本发明涉及物联网领域, 具体涉及一种远程家庭网关控制器、 家庭网关、 终端及终端控制方法。 背景技术
随着科学技术的发展, 物联网技术逐渐成熟,人们的日常生活也逐渐向"信 息化、 自动化、 网络化"的趋势发展。 智能家居网络是物联网时代带给人们的一 个高科技产物, 它借助现有的物联网技术, 把家庭终端通过网络互联起来, 在 家遥控或远程管理这些终端, 借此享有各种丰富、 多样化、 个性化、 方便、 舒 适、 安全和高效的服务。 现有各种类型的家庭网关, 概况起来, 具备: 接入模 块、 控制模块、 处理模块、 显示模块。 现有的模式主要有以下两种:
请参见图 1, 该图所示是现有的功能独立的功能独立型家庭网关, 为了兼 容不同的终端和适应不同的应用场景, 需要用户设置多个叠加的家庭网关。 如 图 1所示的家庭网关 1则专门用于控制微波炉终端, 家庭网关 2则用于专门控 制空调终端; 当用户家庭还存在冰箱时, 则可能还需额外设置一个家庭网关以 实现对冰箱的控制。
请参见图 2, 该图所示是现有将多个功能网关融合到一起的功能融合型家 庭网关, 这种功能融合型家庭网关能在一定程度上兼容同的终端和适应不同的 应用场景; 但当有新类型的终端加入或应用场景发生变动时, 需要对功能融合 型家庭网关所包含的家庭网关进行升级。
综上可知,现有的无论哪类家庭网关, 当需要兼容不同终端和应用场景时, 都需要在相应的家庭网关上做定制化开发以进行升级, 当有多个不同终端同时 加入时, 则需要分别对多个家庭网关进行对应的多次升级, 导致升级不便; 同 时, 随着终端种类的增加, 家庭网关业务处理逻辑也更复杂, 这对家庭网关硬 件处理性能的要求也就越高, 尤其是需要叠加功能时, 还需对家庭网关的功能 进行扩展。 而现有的家庭网关硬件性能都比较有限, 不能很好的满足上述需求, 因此也就不能很好的兼容各类型的终端以及适应不同应用场景。 发明内容
本发明实施例要解决的主要技术问题是, 提供一种远程家庭网关控制器、 家庭网关、 终端及终端控制方法, 用于解决现有家庭网关不能较好的兼容各类 型终端以及适应不同应用场景的问题。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例提供一种远程家庭网关控制器,包括处 理模块和控制模块;
所述处理模块用于生成终端控制数据;
所述控制模块用于接入家庭网关, 以及用于将所述终端控制数据发送给家 庭网关。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述处理模块包括业务存储子模块、 业务计算 子模块、 和终端适配子模块;
所述业务存储子模块用于存储业务逻辑;
所述终端适配子模块用于存储各终端的适配数据, 以供对应的业务逻辑读 取;
所述业务计算子模块用于从所述业务存储子模块所存储的业务逻辑中调用 相应的业务逻辑进行业务逻辑运算生成终端控制数据。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述控制模块包括网关控制子模块和终端控制 子模块;

本发明实施例的有益效果是:
本发明实施例提供的远程家庭网关控制器、 家庭网关、 终端及终端控制方 法, 由远程家庭网关控制器生成用于控制终端的终端控制数据, 然后将该终端 控制数据发送给家庭网关,由家庭网关根据该终端控制数据实现对终端的控制。 也即, 本发明实施例中的家庭网关可不需要逻辑运算等处理, 而转由远程家庭 网关控制器执行, 因此在兼容多个终端或适应不同应用场景需要升级时, 只需 要对远程的家庭网关控制器进行一次升级即可; 另外, 由于远程家庭网关控制 器具有比现有家庭网关更强的硬件性能以及具有趋向"无限"的扩展能力, 因此 能更好的完成更为复杂的业务逻辑处理和能更好的满足功能扩展等需求, 比现 有家庭网关更好的兼容各类型的终端以及适应不同应用场景, 带给用户更好的 体验。 附图说明

