Abstract
一种用户状态确定方法及装置,其中所述方法包括:(S101)在目标账号登录后,获取所述目标账号登录时的接入信息;(S102)若接入信息所在区域为办公区域,检测在所述目标账号本次登录期间所述接入信息所指示的登录终端的用户操作事件及其发生时间段;(S103)将检测到用户操作事件的发生时间段对应的用户状态记录为工作子状态;(S104)根据预设时长阈值内记录得到的工作子状态及对应的发生时间段,统计得到所述目标账号对应用户的工作状态。采用本方法及装置,可在不增加成本的情况下对用户状态进行较为全面、准确地统计。
Description
用户状态确定方法及装置 本专利申请要求 2013 年 5 月 21 日提交的中国专利申请号为 201310190593.8, 发明名称为 "一种用户状态确定方法及装置" 的优先权, 该 申请的全文以引用的方式并入本申请中。 技术领域
这里公开的主题内容涉及计算机应用技术领域,尤其涉及一种用户状态确 定方法及装置。 背景技术
随着计算机技术的发展以及网络技术的发展,并且基于计算机的应用也越 来越多。统计用户状态的应用特别是在公司、单位中统计各员工上班情况的考 勤应用也越来越多, 越来越成熟。
用于统计各员工上班情况的考勤应用主要是通过在总公司、各分公司或者 各分支部门设置专用考勤机, 由员工通过磁卡、 条码卡、 IC 卡以及指紋等接 触考勤机来记录对应员工的上班考勤时间,然后由与所有考勤机相连的后台计 算机来汇总员工的考勤时间得到考勤结果。
现有技术的不足之处在于,设置专用考勤机给公司、单位带来了一部分额 外的办公成本; 并且, 基于考勤机提供的数据, 仅能够得到员工用户打卡考勤 的时间, 无法处理得到员工用户打卡后的上班情况。 使得统计不够全面, 不够 准确。 发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种用户状态确定方法及装 置, 可在不增加成本的情况下对用户状态进行较为全面、 准确地统计。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例一个方面提供了一种用户状态确定 方法, 包括以下步骤:
在目标账号登录后, 获取所述目标账号登录时的接入信息;
若接入信息所在区域为办公区域,检测在所述目标账号本次登录期间所述 接入信息所指示的登录终端的用户操作事件及其发生时间段;
将检测到用户操作事件的发生时间段对应的用户状态记录为工作子状态; 根据预设时长阔值内记录得到的工作子状态及对应的发生时间段,统计得 到所述目标账号对应用户的工作状态。
相应地,本发明实施例的另一方面还提供了一种用户状态确定装置,包括: 获取模块, 在目标账号登录后, 获取所述目标账号登录时的接入信息。 检 测模块, 若接入信息所在区域为办公区域,检测在所述目标账号本次登录期间 所述接入信息所指示的登录终端的用户操作事件及其发生时间段。 处理模块, 将检测到用户操作事件的发生时间段对应的用户状态记录为工作子状态,并根 据预设时长阔值内记录得到的工作子状态及对应的发生时间段,统计得到所述 目标账号对应用户的工作状态。
本发明实施例可基于用户的账号登录后对应的接入信息来确定用户是否 在办公区域登录的账号, 并当是在办公区域登录账号后,根据检测对接入信息 所指示的登录终端的操作事件, 来判定该账号对应用户在登录期间的工作状 态, 可以较为全面、 准确地统计得到员工等用户的工作情况, 可较为有效地避 免打卡作弊或者早退等情况的发生。 附图说明

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参见图 1 , 是本发明实施例的一种对用户状态进行确定的系统的结构示 意图,所述系统包括数据釆集终端组、数据分析服务器组以及数据展示终端组, 各终端组之间通过互联网通信, 当然也可以通过公司内部假设的网络进行通 信。
所述数据釆集终端组中的终端包括设置在公司总部、分公司、分支部门的 提供给用户上班时使用的台式电脑、 笔记本电脑、 各种智能机等终端。 用户在 这些终端上能够登录员工账号或者即时通讯应用账号等类型的账号,用户通过 这些终端进行办公。 所述数据釆集终端组在用户登录后, 通过网络通知给数据 分析服务器组, 并釆集用户的账号在线行为, 例如釆集用户对鼠标、键盘的点 击、 移动等事件, 并将釆集到的事件上报给数据分析服务器组。
所述数据分析服务器组通过用户登录的员工账号或者员工的即时通讯应 用账号来区分每一个用户,并基于这些账号以及所述数据釆集终端组上报的事 件, 结合预置的分析模型进行建模, 分析统计用户的工作情况, 得到用户上班 的状态, 并将状态发送给数据展示终端组。
所述数据展示终端组可以通过但不限于图表、或者柱状图等易于查看的方 式对员工状态进行归纳整理并显示给管理员查看。
具体的, 请参见图 2, 是本发明实施例的一种用户状态确定方法的流程示 意图, 本发明实施例的所述方法可应用在上述图 1的系统中, 由其中的数据分 析服务器组实现, 具体的, 所述方法从步骤 S101开始:
