确定选定群组类型对应的预设联系人信息字段;
根据所述预设联系人信息字段对本地联系人进行归类,将同一类的本地联系人划分为同一个群组。
具体的,所述群组划分模块34,配置为根据以下方式对本地联系人进行归类:
确定本地联系人的联系人信息中所述预设联系人信息字段的取值;
将取值中具有相同关键字的联系人归为同一类;
当联系人信息字段的取值中不包含关键字时,将不包含关键字的联系人中,所述联系人信息字段取值具有共性的联系人归为同一类。
进一步的,所述设置模块35,还配置为设置关键字。
下面通过两个具体示例,对本发明实施例所述方法作以下详细介绍。
示例一
如图4所示,该示例包括以下步骤:
S401:用户选择快速建立群组选项;
具体的,用户进入联系人信息设置菜单,选中相应快速建立群组选项。
S402:终端确定预设联系人信息字段;
该预设联系人信息字段可以为用户根据自身需要预先设置的,也可以采用系统默认设置。
S403:终端生成预设联系人信息字段对应的群组类型;
在该示例中,假设预设联系人信息字段为公司、职位和电子邮件,则生成所述预设联系人信息字段对应的群组类型依次为:公司群组、职位群组和电子邮件群组。
S404:终端将生成的群组类型显示于终端界面上,供用户选择;
S405:用户选择群组类型;
具体到该示例,假设用户选择电子邮件群组。
S406:终端根据用户选择的群组类型划分群组;
具体到该示例,终端选择了电子邮件群组,则终端查找联系人列表中各联系人信息中的电子邮件字段,根据各联系人信息中的电子邮件字段,将联系人划分为不同的群组;
例如,一个示例性的联系人列表如下(表中仅示出联系人姓名及电子邮件字段):

此时,终端基于预先设置的电子邮件字段的关键字163、126将联系人划分为不同的群组,具体的,查找到关键字163的联系人有小张、小刘、老陈和小赵;查找到关键字126的联系人有小李和老吴;
因此,终端将联系人列表中的联系人基于电子邮件字段的取值不同,划分为两个群组:163邮件群组和126邮件群组;其中,163邮件群组中包括的联系人有:有小张、小刘、老陈和小赵;126邮件群组中包括的联系人有:小李和老吴。
S407:终端将划分后的群组及群组成员信息返回终端界面上,供用户查看。
示例二
示例二的基本步骤与示例一相同,只在具体处理上有所差别,因此与示例一共用图4所示的流程图,如图4所示,示例二包括以下处理步骤:
S501:用户选择快速建立群组选项;
具体的,用户进入联系人信息设置菜单,选中相应快速建立群组选项。
S502:终端确定预设联系人信息字段;
该预设联系人信息字段可以为用户根据自身需要预先设置的,也可以采用系统默认设置。
S503:终端生成预设联系人信息字段对应的群组类型;
在该示例中,假设预设联系人信息字段为公司、职位和电子邮件,则生成所述预设联系人信息字段对应的群组类型依次为:公司群组、职位群组和电子邮件群组。
S504:终端将生成的群组类型显示于终端界面上,供用户选择;
S505:用户选择群组类型;
具体到该示例,假设用户选择职位群组。
S506:终端根据用户选择的群组类型划分群组;
具体到该示例,终端选择了职位群组,则终端查找联系人列表中各联系人信息中的职位字段,根据各联系人信息中的职位字段,将联系人划分为不同的群组;
例如,一个示例性的联系人列表如下(表中仅示出联系人姓名及职位字段):

