实施例一 参照图 1、 2和 3所示的吸尘器过滤装置 1, 在过滤器 2的底部设置一支架 10, 支架 10是由圆盘形的 底座 11和圆柱状的芯 12组成, 芯 12—体地设置在圆形底座上。 芯 12具有环形相间排列的环形筋 120, 相邻筋之间形成开口 121,该开口 121用于通过吸尘器或其他清洁设备的工作气流, 围绕芯 12的周围还设 置有纵向排列的筋 122, 纵向排列的筋 122与环形筋 120—体设置并连接相邻设置的环形筋 120。 在芯 12 的上端还设置有圆形的平板 123, 圆形平板的外部与纵向延伸的筋 122—体设置。 圆形平板 123的中心向 上突起形成大体呈圆柱形的中柱 124, 中柱 124与平板 123—体设置。 中柱 124的上端具有一头部 125, 头部 125的下方设置一颈部区域 126, 颈部区域 126的外径小于头部 125边缘的外径。 过滤器装在支架 10 的外部, 端冒 21设置在过滤器 2的上端部, 过滤器 2的底部设置橡胶密封件 22, 过滤器 2安装在支架 10 上时, 橡胶密封件 22与底座 11相互密封。 在端冒 21和橡胶密封件 22之间设置滤纸 23, 滤纸 23在端冒 21和橡胶密封件 22之间周向排布, 滤纸的外表面形成相间排列的脊 24, 所述脊 24能够增大滤纸 23的过 滤面积并使工作气流更容易的通过过滤器 2, 滤纸 23形成圆筒形的内部空间 25。 在所述端冒 21的中心具 有一端孔 26, 该端孔 26贯穿端冒 21并与滤纸 23形成的内部空间 25相连通, 在端孔 26的外部具有紧固 件 27。 进一步参照图 2、 图 3和图 4, 上述过滤装置还包括固定部 3和锁定部 31, 其中固定部 3为一种旋钮, 而锁定部 31为一体成型在旋钮 3上的爪部。 旋钮 3的内侧上具有与紧固件 27配合的装置, 本发明优选的 釆用螺纹作为紧固件, 也可以釆用本领域技术人员所熟知的其他紧固件代替。 过滤器 2安装时需要先将过 过滤器 2与支架 10对准, 然后将芯 12插入内部空间 25内并让平板 123上的中柱 124穿过端冒 21上的端 孔 26,最后将旋钮 3与端冒 21旋紧。旋钮 3大致呈圆柱形,其内表面具有与端孔 26外部配合的螺纹结构, 在其中间设置有爪部 31, 本实施例优选的设置了 6个爪部, 爪部设置在以旋钮底部 32中心为圆心的圆周 上。爪部从固定旋钮的底部向旋钮的开口 33延伸, 在爪部的末端形成倒角 34。所述爪部 31在装配时介于 中柱 124与端孔 26之间。 所述端孔 26外部设置口部 261, 口部的内径从上至下逐渐减小, 并且在口部的 底部具有一弧形的缓冲区域 262,该弧形的缓冲区域的弧面弯曲的方向与爪部倒角 34的弧面大致相同。所 述中柱头部 125呈帽形, 其外径由上至下逐渐增加其外径最大处为帽形檐部 130并且其外部平滑连续地延 伸形成弧形 127表面,。 中柱头部 125下方与颈部 126相连, 头部的下表面 128与颈部 126垂直, 颈部在中 柱上形成一向内凹陷 129的区域 。 当使用者旋转旋钮 3时, 旋钮 3沿中柱 124向下移动, 同时带动爪部 31旋转向下移动,爪部 31尾端的倒角沿口部 261的内表面向下移动, 口部的内径逐渐减小爪部倒角 34与 弧形缓冲区 262直接抵触并沿弧形缓冲区同时向内向下移动, 爪部 31 向内移动将中柱头部 125的帽形檐 部 130夹紧,进一步旋转旋钮 3所述爪部 34穿越端孔 26爪部的末端进入颈部 126形成的凹陷区域 129内。 此时爪部 3111与中柱头部 125之间锁紧, 过滤器 2可以牢固的固定在支架 10上。 旋钮 3和爪部 31是注 塑成型件, 爪部具有弹性, 因此当旋钮 3与过滤器拆除后爪部能够恢复成原有的形状。 总之, 旋钮 3通过 螺纹与端冒 21固定, 旋钮 3与端冒 21旋紧时其产生的推力使爪部 31末端的倒角 34沿口部 261的弧形缓 冲区向内滑动, 最终爪部 31与中柱 124之间锁紧。 参照图 5、 6、 7所示的吸尘器 4, 吸尘器具有一尘桶 40, 尘桶上部设置一机头 41, 机头 41内置电机 和叶轮 (图示出), 电机驱动叶轮产生负压使夹杂灰尘的工作气流从吸尘入口 42经尘桶到达气流出口 43, 在吸尘入口和气流出口之间形成吸尘器的风道。 上述的吸尘器过滤装置安装在机头 41 的下部尘桶内, 过 滤器 2套设在支架 10上并通过旋钮 3固定在支架 10上。 机头的底座上设置有开口 (图中未示出), 该开口 一端与叶轮腔连通另一端与滤纸形成的内部空间 25 连通, 吸尘器工作时工作气流从吸尘入口进入尘桶, 随之工作气流由滤纸的外部进入内部空间, 工作气流中携带的碎屑沉积在滤纸上, 最后清洁的气流经过吸 尘器出口 43排出。 实施例二 本实施例二与第一实施例所揭示的吸尘器及其过滤装置的构造大致相同, 区别仅在于过滤装置中的端 帽的端孔、 固定部和锁定部的结构稍有变化, 以下仅对此不同结构进行详细描述。 