Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 5, the floor panel 1 includes a frame 2, a concrete plate 3, and a glazed ceramic tile 4 stretched on the upper surface of the concrete plate 3.
As shown in FIG. 6, the frame 2 has a frame-shaped frame body 2a and reinforcing bars (rebars in this embodiment) 2b arranged vertically and horizontally in the frame body 2a. In this embodiment, the frame main body 2a has a rectangular shape in plan view, but may be a square or a shape different from these. In this embodiment, the frame body 2a is made of iron, but is not limited to this.
The reinforcing bar 2b extends in two directions parallel to the long side and the short side of the rectangular frame body 2a. Both ends of each reinforcing bar 2b are fixed to the frame body 2a by welding or the like. The concrete plate 3 is formed by placing concrete inside the frame body 2 a, and the reinforcing bar 2 b is embedded in the concrete plate 3. When placing concrete, a sewage pipe 5 made of a synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride and a drain pan 6 are arranged, and these are integrated with the concrete plate 3.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, an eyebolt 8 is attached to the upper surface of the corner portion of the frame body 2a. Bolt insertion holes are provided on the upper surface of the frame body 2a, and nuts 9 arranged coaxially with the bolt insertion holes are fixed to the frame body 2a by welding. An eye bolt 8 is screwed onto the nut 9. A lock nut 9A is screwed into the eyebolt 8.
The concrete plate 3 of the floor panel 1 according to this embodiment is manufactured by placing concrete using a base plate 10 as shown in FIG.
A base 11 is provided on the upper surface of the base plate 10, and the upper surface of the base 11 is an inclined surface. The upper surface of the base plate peripheral portion 12 around the base portion 11 is a horizontal plane. As shown in FIG. 7 (1), after the tiles 4 are arranged on the base portion 11, the frame 2 is arranged on the base plate 10 so that the frame body 2a is placed on the base plate peripheral portion 12. Concrete is placed (FIG. 7 (2)). In addition, although illustration is abbreviate | omitted, it is preferable to provide the joint frame according to a tile dimension in the upper surface of the base-shaped part 11. FIG.
After the concrete has hardened, the floor panel 1 is pulled up from the base plate 10 and turned upside down (FIG. 7 (3)), whereby the tiled floor panel 1 is obtained. Since the upper surface of the trapezoidal portion 11 is inclined, a drainage gradient is formed on the upper surface of the concrete plate 3 of the manufactured floor panel 1 as shown in FIG.
The floor panel 1 configured in this way has a concrete plate 3 and an iron frame body 2 surrounding the concrete plate 3, and the outer peripheral portion is an iron frame body 2. At this time, even if the peripheral edge hits another object, it is not damaged. A unit room can be constructed by standing a wall panel on the frame body 2a.
This concrete slab 3 is reinforced with reinforcing bars 2b and has high strength. Since the reinforcing bars 2b are connected to the frame main body 2a by welding, the concrete plate 3 is firmly integrated with the frame main body 2a. Moreover, since the eyebolt 8 is provided in this frame main body 2a, a hook can be hooked on this eyebolt 8, and it is easy to hang and carry the floor panel 1 or a unit room.
In this embodiment, since the drainage gradient is provided on the upper surface of the concrete plate 3, the drainage characteristics of the floor are improved. Moreover, since the tile 4 is stretched on the upper surface of the concrete plate 3, the aesthetic appearance is improved and the waterproof property of the concrete plate 3 is excellent.
In the above embodiment, the floor panel 1 is manufactured as shown in FIG. 7, but the frame 2 is placed on the base plate 13 whose upper surface is inclined as shown in FIG. After the concrete is placed and the concrete is hardened, the floor panel 1 ′ can also be manufactured by separating the base plate 13 of FIG. 8B. Since the upper surface of the base plate 13 is inclined, the upper surface of the concrete plate 3 has a drainage gradient.
After forming the concrete plate 3 as shown in FIG. 8, the tiled floor panel 1 is obtained by stretching the tile 4 on the top surface of the concrete plate 3 as necessary.
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 9, an L angle 14 may be integrally provided on the inner surface of the frame body 2 a by welding or the like, so that the support strength of the concrete plate 3 by the frame 2 may be increased.
The above description is an example of the present invention, and the present invention may have a configuration other than the above. For example, the drainage gradient may be provided only on a part of the concrete plate 3. The tile 4 may be stretched only on a part of the concrete plate.
