在本实施例中, 依照 CDMA 41D协议, 主叫 HLR通知主叫 MSC/VLR 用户的拦截语音呼叫前转功能签约信息即主叫 MSC/VLR获取主叫用户拦 截语音呼叫前转功能签约信息涉及 REGNOT、 QUALDIR和 QUALREQ三 种应用场景, 分别对应图 3、 图 4以及图 5。
如图 3所示, 为主叫 HLR与主叫 MSC/VLR协作支持拦截语音呼叫前 转功能的 REGNOT (登记通知 ) 流程图。
假设登记的主叫用户在主叫 HLR授权拦截语音呼叫前转功能, 并且开 启激活, 其流程如下:
步驟 21 , 主叫 HLR接收到主叫 VLR-1的登记通知消息 REGNOT; 步驟 22, 主叫 HLR发现当前用户在主叫 VLR-2登记, 向主叫 VLR-2 发送取消登记消息;
步驟 23 , 主叫 VLR-2返回响应消息;
步驟 24, 主叫 HLR发现用户签约拦截语音呼叫前转功能, 在服务项目 清单 (Profile ) 中正确携带这些签约信息给主叫 VLR-1 , 主叫 VLR-1将该 签约信息保存起来。
如图 4所示, 为主叫 HLR与主叫 MSC/VLR协作支持拦截语音呼叫前 转功能的 QUALREQ (资格申请) 流程图。

步驟 S1033 ,当主叫用户提供拦截语音呼叫前转功能暂态激活或去活补 充业务码时, 主叫 MSC向主叫 HLR发起携带有拨号数字的补充业务申请 消息;
步驟 S1034, 接收主叫 HLR根据补充业务申请消息以及签约信息返回 的携带有拦截语音呼叫前转扩展字段信息的补充业务申请响应消息;
步驟 S1035 , 根据补充业务申请响应消息并通过被叫 HLR向被叫用户 发起呼叫;

