Abstract
Description
固体酸化物型燃料電池(Solid Oxide Fuel Cell:SOFC)10の構成について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、固体酸化物型燃料電池10の構成を示す拡大断面図である。図2は、空気極50の拡大断面図である。
なお、式(1)において、xは0.03以上0.3以下であり、yは0.05以上0.5以下であり、δは0以上0.8以下である。ただし、BサイトにおけるNi1-x-yFexCuyの組成は、x値及びy値の影響を受けることはないものとする。
次に、固体酸化物型燃料電池10の製造方法の一例について説明する。ただし、以下に述べる材料、粒径、温度、及び塗布方法等の各種条件は、適宜変更することができる。
本発明は以上のような実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の範囲を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変形又は変更が可能である。
以下のようにして、サンプルNo.1,11,15,23を作製した。
以下のようにして、サンプルNo.2~10,12~14,16~22,24,25を作製した。
サンプルNo.1~No.25の断面を3万倍率のSEMで観察することによって、空気極活性層と空気極集電層の界面付近における細隙の有無を観察した。各サンプルにつき任意の20視野を観察した。
焼成後のサンプルNo.1~No.25の断面を顕微鏡で観察することによって、バリア層と空気極の界面における剥離の有無を確認した。確認結果を表1にまとめて示す。
表1では、空気極特性に影響を与えうる5μm以上の剥離が確認されたサンプルを“×”と評価し、5μm以下の剥離だけが確認されたサンプルを“○”と評価し、剥離が確認されなかったサンプルを“◎”と評価した。
焼成後に剥離が確認されなかったサンプルについて、還元雰囲気を維持した状態で、常温から800℃まで30分で昇温し、その後1時間で常温まで降させるサイクルを10回繰り返した。

- 燃料極と、
一般式ABO3で表され、AサイトにLa及びSrの少なくとも一方を含むペロブスカイト型複合酸化物を主成分として含有する空気極と、
前記燃料極と前記空気極の間に配置される固体電解質層と、
を備え、
前記空気極は、空気極集電層と、前記空気極集電層の前記固体電解質層側に配置される空気極活性層と、を有し、
前記空気極集電層及び前記空気極活性層の少なくとも一方は、前記空気極集電層と前記空気極活性層との界面から所定距離以内の界面領域において複数の細隙を含む、
固体酸化物型燃料電池。 - 前記界面領域の断面における任意の20視野を3万倍率の電子顕微鏡で観察した場合、前記20視野のうち少なくとも1視野において、前記複数の細隙の中の少なくとも1つの細隙が観察される、
請求項1に記載の固体酸化物型燃料電池。 - 前記界面領域の断面における任意の20視野を3万倍率の電子顕微鏡で観察した場合、前記20視野のうち少なくとも2視野それぞれにおいて、前記複数の細隙の中の少なくとも1つの細隙が観察される、
請求項2に記載の固体酸化物型燃料電池。 - 前記複数の細隙の平均幅は、1nm以上、100nm以下である、
