 能够根据用户不同的使用类型, 自动 为所述终端进行不同的配置, 适应于不同类型用户的不同使用习惯, 方便 了用户的使用。
可选地, 步骤 103包括以下子步骤 A1至 A6中的至少之一:
子步骤 Al,对所述终端的界面进行设置; 例如,将显示字体调至最大。 子步骤 A2, 自动为所述终端安装用户定制的软件; 例如, 自动安装手 机管理软件。
子步骤 A3, 对所述终端的默认输入法进行设置; 例如, 默认釆用 "手 写" 输入法。
子步骤 A4, 在所述终端的桌面设置用户定制的常用软件的快捷方式; 例如, 将拨号、 联系人、 信息、 音乐、 收音机应用程序图标, 放置在桌面 的明显位置;
子步骤 A5, 在所述终端的应用程序中将用户定制的常用软件置顶; 例 如, 在应用程序总列表中, 将拨号、 联系人、 信息、 音乐、 收音机应用程 序置顶 。
子步骤 A6, 对所述终端的使用参数进行设置。 例如, 将终端的震动模 式打开。
可选地, 所述步骤 101之前, 该方法还包括启动终端。
所述启动终端具体可以为: 初次启动终端; 或者, 终端恢复出厂设置 后重新启动; 或正常的启动终端。 这样, 可以在初次启动终端后, 或者, 终端恢复出厂设置后, 对终端进行配置。
可选地, 基于图 1-1所示的实施例, 在所述步骤 103之后, 如图 1-2所 示, 该方法还包括步骤 104, 保存所述终端的配置要求。 这样在终端下次启 动后, 或者恢复出厂设置等操作后, 可以直接根据保存的所述终端的配置 要求, 对所述终端进行配置。
以下描述本发明的实施例。
如图 2所示, 本实施例提供一种配置终端设备功能及交互的方法, 在 终端设备的初始化设置中, 通过用户在设置项的选择, 不仅完成终端设备 运行参数的设置, 还能对用户的类型进行判断, 进而配置该用户类型对应 的终端设备的功能及交互模式, 从而适应用户的使用特点, 满足用户的日 常使用习惯。 具体地, 该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 201, 初始化设置启动;
具体地, 用户设置终端设备的运行参数, 如语言、 数据业务、 日期和 时间、 位置信息、 访问权限等;
步骤 202, 终端设备运行参数;
步骤 203, 终端设备判断是否设置成功, 是时, 进入步骤 204, 否时, 提示设置失败原因, 并返回步骤 202;
步骤 204, 终端设备显示用于判断用户类型的问题;
步骤 205, 用户回答问题;
步骤 206, 终端设备判断用户所回答的问题是否成功, 是时, 进入步骤 207 , 否则, 提示回答失败原因, 并返回步骤 204;
这里, 具体地描述一下上述的步骤 204至 206, 首先终端设备显示用户 类型判断问题, 向用户提出问题, 以供用户选择或回答; 用户可以通过选 择答案选项或输入问题答案等方式, 对屏幕显示的问题进行回答。 上述步 骤 204至 206还可以为: 存储应向用户显示的问题, 并将问题显示在手机 屏幕上, 识别用户的答案选项。 当用户回答有异常时, 提示用户出错, 并 引导用户再次回答问题。 用户回答成功后, 整理回答的选项。
步骤 207, 终端设备根据用户的答案, 得出用户类型的结论; 具体为: 根据用户对问题的选择或回答, 判断用户类型, 得出用户类 型结论。
步骤 208, 终端设备配置对应的设备功能和交互要求;
具体地, 依据用户类型结论, 配置终端设备的软件功能、 交互界面等; 不同的问题及选项结果可以对应不同的功能和交互要求等。 也就是说, 不 同用户类型对应不同设备软件功能及交互界面、 交互模式信息。 设备功能, 指终端设备能够帮助用户做的事情, 可以通过应用软件实现。 而交互, 指 用户操作终端设备时的显示界面和操作流程, 如哪些软件显示在桌面上、 显示字体大小尺寸、 铃音音量等。
步骤 209, 终端设备判断是否配置成功, 是时, 初始化设置结束, 进入 步骤 210; 否则, 进入步骤 211 ;
步骤 211, 终端设备提示配置失败原因, 并配置设备原始功能和交互, 进入步骤 210;
具体为: 将手机的功能和交互要求集合, 写入手机的操作系统如 Android系统数据库中, 从而使得在用户使用手机过程中, 手机的功能和交 互达到要求。
步骤 210, 配置完毕, 用户进入终端设备使用界面, 开始使用。
本发明实施例中, 用户类型对应的终端设备的软件功能、 交互界面等 用户使用模式信息, 可以写入终端设备设备之中, 这样, 用户对终端设备 的恢复出厂设置、 初始化设置等操作时不会修改这些信息。
以下描述本发明实施例的应用场景。
用户因为上一部手机意外损坏, 所以家人为其新购入一台新款智能手 机。 该用户六十多岁, 以前都使用功能手机, 仅会拨电话和查询短信, 对 于编辑发送短信、 保存查询联系人、 设置铃音、 拍照等功能都不会使用。 新购入的智能手机参数如下: 5.0英寸、 1280 x 720分辨率、 IPS材质电容 型触摸屏、 Android 4.1版本操作系统、 800万 /200万像素后置 /前置摄像头、 3000mAh电池等。
