Description
本発明に係る清掃具の製造方法は、清掃シートを形成する複数の帯状体を供給する工程と、複数の帯状体を重ねる工程と、重ねた帯状体を、ドラムロールと、接合加工部とを有する接合装置へ供給する工程と、接合装置により、重ねた帯状体の所定領域に接合領域を形成する工程と、を有する。
よって、本発明に係る清掃具の製造方法によれば、重ねた帯状体に対し接合領域を設けるにあたり、帯状体を連続して搬送し続けることが可能となる。したがって、清掃具の生産を高速化することが可能となる。
そして、第1接合領域形成部は、重ねた帯状体の所定領域に対し第1接合領域を形成する。さらに、第2接合領域形成部は、重ねた帯状体の所定領域に対し第2接合領域を形成する。
すなわち、接合領域は、第1接合領域と第2接合領域とにより形成される。したがって、帯状体を確実に接合できる接合領域を形成することができる。
清掃具の製造装置は、清掃シートを形成する複数の帯状体を供給する装置と、複数の帯状体を重ねる装置と、ドラムロールと接合加工部とを有する接合装置とを有する。そして、接合装置は、重ねた帯状体の所定領域に接合領域を形成する。
よって、本発明に係る清掃具の製造装置によれば、重ねた帯状体に対し接合領域を設けるにあたり、帯状体を連続して搬送し続けることが可能となる。したがって、清掃具の生産を高速化することが可能となる。
以下、本発明の実施形態について、図1~図93に基づき説明する。
本発明は、清掃体A200と、清掃体A200を保持する清掃体ホルダA400とを有する清掃具A100の製造方法および製造装置に関する。
この清掃体A200が、本発明に係る「清掃シート」の一例である。この清掃体ホルダA400が、本発明に係る「保持具」の一例である。この清掃具A100が、本発明に係る「清掃具」の一例である。なお、清掃具A100、清掃体A200および清掃体ホルダA400の詳細な構成については後述する。
この帯状体400が、本発明に係る「帯状体」の一例である。このドラムロール310が、本発明に係る「ドラムロール」の一例である。この接合加工部320が、本発明に係る「接合加工部」の一例である。この接合装置300が、本発明に係る「接合装置」の一例である。この接合領域500が、本発明に係る「接合領域」の一例である。
以下、図1~図9に基づき、本発明に係る接合装置を説明する。本発明に係る接合装置は、いくつかの形態を有する。まずは、図1に示される形態の接合装置を説明する。
接合装置300は、機械方向MDへ回転されるドラムロール310と、接合加工部320とを有する。ドラムロール310を回転駆動する機構については、周知であるため省略する。接合装置300は、複数の帯状体400に対し接合領域500を形成する。すなわち、機械方向MDに搬送される第1帯状体401と第2帯状体402とは、接合装置300に供給される。この際、第1帯状体401と第2帯状体402は重ねられる。接合装置300においては、ドラムロール310と接合加工部320とにより、重ねられた第1帯状体401と第2帯状体402に接合領域500が設けられる。接合領域500は、図2に示されるように、重ねられた第1帯状体401と第2帯状体402の所定領域に設けられる。この接合領域500により、重ねられた第1帯状体401と第2帯状体402の所定領域が接合される。なお、この接合領域500は、後述する清掃体A200における接合部A320を形成する。この接合部A320が、本発明に係る「接合部」の一例である。所定領域が接合された第1帯状体401と第2帯状体402は、第3帯状体403とされる。第3帯状体403は、次の工程に向かうために、機械方向MDに搬送される。なお、接合装置300は、ドラムロール310に対し帯状体400(第1帯状体401、第2帯状体402、第3帯状体403)を固定するための複数の抑えロール340を有する。
すなわち、帯状体400は、ドラムロール310の回転に追随し、搬送される。したがって、接合装置300は、帯状体400の搬送状態を停止することなく、帯状体400に対し接合領域500を形成することが可能となる。
エンボスロールは、接合領域500を形成するための凸部(図示せず)と、凸部を加熱するための加熱部(図示せず)を有する。なお、この凸部および加熱装置は、周知のヒートシール装置の構成を適宜選択することが可能であるため、詳細な説明を省略する。なお、凸部および加熱装置は、エンボスロールではなく、ドラムロール310に設けることも可能である。このような構成の接合加工部320により、帯状体400の所定領域を熱溶融し、接合領域500を形成することができる。
なお、接合領域形成部330は、エンボスロールに限られない。例えば、特開2002-355270号、特開2005-205026号、特開2004-298413号、特開2012-76342号などに開示された技術を使用することができる。
重ねた帯状体400は、複数のシート資材A340を重ねることにより形成することができる。また、重ねた帯状体400は、複数の繊維資材A230により形成することができる。また、重ねた帯状体は、シート資材A340と、繊維資材A230により形成することができる。
さらに、重ねた帯状体400は、積層体A500を形成する。
このシート資材A340、繊維資材A230、積層体A500の詳細は後述する。
このシート資材A340が、本発明に係る「シート資材」の一例である。この繊維資材A230が、本発明に係る「繊維資材」の一例である。この積層体A500が、本発明に係る「積層体」の一例である。
