학습자 단말기를 통해 다운로드받은 교재 또는 이북 관련 학습컨텐츠 파일의 재생 기간 또는 재생 횟수에 제한을 두어, 학습컨텐츠 파일 재생 기간 또는 재생 횟수 갱신을 위해 학습자가 연속적으로 학습 컨텐츠 제공 서버에 접속하도록 유도하는 효과가 있다.
또한 본 발명은 교재 또는 이북 교재에 특정용어 설명이나 문제 해설을 위한 URL정보를 삽입하여, 학습 중에 특정용어 설명 및 문제해설을 다운로드받아 사용하기 위해 학습자가 연속적으로 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버에 접속하도록 유도하는 효과가 있다.
또한 본 발명은 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버에 접속할 때마다 포인트를 부여하고, 부여되는 포인트로 학습컨텐츠 파일 재생 기간 또는 재생 횟수를 갱신하거나, 관련 교재를 무료 또는 할인된 가격으로 구매하도록 하여 학습자가 연속적으로 학습 컨텐츠 제공 서버에 접속하도록 유도하는 효과가 있다.

이하, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 본 발명을 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 상세히 설명하기 위하여, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 상세하게 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 학습 컨텐츠 제공 시스템을 나타낸 도이다.
학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)는 학습컨텐츠 파일을 제공받는 회원들의 정보를 저장하는 회원정보 데이터베이스(110)를 포함한다.
또한 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)는 학습컨텐츠 파일에 해당하는 동영상파일, 특정부분의 자세한 설명이 포함된 동영상파일, 3차원이미지파일, 특정용어설명파일, 문제해설파일과 그에 대응되는 2차원 바코드 또는 URL정보를 서로 매칭하여 저장하는 학습컨텐츠 파일 데이터베이스(120)를 포함한다.
이때 학습컨텐츠 파일은 DRM(Digital Rights Management)설정되어 있지 않거나, DRM으로 설정되어 있을 수 있으며, 이 경우 다운로드 시 재생 기간 또는 재생 횟수가 미리 설정되어 있다.
이러한 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)는 학습자 단말기(200)의 요청에 따라 학습컨텐츠 파일 데이터베이스(120)에 저장된 학습컨텐츠 파일을 학습자 단말기(200)로 전달한다.
또한 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)는 등록된 회원들이 접속할 때마다 학습컨텐츠 파일 재생기간 또는 재생 횟수 제한을 연장하거나, 관련 교재를 무료 또는 할인된 가격으로 구매할 수 있는 포인트를 지급한다.
학습자 단말기(200)는 교재에 인쇄된 2차원 바코드를 촬영하고, 촬영된 2차원 바코드를 판독하여 얻어진 정보를 화면에 표시한다.
이때 2차원 바코드를 판독하여 얻어진 정보는 URL정보이며, 이 URL정보는 해당 학습컨텐츠 파일이 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(200)에 저장되어 있는 위치를 나타낸다.
다른 방법으로 학습자 단말기(200)는 교재에 인쇄된 URL 정보를 직접 입력할 수도 있다.
학습자 단말기(200)는 학습자의 요청에 따라 2차원바코드정보 즉 URL정보를 이용하여 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)에서 해당 학습컨텐츠 파일이 저장된 위치에 접속한다.
그리고 학습자 단말기(200)는 접속한 위치에 저장된 학습컨텐츠 파일 목록을 전달받아 표시하고, 학습컨텐츠 파일 다운로드를 요청한다.
이후 학습자 단말기(200)는 학습컨텐츠 파일을 다운로드받아 저장한다.
이후 학습자 단말기(200)는 저장된 학습컨텐츠 파일의 재생기간 또는 재생 횟수가 만료되면 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)에 접속하여 학습컨텐츠 파일의 재생기간 또는 재생 횟수 연장을 요청한다.
이때 학습컨텐츠 파일의 재생기간 또는 재생 횟수를 연장하는 방법은 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)에서 미리 설정될 수 있으며, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는 동영상 또는 교재평가를 제공하는 방법, 개인정보를 추가적으로 입력하는 방법, 소정의 비용결제 또는 소정 포인트 차감 방법이 설정된 것으로 가정하여 설명하기로 한다.
