图 2是本发明第一实施例的无线网络的流程示意图; 图 3是本发明第二实施例的应用软件的传输方法的流程示意图; 图 4是本发明第一实施例的应用软件的传输终端的结构示意图; 图 5是本发明第一实施例的接收加入模块的结构示意图; 图 6是本发明第二实施例的应用软件的传输终端的结构示意图; 以及 图 7是本发明实施例的应用软件的传输系统的结构示意图, 具体实施方式 本发明实施例的解决方案主要是: 通过一终端利用无线功能建立无线热点, 其他 终端通过搜索建立的无线热点加入由该无线热点组建的无线网络, 并基于该无线网络 在终端间进行应用软件的交互, 从而实现应用软件的共享, 而无需通过网络下载。 图 1是本发明实施例的应用软件的传输方法的流程示意图, 如图 1所示, 本发明 第一实施例提出一种应用软件的传输方法, 包括: 步骤 S101, 第一终端建立无线热点; 步骤 S102, 当接收到第二终端发送的请求加入信息时, 将所述第二终端加入由所 述无线热点组建的无线网络; 步骤 S103, 基于所述无线网络, 与所述第二终端进行应用软件的交互。 通过上述步骤, 第一终端的无线功能建立无线热点, 无线热点创建完成后, 其他 终端可以通过开启无线功能查找搜索已建立的无线热点, 第一终端处于等待其他终端 请求连接该无线热点的状态。 步骤 S102, 当接收到第二终端发送的请求加入信息时, 将所述第二终端加入由所 述无线热点组建的无线网络; 当接收到第二终端发送的请求加入信息时, 验证第二终端发送的请求加入信息, 包括验证第二终端的用户身份等识别信息, 当根据该识别信息验证第二终端用户为第 一终端等待的连接用户时, 确认所述请求加入信息, 并将所述第二终端加入由所述无 线热点组建的无线网络; 通过所述无线网络与第二终端进行通信, 获取所述第二终端 的用户信息, 包括用户昵称、 头像等, 以在无线网络中对第二终端更好的识别。 由于在第二终端发送请求加入信息时, 需对该请求加入信息进行验证, 避免了未 知用户或非法用户直接加入由所述无线热点组建的无线网络的风险, 提高了由所述无 线热点组建的无线网络的安全性。 步骤 S103, 基于所述无线网络, 与所述第二终端进行应用软件的交互。 当由第一终端基于所述无线网络向第二终端发送应用软件时, 在第一终端上选定 需传送的应用软件, 然后向第二终端发送第一请求接收信息, 当收到第二终端返回的 第一确认信息时, 通过所述无线网络向第二终端发送选定的应用软件, 进一步地, 可 以通过手机的重力感应功能摇动手机或直接对屏幕进行操作后, 向第二终端发送选定 的应用软件, 使传送方式更加多样化; 当由第一终端基于所述无线网络接收第二终端发送的应用软件时, 接收所述第二 终端发送的第二请求接收信息, 在确认预发送的应用软件为第一终端所需的应用软件 时, 发送第二确认信息至所述第二终端, 接收所述第二终端发送的选定的应用软件, 并在接收过程中记录并显示应用软件的传输进度。 由于在应用软件的交互过程中, 在终端接收应用软件之前, 需得到终端的确认信 息, 才进行应用软件的传输, 避免了终端接收到不需要的应用软件, 提供给用户自主 选择的权利, 进一步地, 还能提高用户的安全性, 避免接收到未知的危险文件。 图 2是本发明实施例的无线网络的流程示意图,如图 2所示,上述步骤 S102可以 包括: 步骤 S1021 , 验证第二终端发送的请求加入信息; 步骤 S1022, 当确认所述请求加入信息时, 将所述第二终端加入由所述无线热点 组建的无线网络; 步骤 S1023 , 通过所述无线网络获取所述第二终端的用户信息。 随着手机的迅速发展, 目前主流的智能手机几乎都具有无线和重力感应功能, 本 实施例通过一终端利用无线功能建立无线热点, 其他终端通过搜索建立的无线热点加 入由该无线热点组建的无线网络, 并基于该无线网络在终端间进行应用软件的交互, 从而实现应用软件的共享, 而无需通过网络下载, 由此极大的节省了用户的流量开支。 图 3是本发明实施例的应用软件的传输方法的流程示意图, 如图 3所示, 本发明 第二实施例还提出一种应用软件的传输方法, 在上述第一实施例的基础上, 在上述步 骤 S 103之后还包括: 步骤 S104, 将所述第二终端从所述无线网络中删除。 本实施例与上述第一实施例的区别在于, 本实施例还包括将所述第二终端从所述 无线网络中删除的操作。 在实际应用中, 对于加入由所述无线热点组建的无线网络中的第二终端, 还可在 当用户想将第二终端从无线网络中强制退出时, 直接将所述第二终端从所述无线网络 中删除, 更加方便用户对无线网络中的终端进行管理, 将不需要的终端或已完成交互 的终端从所述无线网络中删除; 或者, 在所述第二终端完成与第一终端的交互或无需 与第一终端交互时, 由所述第二终端自身主动从所述无线网络中退出, 更加方便灵活。 在本实施例中还提供了一种应用软件的传输终端, 该装置用于实现上述方法, 该 装置中的模块可以在处理器中实现, 例如, 一种处理器包括建立模块 401、 接收加入 模块 402和交互模块 403。 