Soporte publicitario para porterías de fútbol y similares, porterías en las que participa un marco y una red (2) que se sujeta mediante tensores (3) a una pareja de columnas (4) establecidas inmediatamente por detrás de la portería (1), que está constituido a partir de dos brazos (5) horizontales, que se acoplan a la extremidad superior de las columnas (4) y que se rematan superior e interiormente en sendas articulaciones (6) que permiten el giro angular de un soporte (7-7') para fijación de la publicidad (8) de que se trate.

SOPORTE PUBLICIARIO PARA PORTERIAS DE FÚTBOL Y SIMILARES
D E S C R I P C I Ó N
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a un soporte publicitario que ha sido especialmente concebido para ser integrado en porterías de fútbol y similares, en orden a permitir emplazar publicidad sobre el larguero de dichas porterías, quedando perfectamente visible por el público.
El objeto de la invención es proporcionar un soporte publicitario sumamente llamativo y consecuentemente efectivo, al situarse en una zona de máxima expectación por parte del público.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Como es sabido, en el ámbito de aplicación práctica de la invención, existen un gran numero de soportes publicitarios, destinados a ser implantados dentro de los terrenos de juego de un campo de fútbol, como pueden ser los soportes perimetrales al terreno, vallas con sistemas de iluminación led, soportes laterales en el suelo y en las porterías, y a la altura de la cuerda tensora de la red de la portería, etc.
En este sentido, son conocidos los soportes que se disponen en los laterales de las porterías a través de mallas serigrafiadas, vallas con sistemas de iluminación digital que acotan el perímetro del terreno de juego, lonas serigrafiadas con sistemas para generar efectos de 3d en tipografías y logos, paneles publicitarios conformados por un cartel publicitario sobre unos medios de soporte abatible para la colocación junto a las porterías. También son conocidos dispositivos que en posición vertical o inclinada se disponen detrás de la portería sobre el césped, pero todos estos soportes están en disposición del contacto físico y directo con jugadores y los integrantes de un partido, además de recortar los espacios necesarios de reacción para una frenada en sprint o en carrera por los jugadores; o aquellos que pueden estar dispuestos detrás de la portería y su visibilidad se ve reducida por la propia malla o red de la portería.
En este sentido, el propio solicitante es titular del modelo de utilidad U201 131241 , en el que se describe un soporte que, si bien pueden quedar dispuesto en el lateral de la portería su visibilidad se ve reducida, no resultando todo lo eficaces que seria deseable.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
El dispositivo que se preconiza ha sido concebido para resolver la problemática anteriormente expuesta, de una forma sencilla pero de gran eficacia, ofreciendo un soporte visualmente atractivo, dispuesto en una zona de máxima observación y que no constituye ningún obstáculo o riesgo para los jugadores.
Para ello, y de forma mas concreta, el dispositivo de la invención se adapta a la estructuración convencional de una portería de fútbol o similar, en la que su red se sustenta mediante una pareja de tensores a través de dos columnas establecidas inmediatamente por detrás de la portería.
Pues bien, a partir de esta estructuración convencional, el soporte que se preconiza está constituido a partir de dos brazos verticales, que se acoplan a los extremos superiores de las columnas sobre las que se tensa la red, brazos que se rematan superior e interiormente en respectivas articulaciones a las que se acoplan respectivas barras portadoras de la información publicitaria, de manera que dichas barras se fijan entre si por su extremo opuesto a través de potentes imanes, que permiten proporcionar cierto juego al dispositivo que lo hace mas flexible frente a condiciones climatológicas adversas o frente a golpes provocados por el balón.
Así pues, sobre la zona superior del conjunto que definen las dos barras se fijara de forma convencional la publicidad de que se trate, con la particularidad de que, las comentadas articulaciones estarán asistidas por un elemento elástico interno que haga tender a las barras, y consecuentemente a la publicidad establecida sobre las mismas a adoptar una disposición vertical, de modo que, ante un golpe provocado por un balonazo, la publicidad bascule hacia atrás, a través de las comentadas articulaciones, dejando pasar al balón, e impidiendo que este vuelva al terreno de juego, de modo que, merced a los elementos elásticos anteriormente referidos, una vez el balón haya sobrepasado el soporte publicitario, este tienda automáticamente a su posición inicial de máxima visibilidad.
De acuerdo con otra de las características de la invención, se ha previsto que la longitud de los comentados brazos sea tal que las barras horizontales queden dispuestas al menos un metro por encima de la altura del larguero. En cuanto al elemento elástico recuperador de la posición de las barras portadoras de la publicidad, este puede ser sustituido por un contrapeso, para hacer volver a dicho elemento a su posición de verticalidad mediante los correspondientes finales de carrera en las comentadas articulaciones, sin que ello afecte a la esencia de la invención.
