본 발명은 전자의무기록 시스템에서 사전에 설정된 서머리 시트 구성 내용에 따라 환자 정보 중 주요 정보를 추출하여, 하나의 서머리 시트에 표시하여, 주요 환자 정보를 일괄적으로 확인할 수 있는 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 장치 및 그 관리 방법에 관한 것이다.

전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 장치 및 그 관리 방법
본 발명은 전자의무기록 시스템 상에서 서머리 시트를 관리하는 기술에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 전자의무기록 시스템에서 사전에 설정된 서머리 시트 구성 내용에 따라 환자 정보 중 주요 정보를 추출하여, 하나의 서머리 시트에 표시하여, 주요 환자 정보를 일괄적으로 확인할 수 있는 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 장치 및 그 관리 방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 전자의무기록(EMR-Electronic Medical Record)은 기존 종이 차트로 관리되던 의무 기록 관리 방식에 정보통신기술을 접목하여, 병원에서 발생하는 의료 정보를 전산화하는 의료정보시스템이며, 환자 개인별 병력, 투약상태, 검사결과 등 건강상태 정보를 쉽게 입력하고 저장하며, 대한민국 등록특허 공보 제10-0538579호(2005. 12. 16)에 기재된 바와 같이, 사용자가 편리한 형태로 정보변경이 가능하도록 하는 기술이 개시된 바 있다.
종래 기술을 통해 EMR 시스템 상에서 사용자가 웹화면에 표시되는 서식을 기본적으로 선택할 수 있도록 하였지만 이러한 전자의무기록 서식은 진료기록 조회, 오더 발행, 검사 결과 정보를 메뉴를 각각 조회하는 방식으로, 의료진이 환자 정보의 주요 내용을 일괄적으로 확인하기는 어려운 문제점이 있다.
또한, 두 가지 이상의 질병을 앓고 있는 환자 또는 장기간 병원에서 치료를 받은 환자의 경우, 오더를 발행한 의료진이 다수 존재할 수 있음에 따라 의료진별로 자신이 발행한 오더 내용만을 추출하여 제공하는 기술이 존재하지 않으므로, 환자 정보에서 여러 차례 오더 발행 내용을 조회해야하는 번거로움이 있다.
따라서 환자 정보에 관한 주요 내용을 추출하여, 하나의 조회 창에서 제공할 수 있는 서머리 시트를 제공하고, 의료진별로 서머리 시트의 내용을 선택 변경할 수 있는 기능이 요구되고 있는 실정이다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 제안된 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 장치의 목적은 환자 정보 조회창에서 환자 정보의 주요 내용을 하나의 작업창에 표시하는 서머리 시트를 제공하는데 있다.
다른 목적은, 환자 정보 조회창에서 특정 아이콘으로 서머리 시트를 활성화하는데 있다.
또 다른 목적은, 서머리 시트 표시부를 이용하여, 서머리 시트의 페이지 정보, 각 페이지별 컨텐츠 정보 및 상세 정보를 하나의 작업창으로 표시하는데 있다.
또 다른 목적은, 서머리 시트의 표시배율을 설정 변경하여, 표시배율별로 서머리 시트 내용을 재정렬하여 제공하는데 있다.
또 다른 목적은, 환경설정부를 더 포함하여, 서머리 시트의 표시 환경을 설정 변경하는데 있다.

도 13은 본 발명에 따른 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 방법의 전체 흐름을 나타내는 흐름도.
이하, 본 발명에 따른 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 장치 및 그 관리 방법을 실시하기 위한 구체적인 내용을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
[도 1]은 본 발명에 따른 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 장치의 전체 구성을 나타내는 도면으로, 서머리 시트 활성화부(10), 서머리 시트 제어부(20), 서머리 시트 구성부(30), 서머리 시트 표시부(40), 표시배율 설정부(50), 서머리 시트 정보부(60) 및 환경설정부(70)를 포함한다.
상기 서머리 시트 활성화부(10)는 전자의무기록 시스템의 환자 정보 조회창 일측에 형성되어, 서머리 시트 활성화를 요청하는 역할을 하며, 본 발명에 따른 상기 서머리 시트 활성화부(10)는 [도 2]에 도시된 바와 같이, 환자 정보 조회창(5)의 메뉴 리스트에 활성화 아이콘(11)으로 형성하는 것이 바람직하다.
