The inner packaging system comprises a material wheel 310(b), a folding roller 320(b), a transport wheel 330(b), a filling machine 340(b), a heat sealing machine 350(b) and a feeding table 360, wherein the material wheel 310(b) is used for loading the film packaging belt 2; the material wheel 310(b), the folding roller 320(b), the transport wheel 330(b), the filling machine 340(b), the heat sealing machine 350(b) and the feeding table 360 are all controlled by a single chip microcomputer; the folding roller 320(b) is arranged below the material wheel 310(b), the folding roller 320(b) is arranged in the middle of the material wheel 310(b), and one end of the folding roller 320(b) is abutted against the middle of the film packing belt 2 to be folded in half; the transport wheels 330(b) are disposed below the folding rollers 320(b) for transporting the film wrapping tape 2; the filling port of the filling machine 340(b) is arranged inside the film packing belt 2; one end of the feeding table 360 is arranged inside the film packing belt 2 and the feeding table 360 is arranged below the filling machine 340; heat-seal machine 350(b) includes heat-seal strip 352(b) and heat-seal strip 351(b), and heat-seal strip 352(b) level sets up, and heat-seal strip 351(b) is vertical to be set up in the open end of film packing area 2, and heat-seal strip 352(b) sets up in the below of heat-seal strip 351 (b). The whole arrangement is the same as that of an inner packaging system, and the difference is that packaged Ailick stock solution is fed into an outer packaging system through a feeding table 360 to form an inner-outer double-layer shape. It should be noted that the conveying control of the feeding table 360 is also controlled by a single chip.
As shown in fig. 8, a method for using a fully automatic packaging system for sterilization cases 500 includes the following steps:
s1, inputting the personal information and the picture of the skin damage of the patient; the personal information refers to identity card information and medical record information, and the skin damage photo can be shot and recorded by a mobile phone or shot and recorded on site.
S2: encoding personal information of the patient and a picture of the skin lesion; and unified specification and management are achieved, and convenience is brought to calling and looking up.
S3: putting raw materials, and starting a disinfection system after putting the raw materials; the raw materials, i.e., the roll of gauze 1 and the film wrapping tape 2, are stated to ensure the sterility of the finished product, so that multiple sterilizations, such as ultraviolet rays and ozone, must be performed when the raw materials are initially added.
S4: calling codes to input parameters of the gauze 1 and the disinfectant; medical care personnel or patients manually output the size of the gauze 1 and the sterilized proportioning quantity by themselves, and the singlechip receives instructions and performs parameter conversion.
S5: driving a gauze cutting system 200 according to the input parameters to cut the gauze 1; the gauze cutting system 200 is controlled by the single chip microcomputer to perform a series of operations such as selection, cutting and stacking of gauze 1 roll, and the required gauze 1 piece is produced.
S6: driving a disinfectant packing system 300 according to the input parameters to prepare and pack the disinfectant; the disinfectant packing system 300 is controlled by the single chip microcomputer to match the Ailix stock solution with the normal saline, and the required quantity is produced according to the requirement.
S7: the cut gauze 1 and the prepared disinfectant are conveyed into the sterilizing box 500.
S8: sterilizing the sterilizing cassette 500 and selecting whether to perform a capping and personal information printing according to the parameters; it should be noted that, according to the entered personal information, the personal information of the patient is obtained by the conventional technique, such as: the time of changing the dressing, the identity information of the patient and the like are printed on the outer surface of the disinfection box 500, so that other personnel can observe and remind the patient to change the dressing conveniently; in addition, the selection of whether to cover according to the parameters includes one of the following two cases: when the gauze box is directly used in a nurse station, the sealing cover selection is not carried out when the parameters are preset, and the gauze from the disinfection box can be directly used; the second step is as follows: if the patient needs to take away the disinfection box by himself, the disinfection box is adjusted when parameters are input, and the disinfection box is sealed and printed.
S9: the sterilization case 500 is delivered out to the patient or the medical staff.

