用户可以手动选择联系人, 并将选定的联系人划分至一个群组, 而无 需判定联系人的状态信息中是否包含相同的内容。 比如, 对于上例, 用户可以手动选择联系人 Fl、 联系人 F2和联系人 F7 , 然后将这三个联系人划分至一个群组, 虽然这三位联系人的状态信息 中并不包含相同的内容。
优选地, 还包括: 根据接收到的群组删除指令删除选定的群组。
用户可以根据需要选定某个或某几个群组, 并执行删除指令删除选定 的群组。
比如, 对于上例中的 "法国" 群组和 "卢浮宫" 群组, 用户可以选定 "卢浮宫" 群组执行删除操作, 从而删除 "卢浮宫" 群组。
优选地, 还包括: 根据接收到的联系人删除指令, 将选定的联系人从 选定的联系人所在的群组中移除。
用户可以选定某个群组内的一个或多个联系人, 并执行删除指令, 将 选定的联系人从该群组删除。
比如, 对于上例中的 "法国" 群组和 "卢浮宫" 群组, 用户可以进入 "法国" 群组, 然后选定联系人 F1 和联系人 F2 , 并执行删除操作, 从而 将联系人 F1和联系人 F2从 "法国" 群组中移除。
优选地, 还包括: 根据接收到的联系人添加指令, 将选定的联系人添 加至选定的群组。
用户可以选定一个或多个联系人, 并通过拖拽或编辑联系人的方式, 将其添加至指定的群组。
比如, 对于上例的 20位联系人, 用户可以选定其中的联系人 F8 , 然 后将其图标拖拽至 "法国" 群组的图标位置, 从而将联系人 F8 添加至 "法国" 群组, 或打开联系人 F8 的编辑菜单, 选择分组为 "法国" 群 组, 以将联系人 F8添加至 "法国 " 群组。
图 3示出了根据本发明的实施例的联系人分组方法的具体流程图。 如图 3所示, 根据本发明的实施例的联系人分组方法具体包括: 步骤 302 , 判定当前时间段, 根据该时间段对应的频率解析联系人列 表中每个联系人的状态信息, 得到其中的关键词;
步骤 304 , 判定关键词存在关联的联系人为关联联系人, 将这些联系 人划分至一个群组; 步骤 306 , 提示用户已将存在相同状态信息的联系人划分至一个群 组, 是否访问群组;
步骤 308 , 用户可以即时访问已建立的群组进行聊天, 或取消已建立 的群组;
步骤 310 , 判断每个群组的时效性, 对于失去时效性的群组, 说明用 户已失去该群组的对应话题的兴趣, 删除该群组。
图 4A至图 4E示出了根据本发明的联系人分组的示意图。
如图 4A所示, 当用户登录 QQ后, 终端 100可以自动获取其中每位 联系人的状态信息, 并解析这些状态信息, 以判断其中是否存在相关的内 容。
如图 4B所示, 终端 100解析每个人的状态信息后, 可以将存在相关 内容的联系人自动划分至一组, 比如终端共存在如图 3A所示的 7位联系 人, 其中联系人张三的状态信息为: 法国好冷啊, 真受不了! 联系人李四 的状态信息为: 来巴黎了, 真是一个浪漫的城市。 联系人王五的状态信息 为: 凯旋门也就那样嘛, 见了才知道 4艮普通。 联系人赵六的状态信息为: 在法国大街上遇到一个华为的员工。 联系人陈七的状态信息为: 卢浮宫, 真的很不错! 联系人张磊的状态信息为: 蒙娜丽莎是谁画的? 联系人杨玲 的状态信息为: 维纳斯的雕像在进入卢浮宫之前就是断臂的? 那么终端 100 经过解析可以判定联系人张三、 李四、 王五、 赵六和陈七的状态信息 涉及一个共同话题: 巴黎, 从而根据话题 "巴黎" 创建群组, 其中包含上 述七位联系人, 同时, 终端 100判定陈七、 张磊和杨玲的状态信息涉及一 个共同话题: 卢浮宫, 从而根据话题 "卢浮宫" 创建群组, 其中包含上述 三位联系人。
用户可以点击下来菜单查看每个群组中包含的联系人, 也可以手动输 入主题, 使终端 100根据输入的主题创建群组, 并将与该主题相关的联系 人划分至该群组。
如图 4C 所示, 当完成 "巴黎" 和 "卢浮宫" 的分组之后, 可以显示 提示信息, 提示用户已完成分组, 并将分组的主题名称显示给用户, 用户 可以点击选择一个主题, 从而进入该群组, 与该群组的内的联系人进行交 如图 4D 所示, 点击 "卢浮宫" 分组之后, 用户可以 "卢浮宫" 分 组, 并与该群组内的联系人陈七, 张磊和杨玲同时进行聊天, 并且由于已 经确定上述三位联系人存在共同话题 "卢浮宫" , 所以可以方便地切入主 题, 与联系人快速地建立沟通。
如图 4E所示, 终端 100还可以解析当前用户的状态信息, 比如当前 用户的状态信息为: 卢浮魅影的女主角好漂亮! 那么经过解析, 终端 100 可以判定, 联系人中存在与用户状态信息相关的内容, 相关的内容为 "卢 浮宫" , 从而可以显示提示信息, 提示用户存在相关内容, 以及相关内容 是什么, 以便用户快速准确地查找到自己感兴趣的群组。
需要说明的是, 用户也可以根据需要手动创建群组, 并拖拽联系人至 该群组, 也可以根据需要删除已存在的群组。 终端 100还可以统计用户展 开每个群组的次数, 并自动将用户使用频率较高的群组排序向上调整, 使 联系人群组的排序与用户的使用频率相关。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案, 考虑到相关技术中的分 组方法无法为用户提供一个即时的、 大家都关注的共同话题, 使用户可以 方便地与联系人建立相同的话题进行社交。 通过本发明的技术方案, 可以 根据联系人的状态信息对联系人进行分组, 使存在相关联的状态信息的联 系人被划分至一个分组内, 使得用户可以快速地确定与联系人的共同话 题, 进而方便且顺利地进行社交。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于 本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