즉, 상기 서머리 시트 활성화부(10)를 통해 의료진이 환자 정보 조회창(5)에서 진료기록 조회, 오더 발행, 검사 결과 조회 등 다양한 작업을 진행하더라도 활성화 아이콘(11)을 선택함으로써, 환자 정보에서 중요 정보가 추출된 서머리 시트를 제공받을 수 있는 것이다.
상기 서머리 시트 제어부(20)는 상기 서머리 시트 활성화부(10)와 연결되어, 서머리 시트 활성화 요청에 따라 서머리 시트를 표시하는 작업과 상기 서머리 시트의 설정 작업을 제어하는 역할을 한다.
상기 서머리 시트 구성부(30)는 상기 서머리 시트 제어부(20)와 연결되어, 환자 정보에서 서머리 시트 내용을 추출하는 역할을 하며, 상기 서머리 시트 내용은 사전에 관리자 또는 사용자에 의해 설정되는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명의 실시예에서 상기 서머리 시트는 HOME 및 검사 결과 페이지로 형성되며, 홈에는 환자의 알러지, 문제 목록, 감염, 질병, 상담 정보, 수술, 처방약, 복용중인 약, 가족력 정보가 구성되며, 검사 결과에는 환자 정보를 조회하는 의료진이 발행한 검사 내용을 컨텐츠 항목으로 구성하도록 하였다.
상기 서머리 시트 표시부(40)는 상기 서머리 시트 제어부(20)와 연결되어, 상기 서머리 시트 구성부(30)에서 추출된 내용을 서머리 시트 내용을 팝업창 형태로 표시하는 역할을 하며, 본 발명에 따른 상기 서머리 시트 표시부(40)는 [도 3]에 도시된 바와 같이, 서머리 페이지(41), 서머리 컨텐츠(42) 및 상세 내용부(43)를 포함한다.
상기 서머리 페이지(41)는 [도 4] 및 [도 5]에 도시된 실시예와 같이, 서머리 시트의 페이지 정보를 표시하며, 상기 서머리 컨텐츠(42)는 상기 서머리 페이지(41) 마다 적어도 하나 이상의 컨텐츠 항목으로 표시하며, 상세 내용부(43)는 각각의 상기 서머리 컨텐츠(42)의 상세 내용을 표시하며, 이때, 상기 서머리 컨텐츠(42)는 본인이 발행한 오더 내역 또는 검사 내역만을 표시하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 상세 내용부(43)는 상세 조회창(45)으로 표시될 수도 있다.
이처럼 서머리 시트의 페이지 정보, 각 페이지별 컨텐츠 정보 및 상세 정보를 하나의 작업창으로 표시함으로써, 페이지별 또는 컨텐츠별 선택 작업을 용이하게 하고, 상세 정보를 즉각적으로 확인할 수 있는 것이다.
상기 표시배율 설정부(50)는 상기 서머리 시트 제어부(20)와 연결되어, 상기 서머리 시트 표시부(40)에서 표시되는 서머리 시트의 표시배율을 설정하는 역할을 하며, 본 발명의 실시예에서 상기 표시배율 설정부(50)는 [도 6]에 도시된 바와 같이, 기본 1배율을 축소 버튼으로 설정하고, 3배율을 전체 버튼으로 설정하여, 전체 버튼을 선택 시, 서머리 시트를 확대하여 리사이징하도록 하였다.
이러한 표시배율 변경 시, 서머리 시트의 컨텐츠 및 상세 내용은 표시배율에 따라 재정렬되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 서머리 시트 정보부(60)는 상기 서머리 시트 제어부(20)와 연결되어, 환자 정보 및 서머리 시트의 표시 환경 정보를 저장 관리하는 역할을 한다.
상기 환경설정부(70)는 상기 서머리 시트 제어부(20)와 연결되어, 서머리 시트의 표시 환경을 설정하는 역할을 하며, 본 발명에 따른 상기 환경설정부(70)는 [도 7]에 도시된 바와 같이, 관리자 설정부(71) 및 개인설정부(72)를 포함한다.
