所述左旋片 6 内侧设有所述右旋片 7, 所述右旋片 7包括圆 环形的右旋片凸沿 70 1和固装在所述右旋片凸沿 70 1 内环中的右 旋板 702,所述右旋板 702上均布设置有多个右旋镂空线条 702 1, 每个所述右旋镂空线条 702 1与所述右旋板 702中部圆心区 19边 缘相切并向周边延伸均等设置。
所述右旋片 7 内侧设有所述透光片 8, 所述透光片 8包括圆 环形的透光凸沿 80 1和固装在所述透光凸沿 80 1 内环中的玻璃板 802, 所述玻璃板 802上均布设置有多个彩色线条 802 1, 每个所 述彩色线条 802 1与所述玻璃板 802中部圆心区 19边缘相切并向 周边延伸均等设置。
两个所述空心环 4分别设置在所述遮光片 5 的外侧和所述透 光片 8的内侧。
所述遮光凸沿 50 1两侧均形成有一环形滑槽 25, 该遮光凸沿 50 1 上轴向贯穿设置有一安装孔 35, 该安装孔 35 内设有一弹簧 26, 该弹簧 26 的两端分别设有一钢球 27, 位于所述遮光片 5外 侧的空心环 4与所述遮光凸沿 50 1相对的一侧形成有与所述环形 滑槽 25相匹配的第一圆形凸缘 28, 通过所述环形滑槽 25与所述 第一圆形凸缘 28的配合能够使得所述空心环 4与所述遮光片 5相 对转动的连接在一起, 所述左旋片凸沿 60 1 与所述遮光凸沿 50 1 相对的一侧形成有与所述环形滑槽 25相匹配的第二圆形凸缘 29, 该第二圆形凸缘 29 端面上周向均布形成有多个用于放置所述钢 球 27 的凹槽 30, 通过所述环形滑槽 25 与所述第二圆形凸缘 29 的配合, 并在所述弹簧 26的压力作用下, 所述钢球 27被压紧在 所述凹槽 30内, 使得所述左旋片 6与所述遮光片 5相对固定。 所述透光凸沿 80 1两侧均形成有一环形滑槽 25, 该透光凸沿 80 1 上轴向贯穿设置有一安装孔 35, 该安装孔 35 内设有一弹簧 26, 该弹簧 26 的两端分别设有一钢球 27, 位于所述透光片 8 内 侧的空心环 4与所述透光凸沿 80 1相对的一侧形成有与所述环形 滑槽 25相匹配的第一圆形凸缘 28, 通过所述环形滑槽 25与所述 第一圆形凸缘 28的配合能够使得所述空心环 4与所述透光片 8相 对转动的连接在一起, 所述右旋片凸沿 70 1 与所述透光凸沿 80 1 相对的一侧形成有与所述环形滑槽 25相匹配的第二圆形凸缘 29, 该第二圆形凸缘 29 端面上周向均布形成有多个用于放置所述钢 球 27 的凹槽 30, 通过所述环形滑槽 25 与所述第二圆形凸缘 29 的配合, 并在所述弹簧 26的压力作用下, 所述钢球 27被压紧在 所述凹槽 30内, 使得所述右旋片 7与所述透光片 8相对固定。
所述左旋片凸沿 60 1与所述右旋片凸沿 70 1 的相对面上均周 向设有齿, 所述外壳 1上且位于所述左旋片 6和所述右旋片 7之 间设有第一电机 3 1, 该第一电机 3 1 的电机轴上设有齿轮 16, 所 述齿轮 16与所述左、 右旋片 6、 7相对面上的齿相互齿咬合, 通 过转动所述齿轮 16, 所述左、 右旋片 6、 7彼此逆向旋转。
所述外壳 1上且位于所述遮光凸沿 50 1 以及透光凸沿 80 1 的 外周分别对应的设有一第二电机 32, 两个所述第二电机 32 的电 机轴上均设有一制动臂 24, 两个所述制动臂 24 分别对应地通过 两个所述第二电机 32的控制来与所述遮光凸沿 50 1和所述透光凸 沿 80 1 的外周壁碰触、 分离, 通过所述制动臂 24的作用, 所述遮 光片 5 /透光片 8能够固定,而所述左旋片 6/右旋片 7在所述齿轮 16的带动下继续旋转,所述钢球 27能够滑动到下一个凹槽 30内。
