按照网络搜索优先级, 依次选取所述用户识别模块和所述移动终端同时支 持的接入技术, 搜索可注册网络, 并在搜索成功时注册到所述可注册网络。
在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中, 所述根据所述用户识别模块支持 的接入技术, 以及移动终端支持的接入技术, 确定所述用户识别模块和所述移 动终端同时支持的接入技术包括:
将识别到的所述用户识别模块支持的接入技术记录在第一列表中;
获取记录有所述移动终端支持的接入技术的第二列表;

实施例一
图 1为本发明实施例一提供的网络注册方法的流程图。 本实施例的方法适 用于移动终端搜索网络并注册的情形。 该方法由网络注册装置执行, 该装置通 常以硬件和 /或软件的方式来实现, 集成在移动终端中。 如图 1所示, 本实施例 的方法包括:
101、 识别用户识别模块 SIM卡支持的接入技术;
具体地, 在 SIM卡中存储了与持卡者相关的信息, 以及 SIM卡能够提供的 所有业务信息, 包括 SIM卡支持的接入技术, 例如 3G SIM是表示该 SIM卡支 持 3G和 2G接入技术。
移动终端开机后, 首先检测 SIM卡是否存在, 当检测到 SIM卡状态正常时, 移动终端开始与 SIM卡进行数据交互, 首先识别 SIM卡支持的接入技术, 从而 获知 SIM卡的接入能力。
102、 根据所述用户识别模块支持的接入技术, 以及移动终端支持的接入技 术, 确定所述用户识别模块和所述移动终端同时支持的接入技术;
具体地, 所述移动终端包括但不限于手机、 无线上网卡、 平板电脑等, 通 常移动终端设备其自身所支持的接入技术类型是设定的, 例如 WCDMA终端即 是指能够支持 WCDMA接入技术的移动终端, 同时向下兼容 GSM接入技术。 在步骤 102中,移动终端基于在步骤 S101中识别出的 SIM卡支持的接入技术及 移动终端设备自身支持的接入技术, 确定 SIM卡和移动终端同时能支持的接入 技术, 即移动终端当前能够支持的接入技术及网络搜索顺序。
103、 按照网络搜索优先级, 依次选取所述用户识别模块和所述移动终端同 时支持的接入技术, 搜索可注册网络, 并在搜索成功时注册到所述可注册网络。
具体地, 所述步骤 102确定了 SIM卡和移动终端同时能支持的接入技术, 具体是指确定了移动终端当前能够支持的接入技术, 并且, 按照接入技术演进 阶段和为用户提供的服务来说, 该些接入技术也具有不同的网络搜索优先级, 比如 , 按照接入技术的演进阶段而 4非列的 {LTE—>WCDMA—>GSM} , 因此, 各所述接入技术按照网络搜索优先级由高到低依次排列得到网络搜索顺序, 此 即移动终端当前能够支持的接入技术以及网络搜索顺序。
移动终端从所述接入技术中, 即当前能够支持的接入技术中选取网络搜索 优先级最高的接入技术进行网络搜索, 如果网络搜索成功, 则进行注册; 如果 网络搜索失败, 则从各所述接入技术中依次选择网络搜索优先级次高的接入技 术进行网络搜索, 并在网络搜索成功后进行注册。
本实施例的网络注册方法, 通过移动终端在开机后网络搜索之前, 首先识 别 SIM卡支持的接入技术, 根据 SIM卡支持的接入技术, 以及移动终端支持的 接入技术, 确定 SIM卡和移动终端同时能支持的接入技术, 按照网络搜索优先 级, 依次选取各所述确定的所述用户识别模块和所述移动终端同时能支持的接 入技术, 搜索可注册网络, 并在搜索成功时注册到所述可注册网络, 以避免用 户选择了 SIM卡不支持的接入技术而导致 SIM卡被置无效进而使终端不能正常 注册到网络的问题, 因而, 提高了 SIM卡和移动终端以及网络之间的兼容性, 提升用户体验。
实施例二
图 2为本发明实施例二提供的网络注册方法的流程图。 本实施例是在实施 例一的基石出上进行了优化, 如图 2所示, 本实施例中步骤 201与 205可以分别 参照图 1中步骤 101与 103的相关说明而类推。 与实施例一的区别在于, 图 2 所示实施例对 102进行了优化, 具体是:
202、 将识别到的所述用户识别模块支持的接入技术记录在第一列表中;
203、 获取记录有所述移动终端支持的接入技术的第二列表;
