Abstract
L'invention concerne un pneumatique de véhicule de type radial comprenant une bande de roulement profilée. A l'intérieur de la bande de roulement se trouve un système de cavités qui se présente sous la forme d'un volume négatif d'un autre profilage après une abrasion déterminée de la bande de roulement sur la surface extérieure profilée. La bande de roulement est composée d'une partie radialement extérieure (1, 1') de bande de roulement et d'une partie radialement intérieure (2, 2') de bande de roulement, la partie radialement intérieure (2, 2') de bande de roulement étant composée en direction radiale d'au moins deux couches de caoutchouc vulcanisé (3, 4, 3', 4') qui définissent entre elles le système de cavités qui forme un autre profilage. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un pneumatique de véhicule de ce type.