本实施例的端孔 26 ' 同样贯穿端帽 21 ' 设置, 并具有口部 261 ' , 但口部 261 ' 大致为中空的直管状, 故而其内径大小基本一致。 本实施例的固定部为旋钮 3 ' , 而锁定部为设置在口部 261 ' 上的至少两个卡扣 28。 旋钮 3 ' 与口部 261 ' 同样以螺纹啮合而紧固。 该至少两个卡扣 28—体成型在口部 261 ' 的侧壁 263上并从侧壁 263顶端 向下延伸。 各卡扣 28具有纵向延伸的斜顶面 29, 并且在其末端形成向内延伸的钩部 292。 本实施例的卡 扣 28数量为两个, 其设置在口部 261 ' 的直径方向上。 这样, 当旋钮 3 ' 与口部 261 ' 相紧固时, 旋钮 3 ' 在向下旋紧的过程中会逐渐向内推顶卡扣 28的斜 顶面 29, 直至卡扣 28的钩部 292卡扣至上述帽形檐部 130的下方并相互卡紧, 从而完成过滤装置从解锁 状态至锁紧状态的转换。
实施例三 本实施例三与实施例二的不同之处仅在于上述卡扣的结构不同, 具体解释如下: 本实施例的卡扣 28 ' 同样一体成型在口部 261 ' 的侧壁 263上, 并且其数量也为两个, 设置在口部 261 ' 的直径方向上。 与实 施例二不同的是, 各个卡扣 28 ' 自侧壁 263的底端向外(横向)延伸, 并在其外侧形成倾斜设置的斜顶面 29 ' , 这样, 当旋钮 3 ' 与口部 261 ' 相紧固时, 旋钮 3 ' 在向下旋紧的过程中会逐渐向内推顶卡扣 28 ' 的斜顶面 29 ' , 直至卡扣 28 ' 卡扣至上述帽形檐部 130的下方并相互卡紧, 从而完成过滤装置从解锁状 态至锁紧状态的转换。
上述实施方式是本发明一种较佳的实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不限于此, 凡遵循本发明精神实 质所做的更改均应当在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种吸尘器过滤装置, 其包括过滤器、 支架、 端冒和固定部; 过滤器具有滤纸和密封件; 端冒设置在 过滤器的一端, 端冒上具有贯穿该端冒的端孔, 过滤器安装在支架上, 支架上设有中柱, 中柱穿过所 述端孔; 其特征在于: 所述端冒和固定部之间设有锁定部, 所述固定部与端冒紧固时锁定部将所述中 柱锁紧。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的吸尘器过滤装置, 其特征在于: 固定部为固定钮, 而锁定部为一体成型在固定钮 上的至少两个爪部。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的吸尘器过滤装置, 其特征在于: 至少两个爪部绕固定钮的中心圆周排列。
4. 如权利要求 2所述的吸尘器过滤装置, 其特征在于: 爪部将中柱锁紧时, 爪部位于中柱与端孔之间。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的吸尘器过滤装置, 其特征在于: 爪部末端形成倒角; 所述端孔设置口部, 口部内径 由上至下逐渐减少, 并在底端形成与所述倒角配合的弧形缓冲区。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的吸尘器过滤装置, 其特征在于: 所述固定钮通过紧固螺纹与口部固定。
7. 如权利要求 2所述的吸尘器过滤装置, 其特征在于: 所述中柱设置头部, 头部具有帽形檐部, 固定部 与端冒紧固时产生的推力使所述爪部与帽形檐部锁紧。
8. 如权利要求 1 所述的吸尘器过滤装置, 其特征在于: 固定部为固定钮, 端孔设置口部, 固定钮与口部 相互螺纹紧固。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的吸尘器过滤装置, 其特征在于: 锁定部为一体成型在口部上的至少两个卡扣。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的吸尘器过滤装置, 其特征在于: 所述中柱设置头部, 头部具有帽形檐部, 当固定 钮与口部相紧固时, 所述卡扣与帽形檐部相互卡紧。
11. 如权利要求 10所述的吸尘器过滤装置, 其特征在于: 所述卡扣具有斜顶面, 当固定钮与口部相紧固 时, 固定钮向内推顶斜顶面使得卡扣与帽形檐部相互卡紧。
12. 如权利要求 8所述的吸尘器过滤装置, 其特征在于: 所述至少两个卡扣一体成型在口部的侧壁上。
13. 如权利要求 12所述的吸尘器过滤装置, 其特征在于: 所述卡扣自口部的侧壁顶端向下纵向延伸, 并 具有斜顶面和钩部。
14. 如权利要求 12所述的吸尘器过滤装置, 其特征在于: 所述卡扣自口部的侧壁底端横向延伸, 并具有 斜顶面。
15. 一种具有如权利要求 1-14任一项所述过滤装置的吸尘器。
16. 如权利要求 15所述的吸尘器, 其特征在于其还包括: 负压空气动力源、 尘桶、 空气入口、 以及出口, 负压空气动力源产生负压使吸尘空气在入口和出口之间的风道流通。