204、 选择所述第一列表和所述第二列表中的交集接入技术, 生成第三列 表, 所述第三列表记录有所述用户识别模块和所述移动终端同时能支持的接入 技术以及所述网络搜索优先级;
具体地, 第一列表用于记录步骤 201移动终端识别出的 SIM卡支持的接入 技术, 第二列表用于记录移动终端设备自身支持的接入技术。 移动终端选择第 一列表与第二列表的成员交集, 也即交集接入技术, 该交集接入技术就是确定 的 SIM卡和移动终端同时能支持的接入技术, 进一步地, 该些接入技术具有不 同的网络搜索优先级, 并按照网络搜索优先级由高到低依次排列形成网络搜索 顺序, 得到移动终端当前能够支持的接入技术以及网络搜索顺序; 第三列表用 于记录接入技术, 以及该些接入技术的网络搜索优先级。
本实施例的网络注册方法, 通过在实施例一的基石出上对步骤 102进行优化, 使用第一列表与第二列表分别记录识别出的 SIM卡支持的接入技术与移动终端 设备自身支持的接入技术, 在此基础上选择第一列表与第二列表的交集接入技 术, 得到 SIM和移动终端设备同时能支持的接入技术, 并生成第三列表, 该第 三列表以 SIM卡类型为基础, 包含移动终端当前能够支持的接入技术以及网络 搜索顺序, 从而可以在网络搜索注册阶段避免用户选择了 SIM卡不支持的接入 技术而导致 SIM卡被置无效进而使终端不能正常注册到网络的问题, 因而, 提 高了 SIM卡和移动终端以及网络之间的兼容性, 提升用户体验。
实施例三
图 3为本发明实施例三提供的网络注册方法的流程图。 本实施例是在上述 实施例的基石出上进行了优化, 如图 3所示, 本实施例中步骤 301、 302、 303、 304 与 305可以分别参照图 2中步骤 201、 202、 203、 204与 205的相关说明而类推。 与实施例二的区别在于, 图 3所示实施例还包括了步骤 306、 307与 308, 具体 足:
306、 接收到终端用户界面 (User Interface, 简称 UI ) 下发的查询命令时, 在所述第三列表中查询获取所述用户识别模块和所述移动终端同时能支持的接 入技术;
307、 上报并通过所述终端用户界面显示所述查询获取到的所述用户识别模 块和所述移动终端同时能支持的接入技术;
308、 接收通过所述终端用户界面输入的网络接入指示, 根据所述网络接入 指示的接入技术, 搜索可注册网络, 并在搜索成功时注册到所述可注册网络。
具体地, 终端 UI的 "网络类型选项" 是指移动终端当前能够支持的接入技 术及网络搜索顺序。 本实施例中, 待机状态下, 终端 UI在显示 "网络类型选项" 时, 首先下发查询命令, 例如是系统配置参考设置命令, 用于查询获取移动终 端当前能够支持的接入技术及网络搜索顺序; 接收到终端 UI下发的查询命令 后, 在所述第三列表中查询获取移动终端当前能够支持的接入技术及网络搜索 顺序, 然后将其上报并通过终端 UI的 "网络类型选项" 进行显示以供用户浏览 选择,所述"网络类型选项 "显示的内容包括移动终端当前能够支持的接入技术及 网络搜索顺序。 用户浏览 "网络类型选项" 显示的内容, 根据需求在终端 UI输 入网络接入指示, 该网络接入指示包括用户选择的接入技术; 接收该网络接入 指示后, 根据其中指示的接入技术进行网络搜索, 并在网络搜索成功时进行注 册。
本实施例的网络注册方法, 通过在实施例二的基石出上增加步骤 306、 307与 308, 根据移动终端 UI下发的查询命令在第三列表中查询获取移动终端当前能 够支持的接入技术及网络搜索顺序, 并将其上报后通过终端 UI的"网络类型选 项"进行显示, 用户浏览 "网络类型选项" 显示的内容, 根据需求输入网络接入 指示, 系统接收该网络接入指示后, 根据其中指示的接入技术进行网络搜索, 并在网络搜索成功时进行注册, 从而可以避免用户选择了 SIM卡不支持的接入 技术而导致 SIM卡被置无效的问题, 因而, 提高了 SIM卡和移动终端以及网络 之间的兼容性, 提升用户体验。
在上述实施例的基石出上, 优选的一种实现情况为: 所述用户识别模块支持 的接入技术为宽带码分多址接入和全球移动通信系统, 所述移动终端支持的接 入技术为长期演进技术、 宽带码分多址接入和全球移动通信系统。