在步骤 S101 , 在目标账号登录后, 获取所述目标账号登录时的接入信息。 所述接入信息包括 IP地址信息和 MAC地址信息中的至少一种, 即所述 接入信息包括 IP地址信息, 或 MAC地址信息, 或 IP地址信息和 MAC地址 信息。 在所述步骤 S101中, 可以是某个员工用户的账号登录后, 对应的登录 终端直接上报的接入信息,也可以是在接收到登录报文后,数据分析服务器组 根据报文分析得到, 本发明实施例不作限定。
获取目标账号登录时的接入信息的作用在于确定该接入信息的位置区域, 以判断该目标账号对应的用户是否是处于办公区域。如果该账号是在非办公区 域的终端中登录的, 则步骤结束, 而如果确定该账号是在办公区域的终端中登 录的, 则执行下述的步骤 S102。
其中,确定该接入信息的位置区域的步骤可以包括: 在预置的为办公区域 记录接入信息的数据库中查找是否存在该接入信息,如果存在, 则表明该接入 信息为办公区域的信息, 对应的目标账号的用户处于办公区域。
在步骤 S102, 若接入信息所在区域为办公区域, 检测在所述目标账号本 次登录期间所述接入信息所指示的登录终端的用户操作事件及其发生时间段。
用户操作事件包括但不限于有效的鼠标点击、 移动, 键盘点击等事件, 台 式电脑、笔记本电脑等终端在检测到这些操作执行相应的处理, 并上报这些事 件以及发生这些事件的时间段, 以报告目标账号对应用户的用户行为。
在步骤 S103 , 将检测到用户操作事件的发生时间段对应的用户状态记录 为工作子状态。
在步骤 S104, 根据预设时长阔值内记录得到的工作子状态及对应的发生 时间段, 统计得到所述目标账号对应用户的工作状态。
由于一般用户肯定不是一直都在进行鼠标、键盘操作, 因此, 本发明实施 例在步骤 S103中根据每一个操作事件的发生时间段记录用户的工作子状态, 然后才艮据工作子状态来统计一定统计周期内用户的工作状态,例如统计全天的
工作状态, 或者仅通过从早上 8点到下午 6点的工作状态。
具体的请参见图 3 , 是其中一种用户子状态的统计示意图, 每一段的黑色 部分表示为用户处于工作子状态,而空白处则表示用户离开终端处于空闲状态 的情况。 图 3中示出了用户登录账号后, 统计得到的全天工作状态的情况。 其 中, 对于 8点以前和 20点以后的统计, 其中包括有小段的用于表示检测到用 户操作事件的黑色部分被标记为统计噪声, 不会将其标记为用户的工作子状 态。 图中所示的噪音为可能检测到误用户操作, 其不应被标记为工作子状态。
本发明实施例可基于用户的账号登录后对应的接入信息来确定用户是否 在办公区域登录的账号, 并当是在办公区域登录账号后,根据检测对接入信息 所指示的登录终端的操作事件, 来判定该账号对应用户在登录期间的工作状 态, 可以较为全面、 准确地统计得到员工等用户的工作情况, 可较为有效地避 免打卡作弊或者早退等情况的发生。
进一步再请参见图 4, 是本发明实施例的另一种用户状态确定方法的流程 示意图, 本发明实施例的所述方法可应用在上述图 1的系统中, 由其中的数据 分析服务器组实现, 具体的, 所述方法从步骤 S201开始:
步骤 S201 , 检测并记录办公区域的接入信息, 所述接入信息包括 IP地址 信息和 MAC地址信息中的至少一种, 即所述接入信息包括 IP地址信息, 或 MAC地址信息, 或 IP地址信息和 MAC地址信息。
具体的, 公司中所使用的 IP地址或者电脑的 MAC是不会任意发生变化, 同一个用户在公司办公场所中每次登录时所使用的 IP地址或者电脑的 MAC 可能不一样, 但是, 其肯定都使用公司的网络连接资源或者电脑设备, 在所述 步骤 S201中, 具体可以通过一个数据库或者表格的形式记录办公区域的接入 信息, 以便于在后续检查目标账号是否在办公区域登录。
步骤 S202, 在目标账号登录后, 获取所述目标账号登录时的接入信息。 根据所述目标账号登录时的接入信息, 并根据在步骤 S201中的数据库或 者表格, 可以判定所述目标账号是否在公司登录。 如果是在公司登录, 则执行 下述的步骤 S203, 否则, 流程结束。
步骤 S203 , 若接入信息所在区域为办公区域, 检测在所述目标账号本次 登录期间所述接入信息所指示的登录终端的用户操作事件及其发生时间段。

的用户操作事件及其发生时间段中,检测的用户操作事件包括鼠标事件和键盘 事件中的至少一种, 检测的用户操作事件包括鼠标事件, 或键盘事件, 或鼠标 事件和键盘事件。
步骤 S204 , 将检测到用户操作事件的发生时间段对应的用户状态记录为 工作子状态。
步骤 S205 , 根据预设时长阔值内记录得到的工作子状态及对应的发生时 间段, 统计得到所述目标账号对应用户的工作状态。