또한 학습자 단말기(200)는 이북(E-Book) 교재를 다운로드 받아 사용할 경우 이북뷰어 프로그램을 통해 이북을 재생한다.
이때 학습자 단말기(200)는 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)에 접속하여 이북을 미리 다운로드 받는다.
그리고 학습자 단말기(200)는 이북을 재생하는 중에 이북에 표시된 URL정보를 이용하여 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)에서 해당 학습컨텐츠 파일이 저장된 위치에 접속한다.
이때 학습컨텐츠 파일은 이북의 동영상 파일, 특정 부분의 자세한 설명이 포함된 동영상파일, 특정 이미지의 3차원 이미지파일, 특정용어설명파일, 문제해설파일 등이 될 수 있다.
그리고 학습자 단말기(200)는 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)로부터 해당 학습컨텐츠 파일을 다운로드받아 표시한다.
이후 학습자 단말기(200)는 다운로드받은 학습컨텐츠 파일의 재생기간 또는 재생횟수가 만료되어 재생이 되지 않으면 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)에 접속하여 학습컨텐츠 파일의 재생기간 또는 재생횟수 연장을 요청한다.
한편, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는 학습자 단말기(200)가 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)로부터 학습컨텐츠 파일을 다운로드받는 것으로 설명하였으나, 스트리밍(streaming)서비스를 통해 학습컨텐츠 파일을 실시간으로 제공받아 표시할 수도 있다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 학습 컨텐츠 제공 서버에 접속하는 학습자 단말기의 내부 구성도이다.
제어부(210)는 학습자 단말기(200)의 전반적인 동작을 제어하는 기능을 수행한다.
제어부(210)는 2차원 바코드 촬영이 요청되면 영상입력부(220)를 제어하여 교재에 인쇄된 2차원 바코드를 촬영하도록 한다.
그리고 제어부(210)는 2차원 바코드 인식 및 변환부(230)를 통해 촬영한 2차원 바코드를 판독하고, 판독한 2차원 바코드 정보를 통해 얻어진 URL 정보를 표시부(250)를 통해 표시한다.
제어부(210)는 URL정보를 이용하여 학습 컨텐츠 제공 서버(100) 중 URL정보에 해당하는 위치에 접속한다.
그리고 제어부(210)는 URL정보에 해당하는 위치에 저장된 학습컨텐츠 파일을 다운로드받아 저장한다.
한편 제어부(210)는 이북뷰어프로그램이 실행되면 열람 가능한 이북목록을 표시한다.
이때 열람 가능한 이북목록은 미리 다운로드받은 교재목록이 될 수 있다.
제어부(210)는 이북목록 중 특정 이북이 선택되면 특정 이북을 표시부(250)를 통해 표시한다.
이후 제어부(210)는 이북에 표시된 URL정보 중 어느 하나가 선택되면 선택된 URL정보를 이용하여 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100) 중 URL 정보에 해당하는 위치에 접속한다.
그리고 제어부(210)는 URL 정보에 해당하는 위치에 저장된 학습컨텐츠 파일을 다운로드받아 저장한다.
이후 제어부(210)는 저장된 학습컨텐츠 파일의 재생기간 또는 재생 횟수가 만료되면 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)에 접속한다.
영상입력부(220)는 이미지 데이터를 입력받으며, 입력받은 이미지 데이터를 2차원 바코드 인식 변환부(230)로 전달한다.
2차원 바코드 인식 변환부(230)는 영상입력부(220)로부터 2차원바코드를 입력받으면 입력받은 2차원 바코드를 판독하고 2차원바코드 판독을 통해 얻어진 2차원 바코드정보를 제어부(210)로 전달한다.
송수신부(240)는 데이터를 송수신하는 기능을 수행하며, 특히 제어부(210)의 제어하에 URL정보에 대응되는 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)의 위치에 접속하여, 미리 저장된 학습컨텐츠 파일을 전달받는다.
표시부(250)는 제어부(210)의 제어하에 촬영한 2차원바코드 또는 입력받은 URL정보를 표시하고, 이북뷰어프로그램을 통해 실행되는 이북을 표시하며, URL정보를 통해 전달받은 학습컨텐츠 파일을 표시한다.
