该状态列表用于记录多个用户卡的服务状态数据, 通过该服务状态数据可 获知用户卡的服务质量。 因此, 第二确定单元 340 可根据该状态列表同时获知 所有用户卡的服务质量。

其中, 第一用户卡为多卡多通终端安装的多个用户卡中的至少一个用户卡。 该状态列表用于记录多个用户卡的服务状态数据, 通过该服务状态数据可 获知用户卡的是否处于漫游状态。 因此, 第二确定单元 430 可根据该状态列表 同时获知所有用户卡的是否处于漫游状态。 可选地, 状态列表中的服务状态数据具有用户卡第二标识, 该用户卡第二 标识用于标识该服务状态数据对应的用户卡。 也就是说, 第二确定单元 430在 查询状态列表时, 根据用户卡第二标识区分每张用户卡的服务状态数据。
可选地, 如图 8所示, 该通话管理装置还可以包括: 接收单元 450和第三 确定单元 460。接收单元 450用于接收被叫消息,被叫消息中携带第一用户卡的 被叫标识; 第三确定单元 460 用于根据被叫消息中携带的第一用户卡被叫标识 确定第一用户卡被叫。
第一确定单元 410还用于当第一用户卡未处于漫游状态时, 根据统一通话 管理模块中的连接列表确定多个用户卡的通话状态。
该连接列表用于记录多个用户卡的连接数据, 通过该连接数据可获知用户 卡是否处于通话状态。 因此, 第一确定单元 410 可根据该连接列表同时获知所 有用户卡的是否处于通话状态。
可选地, 连接列表中的连接数据具有用户卡第一标识, 该用户卡第一标识 用于标识该连接数据对应的用户卡。 也就是说, 第一确定单元 410 在查询连接 列表时, 根据用户卡第一标识区分每张用户卡的连接数据。 处理单元 420用于当确定第二用户卡处于通话状态时, 将第一用户卡置于 等待状态; 或, 将第一用户卡置于通话状态, 将第二用户卡置于等待状态; 或, 将第一用户卡和第二用户卡同时置于通话状态, 以进行电话会议。
其中, 第二用户卡为多卡多通终端安装的多个用户卡中除第一用户卡之外 的至少一个用户卡。
具体的, 在第一用户卡主叫或被叫时, 根据连接列表获知第二用户卡正处 于通话状态, 且不需要第一用户卡加入到当前与第二用户卡的通话时, 处理单 元 420将第一用户卡接通, 同时关闭第一用户卡的上行和下行音频, 以使第一 用户卡进行等待。
在第一用户卡被叫时, 多卡多通终端根据连接列表获知第二用户卡正处于 通话状态, 且不需要当前正在通话的第二用户卡加入到与第一用户卡的通话时 , 处理单元 420 将第一用户卡接通, 同时关闭第二用户卡的上行和下行音频, 以 使第二用户卡进行等待。
在第一用户卡主叫或被叫时, 根据连接列表获知第二用户卡正处于通话状 态, 且需要第一用户卡也加入到当前与第二用户卡的通话时, 处理单元 420将 第一用户卡接通, 然后获取第一用户卡和第二用户卡的下行音频数据, 将第一 用户卡和第二用户卡中除第三用户卡以外的用户卡的下行音频数据和通过多卡 多通终端的音频采集装置获取的音频数据, 作为第三用户卡的上行音频数据进 行发送, 其中, 第三用户卡为第一用户卡和第二用户卡中的任一用户卡, 通过 多卡多通终端的音频输出装置输出第一用户卡和第二用户卡的下行音频数据, 以使第一用户卡和第二用户卡进行电话会议。
处理单元 420还用于若第二用户卡未处于通话状态, 则将第一用户卡置于 通话状态。 处理单元 420还用于若第一用户卡处于漫游状态, 终止第一用户卡被叫。 由于确定第一用户卡处于漫游状态, 为避免产生漫游费用, 处理单元 420 可直接终止第一用户卡被叫。
第二确定单元 430还用于根据状态列表确定多个用户卡中未处于漫游状态 的用户卡。
发送单元 440用于向主叫用户终端发送短消息, 该短消息携带多个用户卡 中未处于漫游状态的用户卡的信息。
该用户卡的信息可以为呼叫号码, 发送单元 440通过短消息提示主叫用户 安装于该多卡多通终端中的多个用户卡中未处于漫游状态的用户卡, 即提示主 叫用户拨打装于该多卡多通终端中的多个用户卡中未处于漫游状态的用户卡, 从而可降低处于漫游状态的用户卡的漫游费用。
