Recorte.- Se corta la viga en la cortadora (Fig. 7, inciso a) al espesor deseado de manera perpendicular al sentido natural del laminado obteniendo ya piezas laminadas de madera y acrílico (Fig.7, inciso b,e y f). h) Rencolado.- Se aplica adhesivo sobre el canto de la pieza o lámina recortada para colocarlo ante otra pieza laminada sobre la prensa horizontal, repitiendo el procedimiento hasta llegar al ancho estándar de 122 mm aproximadamente (Fig. 8). i) Reprensado.- Se utiliza una prensa horizontal (Fig. 9, inciso g) sobre la que se colocan las laminas (Fig. 9, inciso h) ejerciendo presión suficiente y esperando el tiempo de curado del adhesivo conforme a la ficha técnica del producto y las normas establecidas al respecto, obteniendo de este modo un tablero de madera y acrílico con el espesor deseado. j) Limpieza.- El tablero laminado (Fig. 10, inciso h) es limpiado haciéndole pasar una barra con punta (Fig. 10, inciso i) para eliminar los excesos de adhesivo y las virutas que lleguen a existir. k) Escuadrado.- Se pasa el tablero (Fig. 1 1 , inciso h) por una maquina que lo corta (Fig. 1 1 , inciso a) en escuadra por los cuatro cantos para garantizar que se obtengan las medidas estándar de 122mm de ancho por 244 mm de largo y permitir de este modo que el cliente final pueda diseñar sus aplicaciones con certeza.