小刘 研发部组长
老陈 技术部部长
老吴 财务部部长

假设终端中预先设置的职位字段的关键字包括:部长和组长;此时,终端基于预先设置的职位字段的关键字将联系人划分为不同的群组,具体的,查找到关键字部长的联系人有老陈和老吴;查找到关键字组长的联系人有小李和小刘;除此之外,终端对剩余联系人小张和小赵的职位字段的取值进行检测,确定小张和小赵的职位字段取值中具有共性的部分为“部主任”,因此,将小张和小赵归为一类,优选的,可以通过智能处理去掉所述具有共性的部分中无实际意义的字“部”,从而确定该群组为职位为主任的群组。
最终,终端依据职位字段取值的不同,将所有联系人划分为三类,并生成对应的三个群组,即,部长群组、组长群组及主任群组。
S507:终端将划分后的群组及群组成员信息返回终端界面上,供用户查看。
在具体实施过程中,上述请求接收模块31、群组类型生成模块32、指示消息接收模块33及群组划分模块34及设置模块35可以由终端内的中央处理器(CPU,Central Processing Unit)、微处理器(MPU,Micro Processing Unit)、数字信号处理器(DSP,Digital Signal Processor)或可编程逻辑阵列(FPGA,Field-Programmable Gate Array)来实现。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用硬件实施例、软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备 上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。

工业实用性
本发明实施例所提供的一种快速建立群组的方法和装置,终端接收到建立群组的请求时,根据联系人信息字段生成一个或多个群组类型;当终端接收到依据选定群组类型生成群组的指示消息时,按照选定群组类型将本地联系人划分为一个或多个群组;这样,用户仅仅需要选择群组类型,终端即可根据用户的选择将本地联系人划分为一个或多个群组,大大提高群组设置的效率,对于用户来说省时省力,大大提高用户体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种快速建立群组的方法,所述方法包括:
    终端接收到建立群组的请求时,根据联系人信息字段生成一个或多个群组类型;
    当终端接收到依据选定群组类型生成群组的指示消息时,按照选定群组类型将本地联系人划分为一个或多个群组。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据联系人信息字段生成一个或多个群组类型包括:
    生成每个预设联系人信息字段对应的群组类型。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在生成每个预设联系人信息字段对应的一个群组类型之前,所述方法还包括:
    预先设置预设联系人信息字段。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其中,所述按照选定群组类型将本地联系人划分为一个或多个群组,包括:
    确定选定群组类型对应的预设联系人信息字段;
    根据所述预设联系人信息字段对本地联系人进行归类,将同一类的本地联系人划分为同一个群组。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述根据预设联系人信息字段对本地联系人进行归类,包括:
    确定本地联系人的联系人信息中所述预设联系人信息字段的取值;
    将取值中具有相同关键字的联系人归为同一类;
    当联系人信息字段的取值中不包含关键字时,将不包含关键字的联系人中,所述联系人信息字段取值具有共性的联系人归为同一类。
  6. 一种快速建立群组的装置,所述装置包括:请求接收模块、群组类型生成模块、指示消息接收模块及群组划分模块;其中,
    所述请求接收模块,配置为接收建立群组的请求,并在接收到建立群组的请求时,触发群组类型生成模块;
    所述群组类型生成模块,配置为被请求接收模块触发时,根据联系人信息字段生成一个或多个群组类型;
    指示消息接收模块,配置为接收依据选定群组类型生成群组的指示消息,并在接收到所述指示消息时,触发群组划分模块;
    群组划分模块,配置为被群组划分模块触发时,按照选定群组类型将本地联系人划分为一个或多个群组。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述群组类型生成模块,配置为根据以下方式生成一个或多个群组类型:
    生成每个预设联系人信息字段对应的群组类型。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:设置模块,配置为预先设置预设联系人信息字段。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的装置,其中,所述群组划分模块,配置为根据以下方式将本地联系人划分为一个或多个群组:
    确定选定群组类型对应的预设联系人信息字段;
    根据所述预设联系人信息字段对本地联系人进行归类,将同一类的本地联系人划分为同一个群组。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述群组划分模块,配置为根据以下方式对本地联系人进行归类:
    确定本地联系人的联系人信息中所述预设联系人信息字段的取值;
    将取值中具有相同关键字的联系人归为同一类;
    当联系人信息字段的取值中不包含关键字时,将不包含关键字的联系人中,所述联系人信息字段取值具有共性的联系人归为同一类。
