L'invention concerne un composant ornemental (300) pour un bracelet et/ou un collier. Le composant ornemental (300) comporte un trou traversant lui permettant de s'enfiler sur un élément allongé d'un bracelet et/ou d'un collier, ledit trou traversant définissant un axe (304) de trou traversant. Le composant ornemental (300) comprend : un logement (301) autoportant comportant un trou traversant (350) comprenant une première ouverture (351) d'un premier côté du logement autoportant et une seconde ouverture (352) du second côté du logement autoportant; et un ensemble insert (302, 303) introduit dans ledit trou traversant dudit logement autoportant. L'ensemble insert est assemblé à partir d'un premier élément tubulaire (302) comportant un trou traversant qui constitue au moins une partie dudit trou traversant dudit composant ornemental et un élément de prise (303) pour tenir serrée par frottement une partie dudit bracelet et/ou collier. Le premier élément tubulaire est configuré pour fixer solidement ledit élément de prise à l'intérieur dudit trou traversant dudit composant ornemental.