所述外壳 1上且位于两个所述空心环 4 的一侧分别对应的设 有一第三电机 33, 两个所述第三电机 33 的电机轴上均设有一摆 臂 17, 两个所述摆臂 17 的另一端分别对应地固接在两个所述空 心环 4的外周壁上,两个所述摆臂 17分别通过两个所述第三电机 33的控制使得两个所述空心环 4对应地摆动到外壳 1 内部一侧, 在两个所述空心环 4的分别带动下, 所述遮光片 5 和左旋片 6 以 及所述右旋片 7和透光片 8分别跟随对应的空心环 4摆动到外壳 1 内部一侧。
所述光源 3外侧设有插片 10, 该插片 10通过所述外壳 1 上 的插片口 12插入, 并固定在所述外壳 1 内, 所述插片 10为长方 形, 该插片 10 中部设有转动的圆形带齿凸起 1 1, 该圆形凸起 1 1 内设有镂空图案 23, 在所述光源 3端设有第四电机 34, 该第四电 机 34的电机轴上设有齿轮盘 15, 该齿轮盘 15上的齿与所述圆形 凸起 1 1上的齿相互齿咬合。
所述左旋镂空线条 602 1 的形状和数量与所述右旋镂空线条 7021 的形状和数量相匹配。
所述金属条 502 1 的形状与所述左旋镂空线条 602 1 的形状相 匹配, 所述金属条 5021 的数量与所述左旋镂空线条 6021 的数量 成倍数关系且所述金属条 502 1 的数量少于所述左旋镂空线条 6021 的数量。
所述彩色线条 8021 的形状和数量与所述右旋镂空线条 7021 的形状和数量相匹配。
所述凹槽 30的数量与所述左旋镂空线条 6021/右旋镂空线条 7021 的数量相匹配。
所述遮光凸沿 501/透光凸沿 801 由两个相同的半环结构拼接 构成, 并通过螺栓紧固, 两个相同的半环结构的相接处形成有定 位安装结构。
所述第一、 二、 三、 四电机 31、 32、 33、 34均采用伺服电机。 下面结合具体实施方式做进一歩说明: 首先打开光源 3, 第一电机 3 1带动左旋片 6、 右旋片 7转动, 左旋片 6和右旋片 7相互逆旋转, 光源 3射出的光线通过左旋片 6和右旋片 7上的左旋镂空线条 602 1和右旋镂空线条 702 1相切 漏出的缝隙射出, 一部分光被遮光片 5的金属条 502 1挡住, 使射 出的光斑不规则, 从而形成风车的效果。 光线通过插片 10时, 第 四电机 34带动插片 10上的圆形带齿凸起 1 1转动,圆形带齿凸起 1 1 内的镂空图案 23 的旋转使光线更具多样化。 然后, 根据光线 变化的需要, 可以通过遥控, 让第二电机 32带动的制动臂 24给 遮光片 5/透光片 8 —个制动力, 使遮光片 5/透光片 8 与左旋片 6/右旋片 7的转速产生变化, 即遮光片 5 /透光片 8固定, 左旋片 6/右旋片 7继续旋转,位于遮光片 5/透光片 8与左旋片 6/右旋片 7 间的钢球 27 能够滑动到下一个或几个凹槽 30 内, 使遮光片 5 的金属条 502 1与左旋片 6上对应的左旋镂空线条 602 1 的相对位 置产生变化, 即让金属条 502 1 遮挡或避开左旋镂空线条 602 1, 使透光片 8上的彩色线条 802 1与右旋片 7上对应的右旋镂空线条 702 1 的相对位置产生变化, 即让彩色线条 802 1 遮挡或避开右旋 镂空线条 702 1, 通过这样的控制使得光斑的形状、 放射光线方式 及颜色产生变化, 使射出的光线变化无穷, 活跃现场气氛。
