设备发现方法、 装置及系统
本申请要求于 2012年 12月 31 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201210593557.1中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请 中。 技术领域 本发明实施例涉及互联网技术, 尤其涉及一种设备发现方法、 装置及 系统。
背景技术 随着无线保真( Wireless Fidelity, 简称: WiFi )技术在各个行业的广 泛应用, WiFi网絡的接入点(Access Point, 简称: AP )遍布于酒店、 咖 啡厅、 学校商城等场所, 近年来已经基于 WiFi发展出了社交 WiFi ( Social WiFi )的各种应用程序和产品,其中一个重要的应用就是点对点( Peer to Peer, 简称: P2P )设备发现。
P2P设备发现有多种应用场景, 而各场景中用户对 P2P设备发现的需 求是不同的。 例如, 场景 1 : 用户想要找到某个游戏玩家, 该场景的用户 需求是在终端打开 P2P设备发现功能后尽快发现目标设备, 发现后即可 关闭 P2P设备发现功能; 场景 2: 用户订制了某个服务, 该场景的用户需 求是 P2P设备发现功能长期运行, 当服务出现时提示用户。
现有技术的 P2P设备发现,釆用主动扫描( Search )和被动扫描( listen ) 交替进行的方式, 分别在三条信道上各发送一次探测请求消息, 具体地, 在一个信道发送探测请求消息后在该信道等待一段时间来接收探测响应 消息, 等待的时长为预设的一组数值, 每次等待的时间在该组数值中随 机选择, 等待结束后切换到下一个信道发送探测请求消息, 如此循环执 行。
但是这种 P2P设备发现的方法效率不高, 非常耗电, 尤其是对于上 述的场景 2 , 如果用户需要长期使用 P2P设备发现的功能, 将会很快耗 尽终端的电量, 从而不便于用户使用。 发明内容 本发明实施例提供一种设备发现方法、 装置及系统, 以提高设备发现 的效率。
第一方面, 本发明实施例提供一种设备发现方法, 包括: 在设定的发 送信道上发送探测请求消息, 其中, 所述探测请求消息中携带本机的监听 规律信息, 所述监听规律信息至少包括监听时间信息和 /或监听信道信息; 根据所述监听规律信息, 监听其他设备发送的消息。
在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中, 所述在设定的发送信道上发 送探测请求消息包括: 在设定的一条信道发送所述探测请求消息, 或在设 定的至少两条信道依次发送所述探测请求消息。

第五方面, 本发明实施例提供一种设备发现系统, 包括: 至少一个第 三方面中的任意一种可能的实现方式所述的第一设备发现装置以及至少一 个第四方面所述的第二设备发现装置。
本发明实施例提供的设备发现方法、 装置及系统, 通过在发送探测请 求消息时携带本机接收探测响应消息的监听规律信息, 使目标设备在接收 到该探测请求消息后, 能够根据该监听规律信息, 在有效的时间及有效的 信道上发送探测响应消息, 提高设备发现的效率。 附图说明 为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例或现有技术中的技术方案, 下面将对 实施例或现有技术描述中所需要使用的附图作一简单地介绍, 显而易见地, 下面描述中的附图是本发明的一些实施例, 对于本领域普通技术人员来讲, 在不付出创造性劳动性的前提下, 还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图。

