Abstract
本发明提供一种新型多功能瓶盖,涉及一种可真空储存茶叶/茶粉的瓶盖,由可拆卸真空筒、十字塑料柱、瓶盖基座、漏网瓶盖和外瓶盖组成。茶叶/茶粉以真空状态保存在可拆卸真空筒中,漏网瓶盖以螺纹传动方式带动十字塑料柱下移直至与可拆卸真空筒中的斜圆柱接触,受力后,底部一端被捅破,茶叶/茶粉流出,漏网瓶盖上部镂空,以隔离茶叶。本发明通过把茶叶/茶粉真空保存在可拆卸真空筒,实现了茶饮料中无添加防腐剂,即时制作,新鲜美味,旋转瓶盖即可打开可拆卸真空筒,简单、快捷,方便不同年龄阶段的消费人群。本发明瓶盖的结构简单,加工方便,适用范围广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种瓶盖,具体是涉及一种可真空储存茶叶/茶粉的瓶盖。
背景技术
目前国内市场的茶饮料都是工厂加工好的液体饮料储存在塑料瓶中,为延长保质期,通常会在茶饮料中加入苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸等防腐剂,导致茶饮料的口感大大折扣,本发明可将新鲜的茶叶/茶粉保存在真空筒中,通过旋转瓶盖打开真空筒,将新鲜的茶叶/茶粉倒入瓶中,形成新鲜口感好的茶饮料,让爱茶人士免于茶饮料中的防腐剂困恼。
发明内容
为解决茶饮料中添加苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠等防腐剂进而影响茶饮料口感的问题,本发明公开一种瓶盖,达到提供一种方便饮用新鲜茶叶/茶粉饮料的目的。
为达到上述的技术目的,本发明设计出的瓶盖,由可拆卸真空筒、十字塑料柱、瓶盖基座、漏网瓶盖和外瓶盖组成。
所述可拆卸真空筒由开口圆筒、斜圆柱体和薄膜组成,开口圆筒上部有一微小变径,开口圆筒底部受一定向下压力后会破开,斜圆柱体一端与开口圆筒底部边缘处固定,另一端指向薄膜的中心,开口圆筒底部厚度不均,斜圆柱连接处更薄,斜圆柱的竖直高度比开口圆筒的高度短2mm,开口圆筒顶部用薄膜密封,密封前将筒内抽真空以更好的保存筒内物品。
所述十字塑料柱为螺纹空心柱,且其内螺纹1与漏网瓶盖的外螺纹1匹配,十字塑料柱的十字部位与瓶盖基座的细小柱状体匹配,由于细小柱状体的限制,当旋转漏网瓶盖时十字塑料柱上下移动。
所述瓶盖基座由四条细小柱状体、卡槽、倒钩1、内螺纹2组成,四条细小柱状体用来限制十字塑料柱的十字部位防止十字塑料柱旋转,卡槽与可拆卸真空筒上部契合,可拆卸真空筒可安装和拆卸,倒钩1用于固定漏网瓶盖,内螺纹2与水瓶瓶口外螺纹联接。
所述漏网瓶盖由倒钩2、漏网平面、螺旋圆柱、外螺纹1与外螺纹2组成,漏网瓶盖底边的一圈倒钩2与瓶盖基座上的倒钩1匹配,使漏网瓶盖与瓶盖基座连接,漏网平面上有一群小圆孔,螺旋圆柱中心与漏网平面中心连接,并与十字塑料柱以螺纹形式联接,旋转瓶盖可使十字塑料柱上下移动,外螺纹1与外瓶盖内螺纹3联接,外螺纹2与十字塑料柱的内螺纹1联接。
所述外瓶盖有内螺纹3,与漏网瓶盖外螺纹1联接。
与现有瓶盖相比,本发明具有以下优点及效果:
(1)茶叶/茶粉在真空环境下的储存,免除了茶叶/茶粉添加防腐剂而引起口感上的变化;
(2)只需旋转瓶盖,即可当场制作茶饮料,为茶爱好提供新鲜、便捷、快速的茶饮料,也方便不同年龄阶段的消费人群;
(3)瓶盖的漏网瓶盖上部镂空,在饮用过程可隔离茶叶,满足不同情况使用。

图4为漏网瓶盖正视图及剖面图,其中4-1为倒钩2、4-2为漏网平面、4-3为螺旋圆柱、4-4为外螺纹1、4-5为外螺纹2。

具体实施方式
旋转所述漏网瓶盖(4),十字塑料柱(2)沿着漏网瓶盖(4)的螺旋圆柱(4-3)向下移动,十字塑料柱(2)底部先接触到可拆卸真空筒(1)的薄膜(1-3),继续旋转漏网瓶盖(4),十字塑料柱(2)触碰可拆卸真空筒(1)内的斜圆柱(1-2),继续旋转,因可拆卸真空筒(1)底部受力,底部一端被捅破,另一端仍与筒壁连接,继续旋转,开口不断增大,当开口达到设定最大值时,漏网瓶盖(4)无法旋转,随着开口的不断增大,筒内物品就会流入水瓶内。