用户第一次按下该部手机的电源键后, 手机显示欢迎界面, 提示开始 进行初始化设置。 在初始化界面中, 需要用户依次对该智能手机的 "语言 类型"、 "当前日期 /当前时间" 进行设置, 用户完成操作, 即选择 "中文" 语言类型, 并在日期、 时间栏填写好了正确的数字, 完成如上设置。
在用户完成 "当前日期 /当前时间" 设定后, 手机界面提示 "运行参数 设置完毕", 并提示 "请回答以下问题, 以设置便于您使用的手机"。 用户 点击 "确定" 之后, 手机界面开始依次显示以下三个问题和选项。

用户在第一个问题界面, 选择 "老年" 选项; 点击 "下一步" 进入第 二个问题界面。用户在第二个问题界面,选择 "打电话"、 "收发短信"、 "听 音乐 /广播" 这三个选项, 点击 "下一步" 进入第三个问题界面。 用户在第 三个问题界面, 选择 "手写" 选项, 并点击 "回答完毕"。 但是, 手机提示 "第三个问题仍未回答", 并跳转至第三个问题界面。 提示用户在第三个问 题上, 没有点选成功任何选项。 用户在重新选择 "手写"选项, 并点击 "回 答完毕" 后, 手机提示, "回答成功、 正在配置适合您使用的手机"。
配置过程中, 手机将用户回答的问题进行整理分析, 根据问题的答案 确定用户的类型, 即用户的一般特点。 用户对三个问题的答案分别是 "老 年", "打电话"、 "收发短信"、 "听音乐 /广播", "手写", 说明用户的特点 是: 老年人, 常用 "拨号、 联系人、 信息、 音乐、 收音机" 功能, 釆用手 写方式输入信息。 而用户特点所分别对应的手机配置, 釆用逻辑 "与 /AND" 的方式, 得出手机应釆用的最终配置。 该用户特点所对应的手机配置要求 如下:

将上表中 1、 2、 3 项的配置要求, 釆用 "与" 逻辑方式, 就得出了该 手机应釆用的功能和交互模式。
这些手机功能和交互要求,写入 Android操作系统的数据库中, 即在数 据库中建立老人 A模式。 老人 A模式中, 将包括上表所要求的手机功能和 交互模式, 比如字体最大、 铃音最大、 桌面应用、 壁纸、 各种设置界面等。 手机将自动切换到该模式, 并加载对应的功能和交互模式。
如图 3、 4、 5 所示, 为适合于老年用户使用的智能手机的一些显示界 面, 图 3示出了手机配置成功界面; 图 4示出了手机的桌面界面; 图 5示 出了手机的拨号界面。 当手机完成对 Android操作系统的配置之后,手机将 提示 "配置成功! 欢迎使用适合您的手机!", 并进入手机桌面。 用户可通 过点选桌面的 "用户指南", 学习如何使用该手机。
现有技术中, 移动终端设备的初始设置, 仅能配置运行参数以确保设 备的正常使用, 而不能人性化的区分用户类型, 并配置对应的功能及交互, 以便于不同类型用户使用。 本发明实施例中, 终端设备对用户的类型 (如 年龄段、 使用特点等)进行识别和区分, 并配置对应的功能和交互, 以便 于该类型用户的操作。
基于上述的各方法实施例, 本发明实施例提供一种终端的配置装置, 如图 6-1所述, 该装置包括获取单元 601、 确定单元 602和配置单元 603, 其中:
所述获取单元 601, 配置为获取用户的使用类型;
所述确定单元 602, 配置为根据所述用户的使用类型, 确定所述终端的 配置要求;
所述配置单元 603, 配置为根据所述终端的配置要求,对所述终端进行 配置。
可选地, 基于图 6-1所示的实施例, 如图 6-2所示, 该装置还包括保存 单元 604, 配置为保存所述终端的配置要求。
所述配置单元 603包括以下子单元中的至少之一:
第一设置子单元, 配置为对所述终端的界面进行设置;
安装子单元, 配置为自动为所述终端安装用户定制的软件;
第二设置子单元, 配置为对所述终端的默认输入法进行设置; 第三设置子单元, 配置为在所述终端的桌面设置用户定制的常用软件 的快捷方式;
第四设置子单元, 配置为在所述终端的应用程序中将用户定制的常用 软件置顶; 第五设置子单元, 配置为对所述终端的使用参数进行设置。 该装置还包括启动单元, 配置为启动终端。
本发明实施例还提供一种终端, 该终端包括所述的终端的配置装置。 本发明实施例中的终端可以为移动终端, 移动终端可以为智能手机、 手持 电脑、 电纸书等。
本发明实施例提供的终端的配置装置中的获取单元、 确定单元、 配置 单元和保存单元, 以及配置单元中的各子单元都可以通过终端中的处理器 来实现; 当然也可通过具体的逻辑电路实现; 在具体实施例的过程中, 处 理器可以为中央处理器(CPU )、微处理器(MPU )、数字信号处理器(DSP ) 或现场可编程门阵列 (FPGA )等。
本发明实施例中, 如果以软件功能模块的形式实现上述的终端的配置 方法, 并作为独立的产品销售或使用时, 也可以存储在一个计算机可读取 存储介质中。 基于这样的理解, 本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对 现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件 产品存储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可 以是个人计算机、 服务器、 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述 方法的全部或部分。 而前述的存储介质包括: U盘、 移动硬盘、 只读存储 H ( ROM, Read Only Memory ),磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的 介质。 这样, 本发明实施例不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