De igual manera, las barras podrían estar constituidas por un único elemento, es decir, participar una única barra longitudinal, y consecuentemente desprovista de la unión con imanes, sin que ello afecte a la esencia de la invención.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que seguidamente se va a realizar y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, de acuerdo con un ejemplo preferente de realización práctica del mismo, se acompaña como parte integrante de dicha descripción, un juego de dibujos en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente: La figura 1.- Muestra una vista en alzado de una portería de fútbol en la que se ha instalado un soporte publicitario realizado de acuerdo con el objeto de la invención.
La figura 2.- Muestra un detalle en perspectiva del conjunto de la figura anterior a nivel del dispositivo de la invención.
La figura 3.- Muestra una vista en perfil del conjunto representado en la figura 1.
La figura 4.- Muestra una vista similar a la de la figura 1 , pero correspondiente a un instante en el que el dispositivo es golpeado por un balón.
La figura 5.- Muestra, finalmente, una vista similar a la de la figura 4, pero correspondiente a un instante después del impacto, en la que se puede observar como el dispositivo vuelve a su posición inicial.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN Como se puede ver en las figuras referidas, el soporte publicitario de la invención está destinado a implantarse en una portería de fútbol (1), cuya red (2) se sujeta mediante tensores (3) a una pareja de columnas (4) establecidas inmediatamente por detrás de la portería (1). De acuerdo con la invención, el soporte publicitario consta de dos brazos (5) horizontales, que se acoplan a la extremidad superior de las columnas (4) y que se rematan en sendas articulaciones (6) que permiten el giro angular de un soporte (7-7') para fijación de la publicidad (8) de que se trate. La longitud de los brazos (5) será tal que, el soporte (7-7') quede dispuesto sobre el larguero de la portería.
Preferentemente, el soporte (7-7') estará constituido a partir de dos barras que se fijan por su extremo interior mediante potentes imanes (9), en orden a absorber condiciones adversas climatológicas asi como posibles golpes por parte del balón (10).
La publicidad (8) podrá disponerse mediante paneles fijados a dicha barras, materializarse en letras tridimensionales, dispositivos luminosos o cualquier otro medio convencional, utilizándose cualquier medio de fijación convencional para unir dicha publicidad (8) al soporte (7-7').
Por su parte, las articulaciones (6) presentarán finales de carrera, que determinen dos posiciones límite para el soporte (7-7') y consecuentemente para la publicidad (8), en orden a permitir bascular al dispositivo cuando este es alcanzado por el impacto de un balón (10), tal como muestran las figuras 3 a 5, de manera que el balón no vuelva al terreno de juego, volviendo a su posición inicial el dispositivo una vez traspasado el balón.
Para ello, se ha previsto que las articulaciones (6) o bien estén asistidas por elementos elásticos, tales como resortes o similares, bien por contrapesos, para hacer volver al dispositivo a su posición inicial tal como muestran las figuras comentadas.
Finalmente, y tal y como se ha comentado anteriormente, cabe destacar que el soporte (7-7') debe quedar dispuesto un metro por encima de la altura del larguero de la portería.

1a.- Soporte publicitario para porterías de fútbol y similares, porterías en las que participa un marco y una red (2) que se sujeta mediante tensores (3) a una pareja de columnas (4) establecidas inmediatamente por detrás de la portería (1), caracterizado porque está constituido a partir de dos brazos (5) horizontales, que se acoplan a la extremidad superior de las columnas (4) y que se rematan superior e interiormente en sendas articulaciones (6) que permiten el giro angular de un soporte (7-7') para fijación de la publicidad (8) de que se trate.
2a.- Soporte publicitario para porterías de fútbol y similares, según reivindicación 1a, caracterizado porque el soporte (7-7') está constituido a partir de dos barras que se fijan en la zona media del dispositivo mediante imanes (9). 3a.- Soporte publicitario para porterías de fútbol y similares, según reivindicación 1a, caracterizado porque las articulaciones (6) incluyen finales de carrera, que determinan dos posiciones límite para el soporte (7-7') y consecuentemente para la publicidad (8), incluyendo medios auto-reestablecedores de la posición vertical de la publicidad (8).
4a.- Soporte publicitario para porterías de fútbol y similares, según reivindicación 3a, caracterizado porque los citados medios se materializan en elementos elásticos, tales como resortes o contrapesos.