この第1接合領域形成部331が、本発明に係る「第1接合領域形成部」の一例である。この第2接合領域形成部332が、本発明に係る「第2接合領域形成部」の一例である。
よって、このような問題を解決するために、図2に示される接合装置300は有効である。すなわち、所望の接合領域500を、複数の接合領域形成部330により形成するため、それぞれの接合領域形成部330の温度を大きくあげる必要が無い。したがって、帯状体400を破断することなく、確実に接合領域500を形成することが可能となる。
第1接合領域501と、第2接合領域502とは同一の形状とすることができる。また、第1接合領域501と、第2接合領域502とは異なった形状とすることができる。
図4は、第1接合領域501と、第2接合領域502とが異なる面積を有する形態を示す。すなわち、第1接合領域501と、第2接合領域502との面積が異なる。図4の場合、第1接合領域501の方が、第2接合領域502よりも面積が広い。
この場合、第1接合領域501と第2接合領域502とが、第2接合領域502において重なる。よって、この第1接合領域501と第接合領域502とが重なる領域において、帯状体400が確実に接合される。
図6に示す場合であっても、第1接合領域501と第2接合領域とを重ねることができる。よって、この第1接合領域501と第接合領域502とが重なる領域において、帯状体400が確実に接合される。
図7に示す形態の場合、第1接合領域501と第2接合領域502とは重なっていない。しかし、第1接合領域形成部331が第1接合領域501を形成した場合の余熱が、隣り合う第1接合領域501の間に残っている。よって、この隣り合う第1接合領域501の間を、第2接合領域形成部332が容易に加熱することができる。よって、第2接合領域502が確実に形成される。
すなわち、図8に示す接合装置300においては、第5帯状体405を得ることができる。第5帯状体405は、第1帯状体401と第2帯状体402とを接合する接合領域500と、第3帯状体403(第1帯状体401と第2帯状体402)と、第4帯状体404とを接合する接合領域500を有する。よって、図8に示す接合装置300は、帯状体400の積層対応に応じた接合領域500を得ることが可能となる。
すなわち、図9に示す接合装置300においては、第5帯状体405を得ることができる。第5帯状体405は、第1帯状体401と第2帯状体402とを接合する接合領域500と、第3帯状体403(第1帯状体401と第2帯状体402)と、第4帯状体404とを接合する接合領域500を有する。よって、図9に示す接合装置300は、帯状体400の積層対応に応じた接合領域500を得ることが可能となる。さらに、ドラムロール310は単一であるため、コストダウンを図ることができる。
次に、本発明に係る清掃具A100の概要を、図10~図15に基づき説明する。
清掃具A100は、清掃対象を清掃する。清掃対象としては、一戸建て、マンション、ビル、工場、車両などの室内、室外、屋外における被清掃面(床面、壁面、窓、天井面、外壁面、家具面、衣類、カーテン、寝具、照明、家電品など)や、人体の各構成部位における被清掃面などが挙げられる。これら各種の被清掃面は、平面として構成されてもよいし、或いは曲面、凹凸面、段差面として構成されてもよい。
長手方向A100Yおよび長手交差方向A100Xのそれぞれと交差する方向は、厚み方向A100Zとされる。なお、本発明に係る実施形態の説明において、特別の記載がない限りは、「交差」とは「直交」を意味する。
そして、長手交差方向中心点A100XCを通過する、長手方向A100Yと平行な直線を長手方向中心線A100YCと規定する。
図11に示すように、清掃体ホルダA400は、ハンドル部A410および清掃体保持部A420を主体として構成されている。ハンドル部A410は、長尺状に形成されており、清掃時にユーザに保持される部材である。ハンドル部A410は、ハンドルA411とハンドル接合部A412を有する。ハンドル接合部A412は、清掃体保持部A420の連接部A430に接合されている。そして、ハンドルA411は、ハンドル接合部A412から延在する長尺状に形成されている。
次に清掃体A200について説明する。清掃体A200は、清掃対象の塵芥などの汚れを捕集する、汚れ捕集機能を有するシート状の清掃体である。図10に示すように、清掃体A200は、平面視で長方形状に形成されている。
この清掃体A200は、一回使用を目安とした使い捨てタイプのものや、清掃対象の被清掃面から除去したごみや埃を保持しつつ複数回の使用を目安として交換を行う使い捨てタイプのものであってもよいし、或いは洗濯などを行ったうえで繰り返し使用することが可能なタイプのものであってもよい。
清掃体A200は、様々な構成とすることができる。本発明に係る清掃体A200として、第1清掃体A201、第2清掃体A202および第3清掃体A303を説明する。
まずは、清掃体A200の基本的な構成の説明として、第1清掃体A201に基づき説明する。なお、後述する第2清掃体A202および第3清掃体A203において、第1清掃体A201にて説明した構成と同様の構成は、同様の符号を使用するとともに、その説明を省略することがある。
図12~図15に基づき、第1清掃体A201の構成を説明する。第1清掃体A201は、長手方向A100Y上の端部A200Yと、長手交差方向A100X上の端部A200Xとを有する。
