一种手术用电凝钩,依次包括一体成型的接口部(3)、体部(1)和钩部(2),体部(1)外覆有绝缘层(11);钩部(2)与体部(1)成110°至140°的夹角。该电凝钩具有可塑性,便于术中适应不同角度,易于实现精细分离操作。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗器械, 具体涉及手术用电凝钩。
背景技术
电凝钩主要用于微创手术中,在手术中起到分离切割人体组织以 及电凝止血的功能。 现在的电凝钩具有如下不足: 1、 设计上均为角 度固定, 一般为 90度或者 0度, 不能适应术中不同角度和周围存在 复杂结构时的需要; 当年设计者为避免电凝钩伸入体腔出现误伤所设 计的 90度或者 0度钝头形状在现有的技术下已属不必要。 1、 为了适 应不同的角度, 有的设计釆用刀身釆用较为具有弹性的材料, 但在术 中容易出现难以控制弹力的现象, 可能导致危险。 3、 现有的电凝钩 的尖端往往较为圓钝粗大,难以精细分离诸如血管鞘膜等需要精细解 剖的组织。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术不足,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一 种电凝钩, 能适应手术时的复杂结构使用、 适应不同角度、 容易精细 分离组织。
为解决上述技术问题, 本实用新型釆用的技术方案为, 手术用电 凝钩,依次包括一体成型的接口部、体部和钩部,体部外覆有绝缘层; 钩部与体部成 11 0° 至 140° 的夹角。 这样的结构能满足实际手术中 的使用需要, 具有极大的灵活性。
进一步的技术方案为 ,体部的前端部横截面直径自后向前逐渐减 小, 所述前端部是指靠近钩部的一端。 这样的结构可最大限度减少对 操作区视野的阻碍。
优选地,体部与钩部接合处的横截面直径为为 0. 6毫米至 1. 0毫 米; 钩部的横截面直径与接合处匹配。 这样的结构使钩部钩尖精细而 不过尖。
更优地, 所述体部为塑性不锈钢体部, 所述钩部为塑性不锈钢钩 部。 这样的结构更容易适应手术操作的不同角度, 塑性材质可以避免 弹性不能控制的情况, 也可以调整以绕过不能直线到达的组织。
更优地, 所述钩部外涂设有不粘涂层。 这样的结构可以减少术中 钩部粘连凝固物。
本实用新型的手术用电凝钩钩尖端精细而又不过尖,且具有可塑 性,便于术中调整角度,能灵活应对手术的使用需要,适应不同角度, 并易于实现精细分离操作。

具体实施方式
如图 1和图 2所示,本实用新型的手术用电凝钩依次包括一体成 型的接口部 3、 体部 1和钩部 2 , 体部 1外覆有绝缘层 11 ; 钩部 2与 体部 1的夹角 B成 110° 至 140° , 本实施例中为 115° 。 体部 1的 前端部横截面直径自后向前逐渐减小,所述前端部是指靠近钩部 2的 一端。 体部 1与钩部 2接合处 12的横截面直径为为 0. 6毫米至 1. 0 毫米, 本实施例中为 0. 8毫米; 钩部 2的横截面直径与接合处 12匹 配。 所述体部 1为塑性不锈钢体部, 具有塑形能力, 所述钩部 2为塑 性不锈钢钩部。 钩部 2外还可以涂设有不粘涂层(图未示出), 当然 根据实际使用需要也可以不涂上不粘涂层。
对本领域的技术人员来说, 可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构 思, 做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变, 而所有的这些改变以及形变 都应该属于本实用新型权利要求的保护范围之内。
