接收单元 501 , 其设置成接收定制呼叫发起方的定制呼叫请求; 判断单元 502 , 其设置成在接收单元接收到定制呼叫发起方的定制呼叫 请求后, 判断是否允许定制呼叫发起方发起的定制呼叫;
寻呼单元 503 , 其设置成在判断单元判断允许定制呼叫发起方发起的定 制呼叫后, 在网络设备所属的网络中发起对被叫用户的寻呼;
链路建立单元 504 , 其设置成如果寻呼到被叫用户, 则完成定制呼叫发 起方与被叫用户的通话链路。
寻呼单元 503还设置成, 如果在网络设备所属的网络中未寻呼到被叫用 户, 则向签约的其他网络发起对被叫用户的寻呼;
链路建立单元 504还设置成, 如果签约的其他网络寻呼到被叫用户, 则 与签约的其他网络共同完成定制呼叫发起方与被叫用户的通话链路。
寻呼单元 503还设置成, 如果签约的其他网络未寻呼到被叫用户, 则判 断是否存在异质网络寻呼设置, 如果存在, 则向所设置的异质网络发送寻呼 请求。
判断单元 502判断是否允许定制呼叫发起方发起的定制呼叫, 包括: 判断以下条件是否全部满足:
(1)被叫用户是否允许定制呼叫;
(2)定制呼叫发起方是否属于被叫用户允许的发起方;
(3)定制呼叫的类型是否满足被叫用户允许的定制类型。
定制呼叫为紧急呼叫, 定制呼叫发起方为特殊部门的呼叫中心, 被叫用 户为网络用户。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现, 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本申请不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本申请, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本申请可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本申请的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本申请的保护 范围之内。
工业实用性 本发明实施例允许下行定制 (特殊或紧急)呼叫; 在网络上配置定制的 号码和呼叫类型, 允许定制呼叫在不同运营商网络之间传递呼叫; 允许在异 质网络条件下呼叫; 位置信息可连续更新。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种定制呼叫的方法, 包括:
网络设备在接收到定制呼叫发起方的定制呼叫请求后, 判断是否允许所 述定制呼叫发起方发起的定制呼叫, 如果允许, 则在所述网络设备所属的网 络中发起对被叫用户的寻呼; 以及
所述网络设备如果寻呼到被叫用户, 则完成所述定制呼叫发起方与所述 被叫用户的通话链路。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 还包括:
所述网络设备在所属的网络中发起对被叫用户的寻呼后, 如果未寻呼到 被叫用户, 则向签约的其他网络发起对所述被叫用户的寻呼, 如果所述签约 的其他网络寻呼到所述被叫用户, 则所述网络设备与所述签约的其他网络共 同完成所述定制呼叫发起方与所述被叫用户的通话链路。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 还包括:
所述被叫用户在接收到寻呼后, 判断出定制呼叫的类型, 根据定制呼叫 的类型调整所述被叫用户的情景模式, 并在呼叫完成后, 恢复所述被叫用户 的原情景模式。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 还包括:
所述网络设备向签约的其他网络发起对所述被叫用户的寻呼后, 如果所 述签约的其他网络未寻呼到所述被叫用户 , 则所述网络设备判断是否存在异 质网络寻呼设置, 如果存在, 则向所设置的异质网络发送寻呼请求。
5、 如权利要求 1、 2或 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述判断是否允许所述定 制呼叫发起方发起的定制呼叫, 包括:
判断以下条件是否全部满足:
被叫用户是否允许定制呼叫;
定制呼叫发起方是否属于被叫用户允许的发起方; 以及 定制呼叫的类型是否满足被叫用户允许的定制类型。
6、 如权利要求 1、 2或 4所述的方法, 还包括:
所述被叫用户在与所述定制呼叫发起方建立通话链路后, 上传所述被叫 用户的位置信息并更新所述被叫用户的位置信息。
7、 如权利要求 1、 2或 4所述的方法, 其中:
所述定制呼叫为紧急呼叫,所述定制呼叫发起方为特殊部门的呼叫中心, 所述被叫用户为网络用户。
8、 一种网络设备, 包括: 接收单元、 判断单元、 寻呼单元和链路建立单 元, 其中:
所述接收单元, 其设置成接收定制呼叫发起方的定制呼叫请求; 所述判断单元, 其设置成在所述接收单元接收到定制呼叫发起方的定制 呼叫请求后, 判断是否允许所述定制呼叫发起方发起的定制呼叫;
所述寻呼单元, 其设置成在所述判断单元判断允许所述定制呼叫发起方 发起的定制呼叫后, 在所述网络设备所属的网络中发起对被叫用户的寻呼; 以及
所述链路建立单元, 其设置成如果所述寻呼单元寻呼到被叫用户, 则完 成所述定制呼叫发起方与所述被叫用户的通话链路。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的网络设备, 其中:
所述寻呼单元还设置成, 如果在所述网络设备所属的网络中未寻呼到被 叫用户, 则向签约的其他网络发起对所述被叫用户的寻呼;
所述链路建立单元还设置成, 如果所述签约的其他网络寻呼到所述被叫 用户, 则与所述签约的其他网络共同完成所述定制呼叫发起方与所述被叫用 户的通话链路。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的网络设备, 其中:
所述寻呼单元还设置成, 如果所述签约的其他网络未寻呼到所述被叫用 户, 则判断是否存在异质网络寻呼设置, 如果存在, 则向所设置的异质网络 发送寻呼请求。
11、 如权利要求 8~10任意之一所述的网络设备, 其中:
所述判断单元通过如下方式判断是否允许所述定制呼叫发起方发起的定 制呼叫: 判断以下条件是否全部满足:
被叫用户是否允许定制呼叫;
定制呼叫发起方是否属于被叫用户允许的发起方; 以及
定制呼叫的类型是否满足被叫用户允许的定制类型。
12、 如权利要求 8~10任意之一所述的网络设备, 其中:
所述定制呼叫为紧急呼叫,所述定制呼叫发起方为特殊部门的呼叫中心, 所述被叫用户为网络用户。