第1清掃体A201は、帯状体400により形成されるシート部A300を有する。シート部A300は、第1シート部A301と、第2シート部A302と、第3シート部A303とを有する。シート部A300を形成する帯状体400は、シート資材A340とされる。第1シート部A301は、第1シート資材A341により形成される。第2シート部A302は、第2シート資材A342により形成される。第3シート部A303は、第3シート資材A343により形成される。
シート体A300は、一方の面A300Aと、他方の面A300Bとを有する。この一方の面A300Aは、「一方の側A300A」と称されることがある。この他方の面A300Bは、「他方の側A300B」と称されることがある。
これらの積層された第1シート部A301、繊維集合体A220、第2シート部A302は、いずれも第1清掃体A201の長手方向A100Yに長尺状に延在している。
繊維集合体A220は、汚れ捕集機能を有する刷毛部A210を形成する。
繊維集合体A220は、所定の繊維配向方向にて並列に並べられるとともに、厚み方向A100Zに積層された複数の繊維により形成される。本発明の実施形態において、繊維配向方向は、長手交差方向A100Xと概ね合致する。一方、繊維は柔軟な素材であるため、容易に屈曲、変形される。よって、繊維の繊維配向方向とは、製品の設計上における繊維配向性のことを示すものである。
また、清掃時の掃き出し機能を向上させるためには、剛性の高い繊維、すなわち繊度が高い繊維を含む繊維集合体A220を用いるのが好ましい。また、繊維集合体A220は、捲縮繊維を有する構成されるのが好ましい。ここでいう捲縮繊維は、周知の捲縮処理が付与された繊維として構成され、繊維同士が絡み易い構造とされる。このような捲縮繊維を用いると、繊維集合体A220が清掃体ホルダA400装着前の状態よりも嵩高となり、更に捲縮部分にごみを取り込み易い構造とされる。本構造は、特にトウ繊維から形成された捲縮繊維を用いることによって実現され得る。
図14に示すように、第2シート部A302は、長手方向A100Yにおいて、第1シート部A301よりも短い長方形状の不織布で形成されたシートである。
第1シート部A301、第2シート部A302および第3シート部A303を構成する不織布は、いずれも典型的には熱溶融性繊維(熱可塑性繊維)からなるシート状の不織布が使用されている。すなわち、これら第1シート部A301、第2シート部A302および第3シート部A303は、「不織布シート」とも称呼される。なお、清掃時の掃き出し機能を向上させるためには、剛性の高い不織布を用いるのが好ましい。
なお、この不織布は、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)などの合成繊維が使用される。また、不織布の形態としては、エアースルー法や、スパンボンド法により形成されたものが使用される。
一方、不織布以外であっても、布帛や、合成樹脂によるフィルム体などを使用することもできる。
すなわち、第2接合部A322は、第1清掃体A201の長手方向中心線A100YCに沿って延在する。第1接合部A321は、第2接合部A322の両側に位置する。第1接合部A321は、複数設けられる。
なお、換言すると、保持空間A310は、長手交差方向A100Xにおける一対の第1接合部A321同士の間における第1シート部A301の所定領域と、第2シート部A302の所定領域とにより形成される。
一方、本発明に係る接合部は、超音波溶着、縫製、ホットメルト接着剤などによる粘着剤にて形成することも可能である。
なお、切込み線A331は、ジグザグ状とされる。短冊片A330をジクザグ状とすることによって、ごみを引っ掛けて捕捉し易い清掃機能の高い構造が実現される。なお、短冊片の形状に関しては、ジクザグ状、直線状、曲線状などのうちの単一種類或いは複数種類の形状を適宜用いることができる。
次に、清掃体A200を製造するための製造装置100の基本的な構成を図16に基づき説明する。製造装置100は、シート資材A340や繊維資材A230を重ねることにより形成される積層体A500を接合する接合パート130を有する。接合パート130は、第1接合パート131と第2接合パート132とを有する。
製造装置100は、複数のシート資材A340を機械方向MDへ搬送するとともに積層する積層シート資材供給パート110を有する。積層シート資材供給パート110により積層されたシート資材A340は、第1積層体A501を形成する。製造装置100は、繊維資材A230を機械方向MDへ搬送する第1繊維資材供給パート120を有する。
第1接合パート131は、積層シート資材供給パート110からの積層されたシート資材A340(第1積層体A501)と、第1繊維資材供給パート120からの繊維資材A230とを接合する。第1接合パート131は、第1積層体A501と繊維資材A340とを接合し、中間積層体A510を得る。
第2接合パート132は、中間積層体A510と、シート資材供給パート140からのシート資材と、第2繊維資材供給パート150からの繊維資材A230とを接合する。第2接合パート131は、中間積層体A510と、シート資材A340と、繊維資材A230とを接合し、最終積層体A520を得る。
