其中, 本发明实施例中的终端可以是普通的终端, 也可以是多模终端, 上述存储 装置可以是 SIM卡等用户识别卡, 也可以是终端自带的具有存储功能的装置; 上述禁 用 PLMN与 RAT信息可以以 forbidden (PLMN+RAT) 列表的形式保存; 步骤 S104, 终端对上述要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT进行注册。 本发明实施例通过在存储装置内保存的禁用 PLMN 与 RAT 信息确定要注册的 PLMN和该要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT, 可以充分尝试注册 PLMN下的各个 RAT, 解决了相关技术中的禁用 PLMN列表中仅标识 PLMN信息引起的终端不能顺利注册到 可用网络的问题, 提高了终端的注册效率, 提升了终端的性能。 在实际实现时, 可以将禁用网络的 PLMN连同 RAT—并记录到该 SIM卡上, 进 行搜网注册时, 还可以会尝试该 PLMN下的其他 RAT直至找到可用网络并注册上。 本实施例的 SIM卡不再保留单纯的 forbidden PLMN列表,而是 forbidden( PLMN+RAT ) 列表, 这样下次找网时可先判断所属网络是否在该列表内, 若不在则可以尝试注册, 对于多家运营商互相利用不同制式网络下的情况,该方法极大地改进了操作的方便性, 使用户在自动模式下也能轻松注册网络。 具体地, 上述终端根据存储装置内的禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息和规定的搜索网络 顺序, 确定要注册的 PLMN和该要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT可以包括: 终端按照规 定的顺序选择 PLMN和 PLMN对应的 RAT;终端判断 PLMN对应的 RAT是否包含在 存储装置的禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息中;如果是,终端选择 PLMN对应的下一个 RAT; 如果否, 终端确定选择的 PLMN和 PLMN对应的 RAT为注册对象。 这里规定的顺序 可以是终端支持的协议中规定的搜网顺序, 通常该搜网顺序指 PLMN 的顺序; RAT 的顺序可以是终端制造商定义的顺序, 或者也可以是用户设定的顺序等。 另外, 也可 以通过在存储装置设置一个可用 PLMN与 RAT信息的方式确定可注册的 PLMN对应 的 RAT, 例如在 SIM卡上保存 available (可用) PLMN+RAT列表信息。 本实施例通 过对逐个选择的 PLMN对应的 RAT与禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息进行比对,能够尽快确 定哪个 RAT可以尝试注册, 哪个 RAT不需要尝试, 加快了注册的成功速度。 当某个 PLMN下的 RAT均在禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息中时,终端将自动选择下一个 PLMN及 该 PLMN下的 RAT, 继续上述注册。 当终端注册要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT失败时, 终端将上述要注册的 PLMN和 该要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT的标识信息写入禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息中。这样可以 为后续的注册提供可靠的数据参考, 加快后续注册成功的速度。 下面以存储装置为 SIM卡为例进行说明, 本实施例的 SIM卡上保存有 forbidden PLMN+RAT列表信息和 available PLMN+RAT列表信息, 基于此, 本实施例的 SIM卡 的结构框图如图 2 所示, 该 SIM 卡包括禁用 PLMN+RAT 列表存储单元和可用 PLMN+RAT列表存储单元,其中,禁用 PLMN+RAT列表存储单元设置为存储 forbidden PLMN+RAT列表信息, 在这个单元里, PLMN和 RAT两个条件是以整体条件作为一 个条件存储的, 这个条件是以整个网络是否真正可用为依据判断的, 若实际不可用, 且 PLMN按照正常流程要放到 forbidden PLMN列表里, 本实施例同时将该 RAT—并 放到 forbidden PLMN+RAT 列表里。 可用 PLMN+RAT 列表存储单元设置为存储 available PLMN+RAT列表信息, 这个单元里放着 available PLMN+RAT列表, 这个列 表里的网络是以真正是否可用为记录的, 若接入某个 PLMN的某一 RAT的网络被拒 绝, 那么仍可以将该 PLMN下的其他 RAT作为可用网络提供给终端。 参见图 3所示 的终端自动注册的方法流程图, 该方法包括以下步骤: 步骤 S302, 终端开机后, 读取 SIM卡信息, 尤其是 forbidden PLMN+RAT列表信 息和 available PLMN+RAT列表信息。 步骤 S304, 终端按照正常找网流程选择合适的 PLMN。 例如, 从 SIM 卡读取 available PLMN+RAT列表, 按照该列表选择合适的 PLMN。 步骤 S306, 终端按照找网顺序选择合适的 RAT。 步骤 S308,终端判断当前选择的 PLMN+RAT是否在 forbidden (禁止) PLMN+RAT 列表中, 即将两者进行比对, 如果是, 则执行步骤 S310, 如果否, 则执行步骤 S314。 步骤 S310, 终端判断当前 PLMN下的各个 RAT是否已经全部尝试, 以找到合适 的网络进行注册, 如果是, 则执行步骤 S304, 如果否, 则执行步骤 S312。 步骤 S312, 终端选择该 PLMN的下一个 RAT, 并转至步骤 S308。 