키입력부(260)는 키 매트릭스 구조 뿐 아니라 표시부(250)와 함께 터치스크린 방식으로 구현될 수 있다.
저장부(270)는 이북뷰어프로그램을 저장하고, URL주소에 해당하는 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)의 위치에서 전달받은 학습컨텐츠 파일을 저장한다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 학습자 단말기가 학습컨텐츠 파일을 다운로드받기 위해 학습 컨텐츠 제공 서버에 접속하는 과정을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.
학습자 단말기(200)는 S301단계에서 2차원 바코드가 촬영되면 S302단계에서 촬영된 2차원 바코드를 판독하고, S303단계에서 2차원 바코드 판독을 통해 얻어진 URL정보를 표시한다.
한편 학습자 단말기(200)는 S301단계에서 2차원 바코드가 촬영되지 않으면, S304단계에서 URL정보를 입력받아 표시할 수도 있다.
학습자 단말기(200)는 S305단계에서 표시된 URL정보 접속을 요청받으면 S306단계에서 URL정보에 해당하는 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)의 위치로 접속한다.
그러면 학습자 단말기(200)는 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)로부터 로그인 정보 전달을 요청받고, 학습자로부터 입력받은 로그인 정보를 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)로 전달한다.
이때 로그인 정보는 학습자가 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)에 회원가입시 입력한 아이디 및 비밀번호가 될 수 있다.
학습자 단말기(200)는 S307단계에서 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)로부터 로그인이 승인되면 S308단계에서 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)로부터 URL정보로 접속한 위치에 저장된 학습컨텐츠 파일 목록을 전달받아 표시한다.
이대 학습컨텐츠 파일은 동영상파일, 3차원이미지파일, 특정용어설명파일, 문제해설파일 중 적어도 어느 하나가 될 수 있다.
학습자 단말기(200)는 S309단계에서 표시된 학습컨텐츠 파일의 다운로드가 선택되면 S310단계에서 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)로부터 학습컨텐츠 파일을 다운로드받아 저장한다.
이때 다운로드된 파일은 DRM설정 되어 있지 않거나, 필요한 경우 DRM이 설정되어 재생기간 또는 재생횟수에 제한을 받는다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 학습자 단말기가 다운로드 받은 학습컨텐츠 파일의 재생 기간 또는 재생 횟수를 갱신하기 위해 학습 컨텐츠 제공 서버에 접속하는 과정을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.
학습자 단말기(200)는 S401단계에서 저장된 학습컨텐츠 파일목록 표시를 요청받으면 미리 저장된 학습컨텐츠 파일목록을 표시한다.
그리고 학습자 단말기(200)는 S402단계에서 특정 학습컨텐츠 파일 재생이 요청되면 학습컨텐츠 파일의 재생기간 또는 재생횟수를 판단한다.
이때 학습자 단말기(200)는 S403단계에서 학습컨텐츠 파일의 재생기간 또는 재생횟수가 만료된 것으로 판단되면 S404단계에서 학습컨텐츠 파일의 재생기간 또는 재생횟수 연장을 위해 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)에 접속한다.
그리고 학습자 단말기(200)는 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)로부터 로그인 정보 전달을 요청받으면 학습자로부터 입력받은 로그인 정보를 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)로 전달하며 로그인을 요청한다.
이때 로그인 정보는 학습자가 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)에 회원가입시 입력한 아이디 및 비밀번호가 될 수 있다.
학습자 단말기(200)는 S405단계에서 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)로부터 로그인이 승인되면 S406단계에서 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)를 통해 실행 가능한 메뉴 중 학습컨텐츠 파일 재생기간 또는 재생 횟수 연장메뉴를 선택한다.
이때 학습컨텐츠 파일 재생기간 또는 재생 횟수 연장메뉴는 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)에서 미리 설정될 수 있으며, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는 동영상 또는 교재평가 제공메뉴, 개인정보 추가 입력메뉴, 소정의 비용 또는 소정 포인트 차감 메뉴와 연동하여 설정된 것으로 가정한다.
