Description

一种接头 技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接结构,更具体的说涉及一种接头。
背景技术
对于杆件之间用于连接用且可进行收折的接头,例如在帐篷的两连接的杆件之间设置的连接件以实现两杆件之间的展开和收折,其一般采用U型槽的单向连接件的结构,或是两活动套接的连接头,都需要通过铆钉将两其相互铰接,二者枢接并以铆钉为轴转动,并配合上相应的锁定卡位或是复位弹簧等内部结构,以使其转动更灵活并能在支撑展开时固定,这样的结构较为复杂,装配也较繁琐,而有些连接件为配合收折,在收折时还须进行抽拉回缩以达两连接头之间的展开和折收,这样的连接件操作较吃力,使用上不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种接头,其结构简单,接头的关节头套接在关节套中,并可直接通过按压后解锁而实现对折,使用方便。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种接头,其包括分别连接在两杆件端部的关节套和关节头,关节头通过一销钉活动套接在关节套的两耳片之间,关节头的中部纵向设有一沉槽,沉槽中容置有一弹簧,沉槽外套设有一活动块,弹簧向上顶持的活动块卡入关节套中。
所述的连接头上形成有配合活动块形状的配合槽,活动块套置组合在配合槽上。
所述的活动块的两侧分别设有条形孔。
所述的销钉穿过关节套和关节头前方分别设有的枢孔,销钉同时穿过关节头上的活动块中的条形孔。
所述的关节套上方设置有一可下压活动块的按钮。
所述的按钮设置在一悬臂的前端,该悬臂位于关节套的上表面。
所述的关节套上方设有一开口,按钮设置在该开口中,该按钮上方为按压片,按压片下方的脚部穿过开口下压活动块。
采用上述结构后,本发明的接头通过两活动套接的关节套和关节头,关节头活动连接在关节套中,通过在关节头中设置一可上弹顶持和下压的活动块,关节头连接在关节套时,活动块向上顶持而卡入关节套中,从而实现关节套与关节头的连接固定,并在关节套中设有可下压活动块的按钮,下压按钮按压活动块向下缩回至关节头中,从而使关节头脱离关节套的卡合定位,实现两杆件之间的对折收靠。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
结合图1至图4所示,本发明的接头包括分别连接在两杆件10、20端部上的关节套1和关节头2,其中,关节头2活动夹设套接在关节套1的两耳片11中,关节套1和关节头2前方分别设有枢孔12、21,从而可通过一销钉3使关节头2枢接在关节套1的两耳片11之间。
为令关节套1与关节头2在展开状态时能够定位并形成稳固支撑,同时可轻松调节接头以顺利实现两杆件之间展开支撑或收折靠合。本发明中,关节头2中部纵向上设有一沉槽22,沉槽22中容置一弹簧4,且放置在沉槽22中的弹簧4的自由长度长于沉槽22的深度,同时,在沉槽22外还设有一活动块5,本实施例中的活动块5呈'冂'字形,套置在关节头2外,其上端的端盖51盖置在弹簧4上,而两侧片52位于关节头2的两侧面上,可在关节头2上形成有配合活动块5形状退让空间的配合槽23,活动块5可恰好配合组合在配合槽23上形成完整的关节头。当活动块5套置在关节头2上时,在放置在沉槽22弹簧4顶持作用下,推顶活动块5向上弹起后活动块5高于关节头2的高度,而令关节套2卡在关节套1中无法拉拔出。同时,在活动块5的两侧片52的下方还分别设有一条形孔53,条形孔53对应在关节头2的枢孔21外侧,销钉3依次穿过关节套的枢孔11后再穿过条形孔53和关节头2的枢孔21,因条形孔53长度较长,从而销钉3穿过条形孔53并可在条形孔53中活动,故活动块5可向下按压,弹簧4受到压缩,活动块5即向下活动,下压的活动块向下缩回至关节头中。
当关节头2枢接在关节套1中时,结合图7、图8所示,关节头2通过销钉3套接在关节套1中,而位于关节头2中的弹簧4向上令顶持活动块5,使活动块5向上在顶起而高出关节头2,向上抬起的活动块5卡入关节套1上方的开口12中,从而关节头2在通过销钉枢接在关节套1中的同时,也通过活动块5卡置在关节套1中,使二者定位。而当需要将二者进行收折时,只须将突起的活动块5向下按压后配合在在关节头1的配合槽23中,令突起而卡在关节套中的活动块5向上活动后解除其卡置在关节套上方的开口12中,此时,为方便按压活动块5,可在关节套1是上方开口处设置一按钮61,本实施例中,按钮61设置在一悬臂6的前方,悬臂6位于关节套1的上表面,位于开口23上方,按钮61在悬臂6端部可向下按压和向上弹起,当向下按压按钮61后,活动块5受按钮61向下按压力后向下活动,销钉3在条形孔53在上移,而弹簧4向下挤压,活动块5向下活动而配合入关节头2中,同时杆件10、20对折,关节头2就脱离出关节套1,实现了收折,如图2、图3所示。反之,要将两杆件10、20连接立起时,关节头2在关节套1中相对转动至平行,转动过程中顺势将关节头2转入关节套1中,继而关节头2中的活动块5挤压后再顶持,即实现两杆件之间连接支撑。
结合图9至图12,为本发明的第二实施例,本实施例与上一实施例的不同之处在于关节套1的按钮结构不同,本实施例中,关节头2通过销钉3活动夹设套接在关节套1中,关节头1中设有放置弹簧4的沉槽22,同时也设有按压片5,与上一实施例相同,在此就不再详述,本实施例中,在关节套1上方也设有一开口24,开口24中还设有一可下压的按钮62,按钮62上方为按压片621向下按压后,按压片621下方的脚部622穿入开口到达活动块5,下压按钮62使活动块5向下活动,从而使关节头2脱离出关节套1,二者分离,两杆件10、20可达收折目的。
本发明的接头通过两活动套接的关节套和关节头,关节头活动连接在关节套中,通过在关节头中设置一可上弹顶持和下压的活动块,关节头连接在关节套时,活动块向上顶持而卡入关节套中,从而实现关节套与关节头的连接固定,并在关节套中设有可下压活动块的按钮,下压按钮按压活动块向下缩回至关节头中,从而使关节头脱离关节套的卡合定位,实现两杆件之间的对折收靠。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

Claims (7)

1、一种接头,其包括分别连接在两杆件端部的关节套和关节头,关节头通过一销钉活动套接在关节套的两耳片之间,其特征在于:关节头的中部纵向设有一沉槽,沉槽中容置有一弹簧,沉槽外套设有一活动块,弹簧向上顶持的活动块卡入关节套中。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种接头,其特征在于:连接头上形成有配合活动块形状的配合槽,活动块套置组合在配合槽上。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种接头,其特征在于:活动块的两侧分别设有条形孔。
4、如权利要求1或3所述的一种接头,其特征在于:销钉穿过关节套和关节头前方分别设有的枢孔,销钉同时穿过关节头上的活动块中的条形孔。
5、如权利要求1所述的一种接头,其特征在于:关节套上方设置有一可下压活动块的按钮。
6、如权利要求5所述的一种接头,其特征在于:按钮设置在一悬臂的前端,该悬臂位于关节套的上表面。
7、如权利要求5所述的一种接头,其特征在于:在关节套上方设有一开口,按钮设置在该开口中,该按钮上方为按压片,按压片下方的脚部穿过开口下压活动块。
