Description
防油烟油溅环形隔挡 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种防油烟油溅隔挡, 尤其涉及一种防油烟油溅环形隔挡。 技术背景
中华美食享誉天下, 但其独特的煎炒烹炸方式使厨房满是油烟和油溅, 影 响健康和整洁, 是中式厨房无法回避的隐患。
一、 吸油烟机不能排净油烟
吸油烟机引进我国 20 余年,对消除油烟功不可没, 但按其产品特性和国际 标准, 比较适合少油慢火的国外厨房环境, 无法满足国内油大火急的实际需求。
"气味降低度"(油烟吸净率) 是国际检测吸油烟机的主要性能指标之一, 要求 开机 30 分钟后达到 90%。 显然不符合中式烹饪瞬间产生大量油烟需及时排净 的国情, 靠自然通风 30分钟也可能接近这个指标, 然而我们过去连这个低门槛 也没有设。 2012年实行的吸油烟机国家标准, 开始将 "气味降低度"定为强制 检测项目, 并增加检测 "瞬时气味降低度", 指标值为 3 分钟 50%, 实际等于 在产生油烟最集中的时段允许近半数油烟飘散。
据中国家用电器研究院产业经济与技术经济研究所, 2012 年 3 月发表的
《2010—— 201 1吸油烟机技术研究报告》披露, "当前研发人员面临共同的、 致 命的问题是排不净", 种种客观条件限制 "使现有吸油烟机设计未考虑进一步控 制汕烟的排放"。 究其原因, 是吸油烟机有效抽吸半径难超 400mm, 如风机功率 再提高就会使噪音超过国家强制标准, 而其安装高度最小值为 650匪 (否则碰 头), 锅面完全在抽吸范围之外, 油烟从锅面一产生难免会四处漫延阴着于厨房
各处或被人吸入。 侧吸式、 下吸式吸油烟机和集成灶因集烟腔位置低, 能直接 吸走许多油烟, 但须将拢烟罩变窄或取消, 使 "油烟依旧飘移。"
"气味降低度"是在 22m3实验室检测的平均值, 烹饪者则面对着吸油烟机 与灶台之间的敞开部分, 呼吸区微环境存在的油烟必然远远高于整间模拟厨房 的平均值, 而且每户随时变化的管道排风阻力和室内流动空气, 均会不同程度 加重油烟的飘散而影响抽吸效果。 长期暴露在残留油烟及燃烧废气中, 免疫与 心肺功能难免降低。 调查显示中国女性肺癌比例明显高于国外, 应与中式厨房 油烟大、 排不净有关。 飘散的油烟也使得厨房布满油污很难清洁。
二、 缺乏阻挡油溅及燥热措施
煎炒烹炸会产生许多油溅, 直接污染墙面、 台面、 地面和衣物, 并可造成 烫伤, 人们想尽办法但仍不能完全避免油溅的侵袭。 燥热考人问题也无法解决。
三、 "无油烟锅" 只是美好愿景
几年前有企业宣称造出 "无油烟锅", 热闹后是纷纷退货。 专家指出油锅不 产生油烟不符合科学原理, 该类产品是采用导热性好的金属材料并增加厚度, 使锅体均匀受热升温以减少油烟。 曾经的畅销说明国人急于摆脱油烟困扰的强 烈愿望。
四、 各种隔离设施使用效果欠佳
国内外一直探索隔离油烟和油溅的办法, 从侧挡板、 柜式罩、 铝箔围挡、 防油贴膜、 防油溅面罩, 到自动 "展翼型拢烟罩", 始终防不了正面的油烟和油 溅。 "导烟机"在灶台上设置风管, 用三面向上的风幕屏蔽油烟推升至油烟机有 效杣吸半径, 能彻底隔离油烟, 却有不足: 1、 只适用于上吸式吸油烟机且尺寸 须匹配; 2、 须紧闭门窗防止外气影响; 3、 无法隔离油溅; 4、 成本偏高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术不能有效隔离油烟、 油溅的不足, 提供一种防油 烟油溅环形隔挡, 在吸油烟机与炉灶台面之间原来敞开的空间, 以一种动态硬 封闭来隔离锅具四周, 在烹饪者的呼吸区前竖起保护屏, 并将吸油烟机的有效 抽吸半径延伸至锅面, 解决煎炒烹炸中不能瞬时吸净油烟及无法隔离油溅和燥 热等难题。
本实用新型技术方案如下:
环形底座上设置弧形立屏, 弧形立屏相互衔接形成封闭围合, 所述的弧形 立屏包括主屏、 侧屏 I、 侧屏 II及背屏。
所述的环形底座设有供弧形立屏插放和推转开合的双滑道槽。
所述的弧形立屏设有方便推转的脚轮。
所述的主屏位于锅具操作者的一侧, 背屏位于主屏对面, 主屏与背屏共用 外圈滑道槽。
所述的侧屏 I、 侧屏 Π位于锅具的两侧, 共用里圈滑道槽。
所述的环形底座设有风门。 .