具体的, 由于目标账号的用户不可能随时都在使用键盘或者鼠标, 但是, 如果用户是在工作, 那么该用户又不可能长期不使用键盘或者鼠标, 基于此, 所述步骤 S205具体可以包括:统计时序上相邻的发生时间段之间的时间间隔; 将时间间隔小于预设的间隔阔值的发生时间段合并得到工作时段,根据该工作 时段确定所述目标账号对应用户的工作状态。
在时序上相邻的两次检测到用户操作事件的时段之间间隔 30 分钟之内 时, 则将两个时段以及之间的间隔时段均记录为工作时段。 如, 在图 3中, 可 以将 8点到 12点的三个用户操作事件的发送时间段(工作子状态)合并, 得 到 8点到 12点均为工作时段。 由此可以更为准确地统计得到所述目标账号对 应用户的工作状态。
步骤 S206 , 将确定的包括所述目标账号对应用户的工作时段显示给第一 终端。本发明实施例的所述第一终端为用于进行考勤统计的管理员所使用的终 端, 即图 1对应实施例中的数据展示终端组。 所述 S206中可以通过图表等方 式向用户直观地展示目标用户的工作状态。
步骤 S207 , 生成包括所述目标账号对应用户的工作状态的提示信息发送 所述目标账号对应的登录终端。
即在所述 S207中通知目标账号对应的用户的考勤情况, 以便了解其自身 的工作情况。该提示信息主要用于提示用户是否正常到岗, 具体还可以基于所 有员工的考勤情况进行到岗排名后, 将到岗的排名情况提示给用户。
进一步具体的, 请参见图 5 , 是本发明实施例中的其中一种具体的检测并 记录办公区域的接入信息的方法的流程示意图,所述方法对应于上述图 4的实 施例中的步骤 S201 , 具体的, 所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 S2011 , 获取目标账号集合中的账号登录时使用的历史接入信息, 所
述历史接入信息包括账号登录时使用的登录终端的 IP地址信息和 MAC地址 信息中的至少一种, 即所述接入信息包括 IP地址信息, 或 MAC地址信息, 或 IP地址信息和 MAC地址信息。
步骤 S2012, 统计目标账号集合中使用同一个历史接入信息的账号的数 量。
步骤 S2013 , 将所述使用同一个历史接入信息的账号的数量大于预设数量 阔值所对应的历史接入信息记录为办公区域的接入信息。
所述的目标账号集合是指登记的公司员工的即时通讯应用账号、或者员工 账号的集合。在所述 S2011中,数据分析服务器组可以到诸如即时通讯应用服 务器中获取公司员工的即时通讯应用账号在过去的统计周期内(一个月或者半 个月内) , 办公时间登陆时对应的 IP地址信息和 /或 MAC地址信息等历史接 入信息; 或者,数据分析服务器组也可以直接保存公司员工登录员工账号时对 应的 IP地址信息和 /或 MAC地址信息等历史接入信息, 然后在统计周期到来 时, 直接获取已保存的历史接入信息。
对于获取的每一个历史接入信息,其可能前后有多个公司员工的账号使用 了同一个历史接入信息登录,以此基本可以确定该被多个公司员工账号使用的 历史接入信息为公司办公区域的接入信息。 例如, 当检测到某一个 IP地址信 息前后有 5个公司员工账号登录时使用过, 则可以判定该 IP地址信息为公办 区域的接入信息。
进一步具体的, 请参见图 6, 是本发明实施例中的其中另一种具体的检测 并记录办公区域的接入信息的方法的流程示意图, 所述方法对应于上述图 4 的实施例中的步骤 S201 , 具体的, 所述方法包括从步骤 S2021开始:
步骤 S2021 , 获取目标账号集合中的账号登录时的接入点信息。
步骤 S2022,基于所述接入点信息获取使用所述接入点信息接入到网络的 定位终端上报的位置信息。
步骤 S2023 , 检测获取到的位置信息是否在预置的办公区域内。
步骤 S2024, 若位于预置的办公区域内, 则将使用所述接入点信息的登录 终端对应的账号所使用的接入信息记录为办公区域的接入信息。
本实施例的所述方法应用在每一次目标账号集合中的各账号登录时实施, 以便于实时地获取并记录新的属于办公区域的 IP地址信息或者 MAC地址信
息等接入信息。
所述步骤 S2021中,在目标账号集合中的某一个账号登录后,该账号与服 务器或者其他账号进行报文收发时,检测报文的初始路由地址即可得到该账号 登录时的路由器等接入点的 IP地址等接入点信息。
在所述步骤 S2022中,根据获取到的接入点信息,数据分析服务器组可以 到定位服务器中查找当前或者以往使用所述接入点信息接入到网络的定位终 端上报的位置信息, 如果查找到位置信息, 则执行所述步骤 S2023 , 如果没有 找到, 则结束流程。 或者, 数据分析服务器组可以查找当前使用所述接入点信 息接入到网络的定位终端, 然后触发对该定位终端的定位, 获得该定位终端的 位置信息,包括触发对该定位终端的基站定位或者触发开启该定位中端的定位 功能, 如果触发获取到位置信息, 则执行所述步骤 S2023 , 否则, 结束流程。