상기 관리자 설정부(71)는 병원 내 공통의 서머리 시트를 제공하거나 특화된 개인 서머리 시트 구성을 설정 및 변경하는 역할을 하며, [도 8] 및 [도 9]에 도시된 바와 같이, 병원 내 공통으로 적용되는 서머리 시트를 공급하는 공통 시트 목록부(711), 서머리 시트의 시트명, 시트 유형, 기본여부, 소유자, 원무접수구분과 같은 서머리 시트의 기본 정보를 설정하는 기본 정보 영역(712), 서머리 시트의 페이지 정보를 설정하는 페이지 정보 영역부(713), 서머리 시트의 각 페이지에 표시되는 컨텐츠 항목을 설정하는 컨텐츠 정보 영역부(714) 및 설정된 내용을 서머리 시트에 반영한 미리보기부(715)를 포함하도록 하였다.
상기 개인 설정부(72)는 개인별 서머리 시트 구성을 설정 및 변경하는 역할을 하며, [도 10] 및 [도 11]에 도시된 바와 같이, 개인별 서머리 시트 목록을 관리하는 개인 시트 목록부(721)를 비롯하여, 개인 서머리 시트의 기본 정보를 설정하는 기본 정보 영역(722), 개인 서머리 시트의 페이지 정보를 설정하는 페이지 정보 영역부(723), 개인 서머리 시트의 각 페이지에 표시되는 컨텐츠 항목을 설정하는 컨텐츠 정보 영역부(724) 및 설정된 내용을 서머리 시트에 반영한 미리보기부(725)를 포함하도록 하였다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에서 상기 컨텐츠 정보 영역부(714, 724)는 [도 12]에 도시된 바와 같이, 컨텐츠 분류, 컨텐츠명, 상세 유무, 검색기간 유형, 내용식별유형을 입력하여, 서머리 시트에 사용될 컨텐츠를 등록하거나 컨텐츠 리스트에 등록된 컨텐츠를 선택하여 서머리 시트에 반영할 수 있도록 하였다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 장치를 적용 시, 환자 정보 조회창에서 환자 정보의 주요 내용을 하나의 작업창에 표시하는 서머리 시트를 제공할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 전자의무기록 시스템 상에서 의료진이 환자 정보의 주요 내용을 일괄적으로 확인할 수 있으며, 나아가 환자 정보 및 오더 발행 내용 조회 작업을 용이하게 하는 효과를 누릴 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 장치를 이용한 서머리 시트 관리 방법을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
[도 13]은 본 발명에 따른 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 방법의 전체 흐름을 나타내는 흐름도로, 상기 환경설정부(70)를 이용하여, 서머리 시트의 구성 환경을 설정하는 단계(S10)를 수행한다.
상기 S10 단계는 상기 관리자 설정부(71)를 이용하여, 병원 내 공통의 시트를 제공하거나 개인 서머리 시트 구성을 설정하는 단계 또는 개인 설정부(72)를 이용하여, 개인별 서머리 시트 구성을 설정하는 단계를 말하며, 상기 서머리 시트는 페이지 정보 및 각 페이지별 컨텐츠 정보가 포함된다.
이러한 S10 단계를 공통 서머리 시트를 공유하거나 개인별로 특화된 서머리 시트를 구성할 수 있는 것이다.
다음으로, 환자 정보를 조회 시, 상기 S10 단계에서 설정된 환경 조건에 따라 환자 정보를 추출하여, 서머리 시트를 구성하는 단계(S20)를 수행하며, 상기 S20 단계에서 상기 서머리 시트는 상기 S10 단계에서 설정된 페이지 정보 및 각 페이지별 컨텐츠 정보에 해당하는 환자 정보를 추출하는 단계를 말한다.
다음으로, 환자 정보를 조회한 화면에서 상기 서머리 시트 활성화부(10)를 이용하여, 서머리 시트의 표시창을 활성화를 요청하는 단계(S30)를 수행하고, 본 발명의 실시예에서 상기 S30 단계는 환자 정보 조회창의 메뉴 리스트에 형성된 서머리 시트 아이콘을 선택하는 단계를 말한다.
다음으로 상기 서머리 시트 표시부(40)를 이용하여, 상기 S20 단계에서 구성된 서머리 시트를 표시하는 단계(S40)를 수행하고, 본 발명에 따른 상기 S40 단계에서 서머리 시트의 페이지 정보, 각 페이지별 컨텐츠 항목 및 서머리 컨텐츠의 상세 내용을 하나의 작업창에 표시하는 단계를 말한다.
다음으로, 상기 서머리 시트 제어부(20)를 이용하여, 표시배율 설정부의 표시배율이 변경되었는지 확인하는 단계(S50)를 더 포함하고, 상기 S50 단계에서, 표시배율이 변경된 경우, 선택된 표시배율로 서머리 시트를 리사이징하고, 서머리 시트 내용을 재정렬하여 표시하는 단계(S60)를 수행한다.