所述的弧形立屏为四扇。
本实用新型与现有技术相比, 具有如下效果:
一、 聚集油烟, 守护人身健康。 封闭的隔挡在烹饪者的呼吸区前竖起保护 屏, 并使吸油烟机的有效抽吸半径延伸覆盖住锅面, 直接将油烟及燃烧产生的 废气聚拢引导至吸油烟机拢烟罩及时排出室外, 整间厨房免遭油烟污染。
二、 阻挡油溅, 免去擦洗负担。 使台面、 地面、 衣物均远离油污, 同时防 il:发生烫伤。
三、 解除燥热, 提供舒适环境。 防止炉火烤人并减少热量散失提高热效率。 四、 节能降噪, 借力自然通风。 用低档排风甚至不开机也能排出部分油烟, 如同烟囱的作用一样能提高风机排烟效率, 减少耗电。
五、 构件简单, 推转轻松自如。 只用环形底座和四扇弧形立屏组成, 使隔 档在各个方向均可推拉开合, 便于敞开锅具的任何一面。
六、 基础牢固, 结构性能可靠。 环形的整体底座利于呆持隔挡的稳定性。 七、 收纳便捷, 基本不占空间。 用后可将立屏重合于隔档后部。
本实用新型既适合与各式吸油烟机、 燃气灶、 电磁炉配套销售, 又能为家 庭现有油烟机、 燃气灶、 电磁炉配套升级, 而且成本低廉, 加工并不复杂, 适 合普及推广。
现有隔离油烟、 油溅设施效果欠佳的主要症结, 就是因影响烹饪活动而难 以对正面实现围合封闭。 本实用新型通过采用动态环形硬封闭突破了这一瓶颈:
1、 主屏立于锅具操作者的一面, 能够在放锅具或食材时随意转开, 过后复位;
2、 侧屏分列锅具左右, 可向后推转留出宽度不同的前侧开口, 一侧供入手操作 (暂不入手时可随时封闭),另一侧供锅柄外露(也可将锅柄内置或露在入手口, 只幵一侧开口), 能够保障在完全封闭主屏情况下的正常烹饪; 3、 侧口位置角 度适宜, 不仅便于烹饪也利于通风助燃, 只有少量油烟、 油溅溢出, 油烟拐不 到呼吸区、 油溅弄不到身上。

参照附图, 结合具体实施例, 对本实用新型进行详细说明如下。
实施例
如图 1-2所示, 由环形底座 1上的四扇弧形立屏相搭接, 形成对炉灶上锅 具的围合封闭, 所述的弧形立屏包括主屏 3、 侧屏 14、 侧屏 115及背屏 6。
所述的环形底座 1设有供弧形立屏插放和转动的双滑:'直槽 2。
所述的弧形立屏设有脚轮可在双滑道槽 2里灵活推转。
所述的主屏 3位于锅具操作者的一侧, 与对侧的背屏 6共用双滑道槽 2的 外圈滑道槽, 主屏可以转向一侧形成适度的正面开口或完全敞开, 以便放锅具 或食材, 过后恢复封闭。
所述的侧屏 14、 侧屏 115位于锅具两侧, 共用双滑道槽 2的里圈滑道槽, 能够分别向背屏 6 方向转动, 将隔挡留出宽窄可选的侧面前部开口, 用于入手 操作或锅柄外露。
所述的环形底座 1设有风门 7, 能够在隔档长时间封闭、燃气灶缺氧时打开 补充氧气。
可通过双面胶将铝箔、 防油贴膜等附着于弧形立屏里侧, 以承接油溅和油 烟, 随时替换免于擦洗。
本实用新型具有使用范围的广泛性, 适应与多种机型、 规格的吸油烟机和 灶具匹配。 即使对没有拢烟罩的下吸式吸油烟机、 集成灶, 也能聚集油烟防止 外逸和阻隔油溅、 燥热。
本实用新型具有实际烹饪的方便性, 一般流程是:
1、 按锅柄是否外露及位置调整相应的侧屏, 然后点火、 放油;
2、 达到油温后, 转开一面侧屏或主屏 3放食材;
3、 放食材后一般情况下是将主屏 3封闭, 转开一面侧屏的前部作入手口进 行烹饪, 从隔挡上方察看内部情况;
4、 陆续放入或间歇翻动食材时, 可重复上述相关动作;
5、 在隔档长时间封闭燃气灶出现缺氧时, 打幵风门 7补充氧气。
6、 停止产生油烟和油溅时, 推转四扇弧形立屏在锅具后面重合为两个半圆 形,解除临时封闭;
主要参数:
1、 环形底座, 直径 430隱, 高 60醒。