由于使用相同接入点的两个终端之间,不管是无线通信的终端还是固定通 信的终端, 都不会相差太远, 大概在 500到 1000米左右, 本发明实施例不作 限定, 因此, 根据同一个接入点中, 其中一个终端的位置信息可以估计另外一 个终端的位置信息。
因此,在步骤 S2023中,判断在步骤 S2022中获取到的位置信息是否在办 公区域的坐标范围内。 如果在, 则表明该位置信息位于办公区域, 也表明使用 同一个接入点的终端也位于办公区域内, 该终端的 IP地址或者 MAC地址可 以作为办公区域的接入信息。在所述步骤 S2024中即可将使用所述接入点信息 的登录终端对应的账号所使用的接入信息记录为办公区域的接入信息。
进一步具体的, 请参见图 7, 是本发明实施例中的其中又一种具体的检测 并记录办公区域的接入信息的方法的流程示意图, 所述方法对应于上述图 4 的实施例中的步骤 S201 , 具体的, 所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 S2031 , 获取目标账号集合中的账号登录时使用的历史接入信息, 所 述历史接入信息包括账号登录时使用的登录终端的 IP地址信息和 MAC地址 信息中的至少一种, 即所述接入信息包括账号登录时使用的登录终端的 IP地 址信息, 或账号登录时使用的登录终端的 MAC地址信息, 或账号登录时使用 的登录终端的 IP地址信息和 MAC地址信息;
步骤 S2032, 统计目标账号集合中使用同一个历史接入信息的账号的数 量,并将账号数量大于预设数量阔值所对应的历史接入信息记录为办公区域的
接入信息。
步骤 S2033 , 进一步检测账号数量小于或者等于预设数量阔值所对应的所 有历史接入信息中每一个历史接入信息连续出现的天数,以及每一个历史接入 信息在预置的办公时段的出现天数和预置的非办公时段的出现天数。
步骤 S2034, 将连续出现的天数大于预设的天数阔值、 且在预置的办公时 段的出现天数大于预置的非办公时段的出现天数的历史接入信息记录为办公 区域的接入信息。
所述的目标账号集合是指登记的公司员工的即时通讯应用账号、或者员工 账号的集合。在所述步骤 S2031中,数据分析服务器组可以到诸如但不限于即 时通讯应用服务器中获取公司员工的即时通讯应用账号在过去的统计周期内 (一个月或者半个月内) , 办公时间登陆时对应的 IP地址信息和 /或 MAC地 址信息等历史接入信息; 或者,数据分析服务器组也可以直接保存公司员工登 录员工账号时对应的 IP地址信息和 /或 MAC地址信息等历史接入信息, 然后 在统计周期到来时, 直接获取已保存的历史接入信息。
对于获取的每一个历史接入信息,其可能前后有多个公司员工的账号使用 了同一个历史接入信息登录,以此基本可以确定该被多个公司员工账号使用的 历史接入信息为公司办公区域的接入信息, 因此,在所述步骤 S2032中直接将 账号数量大于预设数量阈值所对应的历史接入信息记录为办公区域的接入信 息。 例如, 当检测到某一个 IP地址信息前后有 5个公司员工账号登录时使用 过, 则可以判定该 IP地址信息为公办区域的接入信息。
对于账号数量小于或者等于预设数量阔值所对应的所有历史接入信息,其 中也可能存在为办公区域的接入信息, 例如,公司的一些人数较少的分公司或 者办事处, 在这些区域办公的员工由于人数比较少, 所以统计出的历史接入信 息对应的账号的数量可能较小,由此,需要在步骤 S2033中进一步地进行检测。 以根据检测结果,在步骤 S2034中将连续出现的天数大于预设的天数阔值、且 在预置的办公时段的出现天数大于预置的非办公时段的出现天数的历史接入 信息记录为办公区域的接入信息。使得记录得到的办公区域的接入信息更为全 面、 准确。
进一步具体的, 请参见图 8, 是本发明实施例中的其中再一种具体的检测 并记录办公区域的接入信息的方法的流程示意图, 所述方法对应于上述图 4
的实施例中的步骤 S201 , 具体的, 所述方法包括:
步骤 S2041 , 获取目标账号集合中的账号登录时使用的历史接入信息, 所 述历史接入信息包括账号登录时使用的登录终端的 IP地址信息和 MAC地址 信息中的至少一种, 即所述接入信息包括 IP地址信息, 或 MAC地址信息, 或 IP地址信息和 MAC地址信息。
步骤 S2042, 检测每一个历史接入信息连续出现的天数, 以及每一个历史 接入信息在预置的办公时段的出现天数和预置的非办公时段的出现天数。
步骤 S2043 , 将连续出现的天数大于预设的天数阔值、 且在预置的办公时 段的出现天数大于预置的非办公时段的出现天数的历史接入信息记录为办公 区域的接入信息。
所述的目标账号集合是指但不限于登记的公司员工的即时通讯应用账号、 或者员工账号的集合。在所述步骤 S2041中,数据分析服务器组可以到诸如但 不限于即时通讯应用服务器中获取公司员工的即时通讯应用账号在过去的统 计周期内 (一个月或者半个月内) , 办公时间登陆时对应的 IP地址信息和 /或 MAC地址信息等历史接入信息; 或者, 数据分析服务器组也可以直接保存公 司员工登录员工账号时对应的 IP地址信息和 /或 MAC地址信息等历史接入信 息, 然后在统计周期到来时, 直接获取已保存的历史接入信息。