製造装置100は、最終積層体A520を切断し、所望の清掃体A200を得る最終処理パート160を有する。最終処理パート160は、さらに、清掃体A200の梱包に必要な他の装置を有することもできる。
まずは、清掃体A201を製造する製造装置として第1製造装置101を説明する。なお、後述する第2製造装置102、第3製造装置103および第4製造装置104において、第1製造装置101にて説明した構成と同様の構成は、同様の符号を使用するとともに、その説明を省略することがある。
なお、帯状体400であるシート資材A340や繊維資材A230は長尺である。よって、製造装置100は、帯状体400を支持するためのロール等の装置や、帯状体400にテンションを加える装置を有する。一方、帯状体400を支持するためのロールや、帯状体400にテンションを加える装置においては、周知の技術であるため、その説明を省略する。
第1製造装置101の構成を図16~図33に基づき説明する。第1製造装置101は、第1清掃体A201を製造する。第1製造装置101は、接合パート1301として、第1接合装置301による第1接合パート131と、第2接合装置302による第2接合パート132とを有する。
第1シート資材供給装置211は、第1シート資材A341を機械方向MDに搬送する。第2シート資材供給装置212は、第2シート資材A342を機械方向MDに搬送する。第1シート資材A341と第2シート資材A342とは、重ねられて積層体A500を形成する。第1シート資材A341と第2シート資材A342の積層体A500は、シート積層体A501とされる。シート積層体A501は、切込み付与装置111により切込み部A331が設けられる。切込み部A331が設けられたシート積層体A501は、接合パート1301における第1接合パート131に供給される。
機械交差方向CMDにおいて、第2シート資材A342は第1シート資材A341よりも短く形成される。よって、第1シート資材A341における機械交差方向CMDの端部領域は、第2シート資材A342が重ねられない領域となる。
第1繊維資材供給装置221は、第1繊維資材A231を機械方向MDに搬送する。第2繊維資材供給装置222は、第2繊維資材A232を機械方向MDに搬送する。第1繊維資材A231と第2繊維資材A232とは、重ねられて積層体A500を形成する。第1繊維資材A231と第2繊維資材A232の積層体A500は、第1繊維積層体A502とされる。第1繊維積層体A502は、接合パート1301における第1接合パート131に供給される。なお、第1繊維資材A231と第2繊維資材A232には、それぞれオイル付与装置121により着塵用の油剤が供給される。このオイル付与装置121は、オイルコーターや、スプレーなどの周知の装置が使用される。
なお、繊維資材A230はトウと開繊することにより得られたトウが使用される。トウの繊維が延びる方向は、MD方向と概ね一致する。
第1接合パート131には、シート積層体A501と、第1繊維積層体A502とが供給される。そして、第1繊維積層体A502における、第1シート資材A341の一方の面A300Aに、第1繊維積層体A502が配置される。さらに、第1接合パート131は、ドラムロール310と接合加工部320とにより、シート積層体A501と第1繊維積層体A502とにおける所定の領域に、接合領域500を形成する。この接合領域500は、シート積層体A501と第1繊維積層体A502との所定の領域を接合する接合部A320とされる。第1接合パート131により設けられた接合部A320は、第1清掃体A201の第1接合部A321を形成する。
接合部A320により接合されたシート積層体A501と、第1繊維積層体A502は、中間積層体A510を形成する。中間積層体A510は、第2接合パート132に向かい機械方向MDへ搬送される。
第3シート資材供給装置213は、第3シート資材A343を機械方向MDに搬送する。第3シート資材A343は、切込み付与装置141により切込み部A331が設けられる。切込み部A331が設けられた第3シート資材A343は、接合パート1301における第2接合パート132に供給される。
図26は、シート資材供給パート1401において、切込み付与装置141に供給された後の状態の第3シート資材A343を示す。第3シート資材A343には、複数の切込み部A331が設けられる。一対の切込み部A331の間の領域が、短冊片A330を形成する。なお、切込み付与装置141は、カッター装置等の周知の構造を使用することができる。
第3繊維資材供給装置223は、第3繊維資材A233を機械方向MDに搬送する。第4繊維資材供給装置224は、第4繊維資材A234を機械方向MDに搬送する。第3繊維資材A233と第4繊維資材A234とは、重ねられて積層体A500を形成する。第3繊維資材A233と第4繊維資材A234の積層体A500は、第2繊維積層体A503とされる。第2繊維積層体A503は、接合パート1301における第2接合パート132に供給される。なお、第3繊維資材A233と第4繊維資材A234には、それぞれオイル付与装置151により着塵用の油剤が供給される。このオイル付与装置151は、オイルコーターや、スプレーなどの周知の装置が使用される。
第2接合パート132には、中間積層体A510と、第2繊維積層体A503と、第3シート資材A343とが供給される。この場合、中間積層体A510における、第1繊維積層体A502の表面に、第2繊維積層体A503が配置される。また、第2繊維積層体A503における第1繊維積層体A502の表面と対向する表面に、第3シート資材A343が配置される。