上述说明并不代表限制本发明的其他使用方法,实际应用时还可有其他类似变化,任何本行业或相关行业的技术人员可对本发明在不脱离本系统的基础上进行加工改良、等同替换,但均属于本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种真空瓶盖,由可拆卸真空筒(1)、十字塑料柱(2)、瓶盖基座(3)、漏网瓶盖(4)和外瓶盖(5)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空瓶盖,其特征在于所述可拆卸真空筒(1)由开口圆筒(1-1)、斜圆柱体(1-2)和薄膜(1-3)组成,开口圆筒(1-1)上部有一微小变径,开口圆筒(1-1)底部受一定向下压力后会破开,斜圆柱体(1-2)一端与开口圆筒(1-1)底部边缘处固定,另一端指向薄膜(1-3)的中心,开口圆筒(1-1)底部厚度不均,斜圆柱(1-2)连接处更薄,斜圆柱(1-2)的竖直高度比开口圆筒(1-1)的高度短2mm,开口圆筒(1-1)顶部用薄膜(1-3)密封,密封前将筒内抽真空以更好的保存筒内物品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的真空瓶盖,其特征在于所述十字塑料柱(2)为螺纹空心柱(2-1),且其内螺纹1(2-2)与漏网瓶盖(4)的外螺纹1(4-5)匹配,十字塑料柱(2)的十字部位(2-3)与瓶盖基座(3)的细小柱状体(3-1)匹配,由于细小柱状体(3-1)的限制,当旋转漏网瓶盖(4)时十字塑料柱(2)上下移动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的真空瓶盖,其特征在于所述瓶盖基座(3)由四条细小柱状体(3-1)、卡槽(3-2)、倒钩1(3-3)、内螺纹2(3-4)组成,四条细小柱状体(3-1)用来限制十字塑料柱(2)的十字部位(2-3)防止十字塑料柱(2)旋转,卡槽(3-2)与可拆卸真空筒(1)上部契合,可拆卸真空筒(1)可安装和拆卸,倒钩1(3-3)用于固定漏网瓶盖(4),内螺纹2(3-4)与水瓶瓶口外螺纹联接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的真空瓶盖,其特征在于所述漏网瓶盖(4)由倒钩2(4-1)、漏网平面(4-2)、螺旋圆柱(4-3)、外螺纹1(4-4)与外螺纹2(4-5)组成,漏网瓶盖(4)底边的一圈倒钩2(4-1)与瓶盖基座(3)上的倒钩1(3-3)匹配,使漏网瓶盖(4)与瓶盖基座(3)连接,漏网平面(4-2)上有一群小圆孔,螺旋圆柱(4-3)中心与漏网平面(4-2)中心连接,并与十字塑料柱(2)以螺纹形式联接,旋转真空瓶盖可使十字塑料柱(2)上下移动,外螺纹1(4-4)与外瓶盖(5)内螺纹3(5-1)联接,外螺纹2(4-5)与十字塑料柱(2)的内螺纹1(2-2)联接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的真空瓶盖,其特征在于所述外瓶盖(5)有内螺纹3(5-1),与漏网瓶盖(4)外螺纹1(4-4)联接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的真空瓶盖,其特征在于:旋转所述漏网瓶盖(4),十字塑料柱(2)沿着漏网瓶盖(4)的螺旋圆柱(4-3)向下移动,十字塑料柱(2)底部先接触到可拆卸真空筒(1)的薄膜(1-3),继续旋转漏网瓶盖(4),十字塑料柱(2)触碰可拆卸真空筒(1)内的斜圆柱(1-2),继续旋转,因可拆卸真空筒(1)底部受力,底部一端被捅破,另一端仍与筒壁连接,继续旋转,开口不断增大,当开口达到设定最大值时,漏网瓶盖(4)无法旋转,随着开口的不断增大,筒内物品就会流入水瓶内。