对于获取的每一个历史接入信息,可在步骤 S2042中进行检测。 以根据检 测结果,在步骤 S2043中将连续出现的天数大于预设的天数阔值、且在预置的 办公时段的出现天数大于预置的非办公时段的出现天数的历史接入信息记录 为办公区域的接入信息。
本发明实施例可自动统计得到某公司办公区域的接入信息,并可以根据需 要更新,使得后续能够基于用户的账号登录后对应的接入信息来准确地确定用 户是否在办公区域登录账号; 并且, 当是在办公区域登录账号后, 根据检测对 接入信息所指示的登录终端的操作事件,来判定该账号对应用户在登录期间的 工作状态, 可以较为全面、 准确地统计得到员工等用户的工作情况, 可较为有 效地避免打卡作弊或者早退等情况的发生。
下面对本发明实施例的用户状态确定装置进行详细描述。
请参见图 9, 是本发明实施例的一种用户状态确定装置的结构示意图, 本 发明实施例的所述装置可以设置在图 1的系统中对应数据分析服务器组中,具
体的, 所述装置包括:
获取模块 21 , 在目标账号登录后, 获取所述目标账号登录时的接入信息。 检测模块 22, 若接入信息所在区域为办公区域, 检测在所述目标账号本 次登录期间所述接入信息所指示的登录终端的用户操作事件及其发生时间段。
处理模块 23 , 将检测到用户操作事件的发生时间段对应的用户状态记录 为工作子状态,并根据预设时长阔值内记录得到的工作子状态及对应的发生时 间段, 统计得到所述目标账号对应用户的工作状态。
所述接入信息包括 IP地址信息和 /或 MAC地址信息。在所述 S101中, 可 以是某个员工用户的账号登录后, 对应的登录终端直接上报给所述获取模块 21的接入信息, 或者也可以是在接收到登录报文后, 所述获取模块 21根据报 文分析得到。
所述获取模块 21获取目标账号登录时的接入信息的作用在于确定该接入 信息的位置区域, 所述获取模块 21将接入信息通知给所述检测模块 22, 由所 述检测模块 22判断该目标账号对应的用户是否是处于办公区域, 如果该账号 是在非办公区域的终端中登录的, 则结束, 而如果确定该账号是在办公区域的 终端中登录的, 所述检测模块 22检测在所述目标账号本次登录期间所述接入 信息所指示的登录终端的用户操作事件及其发生时间段。
其中, 所述检测模块 22确定该接入信息的位置区域的步骤可以包括: 在 预置的为办公区域记录接入信息的数据库中查找是否存在该接入信息,如果存 在, 则表明该接入信息为办公区域的信息,对应的目标账号的用户处于办公区 域。
所述检测模块 22检测的用户操作事件包括有效的鼠标点击、 移动, 键盘 点击等事件,台式电脑、笔记本电脑等终端在检测到这些操作执行相应的处理, 并上报这些事件以及发生这些事件的时间段,以报告目标账号对应用户的用户 行为。
由于一般用户肯定不是一直都在进行鼠标、键盘操作, 因此, 所述处理模 块 23根据每一个操作事件的发生时间段记录用户的工作子状态, 然后根据工 作子状态来统计一定统计周期内用户的工作状态, 例如统计全天的工作状态, 或者仅通过从早上 8点到下午 6点的工作状态。用户子状态的统计示意图如图 3所示。
本发明实施例可基于用户的账号登录后对应的接入信息来准确地确定用 户是否在办公区域登录账号; 并且, 当是在办公区域登录账号后, 根据检测对 接入信息所指示的登录终端的操作事件 ,来判定该账号对应用户在登录期间的 工作状态, 可以较为全面、 准确地统计得到员工等用户的工作情况, 可较为有 效地避免打卡作弊或者早退等情况的发生。
再请参见图 10, 是本发明实施例的另一种用户状态确定装置的结构示意 图, 本发明实施例的所述装置可包括图 9对应实施例中的获取模块 21、 检测 模块 22以及处理模块 23 , 进一步地, 在本发明实施例的所述装置还包括: 记录模块 24, 检测并记录办公区域的接入信息, 所述接入信息包括 IP地 址信息和 MAC地址信息中的至少一种, 即所述接入信息包括 IP地址信息, 或 MAC地址信息, 或 IP地址信息和 MAC地址信息。
公司中所使用的 IP地址或者电脑的 MAC是不会任意发生变化, 同一个 用户在公司办公场所中每次登录时所使用的 IP地址或者电脑的 MAC可能不 一样。 但是, 其肯定都使用公司的网络连接资源或者电脑设备, 所述记录模块 24 具体可以通过一个数据库或者表格的形式记录办公区域的接入信息, 以便 于在后续检查目标账号是否在办公区域登录。
进一步的, 本发明实施例的所述装置还可以包括:
发送模块 25, 将确定的包括所述目标账号对应用户的工作时段显示给第 一终端;并生成包括所述目标账号对应用户的工作状态的提示信息发送所述目 标账号对应的登录终端。
所述第一终端为用于进行考勤统计的管理员所使用的终端,即图 1对应实 施例中的数据展示终端组。所述第一终端可以通过图表等方式向用户直观地展 示目标用户的工作状态。
