Abstract

Mango para útil de limpieza o similares, que presenta un acodamiento en un punto intermedio, que define un tramo inferior (2) recto, y un tramo superior (3) que exteriormente conforma una superficie ensanchada de configuración y longitud acordes al antebrazo de una persona, que en el extremo anterior termina en una abrazadera flexible (4) que sujeta el antebrazo del usuario en una zona próxima al codo, mientras que por la misma cara exterior y próximo a la zona angulada del mango presenta un asidero (5), de forma tal que se puede aplicar tanto sobre el suelo o superficie baja, como sobre el techo o una superficie elevada por encima de la cabeza del usuario.

DESCRIPCIÓN
Mango para útil de limpieza o similares. Objeto de la invención
La presente invención se refiere, como expone su enunciado, a un mango del tipo de los que se emplean en las escobas u otros útiles de limpieza, si bien también es susceptible de ser empleado como suplemento para rodillos de pintar, o cualquier otro útil de los que emplean un mango alargado, que para su uso se agarra por una zona próxima a su extremo anterior, ya sea con una, o con las dos manos.
Antecedentes de la invención Actualmente existen en el mercado mangos para escobas, cepillos, rodillos, etc. formados por un elemento alargado, de madera, plástico o metálico, fijos o telescópicos, que se agarran con las manos por la zona del extremo anterior, montando en el extremo opuesto el útil, normalmente encajado a presión, roscado o engatillado con algún tipo de pinza.
A lo largo de los años los mangos apenas si han evolucionado en su estructura y configuración para hacerlos más ergonómicos y adaptables a diversos tipos de útiles, que requieran de una terminación específica para su uso Descripción de la invención
El objetivo de la presente invención es por tanto un mango que presenta una nueva configuración y estructura que lo hacen particularmente adecuado en su uso, con diversos útiles, al tiempo que permite el manejo del útil en zonas hasta ahora inaccesibles con un mango convencional y en condiciones de comodidad y ergonomía para el usuario.
El mango de la invención presenta un codo en un punto intermedio, a partir del cual se aprecian dos tramos: un tramo inferior recto, en ocasiones telescópico, y un tramo superior que exteriormente (por la cara convexa) conforma una superficie ensanchada que presenta una configuración y longitud adecuada al antebrazo. HOJA DE REEMPLAZO (Regla 26) o superior presenta en el extremo una terminación a modo de abrazadera en la que se sujeta al antebrazo a través de una zona próxima al codo, mientras que próximo a la zona angulada presenta un saliente a modo de asa, de forma que toda la zona anterior del mango se acopla en la mano y brazo del usuario. El tramo inferior del mango, prolongación del apoyo y asideros superiores, forma con éste un ángulo comprendido entre 135e y 165e, para que cuando se aplica el útil sobre el suelo o sobre una superficie baja el trabajo se efectúe con el brazo un poco doblado por el codo, mientras que si se trabaja en el techo o en una zona elevada, la posición del brazo sea también levantado pero formando con la horizontal un ángulo aproximado a los 45e, que resulta mucho más cómodo que si se tuviera que levantar totalmente el brazo para poder acceder al techo con el útil que esté manipulando en ese instante.
El asidero es una empuñadura recta, fija, perpendicular al mango por la zona del tramo anterior. Opcionalmente es posible otra alternativa más compleja, como una empuñadura transversal que permita situar el puño en posición próxima a la horizontal, o una empuñadura ajustable en longitud o lateralmente para que pueda situarse a voluntad del usuario.
La superficie exterior de la zona ensanchada y/o la abrazadera flexible, es decir toda la zona que está en contacto con el antebrazo, opcionalmente son mullidas o acolchadas, para mayor comodidad del usuario.
El tramo recto inferior preferentemente es telescópico, con la finalidad de adaptarse a la estatura o preferencias de la persona.
Descripción de las figuras
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de facilitar la comprensión de las características de la invención, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva un juego de dibujos en los que, con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:
La figura 1 muestra una vista en alzado de este mango cuando el útil se emplea sobre el suelo o sobre una superficie baja.

