Thanks to a sensor located on the upper part of the doors and pins located on the door-leaf, the present invention relates to a system which provides the disinfection process by spraying the disinfection product through the spot holes which are located on the right and left side of the door frame and which sense the person or the product.
Prior Art
Disinfection is a process which is applied so as to kill or make ineffective the microorganisms that are characterized to cause illness in people.
As all other living-beings, microorganisms feed and breed when they find an appropriate environment and they are available in the soil, air, human body and all around our surrounding. The microorganisms which can be found in various areas of use such as equipment to be used in medical and surgical interventions, water that we drink and food that we eat, operating room, intensive care units, newborn units, common toilets, food production plants, etc. are required to be partially or totally killed in terms of health;
The main disinfectants are the chemical disinfectants, physical disinfectants, mechanical disinfectants and disinfection by radiation. Out of these types of disinfectants, chemical disinfectants are widely used. Although there are many chemical substances having a disinfection effect, the number of substances which meet some conditions such as efficiency, applicability and ease of usage is limited.
In the current applications, the disinfection is applied mainly to the environments and the materials that have been used. Especially in the organizations where the health factor is important, the current precautions are insufficient as there is also a high circulation.
In the healthcare organizations, food production plants, cutting farms etc. the disinfection of people are mainly provided by disinfectants sprayed onto the hands.
The disinfectant applied locally does not completely provide hygiene, and it is a precaution for moving and breeding the microbes.
Especially in our country where epidemic illnesses are quite common, the importance of disinfection increases for the people and therefore precautions should be taken accordingly.
Currently, there are many organizations providing disinfection process which has turned out to be a need now. However, in most of these organizations, untrained staff are working, and therefore the disinfectants composed of wrong amount of chemicals or in wrong proportions pose a great danger rather than benefit.
In the invention with the application No. 2011/04895 and titled "Environment Disinfection Device" according to the prior art, briefly the invention relates to an environment disinfection device which is used in hospitals, food production places, medicine production places, hemodialysis units, blood banks, dental clinics, research laboratories, schools, nurseries, public transportation vehicles, quarantine rooms and any kind of indoor places that are desired to be cleansed of microbes, and which can use both concentrated disinfectant and ready to use disinfectants and which make the dilution and dosing process automatically; characterized in making the air coming from blower pass through the UV fan head, and making the air disinfected and the disinfectant vapor activated' by the (UV) lamb inside the UV fan head release automatically into the outer environment under control.
In the invention with the application No. 2010/06355 and titled "Ultrasonic hand disinfection device" according to the prior art, briefly, an ultrasonic hand disinfection device is disclosed which provides the hands to be cleansed of bacteria and virus and dried before and after the processes in surgeries and in other areas which require effective disinfection. This invention provides the disinfection substances to be automatically sprayed onto the hand without using any spray pump or tool while disinfecting the hands; the chemical reaction speed of the disinfectant chemical substance to be increased by means of ultrasonic waves, and thus to be penetrated into all the pores of the hand. As the disinfectant material is automatically sprayed onto the hands by means of a photo-celled electronic control circuit, it is prevented that virus and bacteria infect the other people in the common places. Moreover, as for the drying process, it has a function to blow warm air, without using any towel, napkin or drying machine. Before the warm air is blown onto the hands, they are cleansed of bacteria and virus by the ultraviolet rays inside the device. As the device can be moved and installed to anywhere easily, it can be used in hospitals, clinics, operating room, delivery room, laboratory, production plants, etc. Any kind of water-free chemical cleaning products can be used as disinfection material. The device can meet the electricity from the network or from solar energy with solar technology. Moreover, it is rechargeable.
In the examples regarding the current system, the disinfection process is either local or for the location, but disinfection cannot be provided completely and is not enough.
Objects of the Invention

The object of the present invention is to transmit the disinfection product to the channels thanks to its area to store the disinfectant when it receives the signal of a person or product.
The object of the present invention is to conduct the spraying process every 10 seconds when door is kept open, so that the disinfectant product is not wasted in the case that the door is opened and nobod passes through. as long as the door is kept open so as not to waste the disinfectant product, in the case that the door is opened and nobody passes through.
The object of the present invention is to prevent microbes from spreading and to apply a continuous disinfection process in hospitals, cutting plants, nurseries, food production plants etc. where health factor is of great importance.
The object of the present invention is to provide the people and materials coming in and out of the places to be completely disinfected.
The object of the present invention is to provide long-term disinfection by making use of right chemicals in right amounts.
The object of the present invention is to provide a complete hygiene as it completely applies the disinfection process.
The object of the present invention is to prevent the disinfectant that is sprayed from giving harm to people in case it mixes with the air while the door is opening and closing.
So as to fulfill the above-mentioned objects, the present invention relates to a system which provides disinfection process by spraying the disinfectant product through the spot nozzles
that are available on the left and right side of the door frame and sense the person or the product, by means of the sensor located on the upper part of these doors or the pins located on the door frame; characterized in comprising a sensor located on the upper frame of the door, spot nozzles located on the right and left frames of the door, disinfectant circulation channels which the spot nozzles are connected to, and a storing unit where the disinfectant is stored.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The present invention relates to a disinfectant system (8) structured on the door/frame or at the entrance of a place where disinfection should be applied, characterized in comprising a sensing equipment (6) located at the entrance of the place or on the door/frame, spot nozzle (1) activated with the stimulation from said sensing equipment (6), a storing unit (5) which provides supplying of disinfectant (7) to said spot nozzle (1), disinfectant circulation channels (3) providing disinfectant (7) to the spot nozzle (1) by means of said storing unit (5), and a pump (5.2) for transmitting the disinfectant (7) in said storing unit (5).
In the system, the perspective view of which is drawn in Figure-1, the spot nozzles (1) which will perform the spraying process, are located on the door frame (2) with 30 cm-intervals and it is preferred that its case (2) is metal in terms of resistance. The skirtings (4) where the disinfectant circulation channels (3) that the spot nozzles (1) are connected to are going to be located should be of at least 10 cm height and 2 cm width, and made of materials such as steel, metal, etc. This characteristic is of great importance so that the circulation channels (3) do not get any harm. As the disinfectant circulation channels (3) are preferably plastic, the disinfectant (7) liquid can easily be transmitted. · * ' -
In Figure-2, the location of the spot nozzles (1) is shown, and in Figure-3, the general view of the system is shown.
The working principle of the system shown in Figure-4 is as follows: the sensors (6) used in the system is preferably a sensor or a mechanic sensor called as switch pin. As the sensing equipment (6) or the switch on the door frame senses a person or a product when the door opens, the system gets activated, and a signal is sent to the disinfectant storing unit (5). As the signal is sent to the disinfectant storing unit (5), the store (5) starts to pump the disinfectant (7) material by means of a pump (5.2). The pumped disinfectant (7) passes through the circulation channels (3) and is transmitted to the spot nozzles (1) that are located with 30 cm-intervals on the right and left side of the door frame (2), and therefore the disinfection process starts.
In order to prevent the disinfectant (7) product from decreasing in the store and the system from slowing down, it is needed to locate a liter indicator on or near the store (5) or to have an electronic warning system.
In the case that the door is opened and nobody passes through, a spraying is conducted in every 10 seconds when door is kept open, so that the disinfectant (7) product is not wasted.