所述发送模块 25通知目标账号对应的用户的考勤情况, 以便了解其自身 的工作情况。该提示信息主要用于提示用户是否正常到岗, 具体还可以基于所 有员工的考勤情况进行到岗排名后, 将到岗的排名情况提示给用户。
进一步可选地, 请参见图 11 , 是所述记录模块 24的其中一种具体结构示 意图, 所述记录模块 24包括:
第一获取单元 2401 , 获取目标账号集合中的账号登录时使用的历史接入 信息, 所述历史接入信息包括账号登录时使用的登录终端的 IP 地址信息和
MAC地址信息中的至少一种 , 即所述接入信息包括 IP地址信息 , 或 MAC地 址信息, 或 IP地址信息和 MAC地址信息。
数量统计单元 2402, 统计目标账号集合中使用同一个历史接入信息的账 号的数量。
第一记录单元 2403 , 将所述使用同一个历史接入信息的账号的数量大于 预设数量阔值所对应的历史接入信息记录为办公区域的接入信息。
进一步可选地, 请参见图 12, 是所述记录模块 24的其中另一种具体结构 示意图, 所述记录模块 24包括:
第二获取单元 2404, 获取目标账号集合中的账号登录时的接入点信息。 位置信息获取单元 2405, 基于所述接入点信息获取使用所述接入点信息 接入到网络的定位终端上报的位置信息。
第一检测单元 2406, 检测获取到的位置信息是否在预置的办公区域内; 第二记录单元 2407, 若位于预置的办公区域内, 则将使用所述接入点信 息的登录终端对应的账号所使用的接入信息记录为办公区域的接入信息。
进一步可选地, 请参见图 13 , 是所述记录模块 24的其中再一种具体结构 示意图, 所述记录模块 24包括:
第三获取单元 2408, 获取目标账号集合中的账号登录时使用的历史接入 信息, 所述历史接入信息包括账号登录时使用的登录终端的 IP 地址信息和 MAC地址信息中的至少一种, 即所述接入信息包括 IP地址信息, 或 MAC地 址信息, 或 IP地址信息和 MAC地址信息。
第三记录单元 2409, 统计目标账号集合中使用同一个历史接入信息的账 号的数量,并将账号数量大于预设数量阔值所对应的历史接入信息记录为办公 区域的接入信息。
第四记录单元 2410, 进一步检测账号数量小于或者等于预设数量阔值所 对应的所有历史接入信息中每一个历史接入信息连续出现的天数,以及每一个 历史接入信息在预置的办公时段的出现天数和预置的非办公时段的出现天数, 并将连续出现的天数大于预设的天数阔值、且在预置的办公时段的出现天数大 于预置的非办公时段的出现天数的历史接入信息记录为办公区域的接入信息。
进一步可选地, 请参见图 14, 是所述记录模块 24的其中又一种具体结构 示意图, 所述记录模块 24包括:
第四获取单元 2411 , 获取目标账号集合中的账号登录时使用的历史接入 信息, 所述历史接入信息包括账号登录时使用的登录终端的 IP 地址信息和 MAC地址信息中的至少一种, 即所述接入信息包括 IP地址信息, 或 MAC地 址信息, 或 IP地址信息和 MAC地址信息。
第二检测单元 2412, 检测每一个历史接入信息连续出现的天数, 以及每 一个历史接入信息在预置的办公时段的出现天数和预置的非办公时段的出现 天数。
第五记录单元 2413 , 将连续出现的天数大于预设的天数阔值、 且在预置 的办公时段的出现天数大于预置的非办公时段的出现天数的历史接入信息记 录为办公区域的接入信息。
可以理解的是, 所述记录模块 24可以同时包括上述的图 11至图 14所示 结构中的任一种或者多种组合,以便于根据需要选择完成不同的检测以及记录 功能, 获取到办公区域的接入信息。

根据本发明的一个实施例,根据图 4所示的用户状态确定方法可以是由图
9 所示的对用户状态进行确定的系统中的各个单元来执行的用户状态确定方 法。 例如, 图 4所示的步骤 S201、 S202可以由图 9所示的获取模块 21、 检测 模块 22来执行。 图 4所示的步骤 S206、 S207可以由图 10所示的发送模块 25 来执行。 图 4所示的步骤 S203、 S204、 S205可以由图 9所示的检测模块 22 结合处理模块 23来执行。
根据本发明的另一个实施例, 图 11所示的户状态确定装置中的各个单元 可以分别或全部合并为一个或若干个另外的单元来构成,或者其中的某个(些) 单元还可以再拆分为功能上更小的多个单元来构成。例如但不限于, 第一获取 单元 2401可以与数量统计单元 2402、 第一记录单元 2403合并构成一个单独 的记录模块,图 12所示的户状态确定装置中第二获取单元 2404可以与位置信
