本实用新型公开了一种手术用电凝钩,依次包括一体成型的接口部、体部和钩部,体部外覆有绝缘层;钩部与体部成110°至140°的夹角。 本实用新型的手术用电凝钩钩尖端精细而又不过尖,且具有可塑性,便于术中调整角度,能灵活应对手术的使用需要,适应不同角度,并易于实现精细分离操作。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗器械,具体涉及手术用电凝钩。
背景技术
电凝钩主要用于微创手术中,在手术中起到分离切割人体组织以及电凝止血的功能。现在的电凝钩具有如下不足:1、设计上均为角度固定,一般为90度或者0度,不能适应术中不同角度和周围存在复杂结构时的需要;当年设计者为避免电凝钩伸入体腔出现误伤所设计的90度或者0度钝头形状在现有的技术下已属不必要。2、为了适应不同的角度,有的设计采用刀身采用较为具有弹性的材料,但在术中容易出现难以控制弹力的现象,可能导致危险。3、现有的电凝钩的尖端往往较为圆钝粗大,难以精细分离诸如血管鞘膜等需要精细解剖的组织。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术不足,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种电凝钩,能适应手术时的复杂结构使用、适应不同角度、容易精细分离组织。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为,手术用电凝钩,依次包括一体成型的接口部、体部和钩部,体部外覆有绝缘层;钩部与体部成110°至140°的夹角。这样的结构能满足实际手术中的使用需要,具有极大的灵活性。
进一步的技术方案为,体部的前端部横截面直径自后向前逐渐减小,所述前端部是指靠近钩部的一端。这样的结构可最大限度减少对操作区视野的阻碍。
优选地,体部与钩部接合处的横截面直径为为0.6毫米至1.0毫米;钩部的横截面直径与接合处匹配。这样的结构使钩部钩尖精细而不过尖。
更优地,所述体部为塑性不锈钢体部,所述钩部为塑性不锈钢钩部。这样的结构更容易适应手术操作的不同角度,塑性材质可以避免弹性不能控制的情况,也可以调整以绕过不能直线到达的组织。
更优地,所述钩部外涂设有不粘涂层。这样的结构可以减少术中钩部粘连凝固物。
本实用新型的手术用电凝钩钩尖端精细而又不过尖,且具有可塑性,便于术中调整角度,能灵活应对手术的使用需要,适应不同角度,并易于实现精细分离操作。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型的手术用电凝钩依次包括一体成型的接口部3、体部1和钩部2,体部1外覆有绝缘层11;钩部2与体部1的夹角B成110°至140°,本实施例中为115°。体部1的前端部横截面直径自后向前逐渐减小,所述前端部是指靠近钩部2的一端。体部1与钩部2接合处12的横截面直径为为0.6毫米至1.0毫米,本实施例中为0.8毫米;钩部2的横截面直径与接合处12匹配。所述体部1为塑性不锈钢体部,具有塑形能力,所述钩部2为塑性不锈钢钩部。钩部2外还可以涂设有不粘涂层(图未示出),当然根据实际使用需要也可以不涂上不粘涂层。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本实用新型权利要求的保护范围之内。

1.手术用电凝钩,依次包括一体成型的接口部、体部和钩部,体部外覆有绝缘层;其特征在于:钩部与体部成110°至140°的夹角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手术用电凝钩,其特征在于:体部的前端部横截面直径自后向前逐渐减小,所述前端部是指靠近钩部的一端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的手术用电凝钩,其特征在于:体部与钩部接合处的横截面直径为0.6毫米至1.0毫米;钩部的横截面直径与接合处匹配。
4.根据权利要求1所述的手术用电凝钩,其特征在于:所述体部为塑性不锈钢体部,所述钩部为塑性不锈钢钩部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的手术用电凝钩,其特征在于:所述钩部外涂设有不粘涂层。