如图 11所示, 依照 CDMA 41D协议, 基于上述图 10所示实施方式, HLR支持用户自主通过补充业务码修改当前个人拦截语音呼叫前转功能签 约状况所涉及的 FEATREQ应用场景,假设当前被叫用户授权拦截语音呼叫 前转签约功能, 具体流程如下:
步驟 71 , 主叫 MSC向主叫 HLR发起补充业务申请消息(FEATREQ ), 该消息中包括拨号数字。
步驟 72,主叫 HLR如果发现用户所拨数字中只携带激活或者去活拦截 语音呼叫前转功能补充业务码,, 比如为 *111 , 主叫 HLR正确保存主叫用户 拦截语音呼叫前转功能签约信息进用户数据库;
步驟 73, 主叫 HLR送发资格指令消息(QUALDIR ), 在服务项目清单 ( Profile ) 中将最新的拦截语音呼叫前转功能签约信息携带给主叫 MSC; 步驟 74, 主叫 MSC将该签约信息保存起来, 主叫 MSC返回 qualdir 响应消息给主叫 HLR。
如图 12所示, 依照 CDMA 41D协议, 基于上述图 10所示实施方式, HLR 支持用户自主暂态激活或者去活拦截语音呼叫前转功能, MSC/VLR 配合完成临时拦截或者不拦截本次通话过程中的语音呼叫前转所涉及的 FEATREQ (业务申请)应用场景, 假设当前被叫用户授权拦截语音呼叫前 转签约功能, 且提供拦截语音呼叫前转功能暂态激活或者去活补充业务码, 其具体流程如下:
步驟 81 , 主叫 MSC1 向与当前被叫 HLR 发起补充业务申请消息 ( FEATREQ ), 该消息中包括拨号数字。
步驟 82,主叫 HLR如果发现用户所拨数字中携带暂态激活或者去活拦 截语音呼叫前转功能补充业务码和被叫用户号码, 如 *110#13888888888, 且当前被叫用户授权拦截语音呼叫前转签约功能, 并开启该功能暂态激活 或者去活权限, 则在 featreq响应消息中携带扩展字段, 对应指示是否开启 拦截语音呼叫前转功能, 其它参数按照 CDMA 41D协议规定正确携带, 返 回给主叫 MSC1;
步驟 83,主叫 MSC1发现 featreq响应消息中指示中有进行拦截语音呼 叫前转扩展字段, 进行保存;
步驟 84,主叫 MSC1发起对被叫号码的呼叫,基于被叫号码发生前转, 流程类似图 7步驟 51至步驟 54或者图 9步驟 61至步驟 69;
步驟 85,主叫 MSC1获取之前保存的从 featreq响应消息中得到的拦截 语音呼叫前转扩展字段信息, 如果需要拦截, 则终止呼叫, 同时给主叫号 码放音提示, 如果不需要拦截, 则放行, 接续到响应前转号码或者去获取 前转号码。
综上所述, 本实施例通过归属位置寄存器(HLR )和移动交换中心 /拜 访位置寄存器(MSC/VLR )设备联合协作, 提供了一套完整的主叫侧主动 解决语音呼叫前转陷阱的方法, 可以最大限度主动保护移动用户不掉入语 音呼叫前转陷阱。 而且对现有系统性能没有影响, 只需对现有系统进行简 单开发改造升级, 不会增加系统负荷, 充分利用现有资源, 节约成本, 并 极大提高客户满意度, 更有利于业务的推广。
如图 13所示, 本发明一实施例提出一种主叫侧预防语音呼叫前转陷阱 的 MSC, 包括: 签约信息获取模块 701以及前转控制模块 702, 其中: 签约信息获取模块 701 , 设置为从主叫 HLR获取拦截语音呼叫前转功 能签约信息;
前转控制模块 702, 设置为从被叫 HLR获取被叫用户前转信息; 根据 签约信息和前转信息控制主叫用户的语音呼叫。
本实施例中 HLR提供用户级拦截语音呼叫前转签约功能, 用户可以选 择授权开启该功能, 并明确是暂时性开启 /关闭, 还是永久性开启 /关闭; 同 时 HLR还提供拦截语音呼叫前转功能激活 /去活稳态和暂态补充业务码,以 便用户可以自主开启或关闭该功能, 或者呼叫时临时激活 /去活拦截语音呼 叫前转功能。
用户可以通过移动终端向 HLR注册登记签约拦截语音呼叫前转功能, 也可通过营业服务台办理此项功能, HLR将保存用户登记的拦截语音呼叫 前转功能签约信息, 该签约信息包括: 主叫用户是否授权开启或关闭拦截 语音呼叫前转功能以及授权能力信息; 授权能力信息包括暂时性开启或关 闭、 永久性开启或关闭、 临时激活或去活拦截语音呼叫前转功能。 同时, 在用户开机或其他场景时, HLR在服务项目清单(Profile )或者扩展的其 它参数中正确携带这些签约信息给 MSC/VLR, 通知 MSC/VLR用户的拦截 语音呼叫前转功能签约信息, 实时保持与 MSC/VLR签约信息的同步。
本实施例用户做主叫用户, 主叫 MSC结合 VLR具体通过签约信息获 取模块 701从主叫 HLR获取主叫用户的拦截语音呼叫前转功能签约信息并 保存, 主叫 MSC从主叫 HLR获取主叫用户拦截语音呼叫前转功能签约信 息的方式包括: 主叫 MSC/VLR向主叫 HLR发起登记通知( REGNOT )或 资格申请(QUALREQ ), 或者主叫 HLR主动向主叫 MSC/VLR发起资格指 令 ( QUALDIR )0
当主叫用户拨打被叫号码时, 若基于该被叫号码发生了前转, 或者将 要去获取前转号码时, 主叫 MSC结合 VLR具体通过前转控制模块 702根 据主叫用户的拨号方式以及保存的用户的拦截语音呼叫前转功能签约情况 进行拦截, 在主叫侧控制用户的语音呼叫前转, 实现对语音呼叫前转永久 性拦截、 永久性不拦截; 或者临时拦截或不拦截本次通话过程中的语音呼 叫前转等。
主叫用户的拨号方式包括普通拨号方式和特殊拨号方式, 特殊拨号方 式是指用户所拨数字中携带有暂态激活或去活语音呼叫前转业务码加被叫 号码。
如图 14所示, 作为前转控制的一种实施方式, 前转控制模块 702具体 可以包括: 第一发送单元 7021、 第一接收单元 7022、 第一获取单元 7023 以及第一前转控制单元 7024, 其中:
第一发送单元 7021 , 设置为当主叫用户发起语音呼叫时, 向被叫 HLR 发起位置申请消息;
第一接收单元 7022,设置为接收被叫 HLR返回的携带有前转指示以及 目的号码的位置申请响应消息;
第一获取单元 7023, 设置为当前转指示为被叫前转时, 从签约信息中 获取主叫用户是否开启拦截语音呼叫前转功能;
第一前转控制单元 7024, 设置为当当前转指示为被叫前转且主叫用户 开启拦截语音呼叫前转功能时, 终止呼叫, 释放目的号码; 否则, 接续至 目的号码。
如图 15所示, 作为前转控制的另一种实施方式, 前转控制模块 702具 体可以包括: 第二发送单元 7025、 第二接收单元 7026、 第一呼叫建立单元 7027、 第二获取单元 7028以及第二前转控制单元 7029, 其中:
第二发送单元 7025, 设置为当主叫用户发起语音呼叫时, 向被叫 HLR 发起位置申请消息;