息获取单元 2405合并构成一个单独的获取单元等, 这可以实现同样的操作, 而不影响本发明的实施例的技术效果的实现。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例图 4 所示的用户状态确定 方法中的全部或部分流程, 是可以通过计算机程序(包括程序代码)来指令相 关的硬件, 例如中央处理单元(CPU )等处理元件, 来构造如图 9中所示的用 的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述 各方法的实施例的流程。 其中, 所述的存储介质可为磁碟、 光盘、 只读存储记 '1~乙体 ( Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存 4诸己'! "乙体 ( Random Access Memory, RAM )等, 本发明的范围由后附的权利要求来定义。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之 权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。
Claims
1、 一种用户状态确定方法, 包括以下步骤:
在目标账号登录后, 获取所述目标账号登录时的接入信息;
若接入信息所在区域为办公区域,检测在所述目标账号本次登录期间所述 接入信息所指示的登录终端的用户操作事件及其发生时间段;
将检测到用户操作事件的发生时间段对应的用户状态记录为工作子状态; 根据预设时长阔值内记录得到的工作子状态及对应的发生时间段,统计得 到所述目标账号对应用户的工作状态。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 所述在目标账号登录后, 获取所述目标账 号登录时的接入信息之前, 还包括步骤:
检测并记录办公区域的接入信息,所述接入信息包括 IP地址信息和 MAC 地址信息中的至少一种。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 所述检测并记录办公区域的接入信息, 包 括步骤:
获取目标账号集合中的账号登录时使用的历史接入信息 ,所述历史接入信 息包括账号登录时使用的登录终端的 IP地址信息和 MAC地址信息中的至少 一种;
统计目标账号集合中使用同一个历史接入信息的账号的数量;
将所述使用同一个历史接入信息的账号的数量大于预设数量阔值所对应 的历史接入信息记录为办公区域的接入信息。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 所述检测并记录办公区域的接入信息, 包 括步骤:
获取目标账号集合中的账号登录时的接入点信息;
基于所述接入点信息获取使用所述接入点信息接入到网络的定位终端上 报的位置信息;
检测获取到的位置信息是否在预置的办公区域内;
若位于预置的办公区域内,则将使用所述接入点信息的登录终端对应的账 号所使用的接入信息记录为办公区域的接入信息。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 所述检测并记录办公区域的接入信息, 包 括步骤:
获取目标账号集合中的账号登录时使用的历史接入信息 ,所述历史接入信 息包括账号登录时使用的登录终端的 IP地址信息和 MAC地址信息中的至少 一种;
统计目标账号集合中使用同一个历史接入信息的账号的数量,并将账号数 量大于预设数量阔值所对应的历史接入信息记录为办公区域的接入信息; 进一步检测账号数量小于或者等于预设数量阔值所对应的所有历史接入 信息中每一个历史接入信息连续出现的天数,以及每一个历史接入信息在预置 的办公时段的出现天数和预置的非办公时段的出现天数,并将连续出现的天数 大于预设的天数阔值、且在预置的办公时段的出现天数大于预置的非办公时段 的出现天数的历史接入信息记录为办公区域的接入信息。
6、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 所述检测并记录办公区域的接入信息, 包 括步骤:
获取目标账号集合中的账号登录时使用的历史接入信息 ,所述历史接入信 息包括账号登录时使用的登录终端的 IP地址信息和 MAC地址信息中的至少 一种;
检测每一个历史接入信息连续出现的天数,以及每一个历史接入信息在预 置的办公时段的出现天数和预置的非办公时段的出现天数;
将连续出现的天数大于预设的天数阔值、且在预置的办公时段的出现天数 大于预置的非办公时段的出现天数的历史接入信息记录为办公区域的接入信 息。
7、 如权利要求 1-6任一项所述的方法, 所述检测在所述目标账号本次登 录期间所述接入信息所指示的登录终端的用户操作事件及其发生时间段中,检 测的用户操作事件包括鼠标事件和键盘事件中的至少一种。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 所述根据预设时长阔值内记录得到的工作 子状态及对应的发生时间段, 统计得到所述目标账号对应用户的工作状态, 包 括:
统计时序上相邻的发生时间段之间的时间间隔;
