一种链式高楼火灾逃生器由承载链、多个恒速器和安全绳组成,用于多人火灾群体逃生,其承载链轻、使用中不怕火灼烧,供逃生者使用的恒速器,在下降过程中不出现卡死故障,恒速器中的速度控制部件不易磨损且发热小,安全性与可靠性高,可供多人同时逃生的链式高楼火灾逃生器。

(一) 技术领域
本发明是链式高楼火灾逃生器。 属于消防避难安全技术及设备。
(二) 背景技术
现如今, 当人们的生活和工作场所越来越向高空发展的时候, 遇到突发灾害后 的逃生手段随着建筑物层数的增加就变得愈发困难, 由于受到现有一些消防救援设 备本身功能的制约, 救援人员很难同时将大量的受困者救出。 传统使用的单人缓降 器又有着很大的安全隐患, 如果水或者油进入缓降器, 离心机构内的摩擦块的摩擦 力就会瞬间减小, 会让缓降者突然下坠, 造成人员伤亡, 且该类产品在存放中同时 存在可靠性和安全性不高的隐患。 中国专利 ZL200410013362.0公开了一种新型的 高楼应急逃生器, 由承载链、 多个逃生用恒速器组成, 该方法解决了传统缓降器的 不足, 但使用中存在着承载链过重、 链节距尺寸不合理造成恒速器工作中易出现卡 死故障, 同时恒速器中的速度控制部件寿命短、 磨损大、 发热快等缺点。
本发明的目的是设计一种承载链轻、 使用中不怕火灼烧, 用于逃生的恒速器使 用中不出现卡死故障, 其上速控部件不易磨损且发热小, 安全性与可靠性高, 可供 多人同时逃生的链式高楼火灾逃生器。
(三) 发明内容
为达到上述目的, 本发明采用下述技术方案, 链式高楼火灾逃生器由承载链、 多个恒速器和安全绳组成, 逃生人群的体重由 4 X 4或是 6 X 6结构的板式链承载, 根据齿轮模数的大小, 每片链片上设计有 5-8个齿, 并在链片上开有散热孔, 在火 焰烧灼下能快速散热, 承载链片节距为链齿周节的整数倍, 链片上的齿形各参数按 齿轮模数 1至 2中规定的技术参数制做, 便于与标准渐开线齿轮啮合, 起到齿条的 功能, 承载链采用合金钢板制造, 并进行热处理工艺增加耐磨强度, 恒速器用于单 人逃生下降速度控制, 其上安置有可固定人体的安全带, 恒速器内安置有三级传动 齿轮, 作增速传动, 人体重力驱动的齿轮机构的转速, 则由新型擒纵机构控制, 新 型擒纵机构中的擒纵轮轮齿设计成凸轮外形, 选用三凸至四凸取代擒纵轮多个尖形 轮齿, 该轮固定在第三级传动齿轮上方, 卡瓦部件的进瓦及出瓦两尖端设计成转动 的滚子来控制擒纵轮的转速, 减少摩擦热能, 该滚子通过其转轴铆接到卡瓦摆动体 组件上, 且滚子采用硬合金钢制造, 卡瓦摆动体组件中部开有圆孔, 直接套装在第 二级组合齿轮转动轴上, 恒速器上的定位机构与恒速器外壳底板水平滑动联接, 定 位机构上固定有承载链的导向槽形板, 其上还安装有可移动和转动的锁板, 当恒速 器与承载链相啮合时, 锁板上三个开孔用于与套入外壳上的两个外伸轴及定位机构 上的外伸轴上, 起到定位作用, 使定位机构和恒速器外壳形成一个整体, 以保证对 承载链的导向功能,完成与链齿的可靠啮合,恒速器上盖板上固定有锁扣与保险片, 该两零件用于锁板扣紧后的定位, 保证恒速器与承载链的可靠啮合, 恒速器上所有 钢板制作的部件, 全由合金钢板制造, 且经热处理工艺加硬以增加强度, 承载链可 供多个恒速器同时啮合使用, 能完成群体逃生人员的承载功能, 承载链其上端通过 专用部件固定在楼房顶端, 与承载链相配合的有安全绳, 安全绳与链同长, 供使用 者抓握, 也用于将楼房下方的恒速器提升至各楼层便于逃生者再次使用。

图 1所示的链式高楼火灾逃生器由承载链 (1 )、 恒速器 (26)、 安全绳 (28) 构成。 承载链为板式链结构, 一边有按齿轮标准模数参数对应的齿形, 且每节链片 上的齿数在 5— 8齿内选取, 多个齿的周节相加即为链片的节距, 链片上并开有散 热孔, 恒速器底板 (13 ) 与上盖板 (24) 之间安置有三级传动齿轮, 第一级组合齿 轮 (25 ) 与承载链 (1 ) 啮合, 第二级组合齿轮 (19) 轴上端套装有卡瓦摆动体组 件 (18), 卡瓦摆动体组件进瓦出瓦两尖端设计成滚子 (17), 滚子 (17) 通过其转 轴紧固在卡瓦摆动体组件 (18) 上, 擒纵轮 (12) 紧固在第三级齿轮 (14) 上方, 擒纵轮轮齿设计成凸轮外形, 选用三凸至四凸取代擒纵轮多个尖形齿, 提高了耐磨 强度, 当固定在安全带 (8 ) 上的人体下降时, 驱动第一级组合齿轮 (25 ) 在承载 链上滚动, 使轮系增速转动, 第三级 (14) 齿轮高速转动, 擒纵轮 (12) 的轮凸依 次与卡瓦摆动体组件 (18) 上的两个滚子 (17) 冲击摩擦, 卡瓦摆动体组件 (18) 做摆动运动控制了擒纵轮的转速, 从而控制了第三级齿轮 (14) 的转速, 达到控制 下降人体速度的目的。 恒速器底板 (13 ) 上固定可水平滑动的定位机构 (2), 该机 构上固定有承载链导向槽形板 (7), 并通过转轴 (5) 固定有可转动和上下移动的 锁板 (4), 锁板和转轴 (5) 紧固连接, 定位机构用于恒速器与承载链的固定及导 向,通过锁板(4)上开有 al、 a2、 a3三孔,该三孔可套入固定轴(3)、齿轮轴(22)、 承载轴 (6) 上, 使恒速器在承载链上固定, 恒速器底板 (13) 上紧固有多根联接 柱 (11), 通过螺钉 (23) 与上盖板 (24) 紧固, 底板 (13) 下方外侧通过承力轴 固定有下承力板 (10), 其上紧固有承力柱 (9), 用于安全带 (8) 的固定, 上盖板

图 2是链式高楼火灾逃生器的恒速器与承载链的安装视图, 恒速器 (26) 与承 载链 (1) 完成啮合, 定位机构 (2) 合上, 完成对承载链的导向控制, 锁板 (4) 三个孔套入对应三个轴, 锁扣 (21) 将锁板一端扣住, 保险片 (20) 顶住锁扣, 控 制锁扣转动, 完成锁板对定位机构的可靠定位, 当承载链上端固定后, 多个恒速器 可固定在承载链上, 从而完成多人同时逃生功能。