이러한 S50 단계 및 S60단계를 통해 선택된 표시배율에 따라 서머리 시트 내용을 재정렬하여 표시함으로써, 서머리 정보 식별력을 향상시킬 수 있는 것이다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이, 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 방법을 적용 시, 공통 서머리 시트를 공유하거나 개인별로 특화된 서머리 시트를 구성하여, 환자의 주요 정보를 일일이 조회하는 작업 없이 환자의 주요 정보를 일괄적으로 확인할 수 있는 효과를 누릴 수 있다.
이상 본 발명의 실시예로 설명하였으나 본 발명의 기술적 사상이 상기 실시예로 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범주에서 다양한 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 장치 및 그 관리 방법으로 구현할 수 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 전자의무기록 시스템의 환자 정보 조회창 일측에 형성되어, 서머리 시트 활성화를 요청하는 서머리 시트 활성화부;
    서머리 시트 활성화 요청에 따라 서머리 시트를 표시하는 작업과 상기 서머리 시트의 설정 작업을 제어하는 서머리 시트 제어부;
    서머리 시트 설정에 따라 환자 정보에서 서머리 시트 내용을 추출하는 서머리 시트 구성부 및
    상기 서머리 시트 구성부에서 추출된 내용을 서머리 시트 내용을 팝업창 형태로 표시하는 서머리 시트 표시부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 서머리 시트 활성화부는,
    상기 환자 정보 조회창의 메뉴 리스트에 특정 아이콘으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 서머리 시트 표시부는,
    서머리 시트의 페이지 정보를 표시하는 서머리 페이지;
    상기 서머리 페이지에 적어도 하나 이상의 컨텐츠 항목으로 표시하는 서머리 컨텐츠 및
    각각의 상기 서머리 컨텐츠의 상세 내용을 표시하는 상세 내용부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 서머리 시트 제어부와 연결되어, 상기 서머리 시트 표시부에서 표시되는 서머리 시트의 표시배율을 설정하는 표시배율 설정부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 서머리 시트 제어부와 연결되어, 서머리 시트의 표시 환경을 설정하는 환경설정부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 환경설정부는,
    병원 내 공통의 서머리 시트를 제공하거나 특화된 개인 서머리 시트 구성을 설정 및 변경하는 관리자 설정부 및
    개인별 서머리 시트 구성을 설정 및 변경하는 개인 설정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 서머리 시트 제어부와 연결되어, 환자 정보 및 서머리 시트의 표시 환경 정보를 저장 관리하는 서머리 시트 정보부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 장치.
  8. (a) 환경설정부를 이용하여, 서머리 시트의 구성 환경을 설정하는 단계;
    (b) 환자 정보를 조회 시, 상기 (a) 단계에서 설정된 환경 조건에 따라 환자 정보를 추출하여, 서머리 시트를 구성하는 단계;
    (c) 환자 정보를 조회한 화면에서 서머리 시트 활성화부를 이용하여, 서머리 시트의 표시창을 활성화를 요청하는 단계 및
    (d) 서머리 시트 표시부를 이용하여, 상기 (b) 단계에서 구성된 서머리 시트를 표시하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 (a) 단계는,
    (a-1) 관리자 설정부를 이용하여, 병원 내 공통의 시트를 제공하거나 개인 서머리 시트 구성을 설정하는 단계 또는 (a-2) 개인 설정부를 이용하여, 개인별 서머리 시트 구성을 설정하는 단계 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 (d) 단계 이후에,
    (e) 서머리 시트 제어부를 이용하여, 표시배율 설정부의 표시배율이 변경되었는지 확인하는 단계를 더 포함하고,
    상기 (e) 단계에서, 상기 표시배율이 변경된 경우,
    (f) 선택된 표시배율로 서머리 시트를 리사이징하고, 서머리 시트의 내용을 재정렬하여 표시하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 (c) 단계는,
    환자 정보 조회창의 메뉴 리스트에 형성된 서머리 시트 아이콘을 선택하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 (d) 단계는,
    서머리 시트의 페이지 정보, 각 페이지별 컨텐츠 항목 및 서머리 컨텐츠의 상세 내용을 하나의 작업창에 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자의무기록 시스템 기반의 서머리 시트 관리 방법.
