Abstract

 このガスタービンシステムは、ガスタービン(10)と、燃焼器制御装置(11)とを備える。ガスタービン(10)は、パイロットノズル(13)と、第一メインノズル(14)と、第二メインノズル(15)とを有する燃焼器(12)を備える。燃焼器制御装置(11)は、ガスタービン(10)の負荷遮断を検出する負荷遮断検出部(16)と、負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、パイロットノズル(13)の予混合燃料の供給量を増加させるパイロットノズル流量制御部(17)と、負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、第一メインノズル(14)への予混合燃料の供給量を減少させる第一メインノズル流量制御部(18)と、負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、第二メインノズル(15)への予混合燃料の供給量を所定量まで減少させた後、予め定めた時間の経過後に供給量をさらに減少させる第二メインノズル流量制御部(19)とを有する。

Description

ガスタービンシステム、ガスタービンの燃焼器制御装置、及びガスタービンの燃焼器制御方法
 本発明は、ガスタービンシステム、ガスタービンの燃焼器制御装置、及びガスタービンの燃焼器制御方法に関する。
 本願は、2013年2月20日に、日本に出願された特願2013-031186号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
 ガスタービンプラントやコンバインドサイクル発電プラントには、ガスタービン燃焼器が組み込まれており、このガスタービン燃焼器からの燃焼ガスをガスタービンに導入してガスタービンを駆動させる。
 このような背景に関する技術としては、様々なものが知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。
 特許文献1に記載のガスタービンシステムは、具体的に説明すると、第1のメインノズル関数器は、負荷に応じて所定の関数値に基づく第1のメインノズル制御信号を出力する。第2のメインノズル関数器は、ガスタービンの運転状態に応じて所定の関数値に基づく第2のメインノズル制御信号を出力する。トラッキング回路は、第1のメインノズル制御信号に第2のメインノズル制御信号を追従させ第3のメインノズル制御信号を出力する。
 パイロットノズル関数器は、第3のメインノズル制御信号に応じてパイロットノズル分配弁を開閉動作させるために所定の関数値に基づく制御信号を出力しこの信号をパイロットノズル制御信号とする。制御手段は、第3のメインノズル制御信号をメインノズル制御信号とする。このように、このガスタービンシステムによっては、安定した2段燃焼を行うことができ、負荷遮断時にパイロットノズル分配弁を所定開度としてパイロットノズルの失火を防止できる。
 また、従来、発電所等で使用されるガスタービンでは、圧縮空気と燃料とを燃焼器に供給し、燃焼器における燃焼に伴う高温の燃焼ガスを利用してタービンを回転させ、発電を行っている。
 このような背景に関する技術としては、様々なものが知られている(例えば、特許文献2参照。)。
 特許文献2に記載のガスタービンシステムは、具体的に説明すると、第1情報取得部は、燃焼器に供給される燃料のパイロット比を取得する。第2情報取得部は、燃焼器に供給される空気流量を取得する。目標燃空比取得部は、燃焼器における燃焼状態の安定性で決まるパイロット比と燃空比との関係を示した燃焼維持限界情報を有する。さらに、目標燃空比取得部は、第1情報取得部によって取得したパイロット比に対応する燃空比を燃焼維持限界情報から取得し、燃空比を目標燃空比として出力する。指令作成部は、目標燃空比と第2情報取得部とによって取得した空気流量とを用いて、最低燃料指令を決定する。このように、このガスタービンシステムによっては、負荷遮断や所内単独等のように負荷が急減する事象が発生した場合でも、燃焼器における燃焼を確実に維持することができる。