利用本发明实施例四提供的多卡多通终端的通话管理装置, 在第一用户卡 被叫时, 可根据统一服务状态管理模块中的状态列表确定第一用户卡是否处于 漫游状态, 若第一用户卡处于漫游状态, 则终止第一用户卡被叫, 从而减少第 一用户卡的漫游费用; 若第一用户卡处于非漫游状态, 根据统一通话管理模块 中的连接列表获知其它用户卡的通话状态, 若第二用户卡处于通话状态, 可将 第一用户卡置于等待状态, 或者将第一用户卡和第二用户卡同时置于通话状态, 以进行电话会议。 由于连接列表记录安装于多卡多通终端中所有用户卡的连接 数据, 多卡多通终端可根据该连接列表可同时获知每张用户卡的状态并进行通 话管理, 可对不同网络下的多个用户卡进行统一通话管理, 并且可实现不同网 络下的多个用户卡进行电话会议。
可以理解的是, 本发明实施例三和实施例四提供的多卡多通终端的通信装 置可以结合使用。
下面以图 9为例, 说明本发明实施例五提供的一种多卡多通终端, 图 9为 本发明实施例五提供的一种多卡多通终端的结构示意图, 该多卡多通终端安装 有多个用户卡, 该多个用户卡可以为同一网络下的用户卡, 也可以为不同网络 下的用户卡, 且该多个用户卡注册于多卡多通终端的统一通话管理模块和统一 服务状态管理模块。
如图 9所示, 该多卡多通终端包括: 网络接口 510、 处理器 520和存储器 530。 系统总线 540用于连接网络接口 510、 处理器 520和存储器 530。
网络接口 510用于与网络连接及与其它设备通信。 存储器 530可以是永久存储器, 例如硬盘驱动器和闪存, 存储器 530中具 有软件模块和设备驱动程序。 软件模块能够执行本发明上述方法的各种功能模 块; 设备驱动程序可以是网络和接口驱动程序。
在启动时, 这些软件组件被加载到存储器 530中, 然后被处理器 520访问 并执行如下指令:
当第一用户卡主叫或被叫时, 根据所述统一通话管理模块中的连接列表确 定所述多个用户卡的通话状态, 所述连接列表用于记录所述多个用户卡的连接 数据;
当确定第二用户卡处于通话状态时, 将所述第一用户卡置于等待状态; 或, 将第一用户卡置于通话状态, 将第二用户卡置于等待状态; 或, 将所述第一用 户卡和所述第二用户卡同时置于通话状态, 以进行电话会议;
其中, 所述第一用户卡为所述多个用户卡中的至少一个用户卡, 所述第二 用户卡为所述多个用户卡中除所述第一用户卡之外的至少一个用户卡。
进一步地, 所述将所述第一用户卡置于后台进行等待具体为:
将所述第一用户卡接通; 关闭所述第一用户卡的上行和下行音频, 以使所 述第一用户卡进行等待。
进一步地, 所述将所述第一用户卡置于前台进行通话, 将所述第二用户卡 置于后台进行等待具体为:
接通所述第一用户卡; 关闭所述第二用户卡的上行和下行音频, 以使所述 第二用户卡进行等待。
进一步地, 所述将所述第一用户卡置于前台与所述第二用户卡进行电话会 议具体为: 将所述第一用户卡接通; 获取所述第一用户卡和第二用户卡的下行音频数 据; 将所述第一用户卡和第二用户卡中除第三用户卡以外的用户卡的下行音频 数据和通过所述多卡多通终端的音频采集装置获取的音频数据, 作为所述第三 用户卡的上行音频数据进行发送, 所述第三用户卡为所述第一用户卡和第二用 户卡中的任一用户卡; 通过所述多卡多通终端的音频输出装置输出所述第一用 户卡和第二用户卡的下行音频数据, 以使所述第一用户卡与所述第二用户卡进 行电话会议。 进一步地, 所述处理器访问存储器 530 的软件组件后, 还执行以下过程的 指令:
在当第一用户卡被叫时, 所述根据所述统一通话管理模块中的连接列表确 定所述多个用户卡的通话状态之前, 根据所述统一服务状态管理模块中的状态 列表确定所述第一用户卡是否处于漫游状态, 所述状态列表用于记录所述多个 用户卡的服务状态数据; 若所述第一用户卡未处于漫游状态, 根据所述统一通 话管理模块中的连接列表确定所述多个用户卡的通话状态; 若所述第一用户卡 处于漫游状态, 终止所述第一用户卡被叫; 根据所述状态列表确定多个用户卡 中未处于漫游状态的用户卡; 向主叫用户终端发送短消息, 所述短消息携带所 述多个用户卡中未处于漫游状态的用户卡的信息, 以提示所述主叫用户主叫所 述多个用户卡中未处于漫游状态的用户卡。 进一步地, 所述处理器访问存储器 530 的软件组件后, 还执行以下过程的 指令:
在所述根据所述统一服务状态管理模块中的状态列表确定所述第一用户卡 是否处于漫游状态之前, 接收被叫消息, 所述被叫消息中携带第一用户卡被叫 标识; 根据所述第一用户卡被叫标识, 确定第一用户卡被叫。 进一步地, 所述处理器访问存储器 530 的软件组件后, 还执行以下过程的 指令:
在当第一用户卡主叫时, 所述根据所述统一通话管理模块中的连接列表确 定所述多个用户卡的通话状态之前, 根据所述统一服务状态管理模块中的状态 列表确定所述多个用户卡的服务质量; 提示用户选择所述多个用户卡中服务质 量最好的用户卡进行主叫, 或自动选择所述多个用户卡中服务质量最好的用户 卡进行主叫。
进一步地, 所述连接数据具有用户卡第一标识, 所述用户卡第一标识用于 标识所述连接数据对应的用户卡。 进一步地, 所述服务状态数据具有用户卡第二标识, 所述用户卡第二标识 用于标识所述服务状态数据对应的用户卡。 利用本发明实施例五提供的多卡多通终端, 在第一用户卡主叫或被叫时, 多卡多通终端可根据统一通话管理模块中的连接列表获知其它用户卡的通话状 态, 若第二用户卡处于通话状态, 可将第一用户卡置于后台进行等待, 或者将 第一用户卡置于前台与第二用户卡进行电话会议。 由于连接列表记录安装于多 卡多通终端中所有用户卡的连接数据, 多卡多通终端可根据该连接列表可同时 获知每张用户卡的状态并进行通话管理, 可对不同网络下的多个用户卡进行统 一通话管理, 并且可实现不同网络下的多个用户卡进行电话会议。。 专业人员应该还可以进一步意识到, 结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各 示例的单元及算法步骤, 能够以电子硬件、 计算机软件或者二者的结合来实现, 为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性, 在上述说明中已经按照功能一般性地 描述了各示例的组成及步骤。 这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行, 取决 于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。 专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用 来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能, 但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范 围。

权 利 要 求 书
1、一种多卡多通终端的通话管理方法, 所述多卡多通终端安装有多个用 户卡, 其特征在于, 所述多个用户卡注册于所述多卡多通终端的统一通话管 理模块, 所述通话管理方法包括:
当第一用户卡主叫或被叫时, 所述多卡多通终端才艮据所述统一通话管理 模块中的连接列表确定所述多个用户卡的通话状态, 所述连接列表用于记录 所述多个用户卡的连接数据;
当第二用户卡处于通话状态时, 所述多卡多通终端将所述第一用户卡置 于等待状态; 或, 将所述第一用户卡置于通话状态, 将所述第二用户卡置于 等待状态; 或, 将所述第一用户卡和所述第二用户卡同时置于通话状态, 以 进行电话会议;
其中, 所述第一用户卡为所述多个用户卡中的至少一个用户卡, 所述第 二用户卡为所述多个用户卡中除所述第一用户卡之外的至少一个用户卡。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述第一用户卡置 于等待状态具体为:
接通所述第一用户卡;
关闭所述第一用户卡的上行和下行音频,以使所述第一用户卡进行等待。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述第一用户卡置 于通话状态, 将所述第二用户卡置于等待状态具体为:
接通所述第一用户卡;
关闭所述第二用户卡的上行和下行音频,以使所述第二用户卡进行等待。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述第一用户卡和 所述第二用户卡同时置于通话状态, 以进行电话会议具体为:
接通所述第一用户卡;
获取所述第一用户卡和第二用户卡的下行音频数据; 将所述第一用户卡和第二用户卡中除第三用户卡以外的用户卡的下行音 频数据和通过所述多卡多通终端的音频采集装置获取的音频数据, 作为所述 第三用户卡的上行音频数据进行发送, 所述第三用户卡为所述第一用户卡和 第二用户卡中的任一用户卡;
通过所述多卡多通终端的音频输出装置输出所述第一用户卡和第二用户 卡的下行音频数据, 以使所述第一用户卡与所述第二用户卡进行电话会议。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述多个用户卡注 册于所述多卡多通终端的统一服务状态管理模块, 在当第一用户卡被叫时, 所述根据所述统一通话管理模块中的连接列表确定所述多个用户卡的通话状 态之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述多卡多通终端根据所述统一服务状态管理模块中的状态列表确定所 述第一用户卡是否处于漫游状态, 所述状态列表用于记录所述多个用户卡的 服务状态数据;
若所述第一用户卡未处于漫游状态, 所述多卡多通终端根据所述统一通 话管理模块中的连接列表确定所述多个用户卡的通话状态;
若所述第一用户卡处于漫游状态, 所述多卡多通终端终止所述第一用户 卡被叫;
所述多卡多通终端根据所述状态列表确定多个用户卡中未处于漫游状态 的用户卡;
所述多卡多通终端向主叫用户终端发送短消息, 所述短消息携带所述多 个用户卡中未处于漫游状态的用户卡的信息, 以提示所述主叫用户主叫所述 多个用户卡中未处于漫游状态的用户卡。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述根据所述统一服务 状态管理模块中的状态列表确定所述第一用户卡是否处于漫游状态之前, 所 述方法还包括:
所述多卡多通终端接收被叫消息, 所述被叫消息中携带第一用户卡被叫 标识;
所述多卡多通终端根据所述第一用户卡被叫标识,确定第一用户卡被叫。
7、 根据权利要求 1-4任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述多个用户卡注 册于所述多卡多通终端的统一服务状态管理模块, 在当第一用户卡主叫时, 所述根据所述统一通话管理模块中的连接列表确定所述多个用户卡的通话状 态之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述多卡多通终端根据所述统一服务状态管理模块中的状态列表确定所 述多个用户卡的服务质量;
所述多卡多通终端提示用户选择所述多个用户卡中服务质量最好的用户 卡进行主叫,或自动选择所述多个用户卡中服务质量最好的用户卡进行主叫。
8、 根据权利要求 1-7任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述连接数据具有 用户卡第一标识,所述用户卡第一标识用于标识所述连接数据对应的用户卡。
9、 根据权利要求 5-8任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务状态数据 具有用户卡第二标识, 所述用户卡第二标识用于标识所述服务状态数据对应 的用户卡。
1 0、 一种多卡多通终端的通话管理装置, 所述多卡多通终端安装有多个 用户卡, 其特征在于, 所述多个用户卡注册于所述多卡多通终端的统一通话 管理模块, 所述通话管理装置包括:
第一确定单元, 用于当第一用户卡主叫或被叫时, 根据所述统一通话管 理模块中的连接列表确定所述多个用户卡的通话状态, 所述连接列表用于记 录所述多个用户卡的连接数据;
处理单元, 用于当第二用户卡处于通话状态时, 将所述第一用户卡置于 等待状态; 或, 将所述第一用户卡置于通话状态, 将所述第二用户卡置于等 待状态; 或, 将所述第一用户卡和所述第二用户卡同时置于通话状态, 以进 行电话会议;