第三发送单元 7030, 设置为当主叫用户提供拦截语音呼叫前转功能暂 态激活或去活补充业务码时, 向主叫 HLR发起携带有拨号数字的补充业务 申请消息;
第三接收单元 7031 ,设置为接收主叫 HLR根据补充业务申请消息以及 签约信息返回的携带有拦截语音呼叫前转扩展字段信息的补充业务申请响 应消息;
第二呼叫建立单元 7032, 设置为根据补充业务响应消息并通过被叫 HLR向被叫用户发起呼叫;
第三获取单元 7033 , 设置为当被叫用户发生前转时, 从补充业务申请 消息中获取主叫用户是否开启拦截语音呼叫前转功能;
第三前转控制单元 7034, 设置为当主叫用户开启拦截语音呼叫前转功 能时, 终止呼叫; 否则, 接续至前转号码或获取前转号码。
如图 17所示, 本发明一实施例提出一种主叫侧预防语音呼叫前转陷阱 的系统, 包括: HLR1101以及 MSC/VLR1102, 其中:
HLR1101设置为注册用户拦截语音呼叫前转功能签约信息;
MSC/VLR1102,设置为从 HLR1101获取用户拦截语音呼叫前转功能签 约信息, 从被叫 HLR获取被叫用户前转信息; 并根据签约信息和前转信息 控制用户的语音呼叫。 本发明实施例主叫侧预防语音呼叫前转陷阱的方法、 MSC及系统, 使 用 HLR提供用户级语音呼叫前转签约功能, 并将 HLR与 MSC/VLR联合, 一旦主叫用户签约该功能, 拨打其它号码时, 如果基于该被叫号码发生了 前转或者将发生前转, 主叫 MSC/VLR发现主叫用户签约语音呼叫前转拦 截, 则主动终止呼叫, 不进行接续, 避免了语音呼叫前转陷阱, 提高主叫 用户语音呼叫的安全性; 同时, HLR还提供临时开启或者越过拦截语音呼 叫前转功能, 方便该业务的应用推广。 本发明对于核心网网元 HLR 和 MSC/VLR改造很小, 易于实现, 充分利用现有网络资源, 节约成本。

2、根据权利要求 1所述的主叫侧预防语音呼叫前转陷阱的方法,其中, 所述签约信息包括: 主叫用户是否授权开启或关闭拦截语音呼叫前转 功能以及授权能力信息;
所述授权能力信息包括暂时性开启或关闭、 永久性开启或关闭、 临时 激活或去活拦截语音呼叫前转功能。

所述第三发送单元, 设置为当主叫用户提供拦截语音呼叫前转功能暂 态激活或去活补充业务码时, 向主叫 HLR发起携带有拨号数字的补充业务 申请消息;
所述第三接收单元, 设置为接收所述主叫 HLR根据所述补充业务申请 消息以及签约信息返回的携带有拦截语音呼叫前转扩展字段信息的补充业 务申请响应消息;
所述第二呼叫建立单元, 设置为根据所述补充业务响应消息并通过被 叫 HLR向被叫用户发起呼叫;
所述第三获取单元, 设置为当被叫用户发生前转时, 从所述补充业务 申请响应消息中获取主叫用户是否开启拦截语音呼叫前转功能; 所述第三前转控制单元, 设置为当主叫用户开启拦截语音呼叫前转功 能时, 终止呼叫; 否则, 接续至前转号码或获取前转号码。
12、 一种主叫侧预防语音呼叫前转陷阱的系统, 其中, 该系统包括:
HLR以及 MSC/VLR; 其中,
所述所述 HLR, 设置为注册用户拦截语音呼叫前转功能签约信息; 所述 MSC/VLR, 设置为从所述 HLR获取用户拦截语音呼叫前转功能 签约信息, 从被叫 HLR获取被叫用户前转信息; 并根据所述签约信息和前 转信息控制所述用户的语音呼叫。
