步驟 1002, MS向 BS发送包含终端关机指示信息的释放命令消息, 其 中, 所述终端关机指示信息至少包含以下一种: 终端关机指示、 终端类型、 终端保持 PPP会话指示、 M2M终端关机指示;
步驟 1003 , BS根据终端关机指示信息确定所述 MS需要在关机状态下 保持 PPP会话, 向 MSC发送清除请求消息, 所述清除请求消息包含分组数 据呼叫进入休眠指示;
其中, BS根据终端关机指示信息确定所述 MS需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话可以是: 当终端关机指示信息中仅包含终端关机指示时, BS从自 身外的其他网元或存储信息中获取终端类型以及所述终端类型的 MS是否 需要保持 PPP会话的信息, 当所述终端类型的 MS需要保持 PPP会话时, 确定所述 MS需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话;
当终端关机指示信息中包含终端关机指示和终端类型时, BS从自身的 配置信息中获取所述终端类型的 MS是否需要保持 PPP会话的信息, 当所 述终端类型的 MS需要保持 PPP会话时, 确定所述 MS需要在关机状态下 保持 PPP会话;
当终端关机指示信息中包含终端保持 PPP会话指示时, 确定所述 MS 需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话;
当终端关机指示信息中包含 M2M终端关机指示时, 所述 BS从自身的 配置信息中获取是否支持 M2M终端保持 PPP会话, 在支持时, 确定所述 MS需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话。
步驟 1004, MSC给 BS发送清除命令消息;
步驟 1005, BS给 MS发送释放命令消息;
步驟 1006, BS给 PCF发送 A9释放 A8消息, 包含分组数据呼叫进入 休眠指示;
步驟 1007, PCF给 PDSN发送 Al l登记请求消息, 包含计费数据更新 指示;
步驟 1008, PDSN给 PCF发送 All登记接受消息;
步驟 1009, PCF给 BS发送 A9释放 A8完成消息;
步驟 1010, BS给 MSC发送清除完成消息, 携带终端保持 PPP会话的 指示;
步驟 1011 , MS和 PDSN之间存在休眠态分组数据会话和激活的 PPP 会话。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种终端关机时保持点对点协议会话的方法, 该方法包括: 接收终端在关机时发送的终端关机指示信息, 根据所述关机指示信息 确定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持点对点协议 PPP会话时, 不触发 PPP 会话释放操作。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述接收终端在关机时发送的 终端关机指示信息为: 网络侧的接入网接收处于分组数据会话休眠态的空 闲态终端在关机时发送的包含终端关机指示信息的登记消息;
所述终端关机指示信息至少包含以下一种: 终端关机指示、 终端类型、 终端保持 PPP会话指示、 机器对机器 M2M终端关机指示。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据所述关机指示信息确 定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持点对点协议 PPP会话时, 不触发 PPP会 话释放操作, 为:
所述网络侧的接入网接收到处于分组数据会话休眠态的空闲态终端的 登记请求消息后, 将所述登记请求消息中的终端关机指示信息通过位置更 新请求消息传递给网络侧的电路域核心网; 所述电路域核心网根据终端关 机指示信息确定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话时, 向所述接入 网发送位置更新接受消息, 所述位置更新接受消息携带终端保持 PPP会话 指示; 所述接入网根据终端保持 PPP会话指示, 不触发 PPP会话释放操作。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述电路域核心网根据终端关 机指示信息确定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话, 包括:
当终端关机指示信息中仅包含终端关机指示时, 电路域核心网从自身 外的其他网元或存储信息中获取终端类型以及所述终端类型的终端是否需 要保持 PPP会话的信息, 当所述终端类型的终端需要保持 PPP会话时, 确 定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话; 当终端关机指示信息中包含终端关机指示和终端类型时, 电路域核心 网从自身外的其他网元或存储信息中获取所述终端类型的终端是否需要保 持 PPP会话的信息, 当所述终端类型的终端需要保持 PPP会话时, 确定所 述终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话;
当终端关机指示信息中包含终端保持 PPP会话指示时, 确定所述终端 需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话;
