Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture de récipient contenant un produits dans lequel on doit ajouter un composant supplémentaire immédiatement avant l'utilisation. Le dispositif de fermeture est à base de polyéthylène et comprend un couvercle dont le corps peut comporter un filetage interne afin de se visser sur le filetage externe du goulot du récipient, un bouton, un film de protection brisable avec une languette pour le déchirement et une perforation, et une capsule étanche avec un additif. Dans le corps du couvercle se trouve un insert creux comprenant sur le côté externe et sur toute la longueur de la circonférence une protubérance assurant l'étanchéité du récipient après le dévissage sur le goulot. L'insert creux comprend dans sa partie supérieure un verrouillage se connectant au bouton et, dans sa partie inférieure, une ouverture sur laquelle vient se fixer le fond de la capsule comportant des épaulements périphériques. La capsule comprend au moins deux parois dont une, disposée du côté du bouton, est déformable et non déchirable, tandis que l'autre paroi est déchirable du fait de l'action d'un élément projetable du bouton sur la capsule. Dans l'espace entre l'insert et le bouton sont disposés des éléments d'étanchéité assurant l'étanchéité du récipient et la facilité d'activation du bouchon.