Claims (10)

1. A dressing change dressing cutting and packing device, comprising:
the input system is used for inputting instructions and inputting and storing the skin damage pictures and the personal information of the patients;
the gauze cutting system is used for cutting gauzes with different sizes according to input instructions;
the disinfectant packing system packs disinfectant in different proportions according to the input instruction;
and the disinfection box configuration system is used for placing the prepared disinfectant and the cut gauze into the disinfection box and conveying the disinfection box out.
2. The dressing cutting and packaging device of claim 1, wherein the entry system comprises a touch screen, a single-chip microcomputer, an identification card reader and a storage, and the touch screen, the identification card and the storage are respectively connected with the single-chip microcomputer.
3. The dressing cutting and packaging apparatus of claim 2 wherein the gauze cutting system comprises a plurality of sets of gauze cutters; every group the gauze cutter includes:
the loading wheel rotates around the rotating shaft of the device, and the rotating shaft of the loading wheel is fixedly arranged;
the gauze conveying device comprises a conveying roller, a first roller, a second roller and a third roller, wherein the conveying roller comprises the first roller, the second roller and the third roller, the first roller and the second roller are connected through a belt, the third roller is arranged vertically above the first roller, and the first roller and the third roller are matched to convey gauze;
the cutting table and the belt pulley are arranged coaxially; the cutting table comprises a supporting surface and a discharging surface, the supporting surface and the belt pulley are arranged on the same horizontal plane, and the discharging surface is arranged obliquely downwards;
the cutting knife is arranged above the supporting surface and used for cutting gauze;
the feeding wheel is arranged on one side of the cutting knife, which is far away from the conveying roller, and the feeding wheel is arranged above the supporting surface;
the limiting box is arranged below the discharging surface and comprises a horizontal baffle and a vertical baffle which are mutually connected, the vertical baffle is intersected with the extension line of the discharging surface, and the horizontal baffle is provided with a through groove;
the pressing rod comprises a rotating part and a plurality of pressing rods, one end of each pressing rod is fixedly connected with the rotating part, the rotating part rotates around the axis of the rotating part, and the pressing rods penetrate through the through grooves when the rotating part rotates;
the material box is arranged below the through groove;
the movement of the loading wheel, the conveying roller, the cutting table, the cutting knife, the feeding wheel, the limiting box, the material pressing rod and the material box is controlled by a single chip microcomputer.
4. The dressing cutting and packaging device of claim 3 further comprising a secondary pressure wheel, wherein the secondary pressure wheel is disposed above the support surface, and the secondary pressure wheel is disposed on a side of the cutting knife away from the feed wheel.

The dressing cutting and packing device for changing dressings as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that a material limiting plate is further provided, the material limiting plate is arranged in parallel with the discharge surface, and the extension line of the material limiting plate intersects with the vertical baffle.
6. The dressing cutting and packaging apparatus of claim 2 wherein the sterilization packaging system comprises: an internal packaging system;
the inner packaging system comprises a material wheel (a), a folding roller (a), a transport wheel (a), a filling machine (a) and a heat sealing machine (a), wherein the material wheel (a) is used for loading a film packaging belt; the material wheel (a), the folding roller (a), the transport wheel (a), the filling machine (a) and the heat sealing machine (a) are controlled by a single chip microcomputer;
the folding roller (a) is arranged below the material wheel (a), the folding roller (a) is arranged in the middle of the material wheel (a), and one end of the folding roller (a) is abutted against the middle of the film packing belt to be folded in half;
the conveying wheel (a) is arranged below the folding roller (a) and is used for conveying a film packing belt;
a filling opening of the filling machine (a) is arranged inside the film packing belt;
the heat sealing machine (a) comprises a heat sealing heat cutting strip (a) and a heat sealing strip (a), the heat sealing heat cutting strip (a) is horizontally arranged, the heat sealing strip (a) is vertically arranged and arranged at the opening end of the film packing belt, and the heat sealing heat cutting strip (a) is arranged below the heat sealing strip (a).

the conveying wheel (b) is arranged below the folding roller (b) and is used for conveying a film packing belt;
a filling opening of the filling machine (b) is arranged inside the film packing belt;
one end of the feeding table is arranged inside the film packing belt and the feeding table is arranged below the filling machine;

10. A method of using a dressing change dressing cutting and packaging device, comprising the steps of:
s1, inputting the personal information and the picture of the skin damage of the patient;
s2: encoding personal information of the patient and a picture of the skin lesion;
s3: putting raw materials, and starting a disinfection system after putting the raw materials;
s4: calling codes to input parameters of gauze and disinfectant;
s5: driving a gauze cutting system according to the input parameters to cut the gauze;
s6: driving a disinfectant packing system according to the input parameters to prepare and pack the disinfectant;
s7: conveying the cut gauze and the prepared disinfectant into a disinfection box;
s8: sterilizing the sterilizing box, and selecting whether to seal the cover and print personal information according to the parameters;
s9: the sterilization case is transported out to the hand of the patient or the medical staff.