 しかしながら、特許文献1に記載の技術は、メイン燃料を設定値にトラッキングさせるものであり、ステージング時の切タイミングを制御することができないので、燃焼器の失火を確実に防止することができない。
 特許文献2に記載の技術は、負荷遮断時に安定的な燃焼を行えるものの、予混合パイロットを対象としていないばかりか、メインノズルのステージングを考慮していないために燃焼器の失火を確実に防止できない。
 本発明の第1の態様によれば、ガスタービンシステムは、ガスタービンと、燃焼器制御装置とを備える。前記ガスタービンは、予混合燃料を噴射するパイロットノズルと、パイロットノズルの周囲に設けられて予混合燃料を噴射する第一メインノズル及び第二メインノズルとを有する燃焼器を備える。前記燃焼器制御装置は、ガスタービンの負荷遮断を検出する負荷遮断検出部と、負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、パイロットノズルの予混合燃料の供給量を増加させるパイロットノズル流量制御部と、負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、第一メインノズルへの予混合燃料の供給量を減少させる第一メインノズル流量制御部と、負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、第二メインノズルへの予混合燃料の供給量を所定量まで減少させた後、予め定めた時間の経過後に供給量をさらに減少させる第二メインノズル流量制御部とを有する。
 前記燃焼器制御装置は、負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、第一メインノズルの流量を一時的に減少させてよい。
 前記燃焼器制御装置は、火炎に必要なパラメータを指標として第二メインノズルへの予混合燃料の供給量を減少させてよい。
 前記燃焼器制御装置は、負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、第二メインノズルへの予混合燃料の供給量を所定量まで減少させた後、予め定めた時間の経過後に該供給量をさらに減少させる際に、遅延時間を設定してよい。
 前記燃焼器制御装置は、ガスタービンに有する入口案内翼の開度調整を含めてよい。
 本発明の第2の態様によれば、ガスタービンの燃焼器制御装置は、ガスタービンの負荷遮断を検出する負荷遮断検出部と、負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、パイロットノズルの予混合燃料の供給量を増加させるパイロットノズル流量制御部と、負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、第一メインノズルへの予混合燃料の供給量を減少させる第一メインノズル流量制御部と、負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、第二メインノズルへの予混合燃料の供給量を所定量まで減少させた後、予め定めた時間の経過後に該供給量をさらに減少させる第二メインノズル流量制御部とを備える。
 本発明の第3の態様によれば、ガスタービンの燃焼器制御方法は、ガスタービンの負荷遮断を検出する負荷遮断検出段階と、負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、パイロットノズルの予混合燃料の供給量を増加させるパイロットノズル流量制御段階と、負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、第一メインノズルへの予混合燃料の供給量を減少させる第一メインノズル流量制御段階と、負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、第二メインノズルへの予混合燃料の供給量を所定量まで減少させた後、予め定めた時間の経過後に該供給量をさらに減少させる第二メインノズル流量制御段階とを備える。
 なおまた、上記の発明の態様は、本発明の必要な特徴の全てを列挙したものではない。
 上記したガスタービンシステム、ガスタービンの燃焼器制御装置、及びガスタービンの燃焼器制御方法によれば、燃焼器の失火を確実に防止することができる。