这些模块可以通过软件来实现, 例如, 一种软件包括建立 模块 401、接收加入模块 402和交互模块 403,该软件还可以存储在计算机可读介质中。 图 4是本发明实施例的应用软件的传输终端的结构示意图, 如图 4所示, 本发明 第一实施例提出一种应用软件的传输终端, 包括: 建立模块 401、 接收加入模块 402 以及交互模块 403, 其中: 建立模块 401, 用于建立无线热点; 通过第一终端的无线功能建立无线热点, 无线热点创建完成后, 其他终端可以通 过开启无线功能查找搜索已建立的无线热点, 第一终端处于等待其他终端请求连接该 无线热点的状态。 接收加入模块 402, 用于当接收到第二终端发送的请求加入信息时, 将所述第二 终端加入由所述无线热点组建的无线网络; 当接收到第二终端发送的请求加入信息时, 验证第二终端发送的请求加入信息, 包括验证第二终端的用户身份等识别信息, 当根据该识别信息验证第二终端用户为第 一终端等待的连接用户时, 确认所述请求加入信息, 并将所述第二终端加入由所述无 线热点组建的无线网络; 通过所述无线网络与第二终端进行通信, 获取所述第二终端 的用户信息, 包括用户昵称、 头像等, 以在无线网络中对第二终端更好的识别。 由于在第二终端发送请求加入信息时, 需对该请求加入信息进行验证, 避免了未 知用户或非法用户直接加入由所述无线热点组建的无线网络的风险, 提高了由所述无 线热点组建的无线网络的安全性。 交互模块 403, 用于基于所述无线网络, 与所述第二终端进行应用软件的交互。 当由第一终端基于所述无线网络向第二终端发送应用软件时, 在第一终端上选定 需传送的应用软件, 然后向第二终端发送第一请求接收信息, 当收到第二终端返回的 第一确认信息时, 通过所述无线网络向第二终端发送选定的应用软件, 进一步地, 可 以通过手机的重力感应功能摇动手机或直接对屏幕进行操作后, 向第二终端发送选定 的应用软件, 使传送方式更加多样化; 当由第一终端基于所述无线网络接收第二终端发送的应用软件时, 接收所述第二 终端发送的第二请求接收信息, 在确认预发送的应用软件为第一终端所需的应用软件 时, 发送第二确认信息至所述第二终端, 接收所述第二终端发送的选定的应用软件, 并在接收过程中记录并显示应用软件的传输进度。 由于在应用软件的交互过程中, 在终端接收应用软件之前, 需得到终端的确认信 息, 才进行应用软件的传输, 避免了终端接收到不需要的应用软件, 提供给用户自主 选择的权利, 进一步地, 还能提高用户的安全性, 避免接收到未知的危险文件。 图 5是本发明实施例的接收加入模块的结构示意图, 如图 5所示, 所述接收加入 模块 402可以包括: 验证单元 4021、 加入单元 4022以及获取单元 4023, 其中: 验证单元 4021, 用于验证第二终端发送的请求加入信息; 加入单元 4022, 用于当确认所述请求加入信息时, 将所述第二终端加入由所述无 线热点组建的无线网络; 获取单元 4023, 用于通过所述无线网络获取所述第二终端的用户信息。 随着手机的迅速发展, 目前主流的智能手机几乎都具有无线和重力感应功能, 本 实施例通过一终端利用无线功能建立无线热点, 其他终端通过搜索建立的无线热点加 入由该无线热点组建的无线网络, 并基于该无线网络在终端间进行应用软件的交互, 从而实现应用软件的共享, 而无需通过网络下载, 由此极大的节省了用户的流量开支。 另外, 本实施例中还能通过终端上的应用软件商店客户端来利用无线功能建立无 线热点, 其他终端也通过其应用软件商店客户端搜索建立的无线热点加入由该无线热 点组建的无线网络,并基于该无线网络在应用软件商店客户端间进行应用软件的交互, 从而实现应用软件的共享, 提高了用户搜索、 下载应用软件的积极性, 有利于推广应 用软件商店客户端及其应用软件。 图 6是本发明实施例的应用软件的传输终端的结构示意图, 如图 6所示, 本发明 第二实施例还提出一种应用软件的传输终端, 在上述第一实施例的基础上, 在上述步 骤交互模块 403之后还包括: 删除模块 404, 用于将所述第二终端从所述无线网络中删除。 本实施例与上述第一实施例的区别在于, 本实施例还包括将所述第二终端从所述 无线网络中删除的操作。 在实际应用中, 对于加入由所述无线热点组建的无线网络中的第二终端, 还可在 当用户想将第二终端从无线网络中强制退出时, 直接将所述第二终端从所述无线网络 中删除, 更加方便用户对无线网络中的终端进行管理, 将不需要的终端或已完成交互 的终端从所述无线网络中删除; 或者, 在所述第二终端完成与第一终端的交互或无需 与第一终端交互时, 由所述第二终端自身主动从所述无线网络中退出, 更加方便灵活。 图 7是本发明实施例的应用软件的传输系统的结构示意图, 如图 7所示, 本发明 实施例还提出一种应用软件的传输系统, 包括: 第一终端 100及若干第二终端 200, 其中, 所述第一终端 100, 用于建立无线热点; 当接收到第二终端 200发送的请求加入 信息时, 将所述第二终端 200加入由所述无线热点组建的无线网络; 基于所述无线网 络, 与所述第二终端 200进行应用软件的交互。 