前記接合装置は、単一の前記ドラムロールと、前記第1接合加工部と、前記第2接合加工部とを有し、
第1シート資材と第2シート資材とを供給する工程と、
一方の繊維資材を供給する工程と、
第3シート資材を供給する工程と、
他方の繊維資材を供給する工程と、
前記ドラムロールと前記第1接合加工部によって、前記第1シート資材と、前記第2シート資材と、前記一方の繊維資材とを接合することにより中間積層体を得る工程と、
前記ドラムロールと前記第2接合加工部とによって、前記中間積層体と、前記第3シート資材と、前記他方の繊維資材とを接合することにより最終積層体を得る工程と、
を有することを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。
態様1~24に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記接合装置は、前記第1接合装置と、前記第2接合装置とを有し、
第1シート資材と第2シート資材とを重ねるとともに、重ねられた第1シート資材と第2シート資材とを所定の長さにて切断し、さらに、切断された第1シート資材と第2シート資材を供給する工程と、
一方の繊維資材を供給する工程と、
前記第1シート資材と、前記第2シート資材と、前記一方の繊維資材とを接合することにより中間積層体を得る工程と、
第3シート資材を供給する工程と、
他方の繊維資材を供給する工程と、
前記中間積層体と、第3シート資材と、前記他方の繊維資材とを接合することにより最終積層体を得る工程と、
を有することを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。
態様1~24に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記接合装置は、前記第1接合装置と、前記第2接合装置とを有し、
第1シート資材と第2シート資材とを供給する工程と、
一方の繊維資材を供給する工程と、
前記一方の繊維資材を前記第1シート資材に重ねるとともに、前記第1シート資材と、前記第2シート資材と、前記一方の繊維資材とを接合することにより中間積層体を得る工程と、
他方の繊維資材を供給する工程と、
前記他方の繊維資材を前記中間積層体の第2シート資材に重ねるとともに、前記中間積層体と、前記他方の繊維資材とを接合することにより最終積層体A520を得る工程と、
を有することを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。

- 清掃シートと、前記清掃シートを保持する保持具とを有する清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記清掃シートを形成する複数の帯状体を供給する工程と、
前記複数の帯状体を重ねる工程と、
重ねた前記帯状体を、ドラムロールと、接合加工部とを有する接合装置へ供給する工程と、
前記接合装置により、重ねた前記帯状体の所定領域に接合領域を形成する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記接合加工部は、接合領域形成部を有することを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記接合加工部は、第1接合領域形成部と第2接合領域形成部とを有し、
前記第1接合領域形成部は重ねた前記帯状体の前記所定領域に対し第1接合領域を形成し、
前記第2接合領域形成部は重ねた前記帯状体の前記所定領域に対し第2接合領域を形成することを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項3に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記第1接合領域と、前記第2接合領域とは互いに重なることを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項3に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記第1接合領域と、前記第2接合領域とは互いに重ならないことを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項3または4に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記第1接合領域と、前記第2接合領域とは異なる面積を有することを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項3または4に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記第1接合領域と、前記第2接合領域とは同一の面積を有することを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項1~7に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記接合装置は、単一の前記ドラムロールに対し複数の前記接合加工部を有することを