本发明实施例通过将云端、 或远程服务器等作为家庭网关控制器(统称为 远程家庭网关控制器),以将现有家庭网关控制器的业务逻辑运算等处理功能转 移到该远程家庭网关控制器上, 也即, 本发明实施例中的家庭网关可不需要逻 辑运算等处理, 而转由设置远程的家庭网关控制器执行, 因此本发明中的家庭 网关控制器可不具有业务逻辑处理能力; 在兼容多个终端或适应不同应用场景 需要升级时, 只需要对远程的家庭网关控制器进行一次升级即可; 另外, 由于 远程具有比现有家庭网关更强的硬件性能以及和扩展能力, 因此能更好的完成 更为复杂的业务逻辑处理和能更好的满足功能扩展等需求, 比现有家庭网关更 好的兼容各类型的终端以及适应不同应用场景。 下面通过具体实施方式结合附 图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
请参考图 3, 该图所示为本实施例提供的远程家庭网关控制器, 包括处理 模块 31和控制模块 32, 其中:
处理模块 31, 配置为生成终端控制数据; 本实施例中的处理模块可基于家 庭网关上报的数据(包括终端状态数据、 界面展示数据和需远程家庭网关控制 器处理的操作指令数据中的至少一种)调用对应的业务逻辑生成终端控制数据, 也可根据预先的设置直接调用相应的业务逻辑生成终端控制数据;
控制模块 32, 配置为接入家庭网关, 以及将处理模块所生成的终端控制数 据发送给家庭网关。
本实施例中的控制模块可以各种标准协议支持家庭网关接入到远程家庭网 关控制器, 以使家庭网关可与远程家庭网关控制器实现通信交互。 家庭网关上 报的数据可通过控制模块发送给处理模块以进行相应的处理。
处理模块 31 所生成的终端控制数据则可通过该控制模块发送给对应的家 庭网关, 家庭网关则可根据该终端控制数据对相应的终端实现相应的控制。 例 如, 假设该终端是空调时, 则可基于该终端控制数据控制该终端的温度调节、 工作模式调节等等。
上述处理模块和控制模块, 均可以由 CPU或 DSP等硬件、 配合存储器实 现。
具体的,请参见图 4所示,本实施例中的处理模块包括业务存储子模块 41、 业务计算子模块 42和终端适配子模块 43, 其中:
业务存储子模块 41, 配置为存储业务逻辑; 本实施例中, 业务逻辑为控制 各终端实现各种功能的控制程序; 因此业务逻辑可以是之前固化在业务存储子 模块中的; 当然, 随着终端类型的变化以及应用场景的变化, 可根据实际情况 对其进行升级处理, 该升级包括对原有业务逻辑的更新、 删除原有业务逻辑或 增加新的业务逻辑等中的至少一种;
终端适配子模块 43, 配置为存储各终端的适配数据, 以供对应的业务逻辑 读取; 本实施例中的各终端包括不同类型的终端, 也即功能不同的终端, 例如 空调、 微波炉、 电冰箱等, 还可包括功能相同但型号不同的终端, 例如 A型号 空调和 B型号空调, 或壁式空调和立式空调等。
本实施例中终端适配子模块 43所存储的适配数据支持各终端接入、控制和 展示界面,也即其具体可为标准协议中终端特定字段业务逻辑运算的转换数据, 也可为各终端的操作界面的展示数据等。
在升级时, 可对终端适配子模块中存储的适配数据进行相应的升级; 可以 是对增加适配数据、 更新原适配数据或删除原适配数据等。
业务计算子模块 42, 配置为从业务存储子模块所存储的业务逻辑中调用相 应的业务逻辑进行业务逻辑运算生成终端控制数据。 本实施例中的业务逻辑主 要包括两类, 一类是与终端状态数据相关的, 也即是用于控制终端当前状态的 业务逻辑; 另一类是与界面展示数据相关的, 也即是用于控制界面显示的业务 逻辑。 业务计算子模块进行业务逻辑运算生成的终端控制数据也包括两类, 一 类是终端状态控制数据, 另一类则是终端控制展示数据。
