技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种梯具连接用的结构部件, 尤其是涉及一种用于梯 具连接的厚板式关节锁。 背景技术
20世纪 70年代, 美国人 Hal Wing设计制造了俗称 "小巨人" (Little
Giant) 的伸缩式多用途梯, 经过多年来的发展, "小巨人"梯具已经成为业 内牛耳, 风靡全球。
"小巨人"梯具的关键技术在于其连接上下梯段的连接部件一一厚板 式关节锁。请参阅图 1至图 4, 所述厚板式关节锁 10包括内片 11和叠合在 所述内片两侧的外片 12, 所述内片 11和外片 12能相对转动, 所述厚板式 关节锁 10还包括用于将所述内片 11和所述外片 12锁定定位的定位轴套 13, 所述定位轴套 13上具有转轴 14和锁销 15,所述外片 12上还固设有限位柱 16, 所述限位柱 16在所述内片 11和所述外片 12相对转动的角度为 180° 时与所述内片 11的外圆弧面 110相抵触。 限位柱 16可以增加该厚板式关 节锁 10的承重性能。
通过该定位轴套 13,使得该厚板式关节锁 10的内片 11和外片 12可以 转动至设定角度后锁定, 如通常设定定位轴套 13在内片 11和外片 12展开 角度为 0° 、 36° 和 180° 时锁定。 由于采用上述结构, 将两个所述的厚板 式关节锁 10连接于上下梯段之间后就可以实现使一把梯子被变形用做为双 面踏板梯 (展开角度为 36° ) 或长直梯 (展开角度为 180° ), 达到其多用 途的目的。
当变形为长直梯时, 此时两个所述厚板式关节锁的内片和外片均展开 至 180° , 在特定情况下, 如按美国和澳洲等国的梯具测试标准要求, 被测 试梯具须在一个厚板式关节锁失效 (锁销 15退出锁销孔)的情况下能够承受 住测试负载。 现有技术中, 当一个厚板式关节锁失效后, 虽然该厚板式关 节锁依靠限位柱 16与外片 12的抵触仍有一定的承重能力, 但因内片上与 限位柱抵触的其承重面为外圆弧面, 限位柱在该外圆弧面会产生一定的移 位, 从而使上下段梯具承重角度超过 180° , 受力越大, 位移越大, 内片和 外片相对转动的角度也越大, 使得整梯的承重性能降低, 从而使得整梯测 试失败的可能性增加。 在此情形下, 现有技术的解决办法是通过加强厚板 式关节锁的强度或整梯的强度来提高整梯的承重性能, 这样势必会大大增 加整梯的成本。 发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷, 本实用新型的目的是提供一种承重性能更 好、 更加安全可靠的厚板式关节锁。
为达到上述目的, 本实用新型提供一种梯具连接用的厚板式关节锁, 所述厚板式关节锁包括内片和叠合在所述内片两侧的外片, 所述内片和外 片能相对转动, 所述厚板式关节锁还包括用于将所述内片和所述外片锁定 定位的定位轴套, 所述外片上还固设有限位柱, 其特征在于: 所述内片上 具有限制所述限位柱产生位移的凹槽, 在所述内片和所述外片相对转动的 角度为 180° 时所述限位柱部分或全部进入所述凹槽内。
较佳地, 所述限位柱为圆柱, 所述凹槽的底面为向内凹的弧形面, 所 述弧形面与所述限位柱的外周面相切配合。 更佳地, 所述弧形面的半径大 于或者等于所述限位柱的半径。
较佳地, 所述凹槽的深度大于或者等于所述限位柱的半径。
由于采用上述技术方案, 本实用新型提供的一种厚板式关节锁通过在 内片上具有凹槽, 在所述内片和所述外片相对转动的角度为 180° 时, 所述 凹槽可限制所述限位柱产生位移, 从而增强该厚板式关节锁的承重性能, 使其更加安全可靠。 附图说明

下面结合附图对本实用新型的最佳实施方式进行详细说明。
请参阅图 5 至图 8, 本实用新型提供一种梯具连接用的厚板式关节锁

于本实施例中, 所述限位柱 26为圆柱, 所述凹槽 27的底面为向内凹 的弧形面, 限位柱 26的外圆周面与所述凹槽的弧形面相切配合, 且所述凹 槽 27的弧形面的半径 R大于所述限位柱 26的半径。所述凹槽 27的深度 H 大于所述限位柱 26的半径。
请参阅图 9,将两个所述的厚板式关节锁 20连接于上梯段 31和下梯段 32之间后就可以实现使一把梯子被变形用做为双面踏板梯(展开角度为 36 。 ) 或长直梯 (展开角度为 180° ), 达到其多用途的目的。 将安装了本实 用新型厚板式关节锁 20的梯具 30展开至 180° 进行单关节性能测试时,将 梯具按一定角度斜架在竖直墙面 40上, 然后使其中一个厚板式关节锁 20 失效 (使锁销 25退出锁孔),此时,失效关节锁因限位柱 26落在凹槽 27内,使 得该失效关节锁仍能有效地协助另一个厚板式关节锁共同承受在被测试梯 具上梯段 31上的悬挂重物 50。
相较于现有技术, 采用本实用新型的厚板式关节锁 20连接的梯具 30 展开角度较难超过 180° , 承重性能大大提高, 使梯具更加安全可靠。

1. 一种梯具连接用的厚板式关节锁, 所述厚板式关节锁包括相转动连 接的内片和外片, 所述厚板式关节锁还包括用于将所述内片和所述外片锁 定定位的定位轴套, 所述外片上还设有用于限制所述内片的相对转动角度 的限位柱, 其特征在于: 所述内片上具有用于抵挡所述限位柱的凹槽。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种梯具连接用的厚板式关节锁, 其特征在 于: 所述内片和所述外片相对转动展开后所述限位柱进入所述凹槽内。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种梯具连接用的厚板式关节锁, 其特征在 于: 所述限位柱为圆柱, 所述凹槽为向内凹的弧形凹槽。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的一种梯具连接用的厚板式关节锁: 其特征在 于: 所述弧形凹槽的半径大于或者等于所述限位柱的半径。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的一种梯具连接用的厚板式关节锁, 其特征在 于: 所述凹槽的深度大于或者等于所述限位柱的半径。