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項1~8に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記接合装置は、第1接合装置と、第2接合装置とを有することを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項1~9に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記帯状体は、不織布によるシート資材であることを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項1~9に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記帯状体は、長繊維からなる繊維資材であることを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項10に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
重ねた前記帯状体は、複数の前記シート資材により形成されることを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項11に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
重ねた前記帯状体は、複数の前記繊維資材により形成されることを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項10~11に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
重ねた前記帯状体は、前記シート資材と、前記繊維資材とにより形成されることを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項12~14に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
重ねた前記帯状体は、積層体を形成することを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項15に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記接合装置は、前記積層体に前記接合領域を形成することにより、前記積層体を形成する前記帯状体同士を接合する接合部を構成することを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項15または16に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記積層体は、第1積層体と、第2積層体とにより構成されることを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項17に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記第1接合装置は、前記第1積層体に前記接合部を形成し、
前記第2接合装置は、前記第1積層体と前記第2積層体とに前記接合部を形成することを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項1~18に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記清掃シートは、シート部と繊維集合体とを有することを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項19に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記シート部は、前記シート資材を切断することにより形成されることを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項19に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記繊維集合体は、前記繊維資材を切断することにより形成されることを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項19~21に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
所定方向において、前記繊維集合体よりも前記シート体の方が短く形成された前記清掃シートが構成されることを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 請求項19~22に記載された清掃具の製造方法であって、
前記シート体の一方側と他方側のそれぞれに前記繊維集合体が設けられた前記清掃シートが構成されることを特徴とする清掃具の製造方法。 - 清掃シートと、前記清掃シートを保持する保持具とを有する清掃具の製造装置であって、
前記清掃シートを形成する複数の帯状体を供給する装置と、
前記複数の帯状体を重ねる装置と、
ドラムロールと接合加工部とを有する接合装置とを有し、
前記接合装置は、重ねた前記帯状体の所定領域に接合領域を形成することを特徴とする清掃具の製造装置。