本实施例中的业务计算子模块从业务存储子模块 41 存储的业务逻辑中调 用相应的业务逻辑进行业务逻辑运算生成终端控制数据包括:
业务计算子模块 42根据网关控制子模块发送的数据调用相应的业务逻辑, 并根据该数据和所调用的业务逻辑以及该业务逻辑读取的适配数据进行逻辑运 算得到终端控制数据;
本实施例中网关控制子模块发送的数据包括家庭网关反馈的终端状态数 据、 界面展示数据、 操作指令数据中的至少一种; 本实施例中的终端状态数据 可以是终端反馈给家庭网关的数据, 界面展示数据可以是由用户在家庭网关上 直接设置的数据, 或根据终端控制数据产生的界面显示数据, 操作指令数据可 以是用户通过家庭网关发送的操作数据,或根据终端控制数据产生的操作数据。
或业务计算子模块 42, 根据预先设置的规则调用相应的业务逻辑, 并根据 该业务逻辑以及该业务逻辑读取的适配数据进行逻辑运算得到终端控制数据。 例如, 可以预先设置在终端初始化或家庭网关初始化时, 业务计算子模 42直接 调用相应的业务逻辑, 并根据该业务逻辑读取对应的适配数据进行逻辑运算得 到终端控制数据实现对相应终端的控制。
请参见图 5所示,本实施例中的控制模块包括网关控制子模块 51和终端控 制子模块 52;
网关控制子模块 51用于接入家庭网关,以及将家庭网关上报的数据发送给 所述业务计算子模块;
本实施例中家庭网关上报的数据包括家庭网关反馈的终端状态数据、 界面 展示数据、 操作指令数据中的至少一种; 本实施例中的网关控制子模块支持家 庭网关以各种标准协议接入到远程家庭网关控制器, 也可使用统一的标准协议 支持家庭网关接入到远程家庭网关控制器。 值得注意的是, 本实施例中家庭网 关根据实际情况可设置为一个或多个。本实施例中的标准协议可以是有线协议, 也可以是无线协议。 在网关控制子模块接入家庭网关时, 可对接入的家庭网关 进行合法性验证,验证手段可以是验证 IP地址、用户名、密码等中的至少一种。 本实施例中的网关控制子模块接入家庭网关之后, 可以接受家庭网关上报的数 据, 并将该数据上报给处理模块进行处理。 家庭网关包括的数据可包括终端状 态数据、界面展示数据或家庭网关根据外部的控制指令得到的操作指令数据等。 终端控制子模块则用于将来自处理模块的终端控制数据发送给对应的家庭 网关; 例如, 当该终端控制数据是终端控制展示数据时, 则将其转发给家庭网 关, 进而控制家庭网关界面进行呈现; 当该终端控制数据是终端状态控制数据 时, 则将其通过家庭网关转发给对应的终端实现对该终端的控制。
值得注意的是, 本实施例中的远程家庭网关控制器可以釆用分布式架构, 当远程家庭网关控制器处理性能无法满足时, 可通过增加分布式节点, 达到扩 展远程家庭网关控制器性能的目的。
请参见图 6所示,本实施例提供的家庭网关包括远程交互模块 61和终端交 互模块 62, 其中:
远程交互模块 61, 配置为将家庭网关接入远程家庭网关控制器, 以及将终 端交互模块发送的终端状态数据上传给远程家庭网关控器, 和用于接收远程家 庭网关控制器发送的终端控制数据; 本实施例中的远程交互模块以标准协议支 持家庭网关接入远程网关控制器,并能使家庭网关与远程控制器进行通信交互。
本实施例中的终端交互模块 62, 配置为接入终端, 以及将终端反馈的终端 状态数据发送给远程交互模块。 本实施例中的终端交互模块也以标准协议支持 一种或不同类型的终端接入, 并能控制不同的终端类型。 也即, 本实施例中的 一个家庭网关控制器可支持多种类型的终端接入, 可在一定程度上简化家庭网 关的种类和数量, 使管理更为简洁、 有效。