具体地, 本实施例中的所述移动终端可以是 LTE终端, 支持的接入技术为 LTE、 WCDMA和 GSM; 所述 SIM卡可以是 3G SIM卡, 支持的接入技术为 WCDMA和 GSM。 在 LTE信号覆盖的区域内, 使用所述 3G SIM卡的 LTE终 端开机后, 当检测到 SIM状态时, 开始与 SIM卡进行数据交互,识别出所述 SIM 卡为 3G SIM卡, 支持的接入技术为 WCDMA和 GSM, 从而得到第一列表为 {WCDMA, GSM} ; LTE终端设备自身支持的接入技术分别是 LTE、 WCDMA 和 GSM, 从而得到第二列表为 {LTE, WCDMA, GSM} ; 接着, LTE终端选择 所述第一列表与第二列表的交集接入技术, 即 3G SIM卡和 LTE终端同时能支 持的接入技术为 WCDMA和 GSM, 其中, 按照技术演进阶段和为用户提供的服 务来说, 可以认为 WCDMA比 GSM具有更高的网络搜索优先级, 按照网络搜 索优先级由高到低的顺序依次排列, 得到第三列表为 {WCDMA—>GSM} ; LTE 终端从第三列表的各接入技术中选择网络搜索优先级最高的接入技术, 也即 WCDMA进行网络搜索; 如果网络搜索成功, 则进行注册; 如果网络搜索失败, 则从第三列表中选择网络搜索优先级次高的 GSM进行网络搜索, 并在网络搜索 成功后进行注册。 在待机状态下, 终端 UI在显示 "网络类型选项"时, 首先下发 获取移动终端当前能够支持的接入技术及网络搜索顺序的查询命令, 例如是系 统配置参考设置命令 "syscfgex?" ; LTE终端接收到该查询命令后, 在所述第 三列表中查询获取到当前能够支持的接入技术及网络搜索顺序为
{WCDMA— >GSM} , 将其上 终端 UI。 并通过终端 UI的"网络类型选项"进行 显示以供用户浏览选择。 用户浏览"网络类型选项 "显示的内容
{WCDMA— >GSM} , 根据需求在终端 UI输入网络接入指示, 该网络接入指示 包括用户选择的接入技术, 例如用户选择了 WCDMA; 接收该网络接入指示后, 根据其中指示的 WCDMA进行网络搜索, 并在网络搜索成功时进行注册。
本实施例的网络注册方法, 一方面通过在 LTE终端开机后首先识别出 SIM 卡为 3G SIM, 得到其支持的接入技术为 WCDMA与 GSM, 并结合 LTE终端设 备自身能够支持的 LTE WCDMA与 GSM接入技木确定出 LTE终端基于 SIM 卡类型当前能够支持的接入技术为 WCDMA与 GSM, 并且 WCDMA具有比 GSM更高的网络搜索优先 ¾ LTE终端按照 WCDMA—>GSM的网络搜索顺序 进行网络搜索, 并在网络搜索成功后进行注册, 解决了现有技术中当 3G SIM卡 插入 LTE终端之后 , LTE终端默认按照 LTE— >WCDMA— >GSM的顺序首先 选择 3G SIM卡不支持的 LTE进行网络搜索注册, 而导致 SIM卡被置无效进而 使移动终端不能正常注册到网络的问题; 另一方面, 通过移动终端 UI在待机状 态下显示"网络类型选项"之前,首先下发查询命令以获取移动终端当前能够支持 的接入技术及网络搜索顺序 {WCDMA— >GSM} , 然后显示 LTE终端基于 SIM 卡类型当前能够支持的接入技术为 WCDMA与 GSM, 以供用户浏览选择, 以避 免用户选择 SIM卡不支持的接入技术而导致 SIM卡被置无效的问题, 因而, 本 实施例的网络注册方法提高了 SIM卡和移动终端以及网络之间的兼容性, 提升 用户体验。
在上述实施例中, SIM卡的类型、 移动终端支持的接入技术, 以及运营商 的网络都有很多种, 并且三者的组合使用场景也有很多种。 本发明提供了几个 优选实施例, 但本领域的技术人员可以理解 SIM和移动终端以及网络之间的组 合使用场景并不以此为限。

权利 要求 书
1、 一种网络注册方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
识别用户识别模块支持的接入技术;
根据所述用户识别模块支持的接入技术, 以及移动终端支持的接入技术, 确定所述用户识别模块和所述移动终端同时能支持的接入技术;
