Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé qui fournissent un service d'interaction et un système qui les utilise, le service d'interaction surveillant si des enfants en bas âge sont à la crèche ou la quittent par une étiquette de communication en champ proche (NFC), et fournissant aux parents une alarme en temps réel concernant le résultat de la surveillance, de telle sorte qu'un établissement pour enfants en bas âge peut effectuer à distance une gestion intégrée par l'intermédiaire de terminaux mobiles pour déterminer si les enfants en bas âge sont à la crèche ou la quittent, permettant aux parents de calmer leurs inquiétudes quant au point de savoir si leurs enfants sont à la crèche ou la quittent par l'intermédiaire de l'alarme en temps réel.