值得注意的是, 本实施例中的家庭网关可完全不具备业务逻辑处理能力, 所有的业务逻辑处理可都在远程家庭网关控制器进行; 此时家庭网关对终端发 送的所有终端控制数据都是源于远程家庭网关控制器。 当然也可具备一定的业 务逻辑处理能力, 可作为备用或处理一些简单的业务逻辑等。
在本实施例中, 请参见图 7所示, 远程交互模块包括接收子模块 71、 发送 子模块 72和判断子模块 73 ;
接收子模块 71用于接收终端交互模块发送的终端状态数据,并通过发送子 模块 72发送给远程家庭网关控器;以及接收远程家庭网关控器发送的终端控制 数据, 并将其发送给判断子模块;
判断子模块 73, 用于在判断终端控制数据为终端状态控制数据时, 将其通 过发送子模块 72发送给终端交互模块,并通过终端交互模块发送给对应的终端 以实现对该终端的控制; 以及在判断终端控制数据为终端控制展示数据时, 将 其发送给家庭网关的进行显示。
相应的, 在图 6的基础上, 家庭网关还可以增加显控模块, 比如, 参见图 8所示, 其还包括显控模块 63, 显控模块对该终端控制展示数据进行显示。
本实施例中的显控模块包括显示子模块和选择子模块;
显示子模块用于将接收到的终端控制数据进行显示;
选择子模块用于根据外部的控制指令 (例如用户根据显示出的操作界面所 进行的操作 )选择相应的操作指令数据通过发送子模块发送给终端交互模块进 而发给终端实现对终端的控制 (当用户选择的操作是直接对终端进行控制时) 或发送给远程家庭网关控制器 (当用户选择的操作是需要远程家庭网关控制器 对其选择的操作指令数据进行处理后重新下发时),由远程家庭网关控制其根据 该操作指令数据调用相应的业务逻辑再进行逻辑运算生成终端控制数据。
请参见图 9所示, 本实施例还提供了一种终端, 该终端可以是空调、 冰箱、 热水器等, 其包括通信模块 91和执行模块 92;
通信模块 91, 用于将终端接入家庭网关, 以及将终端的终端状态数据发送 给家庭网关, 和接收家庭网关发送的终端控制数据, 终端控制数据由远程家庭 网关控制器生成并发送给家庭网关;
执行模块 92, 用于根据通信模块接收到的终端控制数据执行相应的控制, 例如根据该终端控制数据进行升温、 降温、 调节转速等。
优选地, 上述通信模块可以由 CPU、 天线以及调制解调器实现; 执行模块 可以由 CPU或 DSP等硬件实现。
实施例二:
为了更好的理解本发明, 下面结合一个具体的智能家居系统进行进一步的 说明。 请参见图 10所示, 该系统包括远程家庭网关控制器、 与该远程家庭网关 控制器连接的家庭网关、 以及与该家庭网关连接的至少一个终端。 基于该系统 对终端进行控制的方法请参见图 11, 包括:
步骤 1101 : 远程家庭网关控制器生成终端控制数据, 并发送给所述家庭网 关;
远程家庭网关控制器可根据家庭网关向远程家庭网关控制器反馈的数据以 及预置的业务逻辑和该业务逻辑所获取的所述终端的适配数据进行逻辑运算生 成所述终端控制数据;
或根据预先设置的规则调用预置的业务逻辑, 并根据该业务逻辑以及该业 务逻辑读取的适配数据进行逻辑运算得到终端控制数据。
步骤 1102: 家庭网关根据接收到的终端控制数据对相应的终端进行相应的 控制;
优选地, 该步骤包括:
家庭网关判断终端控制数据为终端状态控制数据时, 将其发送给终端以对 终端进行控制;
家庭网关判断终端控制数据为终端控制展示数据时, 将其展示给用户, 并 根据外部的控制指令(例如用户所进行的操作)选择相应的操作指令数据发送 给终端交互模块进而发给终端实现对终端的控制 (当用户选择的操作是直接对 终端进行控制时)或发送给远程家庭网关控制器 (当用户选择的操作是需要远 程家庭网关控制器对其选择的操作指令数据进行处理后重新下发时),由远程家 庭网关控制器根据该操作指令数据调用相应的业务逻辑再进行逻辑运算生成终 端控制数据。
