Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Fluidpumpe (1) mit einem Nassbereich (2), in dem ein permanent erregter Rotor (3) eines elektronisch kommutierten Elektromotors (4) angeordnet ist, und mit einem Trockenbereich (6), in dem eine Steuerungselektronik (7) mit einer elektrischen Leiterplatte (8) angeordnet ist, die mehrere Leistungs-Halbleiter (9) mit jeweils einer Kühlfahne (10) aufweist, wobei der Nassbereich (2) und der Trockenbereich (6) durch eine Trenneinrichtung (5) voneinander getrennt sind. Erfindungswesentlich ist dabei, dass die Leistungs-Halbleiter (9) über elektrisch leitfähige Drähte (13) beabstandet zur Leiterplatte (8) angeordnet sind, und dass die Leistungs-Halbleiter (9) und deren Kühlfahnen (10) wärmeübertragend mit der Trenneinrichtung (5) verbunden sind.