综上所述, 本发明的内容并不局限在上述的实施例中, 本领 域的技术人员可以在本发明的技术指导思想之内提出其它实施 例, 但这些实施例都包括在本发明的范围之内。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种射灯, 其特征在于: 包括外壳 (1)、 遮光片 (5)、 左 旋片 (6)、 右旋片 (7)、 透光片 (8) 以及两个空心环 (4), 所述 外壳 (1) 一端为出光口 (2), 另一端设有光源 (3),
所述遮光片(5)设在所述外壳(1) 内且靠近所述出光口(2), 该遮光片 (5) 包括圆环形的遮光凸沿 (501) 和固装在所述遮光 凸沿 (501) 内环中的遮光板 ( 502), 所述遮光板 ( 502) 包括多 个周向均布设置的金属条(5021), 每个所述金属条(5021)与所述 遮光板 ( 502) 中部圆心区(19)边缘相切并向周边延伸均等设置, 所述遮光片(5)内侧设有所述左旋片(6),所述左旋片(6)包括 圆环形的左旋片凸沿 (601) 和固装在所述左旋片凸沿 (601) 内 环中的左旋板 ( 602), 所述左旋板 ( 602) 上均布设置有多个左旋 镂空线条(6021), 每个所述左旋镂空线条(6021)与所述左旋板 ( 602) 中部圆心区(19)边缘相切并向周边延伸均等设置,
所述左旋片(6)内侧设有所述右旋片(7),所述右旋片(7)包括 圆环形的右旋片凸沿 (701) 和固装在所述右旋片凸沿 (701) 内 环中的右旋板 ( 702), 所述右旋板 ( 702) 上均布设置有多个右旋 镂空线条(7021), 每个所述右旋镂空线条(7021)与所述右旋板 ( 702) 中部圆心区(19)边缘相切并向周边延伸均等设置,
所述右旋片 (7) 内侧设有所述透光片 (8), 所述透光片 (8) 包括圆环形的透光凸沿 (801) 和固装在所述透光凸沿 (801) 内 环中的玻璃板 ( 802), 所述玻璃板 ( 802) 上均布设置有多个彩色 线条 (8021), 每个所述彩色线条 (8021)与所述玻璃板( 802) 中 部圆心区(19)边缘相切并向周边延伸均等设置,
两个所述空心环 (4) 分别设置在所述遮光片(5)的外侧和所 述透光片 (8) 的内侧, 所述遮光凸沿 (501) /透光凸沿 (801) 两侧均形成有一环形 滑槽 (25), 该遮光凸沿 (501) /透光凸沿 (801) 上轴向贯穿设 置有一安装孔 (35), 该安装孔 (35) 内设有一弹簧 (26), 该弹 簧 (26) 的两端分别设有一钢球 (27), 位于所述遮光片(5) /透 光片 (8) 夕卜 /内侧的空心环 (4) 与所述遮光凸沿 (501) /透光凸 沿 (801) 相对的一侧形成有与所述环形滑槽 (25) 相匹配的第一 圆形凸缘(28),通过所述环形滑槽(25)与所述第一圆形凸缘(28) 的配合能够使得所述空心环 (4) 与所述遮光片(5) /透光片 (8) 相对转动的连接在一起,所述左旋片凸沿(601)/右旋片凸沿(701) 与所述遮光凸沿 (501) /透光凸沿 (801) 相对的一侧形成有与所 述环形滑槽 (25) 相匹配的第二圆形凸缘 (29), 该第二圆形凸缘 (29) 端面上周向均布形成有多个用于放置所述钢球 (27) 的凹 槽 (30), 通过所述环形滑槽 (25) 与所述第二圆形凸缘 (29) 的 配合, 并在所述弹簧 (26) 的压力作用下, 所述钢球 (27) 被压 紧在所述凹槽 (30) 内, 使得所述左旋片(6)/右旋片 (7) 与所述 遮光片(5) /透光片 (8) 相对固定,