将时间间隔小于预设的间隔阔值的发生时间段合并得到工作时段,根据该 工作时段确定所述目标账号对应用户的工作状态。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 还包括步骤:
将确定的包括所述目标账号对应用户的工作时段显示给第一终端; 生成包括所述目标账号对应用户的工作状态的提示信息发送所述目标账 号对应的登录终端。
10、 一种用户状态确定装置, 包括:
获取模块,被配置为在目标账号登录后, 获取所述目标账号登录时的接入 信息;
检测模块,被配置为若接入信息所在区域为办公区域,检测在所述目标账 号本次登录期间所述接入信息所指示的登录终端的用户操作事件及其发生时 间段; 和
处理模块,被配置为将检测到用户操作事件的发生时间段对应的用户状态 记录为工作子状态,并根据预设时长阔值内记录得到的工作子状态及对应的发 生时间段, 统计得到所述目标账号对应用户的工作状态。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的装置, 还包括:
记录模块,被配置为检测并记录办公区域的接入信息, 所述接入信息包括
IP地址信息和 MAC地址信息中的至少一种。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的装置, 所述记录模块包括:
第一获取单元,被配置为获取目标账号集合中的账号登录时使用的历史接 入信息, 所述历史接入信息包括账号登录时使用的登录终端的 IP地址信息和
MAC地址信息中的至少一种;
数量统计单元,被配置为统计目标账号集合中使用同一个历史接入信息的 账号的数量;
第一记录单元,被配置为将所述使用同一个历史接入信息的账号的数量大 于预设数量阔值所对应的历史接入信息记录为办公区域的接入信息。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的装置, 所述记录模块包括:
第二获取单元, 被配置为获取目标账号集合中的账号登录时的接入点信 息;
位置信息获取单元,被配置为基于所述接入点信息获取使用所述接入点信 息接入到网络的定位终端上报的位置信息;
第一检测单元, 被配置为检测获取到的位置信息是否在预置的办公区域 内;
第二记录单元,被配置为若位于预置的办公区域内, 则将使用所述接入点 信息的登录终端对应的账号所使用的接入信息记录为办公区域的接入信息。
14、 如权利要求 11所述的装置, 所述记录模块包括:
第三获取单元,被配置为获取目标账号集合中的账号登录时使用的历史接 入信息, 所述历史接入信息包括账号登录时使用的登录终端的 IP地址信息和 MAC地址信息中的至少一种;
第三记录单元,被配置为统计目标账号集合中使用同一个历史接入信息的 账号的数量,并将账号数量大于预设数量阔值所对应的历史接入信息记录为办 公区域的接入信息;
第四记录单元,被配置为进一步检测账号数量小于或者等于预设数量阔值 所对应的所有历史接入信息中每一个历史接入信息连续出现的天数,以及每一 个历史接入信息在预置的办公时段的出现天数和预置的非办公时段的出现天 数, 并将连续出现的天数大于预设的天数阔值、且在预置的办公时段的出现天 数大于预置的非办公时段的出现天数的历史接入信息记录为办公区域的接入 信息。
15、 如权利要求 11所述的装置, 所述记录模块包括:
第四获取单元,被配置为获取目标账号集合中的账号登录时使用的历史接 入信息, 所述历史接入信息包括账号登录时使用的登录终端的 IP地址信息和
MAC地址信息中的至少一种;
第二检测单元,被配置为检测每一个历史接入信息连续出现的天数, 以及 每一个历史接入信息在预置的办公时段的出现天数和预置的非办公时段的出 现天数;
第五记录单元,被配置为将连续出现的天数大于预设的天数阔值、且在预 置的办公时段的出现天数大于预置的非办公时段的出现天数的历史接入信息 记录为办公区域的接入信息。
16、 如权利要求 10-15任一项所述的装置, 所述检测模块用于检测在所述 目标账号本次登录期间所述接入信息所指示的登录终端的用户操作事件及其 发生时间段时, 检测的用户操作事件包括鼠标事件和键盘事件中的至少一种。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的装置, 所述处理模块包括:
子状态记录单元,被配置为将检测到用户操作事件的发生时间段对应的用 户状态记录为工作子状态;
时间间隔统计单元,被配置为统计时序上相邻的发生时间段之间的时间间 隔;
处理单元,被配置为将时间间隔小于预设的间隔阔值的发生时间段合并得 到工作时段, 根据该工作时段确定所述目标账号对应用户的工作状态。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的装置, 还包括:
发送模块,被配置为将确定的包括所述目标账号对应用户的工作时段显示 给第一终端;并生成包括所述目标账号对应用户的工作状态的提示信息发送所 述目标账号对应的登录终端。