步骤 S314, 终端尝试注册该 PLMN下的这个 RAT。 步骤 S316, 终端查看注册该 PLMN下的此 RAT是否被拒绝, 以确定是否将该 PLMN添加到 forbidden PLMN列表,如果是,执行步骤 S318,如果否,执行步骤 S320。 步骤 S318, 终端将此 PLMN和 RAT记录到 forbidden (禁止) PLMN+RAT列表 中, 供下次使用。 步骤 S320, 终端正常注册到该 PLMN+RAT上。 上述方法主要针对终端自动搜网注册的方式进行的描述, 考虑到用户有手动搜网 的操作需求, 本发明实施例还提供了一种终端注册的方法, 参见图 4所示的终端注册 的方法流程图, 该方法包括以下步骤: 步骤 S402, 终端接收用户手动注册网络的指令后, 向用户显示存储装置内的禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息和可用 PLMN与 RAT信息; 本实施例的手动注册网络的指令通常指用户通过终端的人机交互界面或者人机交 互按键选择手动注册网络,这样终端的后台就能够接收到相应的指令,显示禁用 PLMN 与 RAT信息和可用 PLMN与 RAT信息, 此时, 用户通常会根据显示的信息选择一个 PLMN和对应的 RAT; 步骤 S404, 终端接收用户根据禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息和可用 PLMN与 RAT信 息选择的要注册的 PLMN和要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT; 步骤 S406, 终端对上述要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT进行注册。 本实施例通过将存储装置中搜网禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息显示给用户, 使用户能 够选择比较合适的 PLMN和对应的 RAT, 解决了相关技术中的禁用 PLMN列表中仅 标识 PLMN信息引起的终端不能顺利注册到可用网络的问题,提高了终端的注册效率, 提升了用户操作终端的体验度。 在手动注册过程中, 当终端注册上述要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT失败时, 终端 将该要注册的 PLMN和该要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT的标识信息写入禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息中,并删除可用 PLMN与 RAT信息中的该要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT的标 识信息。 这种信息更新方式能够为后续用户选择合适的 PLMN对应的 RAT提供可靠 的数据。 下面以存储装置为 SIM卡为例进行说明, 本实施例的 SIM卡上保存有 forbidden PLMN+RAT列表信息和 available PLMN+RAT列表信息。 参见图 5所示的手动模式下 终端注册的方法流程图, 该方法包括以下步骤: 步骤 S502, 终端开机, 读取 SIM卡信息。 步骤 S504, 用户自己手动注册想要注册的网络时, 进行手动搜网。 步骤 S506, 终端显示 forbidden (禁用) PLMN+RAT列表和 available (可用) PLMN+RAT列表, 供用户选择。 步骤 S508, 用户手动注册某个网络。 步骤 S510,终端判断用户注册的网络是否被拒绝, 以确定是否将该 PLMN和对应 的 RAT添加到 forbidden PLMN列表里, 如果是, 执行步骤 S514; 如果否, 执行步骤 S512。 步骤 S512, 按照正常流程注册到该网络。 步骤 S514, 将此 PLMN+RAT写入到 SIM卡中的 forbidden PLMN+RAT列表, 同 时,如果此 PLMN+RAT也在 available PLMN+RAT列表中,删除该 available PLMN+RAT 列表中的此 PLMN+RAT, 以备下次使用。 本实施例的终端从 SIM卡读取 forbidden PLMN+RAT列表和 available PLMN+RAT 列表, 在自动模式下, 终端可以尝试 forbidden的 PLMN下的可用 RAT, 该方法尤其 适用于某一运营商租用其他运营商的某些网络的情况,在手动模式下,若某一 forbidden PLMN下的某一个 RAT在 available PLMN+RAT列表里, 那么将其显示为可用, 可以 尝试注册, 提升了用户体验, 防止因该 forbidden PLMN导致的任何 RAT都列为禁止 网络的情况, 提升了用户体验。 本实施例的终端也可以根据 available PLMN+RAT列表按照正常搜网顺序进行注 册, 注册过程中, 若拒绝后将该 PLMN 添加到 forbidden PLMN 列表, 同时将 (PLMN+RAT)放到 SIM卡的 forbidden PLMN+RAT列表里, 方便下次使用, 同时从 available PLMN+RAT列表里读取下一个可用网络列表, 加快了终端的注册。 对应于上述方法, 本发明实施例还提供了一种终端, 参见图 6所示的终端的结构 框图, 该终端包括以下装置: 存储装置 62, 用于存储终端禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息; 自动注册装置 64,与存储装置 62相连,用于根据存储装置 62内的禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息和规定的搜索网络顺序, 确定要注册的 PLMN和该要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT; 以及对该要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT进行注册。 