当终端关机指示信息中包含 M2M终端关机指示时,所述电路域核心网 从自身的配置信息中获取是否支持 M2M终端保持 PPP会话, 在支持时, 确定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据所述关机指示信息确 定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持点对点协议 PPP会话时, 不触发 PPP会 话释放操作, 为:
所述网络侧的接入网接收到处于分组数据会话休眠态的空闲态终端的 登记请求消息后, 将所述登记请求消息中的终端关机指示信息通过位置更 新请求消息传递给网络侧的电路域核心网; 所述电路域核心网接受终端关 机的登记请求, 并向所述接入网发送位置更新接受消息; 所述接入网接收 位置更新接受消息, 根据终端关机指示信息确定所述终端需要在关机状态 下保持 PPP会话, 所述接入网不触发 PPP会话释放操作。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述接收终端在关机时发送的 终端关机指示信息为: 网络侧的接入网接收处于分组会话激活态的终端在 关机时发送的包含终端关机指示信息的释放命令消息;
所述终端关机指示信息至少包含以下一种: 终端关机指示、 终端类型、 终端保持 PPP会话指示、 机器对机器 M2M终端关机指示。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据所述关机指示信息确 定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持点对点协议 PPP会话时, 不触发 PPP会 话释放操作, 为:
所述网络侧的接入网接收到处于分组会话激活态的终端的释放命令消 息后, 所述接入网根据所述释放命令消息中的终端关机指示信息确定所述 终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话时, 所述接入网通知网络侧的电路域 核心网和分组域核心网执行将所述终端释放为休眠态的操作。
8、 根据权利要求 5或 7所述的方法, 其中, 所述接入网根据终端关机 指示信息确定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话, 包括:
当终端关机指示信息中仅包含终端关机指示时, 接入网从自身外的其 他网元或存储信息中获取终端类型以及所述终端类型的终端是否需要保持 PPP会话的信息, 当所述终端类型的终端需要保持 PPP会话时, 确定所述 终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话;
当终端关机指示信息中包含终端关机指示和终端类型时, 接入网从自 身的配置信息中获取所述终端类型的终端是否需要保持 PPP会话的信息, 当所述终端类型的终端需要保持 PPP会话时, 确定所述终端需要在关机状 态下保持 PPP会话;
当终端关机指示信息中包含终端保持 PPP会话指示时, 确定所述终端 需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话;
当终端关机指示信息中包含 M2M终端关机指示时,所述接入网从自身 的配置信息中获取是否支持 M2M终端保持 PPP会话, 在支持时, 确定所 述终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话。
9、 一种终端关机时保持点对点协议会话的方法, 该方法包括: 当处于分组数据会话休眠态的空闲态时, 在关机时发送包含终端关机 指示信息的登记消息给网络侧; 当处于分组会话激活态时, 在关机时发送 包含终端关机指示信息的释放命令消息给网络侧。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其中, 所述终端关机指示信息至少包含以下一种: 终端关机指示、 终端类型、 终端保持 PPP会话指示、 M2M终端关机指示。
11、 一种终端关机时保持点对点协议会话的方法, 该方法包括: 终端处于分组数据会话休眠态的空闲态时, 在关机时发送包含终端关 机指示信息的登记消息给网络侧; 终端处于分组会话激活态时, 在关机时 发送包含终端关机指示信息的释放命令消息给网络侧;
网络侧接收终端在关机时发送的终端关机指示信息, 根据所述关机指 示信息确定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话时, 不触发 PPP会话 释放操作。
12、 一种网络侧, 所述网络侧, 用于接收终端在关机时发送的终端关 机指示信息, 根据所述关机指示信息确定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话时, 不触发 PPP会话释放操作。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的网络侧, 其中, 所述网络侧, 还用于接收 处于分组数据会话休眠态的空闲态终端在关机时发送的包含终端关机指示 信息的登记消息;
所述终端关机指示信息至少包含以下一种: 终端关机指示、 终端类型、 终端保持 PPP会话指示、 M2M终端关机指示。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的网络侧, 其中, 所述网络侧包括: 第一接 入网、 第一电路域核心网;
所述第一接入网, 用于接收到处于分组数据会话休眠态的空闲态终端 的登记请求消息后, 将所述登记请求消息中的终端关机指示信息通过位置 更新请求消息传递给第一电路域核心网; 并根据第一电路域核心网发送的 位置更新接受消息携带的终端保持 PPP会话指示, 不触发 PPP会话释放操 作;
