A cet effet, selon l'invention, le récipient de pesage (1) comporte un système de mesure (4) relié au système d'analyse et servant à détecter la surface du produit récolté (5) reçu sur la base d'une triangulation par coupe optique à l'aide de projecteurs de lignes lumineuses (7) alignés les uns à côté des autres le long d'au moins une paroi de récipient (6) et d'un système d'acquisition d'images (9) numérique associé auxdits projecteurs de lignes lumineuses (7).