所述左旋片凸沿 (601) 与所述右旋片凸沿 (701) 的相对面 上均周向设有齿, 所述外壳 (1) 上且位于所述左旋片 (6) 和所 述右旋片 (7) 之间设有第一电机 (31), 该第一电机 (31) 的电 机轴上设有齿轮 (16), 所述齿轮 (16) 与所述左、 右旋片 (6、 7) 相对面上的齿相互齿咬合, 通过转动所述齿轮 (16), 所述左、 右 旋片 (6、 7) 彼此逆向旋转,
所述外壳 (1) 上且位于所述遮光凸沿 (501) 以及透光凸沿 (801) 的外周分别对应的设有一第二电机 (32), 两个所述第二 电机(32)的电机轴上均设有一制动臂(24),两个所述制动臂(24) 分别对应地通过两个所述第二电机 (32) 的控制来与所述遮光凸 沿 (501) 和所述透光凸沿 (801) 的外周壁碰触、 分离, 通过所 述制动臂 (24) 的作用, 所述遮光片 (5) /透光片(8)能够固定, 而所述左旋片(6)/右旋片 (7) 在所述齿轮 (16) 的带动下继续旋 转, 所述钢球 (27) 能够滑动到下一个凹槽 (30) 内,
所述外壳 (1) 上且位于两个所述空心环 (4) 的一侧分别对 应的设有一第三电机 (33), 两个所述第三电机 (33) 的电机轴上 均设有一摆臂 (17), 两个所述摆臂 (17) 的另一端分别对应地固 接在两个所述空心环(4)的外周壁上, 两个所述摆臂 (17) 分别通 过两个所述第三电机 (33) 的控制使得两个所述空心环 (4) 对应 地摆动到外壳 (1) 内部一侧, 在两个所述空心环 (4) 的分别带 动下, 所述遮光片(5) 和左旋片(6)以及所述右旋片 (7) 和透光 片(8)分别跟随对应的空心环 (4) 摆动到外壳 (1) 内部一侧, 所述光源(3)外侧设有插片(10), 该插片(10)通过所述外壳(1) 上的插片口(12)插入, 并固定在所述外壳(1)内, 所述插片(10) 为长方形, 该插片(10)中部设有转动的圆形带齿凸起 (11), 该圆 形凸起(11)内设有镂空图案 (23), 在所述光源 (3) 端设有第四 电机 (34), 该第四电机 (34) 的电机轴上设有齿轮盘 (15), 该 齿轮盘 (15) 上的齿与所述圆形凸起 (11) 上的齿相互齿咬合。
2、 按照权利要求 1所述的射灯, 其特征在于: 所述左旋镂空 线条(6021)的形状和数量与所述右旋镂空线条(7021)的形状和数 量相匹配。
3、 按照权利要求 2 所述的射灯, 其特征在于: 所述金属条 (5021)的形状与所述左旋镂空线条(6021)的形状相匹配, 所述金 属条(5021)的数量与所述左旋镂空线条(6021)的数量成倍数关系 且所述金属条(5021)的数量少于所述左旋镂空线条(6021)的数
4、 按照权利要求 3所述的射灯, 其特征在于: 所述彩色线条 ( 8021) 的形状和数量与所述右旋镂空线条(7021)的形状和数量 相匹配。
5、 按照权利要求 4所述的射灯, 其特征在于: 所述凹槽(30) 的数量与所述左旋镂空线条(6021)/右旋镂空线条(7021)的数量 相匹配。
6、 按照权利要求 1-5中任一项所述的射灯, 其特征在于: 所述遮 光凸沿(501) /透光凸沿(801) 由两个相同的半环结构拼接构成, 并通过螺栓紧固。