图 10为本发明第二设备发现装置实施例二的结构示意图。 具体实 式 为使本发明实施例的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合本 发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、 完整地描 述, 显然, 所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提 下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明各实施例中涉及的的设备可以为 P2P设备, 具体地, 可以为任 何具有无线保真 (Wireless Fidelity, 简称: WiFi ) 功能、 且能够承载 P2P 应用程序的设备, 具体形式可以是手机、 笔记本电脑、 平板电脑和个人数 字助理( Personal Digital Assistant, 简称: PDA )等。 由于设备发现方法涉 及至少两个 P2P设备之间的交互, 为了便于描述, 本发明各实施例中用第 一设备代表主动探测其他设备的一方, 用第二设备代表待发现的目标设备。
图 1 为本发明设备发现方法实施例一的流程图, 本实施例的执行主体 为第一设备。 该方法可以由任意 P2P设备实现, 如图 1所示, 本实施例的 方法可以包括:
步骤 101、 在设定的发送信道上发送探测请求消息, 其中, 所述探测请 求消息中携带本机的监听规律信息, 所述监听规律信息至少包括监听时间 信息和 /或监听信道信息。
目前, 可以供社交 WiFi ( Social WiFi )使用的信道有三条, 分别为信 道 1、信道 6和信道 11。 P2P设备可以在这三条信道上发送消息或监听其他 P2P设备的消息。现有技术是在一条信道上发送探测请求消息、在该信道监 听一段时间, 再转到下一条信道上发送探测请求消息、 在该信道监听一段 时间, 如此轮流地在三条信道上发送探测请求消息和监听。
而步骤 101 中, 第一设备在发送探测请求消息时, 携带了本机接收探 测响应消息的监听规律信息, 以使第二设备可以根据该监听规律信息进行 响应。 这样, 第一设备的监听规律可以不受限制, 而可以根据 P2P设备的 应用程序所要满足的场景的特定需求来设置, 例如有些应用程序需要发现 多个目标设备, 且需要长期运行, 并且在此期间该设备还需要提供用户打 电话、 发短信等通信功能, 这时, 可以将监听规律设计为省电的方案, 例 如, 监听时间可以设计为比较短, 而相邻两段监听时间的间隔可以比较长, 进一步的, 该间隔的时间内还可以将该第一设备置为休眠状态, 以节省该 设备的电量。
另外, 监听时间表示第一设备处于工作状态、 可接收其他设备发送的 消息的时间。 在监听时间之外, 可以是休眠状态, 也可以是不休眠但也不 接收消息的状态, 本发明对此不作限定。
在具体实现时, 探测请求消息中除了还可以携带本机的监听规律信息, 还可以携带本机的发送规律信息, 以使接收到该探测请求消息的第二设备 可以根据该发送规律信息来接收后续的消息。
步骤 102、 根据所述监听规律信息, 监听其他设备发送的消息。
具体地, 可以在设定的监听时间内、 在设定的信道上监听其他设备的 消息, 例如其他设备发送的探测响应消息, 或其他设备发送的探测请求消 息。 而其他时间, 该第一设备可以进入休眠状态以便降低功耗。
本实施例, 通过在发送探测请求消息时携带本机接收探测响应消息的 监听规律信息, 使目标设备在接收到该探测请求消息后, 能够根据该监听 规律信息, 在有效的时间及有效的信道上发送探测响应消息, 提高设备发 现的准确性和发现的效率。
在具体实现时, 由于目前可供 Social WiFi使用的信道有三条, 因此第 一设备可以在设定的一条信道发送探测请求消息, 或在设定的两条或三条 信道依次发送所述探测请求消息。
相应地, 在步骤 102 中, 第一设备可以根据监听规律信息, 在一条信 道监听其他设备发送的探测响应消息, 或在设定的两条或三条信道依次监 听其他设备发送的消息。
根据资源均衡的原则, 优选地, 第一设备可以在设定的一条信道发送 探测请求消息, 分别在三条信道依次保持一段连续的监听时间, 来监听其 他设备发送的消息; 或者, 依次在三条信道上发送探测请求消息, 在设定 的一条信道监听其他设备发送的消息。
进一步地, 所述监听规律信息中的监听时间信息可以包括: 从当前时 刻到下一次监听开始时刻之间的间隔、 监听时长和 \或相邻两次监听之间的 时间间隔。 具体地, 当前时刻可以为该探测请求消息发送的时刻, 监听时 长可以为下一次监听持续的时间长度。 优选的一种方案为监听规律信息中 同时包括: 从当前时刻到下一次监听开始时刻之间的间隔和监听时长, 而 由于无线传输的时间很短, 可以忽略, 因此, 接收到该探测请求消息的第 二设备可以根据接收到该探测请求消息的时刻和该间隔, 获得该第一设备 下一次监听的开始时刻。 再结合下一次监听持续的时间, 接收到该探测请 求消息的第二设备可以准确地在第一设备的最近一次持续监听的时间段内 发送探测响应消息。