所述第一电路域核心网, 用于根据终端关机指示信息确定所述终端需 要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话时, 向所述第一接入网发送位置更新接受消 息, 所述位置更新接受消息携带终端保持 PPP会话指示。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的网络侧, 其中,
所述第一电路域核心网, 还用于当终端关机指示信息中仅包含终端关 机指示时, 从自身外的其他网元或存储信息中获取终端类型以及所述终端 类型的终端是否需要保持 PPP会话的信息, 当所述终端类型的终端需要保 持 PPP会话时, 确定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话;
所述第一电路域核心网, 还用于当终端关机指示信息中包含终端关机 指示和终端类型时, 从自身外的其他网元或存储信息中获取所述终端类型 的终端是否需要保持 PPP会话的信息,当所述终端类型的终端需要保持 PPP 会话时, 确定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话;
所述第一电路域核心网, 还用于当终端关机指示信息中包含终端保持
PPP会话指示时, 确定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话;
所述第一电路域核心网,还用于当终端关机指示信息中包含 M2M终端 关机指示时, 从自身的配置信息中获取是否支持 M2M终端保持 PPP会话, 在支持时, 确定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话。
16、 根据权利要求 13所述的网络侧, 其中, 所述网络侧还包括: 第二 接入网、 第二电路域核心网; 其中,
所述第二接入网, 用于接收到处于分组数据会话休眠态的空闲态终端 的登记请求消息后, 将所述登记请求消息中的终端关机指示信息通过位置 更新请求消息传递给第二电路域核心网, 并在收到位置更新接受消息后, 根据终端关机指示信息确定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话时, 不触发 PPP会话释放操作;
所述第二电路域核心网, 具体用于接受终端关机的登记请求, 并向所 述第二接入网发送位置更新接受消息。
17、 根据权利要求 12所述的网络侧, 其中, 所述网络侧, 还用于接收 处于分组会话激活态的终端在关机时发送的包含终端关机指示信息的释放 命令消息;
所述终端关机指示信息至少包含以下一种: 终端关机指示、 终端类型、 终端保持 PPP会话指示、 机器对机器 M2M终端关机指示。

所述第三接入网, 用于接收到处于分组会话激活态的终端的释放命令 消息后, 根据所述释放命令消息中的终端关机指示信息确定所述终端需要 在关机状态下保持 PPP会话时 , 通知第三电路域核心网和分组域核心网执 行将所述终端释放为休眠态的操作;
所述第三电路域核心网, 用于执行将所述终端释放为休眠态的操作; 所述分组域核心网, 用于执行将所述终端释放为休眠态的操作。

所述第二接入网及所述第三接入网, 还用于当终端关机指示信息中仅 包含终端关机指示时, 从自身外的其他网元或存储信息中获取终端类型以 及所述终端类型的终端是否需要保持 PPP会话的信息, 当所述终端类型的 终端需要保持 PPP会话时,确定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话; 所述第二接入网及所述第三接入网, 还用于当终端关机指示信息中包 含终端关机指示和终端类型时, 从自身的配置信息中获取所述终端类型的 终端是否需要保持 PPP会话的信息, 当所述终端类型的终端需要保持 PPP 会话时, 确定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话;
所述第二接入网及所述第三接入网, 还用于当终端关机指示信息中包 含终端保持 PPP会话指示时, 确定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会 话; 所述第二接入网及所述第三接入网, 还用于当终端关机指示信息中包 含 M2M终端关机指示时, 从自身的配置信息中获取是否支持 M2M终端保 持 PPP会话, 在支持时, 确定所述终端需要在关机状态下保持 PPP会话。
20、 一种终端, 所述终端包括: 关机指示模块, 用于当所述终端为处 于分组数据会话休眠态的空闲态终端时, 在关机时发送包含终端关机指示 信息的登记消息给网络侧; 当所述终端为处于分组会话激活态的终端时, 在关机时发送包含终端关机指示信息的释放命令消息给网络侧。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的终端, 其中,
所述终端关机指示信息至少包含以下一种: 终端关机指示、 终端类型、 终端保持 PPP会话指示、 M2M终端关机指示。
22、 一种终端关机时保持 PPP会话的系统, 该系统包括权利要求 12至 19任一项所述的网络侧、 以及权利要求 20或 21所述的终端。
23、 一种计算机存储介质, 所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执 行指令, 该计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求 1至 11任一项所述的终端 关机时保持 PPP会话的方法。
