随着4G技术移动网络的快速发展与建设,支持4G技术的智能终端(比如手机)近年来保持快速增加的势头。同时,随着移动网络数据业务资费的不断下降,人们使用移动网络的成本也在不断下降,使越来越多的流量导向移动互联网。
对于智能终端用户来说,如果要使用移动运营商提供的无线数据网络上网,就需要配置其所注册到的数据网络的APN(Access Point Name,接入点名称)参数,例如,对于支持双4G技术的双SIM卡手机来说,两张SIM卡需要分别配置SIM卡所对应的运营商网络的APN参数才可以分别使用对应的移动数据网络。
而在现有技术中,当用户通过智能终端使用移动互联网的过程中,经常会发生并发的数据业务,比如当用户进行4G可视电话通话过程中,如果收到一条彩信,手机会自动切换APN配置以将当前的可视电话服务器切换到彩信服务器上,从而导致当前的可视电话业务出现中断,影响用户体验。
发明内容
本发明实施例的主要目的在于提供一种并发数据业务的处理方法及装置,旨在解决现有技术不能对终端上出现的数据并发业务进行处理进而影响用户正常使用数据业务的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供一种并发数据业务的处理方法, 应用于具有多张用户识别卡的终端,所述并发数据业务的处理方法包括:

如图1所示,本实施例中,终端具有多张用户识别卡(比如至少两张SIM卡),不同的用户识别卡所对应的数据网络可通过不同的APN参数来进行配置,终端根据具体的数据业务的使用情况来配置相对应的多种APN参数(APN1、APN2、……、APNn)中的一种,当APN配置成功时,即可进行对应的数据业务,比如配置为APN1,则可对应处理视频播放业务,而若配置为APN2,则可对应处理彩信业务。
APN(Access Point Name,接入点名称)具体是指一种网络接入技术,是通过终端上网时必须配置的一个参数,APN定了终端通过哪种接入方式来访问网络。在终端中只有正确配置了APN参数后,终端才可以接入移动运营商经营的无线数据网络。不同的运营商的APN配置信息不尽相同,APN的参数至少包括:运营商名称、MCC(Mobile Country Code,移动国家码)、MNC(Mobile Network Code,移动网络码)、APN类型。
此外,用户识别卡的类型至少包括SIM卡、USIM卡、UIM卡;终端所支持的数据网络至少包括2G网络、3G网络、4G网络;用户识别卡可支持2G网络、3G网络、4G网络数据业务的使用;另外,配置的APN类型至少包括:WAP(Wireless Application Protocol,无线应用协议)、Internet(因特网)、MMS(Multimedia Messaging Service,彩信服务)。

本实施例的并发数据业务的处理方法具体应用于具有多张用户识别卡的终端(如上述实施例中所述的终端)。
本实施例中,所述并发数据业务的处理方法包括:

例如,可预先保存可并发的数据业务的名称,然后将第一数据业务与第二数据业务分别与保存的可并发的数据业务的名称进行比对以确定第一数据业务与第二数据业务是否为可并发的数据业务。
此外,本实施例中也并不限定判断满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件的设置。例如,判断当前是否存在处于空闲状态的用户识别卡等。

其中,对于终端中预设了数据业务优先级列表或者终端可读取操作系统设定的数据业务优先级属性操作方式一样,例如以读取预先设置的数据业务优先级列表为例进行说明。假设终端正在使用SIM卡1所对应的数据网络使用第一数据业务的过程中,当有新的第二数据业务发生时,终端首先读取数据业务优先级列表,并在表中查找当前运行的第一、二数据业务所对应的优先级,并根据数据业务的优先级高低进行相应的并发操作处理。例如,通过建立SIM卡2的数据网络链接,将并发中的第二数据业务切换到SIM卡2所建立的数据网络上进行。
另外,对于终端记忆用户上一次操作的选择的处理方式,终端可在某种并发情况首次发生时,以自动或弹出提示的方式获取用户的选择,并在下一次出现相同的并发情况时自动按用户上次选择执行相应的切换操作,而不再提示用户进行选择。
本实施例中具体以终端中预置数据业务优先级列表进行举例说明,如表1所示。

如表1所示,数据业务优先级列表中可列出终端在使用数据网络过程中出现的可并发的数据业务类型,各个数据业务类型被配置有一个优先级属性值,当终端中有数据业务并发情况发生时,终端可以从优先级列表中读取优先级属性值,并进行相应的并发处理操作。
