因此, 如何解决上述现有真空吸引辅助器在使用时的问题, 即为本发明的 重点所在。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述的问题而提供一种真空吸引辅助器, 在于可依 使用者的感受, 调整杯体在使用时进气及排气的量, 以调整生殖器在杯体内抽 回时的负压, 及生殖器在杯体内移入时的阻力, 而兼具辅助男性生殖器勃起及 情趣用品的功效。
为实现上述目的, 本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种真空吸引辅助器, 它包括:
一杯体, 呈中空且两端透空, 其外径在一端内缩而形成一颈部, 且在该颈 部中具有一向外透空的第一开口, 在该颈部的另一端具有一向外透空的第二开 口, 该第一开口结合有一结合件;

该膜片 5 2设于该膜片室 5 1 3中, 具有上下周面设有凸点及切线缝 5 2 0, 可供空气由对应的一方或周边进出与闭锁。 当该调节件 3旋动时, 此止制 件 5 0的底面随之同步升高或降低, 该膜片 5 2可获得向上推升的自由, 该膜 片为弹性材质, 在上周面和下周面对应设复数的凸点, 下凸点 5 2 2比上凸点 5 2 3细小较低, 放入膜片座中, 膜片 5 2下细突点和膜片座面成一间隙, 呈 浮起状态, 当该调节件旋动时, 此止制面的底面随之同步升高或降低, 可随意 调节空气进入或排出杯体内量的多少。
本发明的膜片 5 2,通过凸点抵触止制件形成间隙,因此当调节件微调时, 该止制件同步上下升降, 也使膜片连动升降, 使本发明达到精准控制空气进入 或排出的量, 以改变杯体内负压值的大小。
该护套膜 5 4设于该护套 5 3的底部, 此护套 5 3为弹性体结构, 而以其 弹性套设于该膜片座 5 1的底部而位在结合件 2内, 此护套膜 5 4具有一切线 缝 5 4 0, 故此护套膜 5 4可保护膜片室 5 1 3的干净, 又可使杯体 1内的空 气可由护套膜 5 4的线缝 5 4 0通过。
本实施例的真空吸引辅助器在使用时, 通过男性使用者手握杯体 1并套于 生殖器 A上, 通过抽送的方式使用。 杯体 1内的空气可由第一开口 1 1经该闭 锁组件 5的护套膜 5 4通过, 且再通过该下通孔 5 1 2而进入膜片室 5 1 3, 此时空气将膜片 5 2上顶至该上凹部 5 0 2中, 造成膜片 5 2的上凸变形, 而 使该切线缝 5 2 0打开, 空气即由此切线缝 5 2 0通过该上通孔 5 0 3, 杯体 1内的空气同样对生殖器 A形成阻力, 此时空气经由该结合件 2与颈部 1 0之 间朝外流出; 反之, 当生殖器 A往入口端 4 2方向抽回时, 空气则由上述经过 的构件反向回流至杯体 1内, 此当空气再经过膜片 5 2时, 会将此膜片 5 2下 吸至该下凹部 5 1 1中,此时膜片 5 2下凹变形,同样使该切线缝 5 2 0打开, 空气即由此切线缝 5 2 0通过该下通孔 5 1 2及护套膜 5 4而进入杯体 1中。
因此, 由上述的说明不难发现本发明的优点, 调节件 3的旋动精细地微调 此调节件 3与膜片座 5 1 (即延伸部 2 1 ) 间的间隙, 配合该膜片 5 2使空气 由该切线缝 5 2 0通过, 并且该膜片 5 2的上凸点 5 2 3及下凸点 5 2 2的大 小差异, 使该膜片 5 2具有升降功能, 以控制空气双向式流动, 而令生殖器 A 在杯体 1内抽回时, 可由负压产生吸引力而达到辅助生殖器 A勃起的功效, 且 生殖器在杯体 1内前移产生的负压以及抽回产生的阻力, 可模拟生殖器 A在紧 实的阴道中抽动的情境, 令使用者具有真实性交的模拟效果。
此外, 使用者手握杯体 1抽送的过程中, 并可通过该伸缩套 1 4可伸缩的 特性, 让杯体 1在生殖器 A上可抽送的行程增长, 故可利用伸缩套压缩空气, 当生殖器前移与抽回时产生负压的效果, 协助稍具有生殖器勃起能力的使用 者, 将生殖器渐进式吸入杯体 1内, 进行抽送的动作。
以上所述实施例的揭示用以说明本发明, 并非用以限制本发明, 故举凡数 值的变更或等效元件的置换仍应隶属本发明的范畴。
由以上详细说明, 可使熟知本项技术人员明了本发明的确可达成前述目 的, 实已符合专利法的规定, 爰提出专利申请。

Claims

权利要求
1 . 一种真空吸引辅助器, 其特征在于, 它包括:
一杯体, 呈中空且两端透空, 其外径在一端内缩而形成一颈部, 且在该颈 部中具有一向外透空的第一开口, 在该颈部的另一端具有一向外透空的第二开 口, 该第一开口结合有一结合件;
一调节件, 螺锁于该结合件, 该调节件与该结合件间略具透气的间隙, 并 可相对该结合件旋松而调整间隙大小, 且该结合件具有至少一纵向的气道, 可 辅助气体由该调节件与该结合件之间流动;
一闭锁组件, 包括一止制件、一膜片座及一膜片; 该止制件具有一上隔部, 该上隔部具有气孔; 该膜片座具有一位于该上隔部下方的下隔部, 该下隔部具 有一下通孔, 该上隔部与该下隔部间形成一膜片室; 该膜片设于该膜片室中, 具有一切线缝, 该气孔、 该切线缝及该下通孔形成可供空气进出的通道。
2 . 依权利要求 1所述的真空吸引辅助器, 其特征在于: 所述杯体中置入 一呈中空的软胶套, 该软胶套置入所述杯体中, 且该软胶套具有一孔径内缩的 入口端, 该软胶套内具有一横隔膜。
3 . 依权利要求 1所述的真空吸引辅助器, 其特征在于: 所述上隔部具有 一上凹部位于所述上通孔处; 所述膜片座具有一下凹部位于所述下通孔处, 该 下凹部与该上凹部间形成所述膜片室的活动空间, 所述下隔部的下通孔小于所 述上隔部的上通孔。
4 . 依权利要求 1所述的真空吸引辅助器, 其特征在于: 所述闭锁组件更 包含一护套及一护套膜, 该护套膜设于该护套的底部, 以该护套结合于所述膜 片座的底部。
5 . 依权利要求 1所述的真空吸引辅助器, 其特征在于: 所述杯体在邻近 所述第二开口的一端具有一伸缩套。
6 . 依权利要求 1所述的真空吸引辅助器, 其特征在于: 所述膜片, 具有 上下周面设有凸点, 该凸点在上周面和下周面对应复数设置, 下凸点比上凸点 较为细小。