按照网络搜索优先级, 依次选取所述用户识别模块和所述移动终端同时支 持的接入技术, 搜索可注册网络, 并在搜索成功时注册到所述可注册网络。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的网络注册方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述用户 识别模块支持的接入技术, 以及移动终端支持的接入技术, 确定所述用户识别 模块和所述移动终端同时能支持的接入技术包括:
将识别到的所述用户识别模块支持的接入技术记录在第一列表中; 获取所述移动终端支持的接入技术的第二列表;
选择所述第一列表和所述第二列表中的交集接入技术, 生成第三列表, 所 述第三列表记录有所述确定的所述用户识别模块和所述移动终端同时能支持的 接入技术以及所述网络搜索优先级。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的网络注册方法, 其特征在于, 在所述按照网络搜 索优先级, 依次选取所述确定的所述用户识别模块和所述移动终端同时能支持 的接入技术, 搜索可注册网络, 并在搜索成功时注册到所述可注册网络之后, 还包括:
接收到终端用户界面下发的查询命令时, 在所述第三列表中查询获取所述 用户识别模块和所述移动终端同时支持的接入技术;
上报并通过所述终端用户界面显示所述查询获取到的所述用户识别模块和 所述移动终端同时能支持的接入技术;
接收通过所述终端用户界面输入的网络接入指示, 根据所述网络接入指示 的接入技术, 搜索可注册网络, 并在搜索成功时注册到所述可注册网络。
4、 根据权利要求 1-3任一所述的网络注册方法, 其特征在于,
所述用户识别模块支持的接入技术为宽带码分多址接入和全球移动通信系 统, 所述移动终端支持的接入技术为长期演进技术、 宽带码分多址接入和全球 移动通信系统。
5、 一种网络注册装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 识别模块, 用于识别用户识别模块支持的接入技术;
确定模块, 用于根据所述用户识别模块支持的接入技术, 以及移动终端支 持的接入技术, 确定所述用户识别模块和所述移动终端同时支持的接入技术; 第一搜索模块, 用于按照网络搜索优先级, 依次选取所述用户识别模块和 所述移动终端同时能支持的接入技术, 搜索可注册网络, 并在搜索成功时注册 到所述可注册网络。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的网络注册装置, 其特征在于, 所述确定模块包括: 第一记录单元, 用于记录第一列表, 所述第一列表记录有所述识别模块识 别到的所述用户识别模块支持的接入技术;
第二记录单元, 用于记录第二列表, 所述第二列表记录有所述移动终端支 持的接入技术;
选择单元, 用于选择所述第一列表和所述第二列表中的交集接入技术, 生 成第三列表, 所述第三列表记录有所述用户识别模块和所述移动终端同时支持 的接入技术以及所述网络搜索优先级;
第三记录单元, 用于记录所述第三列表。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的网络注册装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
查询模块, 用于在所述第一搜索模块按照网络搜索优先级, 依次选取所述 确定的所述用户识别模块和所述移动终端同时支持的接入技术, 搜索可注册网 络, 并在搜索成功时注册到所述可注册网络之后, 接收到终端用户界面下发的 查询命令时, 在所述第三列表中查询获取所述用户识别模块和所述移动终端同 时能支持的接入技术;
显示模块, 用于上报并通过所述终端用户界面显示所述查询获取到的所述 用户识别模块和所述移动终端同时能支持的接入技术;
第二搜索模块, 用于接收通过所述终端用户界面输入的网络接入指示, 根 据所述网络接入指示的接入技术, 搜索可注册网络, 并在搜索成功时注册到所 述可注册网络。
8、 根据权利要求 5-7任一所述的网络注册装置, 其特征在于,
所述用户识别模块支持的接入技术为宽带码分多址接入和全球移动通信系 统, 所述移动终端支持的接入技术为长期演进技术、 宽带码分多址接入和全球 移动通信系统。
9、 一种移动终端, 包括插卡槽, 用于插接用户识别模块, 其特征在于, 还 包括权利要求 5-8任一所述的网络注册装置。
