背景技术
在吹瓶机中均包含有开合模机构、底模升降机构,传统的开合模机构,采用机架,安装在机架上的定模板和动模板,定模板和动模板结合处有锁模机构,动模板呈L形由开合模气缸带动,开合模气缸带动齿条,齿条带动动模板齿轮,动模板齿轮安在齿轴上,齿轴连接动模板,齿轴安装在支架上。传统的底模升降机构,采用升降支架和底模凸轮,升降支架带有导轨、导杆和滚轮,并通过导轨安装于机架滑槽,在导杆上套有弹簧,在升降支架底部设有向侧面伸出的轮轴,滚轮装于该轮轴上,底模凸轮位于滚轮上方并与滚轮接触,而导杆装于在升降支架顶部向侧向延伸的托板上,弹簧位于托板与机架之间。该底模升降机构在底模下降时通过底模凸轮将升降支架压下,而使底模下降;通过弹簧的作用将升降支架抬起,使底模上升。

    6、根据权利要求1所述的一种单轴开合模、底模升降联动机构,其特征在于:所述开合模组件还包括处于合模状态时用于将所述的动模板(3)、定模板(2)锁定的锁定机构,其特征在于:所述的动模板(3)上设置有至少一个第一连接凸台(30),所述的第一连接凸台(30)上开设有销孔(31),所述的定模扳(2)上设置有与所述的第一连接凸台(30)相上下交错设置的第二连接凸台(20);所述的锁定机构包括一可滑动地设置于所述的定模板(2)的连接轴(5)、与所述连接轴(5)相固定设置的连杆(7)、与所述的连杆(7)相固定设置的锁销(6),所述第二连接凸台(20)上开设有供所述的连杆(7)与锁销(6)滑动的槽孔(21),当处于开模状态时,所述的锁销(6)位于槽孔(21)内,当处于合模状态时,所述的锁销(6)相对第二连接凸台(20)滑动且自槽孔(21)中穿出插入所述的销孔(31)内。
    7、根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的一种单轴开合模、底模升降联动机构,其特征在于:它还包括一机架,所述的机架包括与所述定模板(2)相固定设置的支架(14)、位于支架(14)上方的顶架(15)以及固定连接在所述的支架(14)和顶架(15)之间的立架(16),所述的开合模组件位于所述的支架(14)的上方,所述的凸块(9)位于支架(14)的下方。
    8、根据权利要求7所述的一种单轴开合模、底模升降联动机构,其特征在于:所述的支架(14)上开设有第一通孔和第二通孔,升降杆(10)可滑动地穿过第一通孔,升降杆(2)的上端部位于支架(1)的上方。转轴(12)穿过第二通孔且可在所述的第二通孔内转动。
    9、根据权利要求7所述的一种单轴开合模、底模升降联动机构,其特征在于:所述的转轴(12)的上端部与所述的顶架(15)相转动连接。