其中, 所述第一用户卡为所述多个用户卡中的至少一个用户卡, 所述第 二用户卡为所述多个用户卡中除所述第一用户卡之外的至少一个用户卡。
11、根据权利要求 10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于: 接通所述第一用户卡;
关闭所述第一用户卡的上行和下行音频,以使所述第一用户卡进行等待。
12、根据权利要求 10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于: 接通所述第一用户卡;
关闭所述第二用户卡的上行和下行音频,以使所述第二用户卡进行等待。
13、根据权利要求 10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于: 接通所述第一用户卡;
获取所述第一用户卡和第二用户卡的下行音频数据;
将所述第一用户卡和第二用户卡中除第三用户卡以外的用户卡的下行音 频数据和通过所述多卡多通终端的音频采集装置获取的音频数据, 作为所述 第三用户卡的上行音频数据进行发送, 所述第三用户卡为所述第一用户卡和 第二用户卡中的任一用户卡;
通过所述多卡多通终端的音频输出装置输出所述第一用户卡和第二用户 卡的下行音频数据, 以使所述第一用户卡与所述第二用户卡进行电话会议。
14、 根据权利要求 10-13任一所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述多个用户 卡注册于所述多卡多通终端的统一服务状态管理模块, 所述装置还包括: 第二确定单元, 用于在当第一用户卡被叫时, 所述根据所述统一通话管 理模块中的连接列表确定所述多个用户卡的通话状态之前, 根据所述统一服 务状态管理模块中的状态列表确定所述第一用户卡是否处于漫游状态, 所述 状态列表用于记录所述多个用户卡的服务状态数据;
若所述第一用户卡未处于漫游状态, 所述第一确定单元根据所述统一通 话管理模块中的连接列表确定所述多个用户卡的通话状态;
若所述第一用户卡处于漫游状态, 所述处理单元还用于终止所述第一用 户卡被叫; 所述第二确定单元还用于根据所述状态列表确定多个用户卡中未处于漫 游状态的用户卡;
发送单元, 用于向主叫用户终端发送短消息, 所述短消息携带所述多个 用户卡中未处于漫游状态的用户卡的信息, 以提示所述主叫用户主叫所述多 个用户卡中未处于漫游状态的用户卡。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 接收单元, 用于在所述根据所述统一服务状态管理模块中的状态列表确 定所述第一用户卡是否处于漫游状态之前, 接收被叫消息, 所述被叫消息中 携带第一用户卡被叫标识;
第三确定单元, 用于根据所述第一用户卡被叫标识, 确定第一用户卡被 叫。
16、 根据权利要求 1 0-1 3任一所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述多个用户 卡注册于所述多卡多通终端的统一服务状态管理模块, 所述装置还包括: 第二确定单元, 用于在当第一用户卡主叫时, 所述根据所述统一通话管 理模块中的连接列表确定所述多个用户卡的通话状态之前, 根据所述统一服 务状态管理模块中的状态列表确定所述多个用户卡的服务质量;
选择单元, 用于提示用户选择所述多个用户卡中服务质量最好的用户卡 进行主叫, 或自动选择所述多个用户卡中服务质量最好的用户卡进行主叫。
17、 根据权利要求 1 0-16任一所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述连接数据 具有用户卡第一标识, 所述用户卡第一标识用于标识所述连接数据对应的用 户卡。
18、 根据权利要求 14-17任一所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述服务状态 数据具有用户卡第二标识, 所述用户卡第二标识用于标识所述服务状态数据 对应的用户卡。