相应地, 本发明实施例再提供一种计算机可读存储介质, 所述计算机 可读存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令, 所述计算机可执行指令用于执 行上述本发明各实施例所提供的终端的配置方法。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普 通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改 进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。 工业实用性
本发明实施例中, 先获取用户的使用类型; 然后根据所述用户的使用 类型, 确定所述终端的配置要求; 最后根据所述终端的配置要求, 对所述 终端进行配置; 如此, 能够根据用户不同的使用类型, 自动为所述终端进 行不同的配置, 适应于不同类型用户的不同使用习惯, 方便了用户的使用。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种终端的配置方法, 所述方法包括:
获取用户的使用类型;
根据所述用户的使用类型, 确定所述终端的配置要求;
根据所述终端的配置要求, 对所述终端进行配置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的终端的配置方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 保存所述终端的配置要求。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的终端的配置方法, 其中, 所述对所述终端进 行配置包括, 以下步骤中的至少之一:
对所述终端的界面进行设置;
自动为所述终端安装用户定制的软件;
对所述终端的默认输入法进行设置;
在所述终端的桌面设置用户定制的常用软件的快捷方式;
在所述终端的应用程序中将用户定制的常用软件置顶;
对所述终端的使用参数进行设置。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的终端的配置方法, 其中, 所述获取用户的使 用类型的步骤之前, 所述方法还包括: 启动终端。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的终端的配置方法, 其中, 所述用户的使用类 型包括以下类型至少之一:
用户的年龄、 用户的性别、 用户定制的输入法、 用户定制的软件、 用 户定制的常用软件。
6、 一种终端的配置装置, 所述装置包括获取单元、 确定单元和配置单 元, 其中:
所述获取单元, 配置为获取用户的使用类型;
所述确定单元, 配置为根据所述用户的使用类型, 确定所述终端的配 置要求;
所述配置单元, 配置为根据所述终端的配置要求, 对所述终端进行配 置。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的终端的配置装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括保 存单元, 配置为保存所述终端的配置要求。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的终端的配置装置, 其中, 所述配置单元包括 以下子单元至少之一:
第一设置子单元, 配置为对所述终端的界面进行设置;
安装子单元, 配置为自动为所述终端安装用户定制的软件;
第二设置子单元, 配置为对所述终端的默认输入法进行设置; 第三设置子单元, 配置为在所述终端的桌面设置用户定制的常用软件 的快捷方式;
第四设置子单元, 配置为在所述终端的应用程序中将用户定制的常用 软件置顶;
第五设置子单元, 配置为对所述终端的使用参数进行设置。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的终端的配置装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括启 动单元, 配置为启动终端。
10、 一种终端, 所述终端包括权利要求 6至 9任一所述的终端的配置 装置。
11、 一种计算机可读存储介质, 所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计 算机可执行指令, 所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求 1至 5任一项 所述的终端的配置方法。