本实施例中,根据预置的数据业务优先级列表,判断当前存在的第一数据业务与新发生的第二数据业务的优先级是否相同,其中,若第一数据 业务与第二数据业务的优先级不相同,则二者对应的数据业务类型必然不同,也即需要进行APN配置处理,因而可确定当前满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件;反之,若第一数据业务与第二数据业务的优先级相同,则二者对应的数据业务类型必然相同,也即并不需要进行APN配置处理,比如在此类优先级相同的情况下,终端可等待第一数据业务结束后再进行第二数据业务,或者直接反馈处于占线状态而拒绝执行第二数据业务。

基于上述第二实施例,本实施例中,终端通过第一用户识别卡所建立的第一数据网络进行第一数据业务。
本实施例中,上述步骤S20包括:
步骤S201,若所述第一数据业务的优先级低于所述第二数据业务的优先级,则根据所述第二数据业务所对应的数据业务类型,进行所述第一用户识别卡的APN配置,以供通过该APN配置建立所述第二数据网络;
步骤S202,当APN配置成功时,使所述终端暂停进行所述第一数据业务,并根据接收到的所述第二数据业务的通知消息,通过所述第二数据网络进行所述第二数据业务,其中,在使所述终端暂停进行所述第一数据业务时,建立当前所述第一数据业务与所述第一用户识别卡之间对应的关联索引关系,以供在所述第二数据业务结束或APN配置失败时用于恢复所述第一数据业务。
本实施例中,当新发生的第二数据业务的优先级高于当前进行的第一数据业务的优先级时,也即需要及时处理第二数据业务时,此时对应的并发处理方式为:修改当前用户识别卡的APN配置,进而通过该APN配置建立当前用户识别卡所对应的另一新的数据网络,终端将通过该新的数据网络进行第二数据业务。同时,由于当前用户识别卡的APN配置已发生变化,因此,终端将暂停进行第一数据业务。
此外,为恢复暂停的数据业务,本实施例中,在数据业务发生时,终 端可建立一个数据业务与SIM卡对应的关联索引关系。当该数据业务被切换后,终端可根据该关联索引关系,采用数据转移、复制或删除等方式恢复被切换的数据业务为初始的SIM卡的关联状态。比如当SIM卡1对应的一个数据业务在并发处理操作中被切换到SIM卡2对应的网络并继续执行相关操作后,终端可将该数据业务与SIM卡的关联关系恢复为与SIM卡1相关联的状态。关联索引与数据恢复可包括将一张SIM卡所关联的数据转移到另一张SIM卡对应的位置等。
本实施例中,尽管暂停了当前正在进行的第一数据业务转而进行第二数据业务,但提供了数据业务的恢复处理,从而在第二数据业务结束后能够继续进行第一数据业务。此外,本实施例中仅对于小部分优先级较高的数据业务的并发处理,而对于优先级别较低的数据业务的处理方式不限。
参照图4,图4为图2中步骤S20第二实施例的细化流程示意图。
基于上述第二实施例,本实施例中,终端通过第一用户识别卡所建立的第一数据网络进行第一数据业务。
本实施例中,上述步骤S20包括:
步骤S203,若所述第一数据业务的优先级高于所述第二数据业务的优先级,则根据所述第二数据业务所对应的数据业务类型,进行第二用户识别卡的APN配置,以供通过该APN配置建立所述第二数据网络;

本实施例中,当新发生的第二数据业务的优先级低于当前进行的第一数据业务的优先级时,也即第二数据业务具有较低的实时性要求时,此时对应的并发处理方式为:通过进行其他用户识别卡的APN配置,进而通过该APN配置建立其他用户识别卡所对应的新的数据网络,终端将通过该新的数据网络进行第二数据业务。同时,由于当前用户识别卡的APN 配置没有发生变化,因此,终端将继续通过第一数据网络进行第一数据业务,同时也通过第二数据网络进行第二数据业务。
此外,需要进一步说明的是,终端在通过第一用户识别卡所建立的第一数据网络进行第一数据业务的同时,第二用户识别卡既可能是空闲状态(没有运行数据业务),也可能是非空闲状态(正在运行数据业务)。因此,可进一步判断除第一用户识别卡之外的其他用户识别卡是否为空闲状态或者为非空闲状态且运行的数据业务的优先级别低于第二数据业务。
例如,当终端通过第一用户识别卡所建立的第一数据网络进行第一数据业务的同时,终端通过第二用户识别卡所建立的第三数据网络进行第三数据业务,当前若终端通过第一数据网络接收到第二数据业务通知消息时,将比较第二数据业务与第三数据业务之间的优先级高低,如果第二数据业务的优先级高于第三数据业务的优先级,则第二用户识别卡将修改APN配置以建立第二数据网络运行第二数据业务,同时通过建立关联索引关系以在在第二数据业务结束后能够继续进行第三数据业务;如果第二数据业务的优先级低于第三数据业务的优先级,则通过第三用户识别卡建立新的数据网络运行第二数据业务,或者终端直接待第一数据业务结束后再运行第二数据业务。
本实施例中,终端通过其他用户识别卡而建立新的数据网络以运行新的数据业务,从而无需中断当前的数据业务,进而提升了用户使用数据业务的使用体验。

基于上述第二实施例,本实施例中,终端通过第一用户识别卡所建立的第一数据网络进行第一数据业务。
本实施例中,上述步骤S20包括:

本实施例中,当新发生的第二数据业务的优先级低于当前进行的第一数据业务的优先级时,也即第二数据业务具有较低的实时性要求时,此时对应的并发处理方式为:
(1)将第一数据业务从第一数据网络切换到第三数据网络;
通过进行第二用户识别卡的APN配置(该APN配置与当前用户识别卡的相同),进而通过该APN配置建立第二用户识别卡所对应的第三数据网络,终端将通过该第三数据网络进行第一数据业务。
(2)新建第二数据网络以进行第二数据业务。
由于第一用户识别卡已不再进行第一数据业务,因此,可修改第一用户识别卡的APN配置,从而建立第二数据网络以进行第二数据业务。
本实施例中,终端通过第二用户识别卡而建立新的数据网络以运行当前数据业务,同时通过第一用户卡而建立新的数据网络以运行新的数据业务,从而无需中断当前的数据业务,进而提升了用户使用数据业务的使用体验。
为便于对本发明并发数据业务的处理方法进行详细说明,下面具体以 支持双卡的手机进行举例,其中,SIM卡1的数据网络进行网络视频业务且过程中SIM卡1接收到一条彩信业务通知。
如图6所示的本发明并发数据业务的处理方法一实施例的流程示意图。当用户使用SIM卡1所注册的数据网络观看网络视频时,SIM卡1发生了一条彩信业务,此时手机在后台收到一条彩信通知,收到该通知后手机此时并不进行彩信的下载操作。手机此时读取手机中预置的数据业务的优先级列表,然后从列表中查找这两个数据业务所对应的优先级属性值,找到后对比判断网络视频的优先级是否高于彩信的优先级。
(1)当网络视频的优先级高于彩信的优先级时;
手机保持SIM卡1所在网络的视频播放不中断,同时将SIM卡2的数据网络打开,然后将SIM卡2的APN配置为彩信APN。如果配置成功则手机根据SIM卡1收到的彩信下载通知消息内容,通过SIM卡2的数据网络下载该彩信,下载完成后终端将这条彩信移动到SIM1的信箱中;如果配置失败则手机等待网络视频播放业务结束后,再执行彩信接收的相关业务流程。
(2)当网络视频的优先级低于彩信的优先级时。
手机暂停当前的网络视频播放,将SIM卡1的APN配置为彩信APN,然后根据彩信通知的内容下载彩信。彩信业务结束后,手机将SIM卡1的APN配置为Internet APN,然后继续原先的网络视频播放。
如图7所示的一种数据业务并发处理第二实施例的流程示意图。当用户使用SIM卡1所注册的数据网络观看网络视频时,SIM卡1发生了一条彩信业务,此时手机在后台收到一条彩信通知,收到该通知后手机此时并不进行彩信的下载操作。手机此时读取手机中预置的数据业务的优先级列表,然后从列表中查找这两个数据业务所对应的优先级属性值,找到后对比判断网络视频的优先级是否高于彩信的优先级。
(1)当网络视频的优先级高于彩信的优先级时;
手机保持SIM卡1所在网络的视频播放不中断,同时将SIM卡2的 数据网络打开,然后将SIM卡2的APN配置为Internet APN。如果配置成功则手机将尝试切换SIM卡1上的网络视频业务到SIM卡2的数据网络上并继续播放视频,如果切换成功则手机将SIM卡1的APN配置为彩信APN,根据彩信通知的内容在后台下载彩信;如果配置失败则手机等待网络视频播放业务结束后,再执行彩信接收的相关业务流程。
(2)当网络视频的优先级低于彩信的优先级时。
手机暂停当前的网络视频播放,将SIM卡1的APN配置为彩信APN,然后根据彩信通知的内容下载彩信。彩信业务结束后,手机将SIM卡1的APN配置为Internet APN,然后继续原先的网络视频播放。
参照图8,图8为本发明并发数据业务的处理装置一实施例的功能模块示意图。本实施例中,并发数据业务的处理装置应用于具有多张用户识别卡的终端。
本实施例中,并发数据业务的处理装置包括:
判断模块10,设置为在所述终端通过第一数据网络进行第一数据业务的过程中接收到第二数据业务的通知消息时,判断当前是否满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件;
本实施例中并不限定第一数据网络所对应的用户识别卡以及APN配置,具体根据实际需要进行设置。同时,本实施例中也并不限定第一数据业务与第二数据业务,二者既可以相同,也可以不同。
本实施例中,当终端通过第一数据网络进行第一数据业务的过程中接收到第二数据业务的通知消息时,此时并不能确定第一数据业务与第二数据业务是否为可并发的数据业务,因而通过判断模块10进一步判断当前是否满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件,只有为可并发的数据业务且同时满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件才可以进行并发数据业务处理。
例如,可预先保存可并发的数据业务的名称,然后将第一数据业务与第二数据业务分别与保存的可并发的数据业务的名称进行比对以确定第 一数据业务与第二数据业务是否为可并发的数据业务。
此外,本实施例中也并不限定判断满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件的设置。例如,判断当前是否存在处于空闲状态的用户识别卡等。
处理模块20,设置为若当前满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件,则根据预设的并发数据业务处理规则,建立第二数据网络,以供所述终端通过所述第二数据网络进行所述第二数据业务。
本实施例中,若第一数据业务与第二数据业务为可并发的数据业务且同时满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件,则处理模块20进行并发数据业务处理,具体根据预设的并发数据业务处理规则,建立第二数据网络,从而使终端通过第二数据网络进行第二数据业务,进而实现对并发的数据业务的处理。
需要进一步说明的是,本实施例中对于第二数据网络所对应的用户识别卡以及APN配置并不限定,比如,第二数据网络既可以为第一数据网络所对应的用户识别卡以及新的APN配置,也可以是终端中其他用户识别卡及对应的APN配置。
此外,本实施例中的并发数据业务的数量既可以是两个数据业务并发,也可以是两个以上的数据业务并发,同时既可以是在一张用户识别卡上发生并发数据业务,也可以是在多张用户识别卡上发生并发数据业务。
本实施例中,在监测到并发数据业务存在时,自动判断当前是否满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件,进而便于对并发数据业务进行处理。对并发数据业务的具体处理方式为:根据预设的并发数据业务处理规则,建立第二数据网络,从而便于终端通过该第二数据网络进行并发的数据业务,进而完成并发数据业务的处理,提升用户使用体验。
进一步地,在本发明并发数据业务的处理装置第二实施例中,所述判断模块具体设置为:根据预置的数据业务优先级列表,判断所述第一数据业务与所述第二数据业务的优先级是否相同,其中,若所述第一数据业务 与所述第二数据业务的优先级不相同,则确定当前满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件。
本实施例中,具体通过列表方式确定可并发进行的数据业务,比如视频播放、彩信、可视电话等数据业务可以并发进行。此外,基于用户使用角度而言,不同的数据业务之间必然具有不同的优先处理顺序,比如可视电话具有非常强的实时性要求,因此可视电话业务的优先级要高于视频播放业务与彩信业务,因而可相应设置不同数据业务的优先级高低,进而便于进行相应的并发处理。
进一步可选的,对于判断数据业务的优先级的方法至少可包括:读取预先设置的数据业务优先级列表、记忆用户上一次操作的选择、读取操作系统设定的数据业务优先级属性。
其中,对于终端中预设了数据业务优先级列表或者终端可读取操作系统设定的数据业务优先级属性操作方式一样,例如以读取预先设置的数据业务优先级列表为例进行说明。假设终端正在使用SIM卡1所对应的数据网络使用第一数据业务的过程中,当有新的第二数据业务发生时,终端首先读取数据业务优先级列表,并在表中查找当前运行的第一、二数据业务所对应的优先级,并根据数据业务的优先级高低进行相应的并发操作处理。例如,通过建立SIM卡2的数据网络链接,将并发中的第二数据业务切换到SIM卡2所建立的数据网络上进行。
另外,对于终端记忆用户上一次操作的选择的处理方式,终端可在某种并发情况首次发生时,以自动或弹出提示的方式获取用户的选择,并在下一次出现相同的并发情况时自动按用户上次选择执行相应的切换操作,而不再提示用户进行选择。

工业实用性
本发明实施例中,在监测到并发数据业务存在时,自动判断当前是否满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件,进而便于对并发数据业务进行处理。对并发数据业务的具体处理方式为:根据预设的并发数据业务处理规则,建立第二数据网络,从而便于终端通过该第二数据网络进行并发的数据业务,进而完成并发数据业务的处理,提升用户使用体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种并发数据业务的处理方法,应用于具有多张用户识别卡的终端,所述并发数据业务的处理方法包括:
    在所述终端通过第一数据网络进行第一数据业务的过程中接收到第二数据业务的通知消息时,判断当前是否满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件;
    若当前满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件,则根据预设的并发数据业务处理规则,建立第二数据网络,以供所述终端通过所述第二数据网络进行所述第二数据业务。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的并发数据业务的处理方法,其中,所述判断当前是否满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件包括:
    根据预置的数据业务优先级列表,判断所述第一数据业务与所述第二数据业务的优先级是否相同,其中,若所述第一数据业务与所述第二数据业务的优先级不相同,则确定当前满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的并发数据业务的处理方法,其中,所述终端通过第一用户识别卡所建立的所述第一数据网络进行所述第一数据业务;所述若当前满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件,则根据预设的并发数据业务处理规则,建立第二数据网络,以供所述终端通过所述第二数据网络进行所述第二数据业务包括:
    若所述第一数据业务的优先级低于所述第二数据业务的优先级,则根据所述第二数据业务所对应的数据业务类型,进行所述第一用户识别卡的APN配置,以供通过该APN配置建立所述第二数据网络;
    当APN配置成功时,使所述终端暂停进行所述第一数据业务,并根据接收到的所述第二数据业务的通知消息,通过所述第二数据网络进行所述第二数据业务,其中,在使所述终端暂停进行所述第一数据业务时,建立当前所述第一数据业务与所述第一用户识别卡之间对应 的关联索引关系,以供在所述第二数据业务结束或APN配置失败时用于恢复所述第一数据业务。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的并发数据业务的处理方法,其中,所述终端通过第一用户识别卡所建立的所述第一数据网络进行所述第一数据业务;所述若当前满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件,则根据预设的并发数据业务处理规则,建立第二数据网络,以供所述终端通过所述第二数据网络进行所述第二数据业务包括:
    若所述第一数据业务的优先级高于所述第二数据业务的优先级,则根据所述第二数据业务所对应的数据业务类型,进行第二用户识别卡的APN配置,以供通过该APN配置建立所述第二数据网络;
    当APN配置成功时,使所述终端在通过所述第一数据网络进行所述第一数据业务的同时,根据接收到的所述第二数据业务的通知消息以及通过所述第二数据网络进行所述第二数据业务。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的并发数据业务的处理方法,其中,所述终端通过第一用户识别卡所建立的所述第一数据网络进行所述第一数据业务;所述若当前满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件,则根据预设的并发数据业务处理规则,建立第二数据网络,以供所述终端通过所述第二数据网络进行所述第二数据业务包括:
    若所述第一数据业务的优先级高于所述第二数据业务的优先级,则根据所述第一数据业务所对应的数据业务类型,进行第二用户识别卡的APN配置,以供通过该APN配置建立与所述第一数据网络具有相同的数据网络类型的第三数据网络;