 以下、発明の実施の形態を通じて本発明を説明するが、以下の実施形態は本発明を限定するものではない。また、実施形態の中で説明されている特徴の組み合わせの全てが発明の解決手段に必須であるとは限らない。
 [第1実施形態]
 図1は、第1実施形態のガスタービンシステムの概念ブロック構成図である。図1に示すように、ガスタービンシステム1は、ガスタービン10、燃焼器制御装置11を備える。ガスタービン10は、燃焼器12を備える。燃焼器12は、パイロットノズル13、第一メインノズル14、第二メインノズル15を備える。燃焼器制御装置11は、負荷遮断検出部16、パイロットノズル流量制御部17、第一メインノズル流量制御部18、第二メインノズル流量制御部19を備える。
 パイロットノズル13は、予混合燃料ガスを噴射する。第一メインノズル14は、パイロットノズル13の周囲で予混合燃料ガスを噴射する。第二メインノズル15は、第一メインノズル14と同様に、パイロットノズル13の周囲で予混合燃料ガスを噴射する。負荷遮断検出部16は、ガスタービン10の負荷遮断を検出する。パイロットノズル流量制御部17は、負荷遮断の検出に基づいてパイロットノズル13の予混合燃料ガスの供給量を増加させる。第一メインノズル流量制御部18は、負荷遮断の検出に基づいて第一メインノズル14への予混合燃料ガスの供給量を減少させる。第二メインノズル流量制御部19は、負荷遮断の検出に基づいて第二メインノズル15への予混合燃料ガスの供給量を所定量まで減少させた後、予め定めた時間の経過後に供給量をさらに減少させる。なお、メインノズルとしては、第一メインノズル14、第二メインノズル15に限らず、第三メインノズルや第四メインノズルを含めた複数であってもよい。その場合、複数群のメインノズルのうち、数系統は回転数制御のために残し、残りの数系統は時間差をもって減少させる等の制御を行う。
 図2は、第1実施形態のガスタービンシステムの模式図である。図2に示すように、ガスタービン10は、タービン本体20の吸気側に圧縮機21を備える。ガスタービン10は、吸気空気の吸入側に吸入空気量を調整するための入口案内翼22を備える。燃焼器12は、予混合パイロット燃料ガス流路23、拡散パイロット燃料ガス流路24、第一メインノズル燃料ガス流路25、第二メインノズル燃料ガス流路26を連通接続している。さらに、燃焼器12は、第一トップハット燃料ガス流路27、第二トップハット燃料ガス流路28等の複数のトップハット燃料ガス流路を連通接続している。
 予混合パイロット燃料ガス流路23は、燃料ガスの上流側から下流側に向けて、予混合燃焼パイロット圧調弁29、予混合燃焼パイロット流調弁30をそれぞれ連通接続している。拡散パイロット燃料ガス流路24は、燃料ガスの上流側から下流側に向けて、拡散燃焼パイロット圧調弁31、拡散燃焼パイロット流調弁32をそれぞれ連通接続している。
 第一メインノズル燃料ガス流路25は、燃料ガスの上流側から下流側に向けて、第一メインノズル圧調弁33、第一メインノズル流調弁34をそれぞれ連通接続している。第二メインノズル燃料ガス流路26は、燃料ガスの上流側から下流側に向けて、第二メインノズル圧調弁35、第二メインノズル流調弁36をそれぞれ連通接続している。
 図3は、第1実施形態のガスタービンにおける燃焼器の模式的断面図である。図3に示すように、燃焼器12は、中心にパイロットノズル13を設けており、このパイロットノズル13の外周側に、3つの第一メインノズル14を円周方向に並べて設けている。そして、燃焼器12は、パイロットノズル13の外周側に、5つの第二メインノズル15を円周方向に並べて設けている。なお、各ノズルの配置や数は、適宜設定することができる。
 図4は、第1実施形態のガスタービンの燃焼器制御装置の模式的回路図である。図4に示すように、燃焼器制御装置11において、予混合パイロット時の負荷遮断信号は、第一スイッチSW1に入力する。また、予混合パイロット時の負荷遮断信号は、ディレイ回路Dにより残し時間を設定して第二スイッチSW1に入力する。通常制御による第二メインノズル15の燃料流量指令算出信号は、第一スイッチSW1のoff入力に入力する。残し設定量信号は、第二スイッチSW2のoff入力に入力する。ゼロ信号は、第二スイッチSW2のon入力に入力する。第二スイッチSW2は、第一スイッチSW1のon入力に入力する。燃焼器制御装置11は、通常制御による第二メインノズル15への燃料流量指令を、第一スイッチSW1にて決定する。これに対して、負荷遮断時は、ディレイ回路Dにおいて遅延時間を設定してから、第二スイッチSW2及び第一スイッチSW1を通じて第二メインノズル15への燃料流量指令を決定する。