학습자 단말기(200)는 S407단계에서 학습컨텐츠 파일 재생기간 또는 재생횟수 연장을 위해 미리 설정된 메뉴 중 동영상 또는 교재평가 제공 메뉴를 선택받으면 S408단계에서 동영상 또는 교재에 대한 평가를 학습자로부터 입력받아 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)로 전달한다.
한편, 학습자 단말기(200)는 S409단계에서 학습컨텐츠 파일 재생기간 또는 재생 횟수 연장메뉴 중 개인정보 추가 입력메뉴를 선택받으면 S410단계에서 개인정보를 추가로 입력받아 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)로 전달한다. 즉, 기존에 입력하지 않았던 개인 정보 중 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)가 요청하는 개인 정보를 추가 제공함으로써 학습자 단말기(200)는 다운로드받은 학습컨텐츠 파일의 재생 기간이나 재생 횟수를 연장할 수 있다.
또한 학습자 단말기(200)는 S411단계에서 소정의 비용 또는 소정의 포인트 차감메뉴를 선택받으면 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)로 소정의 비용 결제 또는 소정의 포인트 차감을 요청한다.
이와 같이 본 발명은 다운로드받은 학습컨텐츠 파일의 재생 기간이나 재생 횟수를 포인트, 개인 정보 추가 입력, 학습컨텐츠 대한 평가를 통해 연장할 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 학습자 단말기가 다운로드받은 이북에 삽입된 URL정보를 통해 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버에 접속하는 과정을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.
학습자 단말기(200)는 S501단계에서 이북뷰어프로그램이 실행되면 S502단계에서 열람 가능한 이북목록을 표시한다.
이때 열람 가능한 이북목록은 학습자가 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)에 접속하여 미리 다운로드받은 이북이되는 것이 바람직하다.
학습자 단말기(200)는 S503단계에서 특정 이북 열람을 선택받으면 선택받은 이북을 표시한다.
그리고 학습자 단말기(200)는 이북을 표시하는 중에 S504단계에서 이북에 기재되어 있는 URL정보를 선택받으면 S505단계에서 URL정보에 해당하는 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)의 위치로 접속한다.
그리고 학습자 단말기(200)는 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)로부터 로그인정보 전달을 요청받으면 학습자로부터 로그인 정보를 입력받아 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)로 전달한다.
이때 로그인 정보는 학습자가 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)에 회원가입시 입력한 아이디 및 비밀번호가 될 수 있다.
학습자 단말기(100)는 S506단계에서 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)로부터 로그인이 승인되면 S507단계에서 해당 URL정보의 위치에 저장된 학습컨텐츠 파일을 전달받아 표시한다.
이를 통해 학습자는 교재를 사용하며 학습하는 중에 연속적으로 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)에 접속하게 되고, 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버(100)에서 제공하는 다양한 학습컨텐츠를 제공받게된다.
이상의 설명에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 제시하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명이 반드시 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 여러가지 치환, 변형 및 변경할 수 있음을 쉽게 알 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 학습자 단말기에서 수행되어지되,
    교재에 인쇄된 URL정보를 입력받는 (a)단계;
    상기 URL정보에 해당하는 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버의 위치에 접속하는 (b)단계;
    상기 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버의 위치에 저장된 학습컨텐츠 파일을 전달받아 재생하는 (c)단계;
    상기 전달받은 학습컨텐츠 파일의 재생기간 또는 재생횟수가 만료되면 상기 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버에 연속적으로 접속하여 상기 학습컨텐츠 파일의 재생기간 또는 재생횟수의 연장을 요청하는 (d)단계를 포함하는 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버 접속 유도 방법.
  2. 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 (a)단계는,
    교재에 인쇄된 2차원 바코드를 촬영하는 (a1)단계;
    상기 촬영한 2차원 바코드를 판독하고, 판독을 통해 추출한 URL정보를 표시하는 (a2)단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버 접속 유도 방법.

    상기 전달받은 학습컨텐츠 파일의 재생기간 또는 재생횟수가 만료되면 상기 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버에 연속적으로 접속하여 상기 학습컨텐츠 파일의 재생기간 또는 재생횟수의 연장을 요청하는 (d)를 포함하는 학습컨텐츠 제공 서버 접속 유도 방법.