本实施例的终端通过在存储装置内保存的禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息, 确定要注册 的 PLMN和该要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT,可以充分尝试注册 PLMN下的各个 RAT, 解决了相关技术中的禁用 PLMN列表中仅标识 PLMN信息引起的终端不能顺利注册到 可用网络的问题, 提高了终端的注册效率, 提升了终端的性能。 参见图 7所示的终端的具体结构框图, 该终端在图 6所示终端的基础上对自动注 册装置 64进行了细化, 本实施例的自动注册装置 64包括以下模块: 注册网络选择模块 642,设置为按照规定的顺序选择 PLMN和 PLMN对应的 RAT; 判断模块 644, 与注册网络选择模块 642相连,设置为判断注册网络选择模块 642 选择的 PLMN对应的 RAT是否包含在存储装置 62的禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息中; 第一处理模块 646, 与判断模块 644相连, 设置为当判断模块 644的判断结果为 是时, 触发注册网络选择模块选择 PLMN对应的下一个 RAT; 第二处理模块 648, 与判断模块 644相连, 设置为当判断模块 644的判断结果为 否时, 确定选择的 PLMN和 PLMN对应的 RAT为注册对象。 优选地, 上述自动注册装置 64还包括: 标识信息写入模块, 设置为当注册要注册 的 PLMN对应的 RAT失败时, 将上述要注册的 PLMN和该要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT的标识信息写入存储装置的禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息中。 为了支持用户手动注册的操作模式, 上述存储装置 62还用于存储可用 PLMN与
RAT信息; 优选地, 上述终端还包括: 手动注册装置, 用于接收用户手动注册网络的 指令后,向用户显示存储装置内的禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息和可用 PLMN与 RAT信息; 并接收用户根据禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息和可用 PLMN与 RAT信息选择的要注册的 PLMN和要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT;以及对要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT进行注册。 优选地, 上述手动注册装置还包括: 标识信息修改模块, 设置为当注册要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT失败时,将要注册的 PLMN和要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT的标识 信息写入禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息中, 并删除可用 PLMN与 RAT信息中的要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT的标识信息。 本实施例提供的终端中的存储装置优选为终端的 SIM卡。 对应于上述方法, 本发明实施例还提供了一种终端注册的装置, 参见图 8所示的 终端注册的装置的结构框图,该装置包括:用于读取 SIM卡信息的 SIM卡信息读取单 元 82和根据 SIM卡信息进行注册的搜网注册单元 84。 终端开机后, 该装置通过 SIM 卡信息读取单元 82 读取 SIM 卡信息获取 forbidden PLMN+RAT 列表和 available PLMN+RAT列表, 并将两个列表转交搜网注册单元 84进行搜网注册, 搜网注册单元 84直接根据 available PLMN+RAT列表过滤后, 按照正常搜网注册顺序进行注册。 图 8所示的装置能够读取 SIM卡上的禁用 PLMN+RAT列表和可用 PLMN+RAT 列表, 然后进入正常的搜网注册流程, 在多运营商共用或互用网络的情况下用户可以 将某一 PLMN连同其禁用的 RAT写入 SIM卡, 而不影响该 PLMN下的其他 RAT, 从 而能够进一步注册可用网络, 加快注册速度。 本发明实施例还提供了一种 SIM卡, 该 SIM卡上存有禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息和 可用 PLMN与 RAT信息, 例如禁用 (PLMN+RAT) 列表和可用的 (PLMN+RAT) 列 表, 将该 SIM卡安装在终端上使用, 能有效的避开禁用的网络, 快速注册上可用的网
从以上的描述中可以看出,本发明实施例采用新的 SIM卡能快速判定禁用的网络, 选择合适的网络进行注册,同时采用上述终端,在被网络拒绝后若写入 forbidden PLMN 列表时写入 RAT信息, 同时继续注册被拒的 PLMN的其他 RAT, 不会导致当前自动 模式下无法注册和手动模式下可用网络显示为禁止的情况, 用户可以在自动模式下尤 其是多个运营商共用某一制式网络的情况下加速注册流程, 防止因现有 forbidden PLMN列表导致自动模式无法注册的情况, 同时在手动注册时, 能将 forbidden PLMN 下的某些可用制式显示为可用, 方便用户使用, 提升了用户体验度。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明实施例的各模块或各步骤可以 用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算 装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于 此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或 者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明实施例 不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。 工业实用性 本发明实施例提供的技术方案可以应用于通信终端领域, 解决了相关技术中的禁 用 PLMN列表中仅标识 PLMN信息引起的终端不能顺利注册到可用网络的问题,提高 了终端的注册效率, 提升了终端的性能。