 図5は、第1実施形態のガスタービンの燃焼器制御方法を説明するタイミングチャートである。図5に示すように、時点t1において負荷遮断指令があると、燃焼器制御装置11は、負荷遮断指令を検出する。時点t1の以後、負荷遮断指令の検出によりパイロットノズル流量制御部17は、パイロットノズル13の予混合燃料ガスの供給量を増加させる。そこで、時点t1の以後の時点t2において、第一メインノズル流量制御部18は、第一メインノズル14への予混合燃料ガスの供給量を減少させる。そして、第二メインノズル流量制御部19は、第二メインノズル15への予混合燃料ガスの供給量を所定量まで減少させた時点t2の以後に供給量をさらに減少させる。これにより、第二メインノズル15は、所定の期間において所定量の燃料ガスの供給を続ける。そして、この間に、予混合パイロット燃料ガスの供給を立ち上げることにより保炎する。
 第1実施形態のガスタービンシステム1によれば、負荷遮断時に、予混合パイロット燃料ガスを増加させるとともに第二メインノズル15を即時に遮断せずに所定の期間において所定量の燃料ガスの供給を続ける。そして、この間に、予混合パイロット燃料ガスの供給を立ち上げる。従って、ガスタービンシステム1によれば、メイン系統からの火移りを促して燃焼器12の失炎を確実に防止することができる。
 第1実施形態のガスタービンの燃焼器制御装置11によれば、第二メインノズル15により所定の期間において所定量の燃料ガスの供給を続け、この間に、予混合パイロット燃料ガスの供給を立ち上げる。従って、ガスタービンの燃焼器制御装置11によれば、保炎により燃焼器12の失火を防止できる。
 第1実施形態のガスタービンの燃焼器制御方法によれば、第二メインノズル15により所定の期間において所定量の燃料ガスの供給を続け、この間に、予混合パイロット燃料ガスの供給を立ち上げる。従って、ガスタービンの燃焼器制御方法によれば、保炎により燃焼器12の失火を防止できる。
 [第2実施形態]
 次に、第2実施形態について図6を参照しながら説明するが、第1実施形態と同一の部位には同一の符号を付してその説明は省略し、異なる点についてのみ説明する。図6は、第2実施形態のガスタービンの燃焼器制御方法を説明するタイミングチャートである。図6に示すように、第2実施形態のガスタービンシステム2は燃焼器制御装置41を備える。本実施形態のガスタービンの燃焼器制御方法は、時点t1における負荷遮断時に、予混合パイロット燃料ガスを増加させるとともに第二メインノズル15を即時に遮断せずに所定の期間において所定量の燃料ガスの供給を続ける。そして、時点t1の以後の時点t2までの間において、第一メインノズル14の燃料ガス供給量を一時的に絞る。
 第2実施形態のガスタービンシステム2によれば、負荷遮断時に、予混合パイロット燃料ガスを増加させるとともに第二メインノズル15を即時に遮断せずに所定の期間において所定量の燃料ガスの供給を続ける。そして、この間に、予混合パイロット燃料ガスの供給を立ち上げ、第一メインノズル14の燃料ガス供給量を一時的に絞る。従って、ガスタービンシステム2によれば、ガスタービン10の回転数の大幅な増大を抑制することができる燃焼器制御装置11を備えることができる。
 第2実施形態のガスタービンの燃焼器制御装置11によれば、第二メインノズル15により所定の期間において所定量の燃料ガスの供給を続け、この間に、予混合パイロット燃料ガスの供給を立ち上げ、第一メインノズル14の燃料ガス供給量を一時的に絞る。従って、ガスタービンの燃焼器制御装置41によれば、ガスタービン10の回転数の大幅な増大を抑制することができる。
 第2実施形態のガスタービンの燃焼器制御方法によれば、第二メインノズル15により所定の期間において所定量の燃料ガスの供給を続け、この間に、予混合パイロット燃料ガスの供給を立ち上げ、第一メインノズル14の燃料ガス供給量を一時的に絞る。従って、本実施形態のガスタービンの燃焼器制御方法によれば、ガスタービン10の回転数の大幅な増大を抑制することができる。
 [第3実施形態]
 次に、第3実施形態について図7を参照しながら説明するが、第1実施形態と同一の部位には同一の符号を付してその説明は省略し、異なる点についてのみ説明する。図7は、第3実施形態のガスタービンの燃焼器制御装置の模式的回路図である。図7に示すように、ガスタービンシステム3に有する燃焼器制御装置51は、閾値を設定する高値モニタHMを備える。燃焼器制御装置51は、保炎に重要な、予混合パイロット火炎温度、予混パイロット燃料流量、予混パイロット燃空比等のパラメータを指標として自動切りを実施する。なお、火炎温度は直接測りにくいので、車室温度、燃料温度、燃空比等の各種状態量からのテーブルで推定値を算出する。
 第3実施形態のガスタービンシステム3によれば、失火を確実に防止でき、かつ、適切なタイミングで燃料切りできるのでガスタービン10の回転数上昇を抑制できる燃焼器制御装置51を備えることができる。