进一步地, 上述实施例的步骤 102 中, 监听其他设备发送的消息可以 包括: 监听其他设备发送的探测响应消息和 \或探测请求消息。
进一步地, 上述实施例的步骤 101 中, 在设定信道上发送探测请求消 息包括: 在设定的发送信道上周期性和 /或非周期性地发送探测请求消息。
进一步优选地, 第一设备监听其他设备发送的消息的过程, 可以设置 一定的周期, 使监听周期性的执行; 发送探测请求消息的过程可以以在一 定的时间段内发送预设的次数的方式执行, 相邻两次发送探测请求消息的 间隔时间可以设置为在一定范围内随机选择, 以避免各个设备以相同的周 期同步地发送探测请求消息。 在此基础上, 可以设置相邻两次发送探测请 求消息的间隔为第一时长, 该第一时长为在一定范围内随机变化的, 监听 时长为第二时长。 而且, 可以控制第一时长小于第二时长, 以保证在监听 时长所限定的一次连续监听的过程中至少会发送两次探测请求消息, 即, 有两次接收其他设备的探测响应消息的机会, 从而提高发现的准确性。
图 2为本发明设备发现方法实施例二的流程图, 本实施例的执行主体 为第一设备。 如图 2所示, 本实施例的方法可以包括:
步骤 201、 在设定的发送信道上发送探测请求消息, 其中, 所述探测请 求消息中携带本机的监听规律信息, 所述监听规律信息至少包括监听时间 信息和 /或监听信道信息。
步骤 202、 根据所述监听规律信息, 监听其他设备发送的消息。
步骤 203、 按照所述监听规律信息, 进入休眠时间。
具体地, 第一设备可以根据各应用程序的需求, 设定一个时间范围, 在该时间范围内, 将除了监听时间之外的时间设为休眠时间, 在休眠时间 内, 第一设备仍然按既定的规律在设定的时间段内将本机唤醒并发送探测 请求消息, 其他的时间均处于休眠状态, 耗电量极小。 需要说明的是, 这 只是其中一种优选方案, 具体如何设置休眠, 本发明实施例不做任何限定。 例如, 也可以设置为, 在监听时间的间隔中设置休眠时间, 还可以设置部 分时间段, 不进行休眠也不接收其他设备的消息。
步骤 204、 按照所述监听规律信息, 在所述休眠时间内, 在设定的至少 一个监听窗口时间内将本机唤醒, 监听其他设备发送的消息。
具体地, 如果休眠时间在整个时间范围内占的比例较大, 即第一设备 大部分时间都处于休眠状态, 无法接收其他设备发送的消息, 这样有利于 第一设备的省电, 但是也会导致发现的效率过低, 可以在休眠时间内设置 一些监听窗口, 以解决这个矛盾。 相应地, 监听窗口的信息也可以在步骤 201中携带在探测请求消息中, 告知其他设备。
优选地, 监听窗口可以设置为, 在每次发送探测请求消息之后立即进 入监听窗口, 以便于当有其他设备在接收到该第一设备发送的探测请求消 息后立即发送探测响应消息。 对于这种优选方案, 由于监听窗口的周期与 发送探测请求消息的周期一致, 并且与探测请求消息的发送时间没有间隔 , 即, 这类监听窗口的规律简单, 且易于约定, 因此, 这种优选方案的监听 窗口信息可以不携带在探测请求消息中。
需要说明的是, 将监听窗口时间设置在休眠时间内, 只是一种优选方 案, 在实际实现时, 监听窗口时间也可以设置在激活状态的时间内, 例如 当设置了一部分既不休眠也不接收其他设备发送的消息的时间段时, 可以 在这些时间段内设置监听窗口时间。
步骤 205、当在所述监听窗口时间接收到其他设备发送的探测响应消息 时, 优先进行与发送该探测响应消息的设备的交互。
由于监听窗口的时长一般设置得较短, 如果在监听窗口监听到其他设 备发送的消息, 例如监听到其他设备发送的探测响应消息, 或者监听到其 他设备发送的探测请求消息且满足对方设备的需求时, 而监听窗口时间又 不够本机与对方设备进行交互, 这时, 可以延长监听窗口的时间, 以便和 对方设备进行进一步的信息交互, 例如协商配置、 认证和连接等。 该信息 交互的过程中需要等待后续消息, 具体实现时, 可以设置一预设时间, 若 在预设时间内未收到后续消息, 则可以重新进入休眠。
在实际实现时, 步骤 205 的操作并不仅限于在监听窗口接收其他设备 的消息时将本机从休眠状态中唤醒, 而可以是在任何阶段接收到其他设备 的消息时, 均可以优先进行与所述其他设备的交互。 例如, 接收到其他设 备的消息时正好处于监听时间快要结束, 即, 快要进入休眠状态时, 或者 监听时间不足以完成与对方设备的信息交互时, 均可以延长监听时间的长 度, 直到完成与对方设备的信息交互。 完成后, 如果还需要继续发现更多 的第二设备, 则可以重新执行上述的步骤 201至步骤 205的过程, 否则, 可以退出发现程序。
为了验证本实施例的方案效果, 本发明实施例将本实施例的方案与现 有技术的方案进行仿真, 对比发现其他设备所需时间的长短。 仿真中一共 有两个 P2P设备, 仿真过程中无其他设备干扰, 不釆用退避, 重发等机制。 该两个 P2P设备仿真的参数如下:发送探测请求消息的时长为 0.4毫秒,发 送功率 50毫瓦, 监听功率为 25毫瓦。
仿真过程中, 将现有技术的方案命名为方案一。 方案一的监听时间为 在 100ms, 200ms, 300ms的随机取值, 其平均监听周期为 200ms。 针对本 实施例分别釆用两个方案, 一个是方案二: 在设定的一条信道发送探测请 求消息, 分别在三条信道依次保持一段连续的监听时间, 来监听其他设备 发送的探测响应消息,为了与方案一公平比较,将监听周期也设置为 200ms; 另一个是方案三: 依次在三条信道上发送探测请求消息, 在设定的一条信 道监听其他设备发送的探测响应消息, 为了与方案一公平比较, 将监听周 期也设置为 200ms。
将三种方案中的开始时间设为发现流程中的任意时刻, 结束时间为两 个 P2P 设备中的任意一个接收到探测响应消息的时间。 仿真运行次数是 100000次, 取时间步长为 200ms。 仿真结果显示, 方案二在发现时间上略 优于方案一, 而方案三的发现时间要远远小于方案一。 具体地, 在所有的 100000次运行中, 方案三在 200ms内完成发现的几率为 99%以上, 而方案 一在 200毫秒完成发现的几率低于 72%; 方案三的平均发现时间为 45ms, 而方案一的平均发现时间为 160ms。 因此, 艮明显地, 本实施例的方案(依 次在三条信道上发送探测请求消息, 在设定的一条信道监听其他设备发送 的探测响应消息) 的发现效率远远高于现有技术的发现方案。
本实施例, 通过在设备发现的过程中, 加入休眠时间, 降低设备发现 程序的耗电量; 通过在休眠时间中加入监听窗口, 以及监听窗口的合理设 置, 提高发现的效率, 缩短设备完成发现所需要的时间; 通过当在监听窗 口时间监听到其他设备发送的探测响应消息时, 可以将本机从休眠状态中 唤醒的机制, 便于及时地与目标设备进行信息交互, 使整个发现过程在最 短时间内完成。
图 3 为本发明设备发现方法实施例三的流程图, 本实施例的执行主体 为第二设备。 该方法可以由任意 P2P设备执行, 如图 3所示, 本实施例的 方法包括:
步骤 301、接收其他设备发送的探测请求消息, 所述探测请求消息中携 带监听规律信息,所述监听规律信息包括监听时间信息和 /或监听信道信息。
具体地, 由于本实施例的执行主体为第二设备, 即待发现的目标设备; 步骤 301 中的其他设备可以对应于第一设备, 即主动探测的设备, 探测请 求消息中携带的监听规律信息也为第一设备的监听规律信息。 该监听规律 信息可以与本设备的监听规律信息相同, 也可以不同。
步骤 302、根据所述探测请求消息中携带的监听规律信息, 在所述监听 时间和 /或监听信道发送探测响应消息。
具体地, 第二设备按照第一设备的监听规律发送探测响应消息, 例如, 根据所接收到探测请求消息中携带的监听规律信息确定发送探测响应消息 的时机和发送信道。 这样, 可以保证第一设备成功接收该探测响应消息。
两个设备在后续可以进行进一步的信息交互, 直至发现对方。
本实施例, 通过接收其他设备发送的携带监听规律信息的探测请求消 息, 并按照该监听规律信息向该设备发送探测响应消息, 保证所发送的探 测响应消息被成功地接收, 从而提高设备发现的效率。
图 4为本发明设备发现方法实施例四的信令流程图, 本实施例中两个 设备所使用的发现方法一致, 为了描述的简洁性, 本实施例以第一设备为 主进行描述。 图中分别用斜线阴影、 斑点阴影、 交叉线阴影代表三条不同 的信道, 用灰色填充代表休眠状态, 图中两个设备用于监听的信道可以相 同也可以不同; 另外, 为了使图片更为清晰, 图中使用短箭头表示周期性 地发送探测请求消息。 如图 4所示, 本实施例的方法可以包括:
步骤 401、 第一设备依次在三条信道上发送探测请求消息, 其中, 所述 探测请求消息中携带本机的监听规律信息, 所述监听规律信息包括监听时 间信息和监听信道信息。
步骤 402、 第一设备根据所述监听规律信息, 在设定的一条信道上监听 其他设备发送的消息, 并按照所述监听规律信息, 进入休眠时间, 以及监 听窗口时间。
步骤 403、 第一设备在所述休眠时间内, 在设定监听窗口时间内, 通过 监听信道接收其他设备发送的探测响应消息。
步骤 404、当在所述监听窗口时间接收到第二设备发送的探测响应消息 时, 延长监听窗口的时间, 与第二设备进行交互。
本实施例 , 通过在设备发现过程中加入休眠时间实现省电; 通过可延 长时间的监听窗口使发现程序更有效。
为了验证本实施例的方案在省电方面的效果, 将本实施例的方案进行 仿真, 并仿真多个休眠时间长短不同、 监听时间长短不同的方案组合, 观 察在不同的平均发现时间下对应的平均功耗情况。 仿真结果显示, 当选择 连续监听时间为 400ms , 休眠时间为 2s , 不设置监听窗口时, 其平均发现 时间为 600ms , 其平均功耗为 50mw, 此时相比于现有技术的发现方案节省 了 80%的耗电量。
图 5 为本发明设备发现方法实施例五的信令流程图, 本实施例中两个 设备所使用的发现方法一致, 为了描述的简洁性, 本实施例以第一设备为 主进行描述。 图中分别用斜线阴影、 斑点阴影、 交叉线阴影代表三条不同 的信道, 用灰色填充代表休眠状态; 图中两个设备用于发送探测请求消息 的信道可以相同也可以不同。 另外, 为了使图片更为清晰, 图中使用短箭 头表示周期性地发送探测请求消息。 如图 5 所示, 本实施例的方法可以包 括:
步骤 501、 第一设备在设定的一条信道上发送探测请求消息, 其中, 所 述探测请求消息中携带本机的监听规律信息, 所述监听规律信息包括监听 时间信息和监听信道信息。
步骤 502、 第一设备根据所述监听规律信息, 在三条信道上依次监听其 他设备发送的消息, 并按照所述监听规律信息, 进入休眠时间, 以及监听 窗口时间。
步骤 503、 第一设备在监听时间内,接收第二设备根据所述监听规律信 息在相应的监听信道发送的探测响应消息。
步骤 504、 如果第一设备在接收所述第二设备发送的探测响应消息时, 在所述信道的监听时间即将结束, 则延长在所述信道的监听时间, 与第二 设备进行交互。 步骤 504 的场景可以为, 第一设备在接收所述第二设备发送的探测响 应消息时, 按照设定的监听规律即将进入休眠状态, 或者即将改变信道进 行监听, 这时由于接收到其他设备发送的探测响应消息, 则可以延长在所 述信道的监听时间, 以便与第二设备完成交互。
当在所述监听窗口时间监听到第二设备发送的探测响应消息时, 将本 机从休眠状态中唤醒, 与第二设备进行交互。
本实施例 , 通过在设备发现过程中加入休眠时间实现省电; 通过在接 收探测响应消息时可以延长在该信道的监听时间, 从而使发现程序更有效。
图 6为本发明第一设备发现装置实施例一的结构示意图, 如图 6所示, 本实施例的装置 600可以包括: 探测模块 11和监听模块 12 , 其中, 探测模 块 11用于在设定的发送信道上发送探测请求消息, 其中, 所述探测请求消 息中携带本机的监听规律信息, 所述监听规律信息至少包括监听时间信息 和 /或监听信道信息; 监听模块 12用于根据所述监听规律信息,监听其他设 备发送的探测响应消息。
本实施例的装置, 可以用于执行图 1 所示方法实施例的技术方案, 具 备相应的功能模块, 其实现原理类似, 此处不再赘述。 本实施例的装置, 通过在发送探测请求消息时携带本机接收探测响应消息的监听规律信息, 使目标设备在接收到该探测请求消息后, 能够根据该监听规律信息, 在有 效的时间及有效的信道上发送探测响应消息, 提高设备发现的准确性和发 现的效率。
本实施例的装置, 在具体实现时, 优选地, 探测模块 11具体用于: 在 设定的一条信道发送所述探测请求消息, 或在设定的至少两条信道依次发 送所述探测请求消息。
本实施例的装置, 在具体实现时, 优选地, 监听模块 12具体用于: 根 据所述监听规律信息, 在一条信道监听其他设备发送的消息, 或在设定的 至少两条信道依次监听其他设备发送的消息。
本实施例的装置, 在具体实现时, 优选地, 所述监听规律信息中的监 听时间信息包括: 从当前时刻到下一次监听开始时刻之间的间隔、 监听时 长和 \或相邻两次监听之间的时间间隔。
本实施例的装置, 在具体实现时, 优选地, 监听模块 12具体用于: 根 据所述监听规律信息, 监听其他设备发送的探测响应消息和 \或探测请求消 息。
本实施例的装置, 在具体实现时, 优选地, 为了提高发现的准确性, 相邻两次发送所述探测请求消息的间隔为第一时长, 所述监听规律信息中 的监听时长为第二时长, 且所述第一时长小于所述第二时长。
图 7为本发明第一设备发现装置实施例二的结构示意图, 如图 7所示, 本实施例的装置 700在图 6所示装置结构的基础上, 进一步地, 还可以包 括: 休眠模块 13和监听窗口模块 14, 其中, 休眠模块 13用于按照所述监 听规律信息, 进入休眠时间; 监听窗口模块 14, 用于按照所述监听规律信 息, 在所述休眠时间内, 在设定的至少一个监听窗口时间内将本机唤醒, 监听其他设备发送的消息。
本实施例的装置, 可以用于执行图 2 所示方法实施例的技术方案, 具 备相应的功能模块, 其实现原理和技术效果类似, 此处不再赘述。
图 8为本发明第二设备发现装置实施例一的结构示意图。 如图 8所示, 本实施例的装置 800包括: 接收模块 21和响应模块 22 , 其中, 接收模块 21 , 用于接收其他设备发送的探测请求消息, 所述探测请求消息中携带监 听规律信息, 所述监听规律信息包括监听时间信息和 /或监听信道信息; 响 应模块 22 , 用于根据所述探测请求消息中携带的监听规律信息, 在所述监 听时间和 /或监听信道发送探测响应消息。
本实施例的装置, 可以用于执行图 3 所示方法实施例的技术方案, 具 备相应的功能模块, 其实现原理类似, 此处不再赘述。 本实施例的装置, 通过接收其他设备发送的携带监听规律信息的探测请求消息, 并按照该监 听规律信息向该设备发送探测响应消息, 保证所发送的探测响应消息被成 功地接收, 从而提高设备发现的效率。
图 9为本发明第一设备发现装置实施例三的结构示意图。 如图 9所示, 本实施例的第一设备发现装置 900包括: 至少一个 CPU 901、 至少一个网 絡接口 902、 存储器 903 , 和至少一通信总线 904。 通信总线 904用于实现 各部件之间的连接通信。存储器 903可能包含高速 RAM存储器,也可能还 包括非易失性存储器(英文为 non-volatile memory, 以下简称 NVM ), 例如 至少一个磁盘存储器。 存储器 903 可选的可以包含至少一个存储装置, 存 储各种代码等, 用于实现各种基础业务以及处理基于硬件的任务。
其中, CUP901根据存储器 903存储的代码的指示执行如下动作: 在设 定的发送信道上发送探测请求消息, 其中, 所述探测请求消息中携带本机 的监听规律信息, 所述监听规律信息至少包括监听时间信息和 /或监听信道 信息; 根据所述监听规律信息, 监听其他设备发送的探测响应消息。
进一步地, CPU901还用于:在设定的一条信道发送所述探测请求消息, 或在设定的至少两条信道依次发送所述探测请求消息; 根据所述监听规律 信息, 在一条信道监听其他设备发送的消息, 或在设定的至少两条信道依 次监听其他设备发送的消息; 所述监听规律信息中的监听时间信息包括: 从当前时刻到下一次监听开始时刻之间的间隔、 监听时长和 \或相邻两次监 听之间的时间间隔; 根据所述监听规律信息, 监听其他设备发送的探测响 应消息和\或探测请求消息; 相邻两次发送所述探测请求消息的间隔为第一 时长, 所述监听规律信息中的监听时长为第二时长, 且所述第一时长小于 所述第二时长; 按照所述监听规律信息, 进入休眠时间; 按照所述监听规 律信息, 在所述休眠时间内, 在设定的至少一个监听窗口时间内将本机唤 醒, 监听其他设备发送的消息。
本实施例的装置, 可以用于执行图 1或图 2所示方法实施例的技术方 案以及图 3或图 4所示实施例中第一设备对应执行的技术方案, 其实现原 理和技术效果类似, 此处不再赘述。
图 10为本发明第二设备发现装置实施例二的结构示意图。 如图 10所 示, 本实施例的第二设备发现装置 1000包括: 至少一个 CPU 1001、 至少 一个网絡接口 1002、存储器 1003 ,和至少一通信总线 1004。通信总线 1004 用于实现各部件之间的连接通信。存储器 1003可能包含高速 RAM存储器, 也可能还包括非易失性存储器 (英文为 non-volatile memory, 以下简称 NVM ), 例如至少一个磁盘存储器。 存储器 1003可选的可以包含至少一个 存储装置, 存储各种代码等, 用于实现各种基础业务以及处理基于硬件的 任务。
其中, CUP 1001根据存储器 1003存储的代码的指示执行如下动作: 接收其他设备发送的探测请求消息, 所述探测请求消息中携带监听规律信 息, 所述监听规律信息包括监听时间信息和 /或监听信道信息; 根据所述探 测请求消息中携带的监听规律信息, 在所述监听时间和 /或监听信道发送探 测响应消息。
本实施例的装置, 可以用于执行图 3 所示方法实施例的技术方案以及 图 3或图 4所示实施例中第二设备对应执行的技术方案, 其实现原理和技 术效果类似, 此处不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述各方法实施例的全部或部分 步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。 前述的程序可以存储于一计算 机可读取存储介质中。 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述各方法实施例的步 骤; 而前述的存储介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储 程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是: 以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非 对其限制; 尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的 普通技术人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进 行修改, 或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或 者替换, 并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种设备发现方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
在设定的发送信道上发送探测请求消息, 其中, 所述探测请求消息中 携带本机的监听规律信息, 所述监听规律信息至少包括监听时间信息和 /或 监听信道信息;
根据所述监听规律信息, 监听其他设备发送的消息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的设备发现方法, 其特征在于, 所述在设定的 发送信道上发送探测请求消息包括:
在设定的一条信道发送所述探测请求消息, 或在设定的至少两条信道 依次发送所述探测请求消息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的设备发现方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述 监听规律信息, 监听其他设备发送的消息包括:
根据所述监听规律信息, 在一条信道监听其他设备发送的消息, 或在 设定的至少两条信道依次监听其他设备发送的消息。
4、 根据权利要求 1〜3任一所述的设备发现方法, 其特征在于, 所述监 听规律信息中的监听时间信息包括:
从当前时刻到下一次监听开始时刻之间的间隔、 监听时长和 \或相邻两 次监听之间的时间间隔。
5、 根据权利要求 1〜4任一所述的设备发现方法, 其特征在于, 所述根 据所述监听规律信息, 监听其他设备发送的消息包括:
根据所述监听规律信息, 监听其他设备发送的探测响应消息和\或探测 请求消息。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的设备发现方法, 其特征在于: 相邻两次发送 所述探测请求消息的间隔为第一时长, 所述监听规律信息中的监听时长为 第二时长, 且所述第一时长小于所述第二时长。
7、根据权利要求 1〜6任一所述的设备发现方法,其特征在于,还包括: 按照所述监听规律信息, 进入休眠时间。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的设备发现方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 按照所述监听规律信息, 在所述休眠时间内, 在设定的至少一个监听 窗口时间内将本机唤醒, 监听其他设备发送的消息。
9、 一种设备发现方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收其他设备发送的探测请求消息, 所述探测请求消息中携带监听规 律信息, 所述监听规律信息包括监听时间信息和 /或监听信道信息;
根据所述探测请求消息中携带的监听规律信息, 在所述监听时间和 /或 监听信道发送探测响应消息。
10、 一种第一设备发现装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
探测模块, 用于在设定的发送信道上发送探测请求消息, 其中, 所述 探测请求消息中携带本机的监听规律信息, 所述监听规律信息至少包括监 听时间信息和 /或监听信道信息;
监听模块, 用于根据所述监听规律信息, 监听其他设备发送的消息。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述探测模块具体用 于:
在设定的一条信道发送所述探测请求消息, 或在设定的至少两条信道 依次发送所述探测请求消息。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述监听模块具体用 于:
根据所述监听规律信息, 在一条信道监听其他设备发送的消息, 或在 设定的至少两条信道依次监听其他设备发送的消息。
13、 根据权利要求 10〜12任一所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述监听规 律信息中的监听时间信息包括:
从当前时刻到下一次监听开始时刻之间的间隔、 监听时长和、 或相邻 两次监听之间的时间间隔。
14、 根据权利要求 10〜13任一所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述监听模 块具体用于:
根据所述监听规律信息, 监听其他设备发送的探测响应消息和\或探测 请求消息。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述的装置, 其特征在于, 相邻两次发送所述探 测请求消息的间隔为第一时长, 所述监听规律信息中的监听时长为第二时 长, 且所述第一时长小于所述第二时长。
16、 根据权利要求 10〜15任一所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 休眠模块, 用于按照所述监听规律信息, 进入休眠时间。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
监听窗口模块, 用于按照所述监听规律信息, 在所述休眠时间内, 在 设定的至少一个监听窗口时间内将本机唤醒, 监听其他设备发送的消息。
18、 一种第二设备发现装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收其他设备发送的探测请求消息, 所述探测请求消 息中携带监听规律信息, 所述监听规律信息包括监听时间信息和 /或监听信 道信息;
响应模块, 用于根据所述探测请求消息中携带的监听规律信息, 在所 述监听时间和 /或监听信道发送探测响应消息。
19、 一种设备发现系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
至少一个如权利要求 10〜17任一项所述的第一设备发现装置以及至少 一个如权利要求 18所述的第二设备发现装置。
