The prior art Light-transmitting material and a method for its manufacture (RU patent for the invention 2604040,
A disadvantage of the known technical solution is the use of optical fiber as a light transmitting (light conducting) material used to transfer light within itself through total internal reflection. It has such disadvantages as the complexity of the formation process when laying the optical fiber, the complexity of manufacturing, the complexity of installation, as well as the fragility of the used optical fiber in structures of this type.
The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a light-transmitting decorative panel (patent RU 176734,
The technical result, the solution of which the claimed invention is directed, is to simplify manufacturing technology while expanding the range of decorative solutions.
Поставленный технический результат достигается созданием Светопропускающей декоративной панели заявляемым способом (далее -способ).The technical result is achieved by creating a light transmitting decorative panel of the claimed method (hereinafter referred to as the method).
3D.The essence of the technical solution lies in the fact that in the inventive method for producing a light-transmitting decorative panel, a shield is initially obtained made by gluing under pressure sheet materials by alternating layers of a processed solid sheet of light-transmitting material, for example, wood or any other solid material, and a layer of a similar-sized light-transmitting polymer or any other light transmitting material. Moreover, the number of light-transmitting layers is always one layer less than the number of layers of a solid sheet of light-transmitting material. Next, the finished shield is subjected to dissolution (sawing) into wavy slats, each of which may differ from the previous waveform (the amount of bending) and which is assigned its own conditional number. After that, the slats are laid on the rib in a strictly defined sequence (sequentially according to the numbering of the slats), then the connection is made in the press under pressure, or by mechanical fasteners, they get the 3D wall effect. It is possible to dissolve the shield on straight and equal in width rails, the technology for producing a light-transmitting decorative panel is carried out in the same way, but the result will be a flat panel without the 3D effect.
The invention is illustrated in the graphic material, where in FIG. 1 shows a finished shield with a glued layer of light-transmitting material, FIG. 2 is an example of a set (sawing of battens from a shield) of battens for a panel with a 3D effect, in FIG. 3 - a set of rails for a panel with a 3D effect (orthogonal projection of the rail and the panel itself), in FIG. 4 - finished Light-transmitting decorative panel made by the present method.
The process of obtaining a light-transmitting decorative panel according to the claimed method is as follows.
A shield is formed by alternating sheets of any processed
After that, subsequent surface treatment is carried out by any known method, for example, grinding, tinting and / or varnishing, until light passes through the light-transmitting material from one side of the material to the other.
Moreover, the thickness of the layers may vary depending on the requirements. By combining thin sheets of solid light-transmitting material, for example, wood, glue with light-transmitting polymeric material, the strength and tightness increases, and the use of different layers of different thicknesses allows you to vary the degree of light transmission. The use of light-transmitting polymers as light-transmitting material with a high degree of light transmission, not inferior to the light transmission of silicate glasses, high static and impact strength, relatively low bulk density, can significantly reduce the weight of building and decorative elements.
The claimed invention allows for the implementation of various original design decisions, including in the manufacture of furniture.
Thus, the claimed method of obtaining a light-transmitting decorative panel, helps to expand the range of decorative solutions, both for interior decorative decoration of interiors, various surfaces, in solving other interior and design tasks, and for decorating the interiors of premises for various purposes with the possibility of placing lighting fixtures for these panels , as well as for use on the street, for example, decoration of facades of buildings and structures.
The claimed invention allows to simplify the manufacturing technology while expanding the range of use, which is the advantage and advantage of the proposed technical solution compared to the prototype.
