Abstract
The proposed utility model relates to the field of construction, in particular to the production of light-conducting structural elements (materials), in the manufacture of furniture, for interior and exterior decorative decoration of interiors, various surfaces, in solving other interior and design tasks, and can be used as panels for furniture, doors, as well as for decorating the interiors of premises for various purposes, as well as for outdoor use, for example, decoration of the facade of a building. The technical result, the solution of which is aimed at creating a utility model, is to simplify manufacturing technology while reducing cost and increasing productivity, with expanding the range of use. The technical result achieved is achieved by creating a light-transmitting decorative panel containing alternating layers of light-transmitting material made of plexiglass, PET or any other light-transmitting material with light-transmitting material such as wood, metal, plastic or any other light-transmitting material, the layers being stacked and rigidly connected between themselves by gluing or gluing under pressure, and as layers it is possible to use as a sheet material, t and a liquid polymer, by alternating layers of fillings and solid sheet material using a mold or formwork, the liquid polymer may have light-transmitting properties or svetonepropuskaemymi. The solid material is laid in a form or formwork so that there are equal equal gaps between the solid layers, followed by filling with a liquid polymer transparent or opaque, depending on what material is solid, for example, you can take wood, and fill the gaps with clear polymer. Moreover, as a light-transmitting material, it is possible to use both colorless and colored material with a wide color gamut, whether it is solid or liquid, it is also possible to add photoluminescent pigments with a reflective effect to the adhesive composition or to the polymer composition, regardless of whether the material is light-transmitting or not . The alternation of layers can be either horizontal / vertical, or in the form of squares. The thickness of the layers can vary depending on the specified requirements, and cut the finished glued board possibly into thinner boards in a longitudinal section with subsequent surface treatment. By combining thin sheets of solid light-transmitting material by glue with light-transmitting material, the strength and tightness are increased, and the use of different layers of different thicknesses allows you to vary the degree of light transmission. The use of light-transmitting plastics as a light-transmitting material, having a high degree of light transmission, not inferior to the light transmission of silicate glasses, high static and impact strength, relatively small bulk weight, can significantly reduce the weight of building and decorative elements; and the use of a wide range of colors allows for the implementation of various original design decisions. Thus, having various options for manufacturing a light-transmitting decorative panel, it is possible to expand the range of use both in the interior and in the manufacture of furniture, for interior and exterior decorative decoration of interiors, various surfaces, in solving other interior and design tasks, and it can be used as panels for furniture, doors, as well as for decorating the interiors of premises for various purposes with the possibility of placing lighting fixtures for these panels and illuminate the premises, as well as for and use outdoors, such as decoration of facades of buildings and structures.

No. 21). The invention relates to the field of construction and will allow for a uniform distribution of fibers in a fluid solution. The manufacturing method includes supplying a transparent building element having a fiber composite that contains transparent fibers to a first conveying device that continuously moves the fiber composite to a coating device in which the fiber composite is coated with a fluid solution. From the coating device using the second conveying device, the coated fibrous composite is continuously transferred to the formwork, the coated fibrous composite is continuously laid in the form of zigzags in the formwork, and the fluid solution with transparent fibers enclosed in it solidifies to obtain a transparent preform, the surface of which after the extracts are processed so that the cross sections of the transparent fibers are open.
A disadvantage of the known material is the complexity of manufacture, the complexity of installation, as well as the fragility of the optical material used in a structure of this type.
Known light-transmitting material and method of its manufacture (RU patent for the invention 2604040, IPC E04C 1/42, E04C 1/40, publ. 10.12.2016, Bull. No. 34). The invention relates to the construction, in particular the production of light-transmitting materials. The technical result is a simplification while reducing cost. Light-transmitting material contains layers of optical fiber suitably stacked in a stack, separated by layers of non-transmitting material, followed by surface treatment. Rigid material made in the form of a parallelepiped was used as a non-transmitting material, and the layers laid in the foot are rigidly interconnected by gluing under pressure. A method for manufacturing the material is also described.
In known technical solutions of light-transmitting materials (light-transmitting structural elements), an optical fiber is used as a light-transmitting (light-transmitting) material, which is used to transfer light within itself through total internal reflection. It has such disadvantages as the complexity of the formation process when laying the optical fiber.
The closest in technical essence to the proposed utility model is light-transmitting material (RU patent for utility model 162640, IPC E04C 1/40, publ. 06/20/2016 Bull. No. 17), containing layers of optical fiber appropriately stacked in a stack, separated from each other layers of non-light-transmitting material, followed by surface treatment, as a non-light-transmitting material, a rigid material made in the form of a parallelepiped was used, and layers laid in a stack are rigidly interconnected by gluing d pressure. The manufacture of light-transmitting material consists in laying the layers of optical fiber in the foot accordingly, separating the layers with the optical fiber with layers of non-light-transmitting material, followed by surface treatment. As a non-light transmitting material, a rigid material made in the form of a parallelepiped was used, and the layers laid in the foot are rigidly connected to each other by gluing under pressure. In this case, the optical fiber is stacked by pre-winding it in at least one layer, at least on (N-1): 2 non-transmitting layers, where N is the total number of non-transmitting layers. The glue composition may contain finely dispersed non-light transmitting material.