 次に、第4実施形態について図8を参照しながら説明するが、第1実施形態と同一の部位には同一の符号を付してその説明は省略し、異なる点についてのみ説明する。図8は、第4実施形態のガスタービンの燃焼器制御装置の模式的回路図である。図8に示すように、ガスタービンシステム4に有する燃焼器制御装置61は、レートを設定するレートリミッタRLを備える。レートリミッタRLは、残し設定量を設定するためのスイッチSW3の出力と、スイッチSW2の出力とによりレートを設定する。
 図9は、第4実施形態のガスタービンの燃焼器制御方法を説明するタイミングチャートである。図9に示すように、ガスタービンの燃焼器制御方法では、残し設定量は、時点t5の以後の、時点t6、時点t7において段階的に減少するように設定する。
 第4実施形態のガスタービンシステム4によれば、第二メインノズル15の燃料ガス供給量を詳細に設定することにより燃料の無駄を防止できる燃焼器制御装置61を備えることができる。

 次に、第5実施形態について図10を参照しながら説明するが、第1実施形態と同一の部位には同一の符号を付してその説明は省略し、異なる点についてのみ説明する。図10は、第5実施形態のガスタービンの燃焼器制御方法を説明するタイミングチャートである。図10に示すように、第5実施形態のガスタービンシステム5は燃焼器制御装置71を備える。本実施形態のガスタービンの燃焼器制御方法は、燃焼側の制御とともに入口案内翼22の開度を調整して空気流量を調整する。ここで、入口案内翼22の開度の調整は、無駄時間、レートをパラメータ設定できる。例えば、図10に仮想線で示したように、入口案内翼を機械的な最大速度で閉めた場合と比べて、時点t1において負荷遮断があった後に、無駄時間を設定したり、レートを遅くしたりすることにより、空気流量を増加できる。
 第5実施形態のガスタービンシステム5によれば、空気流量を増やし、圧縮機21の動力を増やせるのでガスタービン10の最大回転数を抑制できる燃焼器制御装置71を備えることができる。

 上記したガスタービンシステム、ガスタービンの燃焼器制御装置、及びガスタービンの燃焼器制御方法によれば、燃焼器の失火を確実に防止することができる。

Claims (7)

  1.  予混合燃料を噴射するパイロットノズルと、
     前記パイロットノズルの周囲に設けられて予混合燃料を噴射する第一メインノズル及び第二メインノズルと
     を有する燃焼器を備えたガスタービンと、
     前記ガスタービンの負荷遮断を検出する負荷遮断検出部と、
     前記負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、前記パイロットノズルの予混合燃料の供給量を増加させるパイロットノズル流量制御部と、
     前記負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、前記第一メインノズルへの予混合燃料の供給量を減少させる第一メインノズル流量制御部と、
     前記負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、前記第二メインノズルへの予混合燃料の供給量を所定量まで減少させた後、予め定めた時間の経過後に前記供給量をさらに減少させる第二メインノズル流量制御部と
     を有する燃焼器制御装置と
     を備えるガスタービンシステム。
  2.  前記燃焼器制御装置は、前記負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、前記第一メインノズルの流量を一時的に減少させる
     請求項1に記載のガスタービンシステム。
  3.  前記燃焼器制御装置は、火炎に必要なパラメータを指標として前記第二メインノズルへの予混合燃料の供給量を減少させる
     請求項1に記載のガスタービンシステム。
  4.  前記燃焼器制御装置は、前記負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、前記第二メインノズルへの予混合燃料の供給量を所定量まで減少させた後、予め定めた時間の経過後に該供給量をさらに減少させる際に、遅延時間を設定する
     請求項1に記載のガスタービンシステム。
  5.  前記燃焼器制御装置は、前記ガスタービンに有する入口案内翼の開度調整を含める
     請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービンシステム。
  6.  ガスタービンの負荷遮断を検出する負荷遮断検出部と、
     前記負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、パイロットノズルの予混合燃料の供給量を増加させるパイロットノズル流量制御部と、
     前記負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、第一メインノズルへの予混合燃料の供給量を減少させる第一メインノズル流量制御部と、
     前記負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、第二メインノズルへの予混合燃料の供給量を所定量まで減少させた後、予め定めた時間の経過後に該供給量をさらに減少させる第二メインノズル流量制御部と
     を備えるガスタービンの燃焼器制御装置。
  7.  ガスタービンの負荷遮断を検出する負荷遮断検出段階と、
     前記負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、パイロットノズルの予混合燃料の供給量を増加させるパイロットノズル流量制御段階と、
     前記負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、第一メインノズルへの予混合燃料の供給量を減少させる第一メインノズル流量制御段階と、
     前記負荷遮断の検出に基づいて、第二メインノズルへの予混合燃料の供給量を所定量まで減少させた後、予め定めた時間の経過後に該供給量をさらに減少させる第二メインノズル流量制御段階と
     を備えるガスタービンの燃焼器制御方法。
