Abstract

本发明公开了一种非对称螺线管式结构的磁保持继电器,包括磁路部分、接触部分和推动部分;磁路部分包括导磁部件、线圈架和线圈;推动部分包括动铁芯;还包括两块磁钢,两块磁钢分别设在线圈轴线的两侧并分别与导磁部件的对应侧部相靠近或相接触,且两块磁钢在线圈的轴线方向上处于动铁芯的活动范围内并偏向触点闭合时动铁芯移动方向一侧;使动铁芯在触点闭合和断开状态下,动铁芯的保持力基本相等。本发明通过在螺线管式磁路结构的继电器中引入偏置的磁钢,使继电器成为磁保持继电器,既能发挥磁保持继电器的线圈发热少的优势,同时又能解决螺线管式磁路不平衡的动作复归电压问题,从而达到提升产品性能和工作可靠性的目的。