Realización preferente de la invención
Como se puede observar en las figuras referenciadas el mango de la invención presenta una primera zona (2) recta y provista en el extremo posterior de una terminación (7) en la que adapta en el útil de limpieza (1 ). Una segunda porción (3), que forma con la anterior un ángulo obtuso comprendido entre 175e y 135e. Por la cara exterior de esta porción (3), es decir por la zona convexa ateniéndonos al ángulo que forma ambos tramos del mango, dispone de tres elementos:
Una zona intermedia ensanchada que se adapta al antebrazo del usuario, tanto cuando se agarra en la posición natural representada en la figura 1 , como en la posición inversa, mostrada en la figura 2.
Una abrazadera flexible (4), abierta por el exterior y situada en el extremo de la porción (3), que da cabida al antebrazo y permite sujetar la pieza firmemente en relación a éste.
Un asa o agarradero (5), situada en proximidad al ángulo que forman los dos tramos (2-3) del mango.
Con esta constitución, es posible agarrar el mango en la posición natural, según la posición marcada en la figura 1 , introduciendo el antebrazo en la abrazadera (4), mientras que con la mano se agarra la empuñadura (5). De esta forma se puede barrer o acceder con el útil (1 ) a rincones que de otra forma serían inaccesibles. Si además se propicia una terminación angulada para las cerdas o elementos de limpieza (6) existentes en el útil (1 ), esto facilitará la operación.
En la figura 2 se aprecia la forma de agarrar este útil en posición inversa. En este caso se coloca por encima del antebrazo, de forma que la abrazadera (4) se sujeta también próxima al codo pero de arriba hacia abajo, mientras que la empuñadura (5) de coloca invertida con la terminación hacia abajo. Esta posición es idónea para pintar o limpiar superficies de techo, o que están elevadas por encima de la cabeza del operario. De

HOJA DE REEMPLAZO (Regla 26) esta forma se transmite toda la fuerza que se hace con el brazo directamente al palo, minimizando el esfuerzo y ahorrando tiempo.
El pelo del escobón (6) se ha previsto que vaya de menos a más para obtener el ángulo adecuado y de esta forma poder acceder a partes bajas de sillas, mesas, sofás, etc. Este ejercicio se realiza con una sola mano pudiendo tener en la otra el recogedor y de esta forma recoger en cada barrida la suciedad sin tener que amontonarla previamente. Una vez descrita suficientemente la naturaleza de la invención, así como un ejemplo de realización preferente, se hace constar a los efectos oportunos que los materiales, forma, tamaño y disposición de los elementos descritos podrán ser modificados, siempre y cuando ello no suponga una alteración de las características esenciales de la invención que se reivindican a continuación:

REIVINDICACIONES
1 . - Mango para útil de limpieza o similares, que comprende un cuerpo alargado que el extremo presenta un medio de acoplamiento (7) con un útil (1 ), que se puede aplicar tanto sobre el suelo o superficie baja, como sobre el techo o una superficie elevada por encima de la cabeza del usuario, caracterizado por que presenta un acodamiento en un punto intermedio, que define un tramo inferior (2) recto, y un tramo superior (3) que exteriormente (por la cara convexa) conforma una superficie ensanchada, de configuración y longitud acordes al antebrazo de una persona, que en el extremo anterior termina en una abrazadera flexible (4) que sujeta el antebrazo del usuario en una zona próxima al codo, mientras que por la misma cara exterior y próximo a la zona angulada del mango presenta un asidero (5).
2. - Mango para útil de limpieza o similares, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por que el tramo inferior (2) y el tramo superior (3) del mismo forman un ángulo comprendido entre 135e y 165e.
3. - Mango para útil de limpieza o similares, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por que el asidero (5) es una empuñadura recta, fija, perpendicular a la zona anterior (3) del mango, próximo al ángulo que forma el mango en la zona intermedia.
4. - Mango para útil de limpieza o similares, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por que la superficie exterior de la zona ensanchada (3) y/o la abrazadera flexible (4) son mullidas o acolchadas.
5. - Mango para útil de limpieza o similares, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por que el tramo inferior (2) es telescópico.