    当APN配置成功时,进行数据网络切换,以将所述第一数据业务从所述第一数据网络切换到所述第三数据网络并使所述终端通过所述第三数据网络继续进行所述第一数据业务;
    当数据网络切换成功时,根据所述第二数据业务所对应的数据业 务类型,进行所述第一用户识别卡的APN配置,以供通过该APN配置建立所述第二数据网络,并使所述终端在通过所述第三数据网络进行所述第一数据业务的同时,根据接收到的所述第二数据业务的通知消息以及通过所述第二数据网络进行所述第二数据业务。
  6. 一种并发数据业务的处理装置,应用于具有多张用户识别卡的终端,所述并发数据业务的处理装置包括:
    判断模块,设置为在所述终端通过第一数据网络进行第一数据业务的过程中接收到第二数据业务的通知消息时,判断当前是否满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件;
    处理模块,设置为若当前满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件,则根据预设的并发数据业务处理规则,建立第二数据网络,以供所述终端通过所述第二数据网络进行所述第二数据业务。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的并发数据业务的处理装置,其中,所述判断模块具体设置为:
    根据预置的数据业务优先级列表,判断所述第一数据业务与所述第二数据业务的优先级是否相同,其中,若所述第一数据业务与所述第二数据业务的优先级不相同,则确定当前满足进行并发数据业务处理的条件。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的并发数据业务的处理装置,其中,所述终端通过第一用户识别卡所建立的所述第一数据网络进行所述第一数据业务;
    所述处理模块包括:
    第一配置单元,设置为若所述第一数据业务的优先级低于所述第二数据业务的优先级,则根据所述第二数据业务所对应的数据业务类型,进行所述第一用户识别卡的APN配置,以供通过该APN配置建立所述第二数据网络;
    第一处理单元,设置为当APN配置成功时,使所述终端暂停进行所述第一数据业务,并根据接收到的所述第二数据业务的通知消息,通过所述第二数据网络进行所述第二数据业务;以及在使所述终端暂停进行所述第一数据业务时,建立当前所述第一数据业务与所述第一用户识别卡之间对应的关联索引关系,以供在所述第二数据业务结束或APN配置失败时用于恢复所述第一数据业务。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的并发数据业务的处理装置,其中,所述终端通过第一用户识别卡所建立的所述第一数据网络进行所述第一数据业务;
    所述处理模块包括:
    第二配置单元,设置为若所述第一数据业务的优先级高于所述第二数据业务的优先级,则根据所述第二数据业务所对应的数据业务类型,进行第二用户识别卡的APN配置,以供通过该APN配置建立所述第二数据网络;
    第二处理单元,设置为当APN配置成功时,使所述终端在通过所述第一数据网络进行所述第一数据业务的同时,根据接收到的所述第二数据业务的通知消息以及通过所述第二数据网络进行所述第二数据业务。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的并发数据业务的处理装置,其中,所述终端通过第一用户识别卡所建立的所述第一数据网络进行所述第一数据业务;
    所述处理模块包括:
    第三配置单元,设置为若所述第一数据业务的优先级高于所述第二数据业务的优先级,则根据所述第一数据业务所对应的数据业务类型,进行第二用户识别卡的APN配置,以供通过该APN配置建立与所述第一数据网络具有相同的数据网络类型的第三数据网络;
    第三处理单元,设置为当APN配置成功时,进行数据网络切换,以将所述第一数据业务从所述第一数据网络切换到所述第三数据网络并使所述终端通过所述第三数据网络继续进行所述第一数据业务;
    所述第三配置单元还设置为:当数据网络切换成功时,根据所述第二数据业务所对应的数据业务类型,进行所述第一用户识别卡的APN配置,以供通过该APN配置建立所述第二数据网络;
    所述第三处理单元还设置为:使所述终端在通过所述第三数据网络进行所述第一数据业务的同时,根据接收到的所述第二数据业务的通知消息以及通过所述第二数据网络进行所述第二数据业务。