下面分别对上述两种情况进行举例说明:
请参见图 12所示,该图所示是远程家庭网关控制器根据终端通过家庭网关 反馈的终端状态数据产生终端控制数据对该终端进行控制的示意图, 其包括: 步骤 1201 : 终端新产生一个终端状态数据;
步骤 1202: 终端以标准协议, 将该终端状态数据上报给家庭网关; 步骤 1203: 家庭网关的终端交互模块,对上报的状态数据进行有效性验证, 包括合法验证、 格式验证等;
步骤 1204: 家庭网关的远程交互模块, 将终端上报的终端状态数据, 上传 给远程家庭网关控制器;
步骤 1205: 远程家庭网关控制器的控制模块, 对上传的状态数据进行有效 性验证, 包括合法验证、 格式验证等;
步骤 1206远程家庭网关控制器的处理模块,根据存储的业务逻辑,进行对 应的 £辑运算;
步骤 1207远程家庭网关控制器的处理模块,根据逻辑运算结果, 生成终端 控制数据, 此时生成的是终端状态控制数据;

步骤 3130: 远程家庭网关控制器的控制模块, 将终端控制数据下发至家庭 网关;
步骤 3131 : 家庭网关的远程家庭网关控制器交互模块, 对下发的终端控制 数据进行有效性验证, 包括合法验证、 格式验证等;
步骤 1312: 家庭网关的终端交互模块, 将终端控制数据下发至终端; 步骤 1313: 终端执行对应的控制指令。
可见, 本发明提供的远程家庭网关控制器至少具备以下优点:
在家庭网关接入新终端时, 只需在远程进行一次升级即可, 可简化升 操作, 提高升级效率;
具备现有家庭网关的终端处理能力、 控制能力, 且远程可以"无限" 扩展, 可很好的解决家庭网关性能极限的问题;
具备现有家庭网关的终端控制展示能力, 可控制不同终端的展示界 面;
能够减少家庭网关种类和数量, 降低管理、 维护成本。
以上内容是结合具体的实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不能认 定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术 人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干简单推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种远程家庭网关控制器, 包括: 处理模块和控制模块; 其中, 所述处理模块, 配置为生成终端控制数据;
所述控制模块, 配置为接入家庭网关, 以及将所述终端控制数据发送给家 庭网关。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的远程家庭网关控制器, 其中, 所述处理模块包括 业务存储子模块、 业务计算子模块、 和终端适配子模块;
所述业务存储子模块, 配置为存储业务逻辑;
所述终端适配子模块, 配置为存储各终端的适配数据, 以供对应的业务逻 辑读取;
所述业务计算子模块, 配置为从所述业务存储子模块所存储的业务逻辑中 调用相应的业务逻辑进行业务逻辑运算生成终端控制数据。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的远程家庭网关控制器,其中,所述控制模块包括: 网关控制子模块和终端控制子模块;
所述网关控制子模块, 配置为接入家庭网关, 以及将家庭网关上报的数据 发送给所述业务计算子模块; 所述数据包括终端状态数据、 界面展示数据和需 远程家庭网关控制器处理的操作指令数据中的至少一种;
所述终端控制子模块,配置为将所述终端控制数据发送给对应的家庭网关。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的远程家庭网关控制器, 其中,
所述业务计算子模块, 配置为根据所述网关控制子模块发送的数据调用相 应的业务逻辑, 并根据所述数据和所调用的业务逻辑以及该业务逻辑读取的适 配数据进行逻辑运算得到终端控制数据;
或根据预先设置的规则调用相应的业务逻辑, 并根据该业务逻辑以及该业 务逻辑读取的适配数据进行逻辑运算得到终端控制数据。
5、 一种家庭网关, 所述家庭网关包括: 远程交互模块和终端交互模块; 所述远程交互模块, 配置为将所在家庭网关接入远程家庭网关控制器, 将 所述终端交互模块发来的终端状态数据上传给所述远程家庭网关控制器, 和接 收所述远程家庭网关控制器发送的终端控制数据;
所述终端交互模块, 配置为与终端建立连接, 以及将终端状态数据发送给 所述远程交互模块。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的家庭网关,其中,所述家庭网关还包括显控模块, 所述远程交互模块包括接收子模块、 发送子模块和判断子模块;
所述接收子模块, 配置为接收所述终端交互模块发送的终端状态数据, 并 通过所述发送子模块发送给所述远程家庭网关控器; 以及接收所述远程家庭网 关控器发送的终端控制数据, 并将其发送给所述判断子模块;
所述判断子模块,配置为在判断所述终端控制数据为终端状态控制数据时, 将其通过所述发送子模块发送给所述终端交互模块, 并通过所述终端交互模块 发送给对应的终端; 以及在判断所述终端控制数据为终端控制展示数据时, 将 其发送给所述显控模块进行显示。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的家庭网关, 其中, 所述显控模块包括显示子模块 和选择子模块;
所述显示子模块, 配置为将所述终端控制数据进行显示;
所述选择子模块, 配置为根据外部的控制指令选择相应的操作指令数据通 过所述发送子模块发送给所述终端交互模块或所述远程家庭网关控制器。
8、 一种终端, 所述终端包括通信模块和执行模块;
所述通信模块, 配置为接入家庭网关, 以及将终端状态数据发送给所述家 庭网关, 和接收家庭网关发送的终端控制数据; 所述终端控制数据由远程家庭 网关控制器生成并发送给家庭网关;
所述执行模块, 配置为根据所述终端控制数据执行相应的控制。
9、 一种终端控制方法, 包括:
远程家庭网关控制器生成终端控制数据, 并发送给所述家庭网关; 所述家庭网关根据所述终端控制数据对所述终端进行相应的控制。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的终端控制方法, 其中, 所述远程家庭网关控制 器生成终端控制数据包括:
根据所述家庭网关向所述远程家庭网关控制器反馈的数据以及预置的业务 逻辑和该业务逻辑所获取的所述终端的适配数据进行逻辑运算生成所述终端控 制数据; 所述家庭网关向所述远程家庭网关控制器反馈的数据包括终端状态数 据、界面展示数据和需远程家庭网关控制器处理的操作指令数据中的至少一种; 或根据预先设置的规则调用预置的业务逻辑, 并根据该业务逻辑以及该业 务逻辑读取的适配数据进行逻辑运算得到终端控制数据。
11、 根据权利要求 9或 10所述终端控制方法, 其中, 所述家庭网关根据所 述终端控制数据对所述终端进行相应的控制包括:
所述家庭网关判断所述终端控制数据为终端状态控制数据时, 将其发送给 所述终端;
所述家庭网关判断所述终端控制数据为终端控制展示数据时, 将其展示给 用户, 并根据外部的控制指令选择相应的操作指令数据发送给所述终端或发送 给所述远程家庭网关控制器。