状态信息获取单元, 用于根据预设条件获取联系人列表中联系人的状 态信息;
状态信息解析单元, 用于解析所述联系人的状态信息, 以判断所述联 系人中任一联系人的状态信息, 与所述联系人中的至少一个其他联系人的 状态信息中是否存在相关联的内容;
群组划分单元, 用于在所述状态信息解析单元判定存在所述相关联的 内容的情况下, 将存在所述相关联的内容的状态信息对应的联系人作为关 联联系人自动划分为一个群组。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述群组划分单元包 括:
联系人复制子单元, 用于复制存在所述相关联的内容的状态信息对应 的关联联系人;
群组创建子单元, 用于根据所述相关联的内容创建一个关联群组; 联系人粘贴子单元, 用于将所述关联联系人粘贴至所述关联群组。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
主题生成单元, 用于根据所述相关联的内容生成主题; 以及
目标主题确定单元, 用于根据接收到的对所述主题的选择指令确定目 标主题, 进而确定所述目标主题对应的状态信息所属的目标联系人;
所述群组划分单元还用于将所述目标联系人划分为一个群组。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
时间设置单元, 用于根据接收到的时段设置指令设置所述预设时间 段。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
频率设置单元, 用于根据接收到的频率设置指令, 设置与所述预设时 间段对应的获取所述联系人状态信息的预设频率; 则
所述状态信息获取单元用于在所述预设时间段内, 以相应的预设频率 获取所述联系人状态信息。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
时效判断单元, 用于判断在预设时间内是否存在对所述群组的操作, 若不存在, 则判定所述群组失去时效性, 删除所述群组。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
群组固定化单元, 用于根据接收到的群组固定指令, 将所述群组设置 为固定群组, 其中, 所述时效判断单元不对所述固定群组的时效性进行判 断。
8. 根据权利要求 1 至 7 中任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述状 态信息获取单元还用于获取用户的状态信息, 所述状态信息解析单元还用 于解析所述用户的状态信息, 以判断所述相关联的内容中是否存在与所述 用户的状态信息相关联的话题内容, 以及, 所述终端还包括:
提示单元, 用于在所述状态信息解析单元判定存在相关联的话题内容 时, 发出提示信息, 并显示所述话题内容。
9. 一种联系人分组方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
步骤 202 , 根据预设时间段获取联系人列表中每个联系人的状态信 息;
步骤 204 , 解析所述每个联系人的状态信息, 以判断所述每个联系人 中任一联系人的状态信息, 与所述每个联系人中的至少一个其他联系人的 状态信息中是否存在相关联的内容;
步骤 206 , 若存在, 则将存在所述相关联的内容的状态信息对应的联 系人作为关联联系人自动划分为一个群组。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的联系人分组方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 206包括:
步骤 2062 , 复制存在所述相关联的内容的状态信息对应的关联联系 人;
步骤 2064, 根据所述相关联的内容创建一个关联群组;
步骤 2066, 将所述关联联系人粘贴至所述关联群组。
11. 根据权利要求 9所述的联系人分组方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 206 还包括: 根据所述相关联的内容生成主题, 并根据接收到的对所述主 题的选择指令确定目标主题, 进而确定所述目标主题对应的状态信息所属 的目标联系人, 将所述目标联系人划分为一个群组。
12. 根据权利要求 9所述的联系人分组方法, 其特征在于, 在所述步 骤 202之前还包括: 根据接收到的时段设置指令设置所述预设时间段。
13. 根据权利要求 12 所述的联系人分组方法, 其特征在于, 在所述 步骤 202之前还包括: 根据接收到的频率设置指令, 设置与所述预设时间 段对应的获取所述状态信息的预设频率; 则所述步骤 202还包括: 在所述 预设时间段内, 以相应的预设频率获取所述状态信息。
14. 根据权利要求 9所述的联系人分组方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 判断在预设时间内是否存在对所述群组的操作, 若不存在, 则判定所述群 组失去时效性, 删除所述群组。
15. 根据权利要求 14 所述的联系人分组方法, 其特征在于, 还包 括: 根据接收到的群组固定指令, 将所述群组设置为固定群组, 其中, 不 对所述固定群组的时效性进行判断。
16. 根据权利要求 9 至 15 中任一项所述的联系人分组方法, 其特征 在于, 还包括: 获取用户的状态信息, 解析所述用户的状态信息, 判断所 述相关联的内容中是否存在与所述用户的状态信息相关联的话题内容, 若 存在, 则发出提示信息, 并显示所述话题内容。
