Description

一种多组合效果盘及照明装置 技术领域
本发明属于舞台灯具技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种多组合效果盘及照明装置。
背景技术
舞台灯光也叫“舞台照明”,简称“灯光”,舞台美术造型手段之一。运用舞台灯光设备(如照明灯具、幻灯、控制系统等)和技术手段,随着剧情的发展,以光色及其变化显示环境、渲染气氛、突出中心人物,创造舞台空间感、时间感,塑造舞台演出的外部形象,并提供必要的灯光效果。
为了舞台灯光发出的光具有一定的图案或者颜色,给舞台增加效果,在光源的前部设置效果盘,效果盘上设计图案盘或者颜色盘,由于传统光源聚焦角度大,形成的光斑大,这就需要较大图案盘或者颜色盘,所以现有的效果盘上只能设计部分的图案盘或者颜色盘,变化少,需要产生多种图案或者颜色等效果时,只能增加图案盘或者颜色盘,产品的体积要做得很大,成本也随之增加,也不利于安装使用及运输。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供了一种多组合效果盘及照明装置,其在效果盘上设计多个透光装置,效果盘移动位置,即可更换不同的图案装置或者颜色装置,其灯光效果多变,不需要更多的效果盘,结构紧凑,操作简单 方便。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种多组合效果盘,包括效果盘本体,所述效果盘本体设有至少两圈同心环形透光段,每圈环形透光段包括若干透光片。
进一步,所述透光片为环形均布。
进一步,所述透光片为图案片。
进一步,所述效果盘本体设有两圈环形透光段,所述透光片均为图案片,内圈直径e+内圈图案半径<外圈直径f-外圈图案半径。
进一步,所述透光片为颜色片。
进一步,所述效果盘本体设有两圈环形透光段,所述环形透光段内圈为图案片,外圈为颜色片;或者所述环形透光段内圈为颜色片,外圈为图案片。
一种照明装置,包括光源、多组合效果盘以及驱动多组合效果盘本体自转的机构以及驱动多组合效果盘本体移动的机构,所述光源产生光束,所述光束沿光轴传播照射在所述多组合效果盘本体上。
进一步,所述驱动效果盘本体自转的机构包括效果盘固定组件,所述效果盘固定组件由第一电机驱动自转。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述一种多组合效果盘及照明装置,包括效果盘本体,效果盘本体设有至少两圈同心环形透光段,每圈环形透光段包括若干透光片,本发明通过多圈透光段,在一个盘上设置多种图案或者颜色变化,通过移动效果盘,使光源照射在不同的图案或者颜色上,实现更多样的灯光效果变化。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至8所示,本发明所述一种多组合效果盘,包括效果盘本体1,效果盘本体1设有两圈同心环形透光段2,每圈环形透光段2包括若干透光片,透光片为颜色片3或图案片4。
图1是外圈动画片5,内圈图案片4的多组合效果盘,动画片5为图案片4的形式之一,内圈的图案片4环形均布,内圈直径e+内圈图案半径<外圈直径f-外圈动画半径,其中内圈直径e或外圈直径f,取的图案或动画的中心所形成的圆形直径。
图2是外圈颜色片3,内圈图案片4的多组合效果盘,外圈的颜色片3和内圈的图案片4均为环形均布。
图3是外圈图案片4,内圈颜色片3的多组合效果盘,颜色片3和图案片4同样为环形均布。
图4是内外圈均为动画片5的多组合效果盘,形成连续的多种动画。
图5是内外圈均为颜色片3的多组合效果盘,可以选择多种颜色变化。
图6是内圈为可自转图案片6,外圈为动画片5的多组合效果盘,内圈可自转图案片6由电机驱动旋转。
图7是本发明的光路示意图,光源7发出的光线依次通过效果盘本体1、棱镜8、调焦镜9、缩放镜10和透镜11,光线通过效果盘本体1时,光线可以产生不同的颜色和图案等效果。
图8是效果盘本体1分离后的立体结构示意图,还包括驱动效果盘本体1自转的机构以及驱动效果盘本体1移动的机构,光源7产生光束,光束沿光轴传播照射在效果盘本体1上。
驱动效果盘本体1自转的机构包括效果盘固定组件12,效果盘固定组件12由第一电机18驱动自转,第一电机18驱动第一主动轮13旋转,还包括效果组件板14、移动板15、第一导向轮16以及分别设置于效果盘固定组件12两侧的两个压轮17,第一电机18、第一主动轮13和第一导向轮16固定于效果组件板14,效果盘固定组件12和压轮17设置于移动板15,第一主动轮13驱动第一皮带19运动,第一皮带19绕过第一导向轮16带动压轮17和效果盘固定组件12旋转,效果盘固定组件12在移动板15上旋转,实现效果盘本体1的自转。
驱动效果盘本体1移动的机构包括第二电机20、第二导向轮21和导轨22,效果组件板14安装第二电机20,第二电机20驱动第二皮带23运动,第二皮带23通过第二主动轮24再绕过两个第二导向轮21,第二导向轮21之间设有导轨22,移动板15在第二皮带23的带动下沿着导轨22移动,从而实现效果盘本体1的移动。
效果圈本体可以沿着导轨22来回移动,以改变效果圈本体与光源7位置的变化,光源7发出的光线可以在内圈,也可以在外圈实现不同的效果,同时,效果圈本体自转,可以旋转选择不同的颜色或者图案。

  1. 一种多组合效果盘,包括效果盘本体,其特征在于,所述效果盘本体设有至少两圈同心环形透光段,每圈环形透光段包括若干透光片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种多组合效果盘,其特征在于,所述透光片为环形均布。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种多组合效果盘,其特征在于,所述透光片为图案片。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述一种多组合效果盘,其特征在于,所述效果盘本体设有两圈环形透光段,所述透光片均为图案片,内圈直径e+内圈图案半径<外圈直径f-外圈图案半径。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述一种多组合效果盘,其特征在于,所述透光片为颜色片。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述一种多组合效果盘,其特征在于,所述效果盘本体设有两圈环形透光段,所述环形透光段内圈为图案片,外圈为颜色片;或者所述环形透光段内圈为颜色片,外圈为图案片。
  7. 一种照明装置,其特征在于,包括光源、权利要求1至6任一项所述的多组合效果盘以及驱动多组合效果盘本体自转的机构以及驱动多组合效果盘本体移动的机构,所述光源产生光束,所述光束沿光轴传播照射在所述多组合效果盘本体上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述一种照明装置,其特征在于,所述驱动效果盘本体自转的机构包括效果盘固定组件,所述效果盘固定组件由第一电机驱动自转。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述一种照明装置,其特征在于,所述第一电机驱动第一 主动轮旋转,还包括效果组件板、移动板、第一导向轮以及分别设置于所述效果盘固定组件两侧的两个压轮,所述第一电机、第一主动轮和第一导向轮固定于所述效果组件板,所述效果盘固定组件和压轮设置于所述移动板,所述第一主动轮驱动第一皮带运动,第一皮带绕过第一导向轮带动压轮和效果盘固定组件旋转。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述一种照明装置,其特征在于,所述驱动效果盘移动的机构包括第二电机、第二导向轮和导轨,所述效果组件板安装所述第二电机,所述第二电机驱动第二皮带运动,第二皮带通过第二主动轮再绕过两个第二导向轮,所述第二导向轮之间设有导轨,所述移动板在第二皮带的带动下沿着所述导轨移动。