所述第二终端 200, 用于搜索所述第一终端 100建立的无线热点; 当搜索到所述 第一终端 100建立的无线热点时, 向所述第一终端 100发送请求加入信息; 基于由所 述无线热点组建的无线网络, 与所述第一终端 100进行应用软件的交互。 具体的交互过程如上所述, 在此不再赘述, 进一步地, 本实施例应用软件的传输 系统还用于: 基于所述无线网络在若干所述第二终端 200间进行应用软件的交互, 由 此, 由所述无线热点组建的无线网络中的第一终端 100、 若干第二终端 200间可以进 行应用软件的交互, 实现应用软件的共享。 本发明实施例提出的一种应用软件的传输方法、 终端及系统, 通过一终端利用无 线功能建立无线热点, 其他终端通过搜索建立的无线热点加入由该无线热点组建的无 线网络, 并基于该无线网络在终端间进行应用软件的交互, 从而实现应用软件的共享, 而无需通过网络下载, 由此极大的节省了用户的流量开支, 且还能通过终端上的应用 软件商店客户端来相互共享已下载的应用软件, 提高了用户搜索、 下载应用软件的积 极性, 有利于推广应用软件商店客户端及其应用软件。 工业实用性 本发明实施例的技术方案可以应用于通信技术领域, 通过一终端利用无线功能建 立无线热点, 其他终端通过搜索建立的无线热点加入由该无线热点组建的无线网络, 并基于该无线网络在终端间进行应用软件的交互, 从而实现应用软件的共享, 而无需 通过网络下载, 由此极大的节省了用户的流量开支, 且还能通过终端上的应用软件商 店客户端来相互共享已下载的应用软件, 提高了用户搜索、 下载应用软件的积极性, 有利于推广应用软件商店客户端及其应用软件。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例, 并非因此限制本发明的专利范围, 凡是利用 本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或流程变换, 或直接或间接运用在其它相关 的技术领域, 均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims

第一终端建立无线热点;
当接收到第二终端发送的请求加入信息时, 将所述第二终端加入由所述无 线热点组建的无线网络;
基于所述无线网络, 与所述第二终端进行应用软件的交互。 、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述当接收到第二终端发送的请求加入信 息时, 将所述第二终端加入由所述无线热点组建的无线网络的步骤包括: 验证第二终端发送的请求加入信息;
当确认所述请求加入信息时, 将所述第二终端加入由所述无线热点组建的 无线网络;
通过所述无线网络获取所述第二终端的用户信息。 、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述基于无线网络, 与所述第二终端进行 应用软件的交互的步骤具体为:
选定需传送的应用软件, 向所述第二终端发送第一请求接收信息, 当收到 所述第二终端的第一确认信息时, 通过所述无线网络向所述第二终端发送选定 的应用软件; 或者
接收所述第二终端发送的第二请求接收信息, 并根据所述第二请求接收信 息发送第二确认信息至所述第二终端, 接收所述第二终端发送的选定的应用软 件。 、 根据权利要求 1-3中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 还包括:
将所述第二终端从所述无线网络中删除。 、 一种应用软件的传输终端, 包括- 建立模块, 设置为建立无线热点;
接收加入模块, 设置为当接收到第二终端发送的请求加入信息时, 将所述 第二终端加入由所述无线热点组建的无线网络; 交互模块, 设置为基于所述无线网络, 与所述第二终端进行应用软件的交 互。 、 根据权利要求 5所述的终端, 其中, 所述接收加入模块包括:
验证单元, 设置为验证第二终端发送的请求加入信息;
加入单元, 设置为当确认所述请求加入信息时, 将所述第二终端加入由所 述无线热点组建的无线网络;
获取单元, 设置为通过所述无线网络获取所述第二终端的用户信息。 、 根据权利要求 6所述的终端, 其中, 所述交互模块设置为:
选定需传送的应用软件, 向所述第二终端发送第一请求接收信息, 当收到 所述第二终端的第一确认信息时, 通过所述无线网络向所述第二终端发送选定 的应用软件; 或者
接收所述第二终端发送的第二请求接收信息, 并根据所述第二请求接收信 息发送第二确认信息至所述第二终端, 接收所述第二终端发送的选定的应用软 件。 、 根据权利要求 5-7中任一项所述的终端, 其中, 还包括:
删除模块, 设置为将所述第二终端从所述无线网络中删除。 、 一种应用软件的传输系统, 包括: 第一终端及若干第二终端, 其中,
