根据本发明一些实施例的烘干机或洗干一体机, 实质是在直排式干衣机的基础上增加 了内循环, 或者是说在冷凝式干衣机的基础上增加了直排式的开口并取消冷凝器。 烘干的 过程与传统方式不同, 在开始阶段, 只对衣物预热, 不对外排放蒸汽, 等到内部温度上升 到一定程度时候, 开始以直排的形式对外排放蒸汽, 维持桶体内衣物在比较高的温度下烘 干。
本发明的优点是, 可以使热量在内部循环以对衣物预热或加热, 使得蒸汽在高温下排 出, 提高烘干效率, 同时和冷凝式相比, 不需要冷凝模块, 可以极大的降低风阻, 提高内 部换热速度, 提高烘干效率的同时, 降低制造成本。