所述终端对所述要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT进行注册。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述终端根据存储装置内的禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息和规定的搜索网络顺序,确定要注册的 PLMN和所述要注册的 PLMN 对应的 RAT包括:
终端按照规定的顺序选择 PLMN和所述 PLMN对应的 RAT; 所述终端判断所述 PLMN对应的 RAT是否包含在存储装置的禁用 PLMN 与 RAT信息中;
如果是, 所述终端选择所述 PLMN对应的下一个 RAT;
如果否, 所述终端确定选择的 PLMN和所述 PLMN对应的 RAT为注册对 象。

4. 一种终端注册的方法, 包括: 终端接收用户手动注册网络的指令后, 向所述用户显示存储装置内的禁用 公用陆地移动通信网 PLMN与无线接入技术 RAT信息和可用 PLMN与 RAT信 息;
所述终端接收所述用户根据所述禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息和可用 PLMN与 RAT信息选择的要注册的 PLMN和所述要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT;
所述终端对所述要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT进行注册。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 当所述终端注册所述要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT失败时, 所述终端将所 述要注册的 PLMN和所述要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT的标识信息写入所述禁 用 PLMN与 RAT信息中,并删除所述可用 PLMN与 RAT信息中的所述要注册 的 PLMN对应的 RAT的标识信息。
6. 一种终端, 包括:
存储装置,用于存储所述终端禁用公用陆地移动通信网 PLMN与无线接入 技术 RAT信息;
自动注册装置, 用于根据所述存储装置内的禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息和规 定的搜索网络顺序, 确定要注册的 PLMN和所述要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT; 以及对所述要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT进行注册。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的终端, 其中, 所述自动注册装置包括:
注册网络选择模块, 设置为按照规定的顺序选择 PLMN和所述 PLMN对 应的 RAT; 判断模块, 设置为判断所述注册网络选择模块选择的所述 PLMN对应的 RAT是否包含在存储装置的禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息中;
第一处理模块, 设置为当所述判断模块的判断结果为是时, 触发所述注册 网络选择模块选择所述 PLMN对应的下一个 RAT;
第二处理模块, 设置为当所述判断模块的判断结果为否时, 确定选择的 PLMN和所述 PLMN对应的 RAT为注册对象。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的终端, 其中, 所述自动注册装置还包括:
标识信息写入模块, 设置为当注册所述要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT失败 时, 将所述要注册的 PLMN和所述要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT的标识信息写 入所述存储装置的禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息中。
9. 根据权利要求 6所述的终端, 其中, 所述存储装置还用于存储可用 PLMN与 RAT信息;
所述终端还包括: 手动注册装置, 用于接收用户手动注册网络的指令后, 向所述用户显示所述存储装置内的禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息和可用 PLMN与 RAT信息; 并接收所述用户根据所述禁用 PLMN与 RAT信息和可用 PLMN与 RAT信息选择的要注册的 PLMN和所述要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT; 以及对 所述要注册的 PLMN对应的 RAT进行注册。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的终端, 其中, 所述手动注册装置还包括:
