Abstract

 WATERPROOF SEALING SYSTEM AGAINST FLOODS

 The invention is part of the technical construction sector, more specifically in relation to the sealing of homes, premises, garages and other flooding establishments.

STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE

 Floods are currently increasing across the planet, destroying everything they find in their path. Every year we see that it not only affects underdeveloped countries but also first world countries, entering their homes and leaving them without their most precious assets.

 In the absence of means to prevent water from entering the aforementioned spaces, the idea that we describe in this document emerges.

 For this, the present invention focuses on preventing water from entering the inhabited spaces in a simple and easy to use manner.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

 Our invention is a new sealing system that consists of a metal carpentry that is installed in the recess or outside of the doors and windows at street level, completed with a compact roller that is placed at ground level for doors and in The lintel for windows.

Waterproof door flood sealing system

 In this case, it would consist of three pieces installed as follows, two side pieces (Figure 1) placed in the recessing of the doors as guides and a lower part (Figure 9) placed at ground level. The side pieces will be U-shaped metal profiles with a serrated profile in L (1) that thanks to some pressure bolts (2), a rubber seal for hermetic sealing (3) and closing locking systems (4) ) hook the waterproof elastic sheet (6) that will come out of the bottom piece that we will describe below. To complete this piece we have a PVC trim (Figures 7 and 8) to hide and protect the system.

REPLACEMENT SHEET (RULE 26) The lower part will be a compact consisting of a U with the same system of the side pieces, plus our self-collecting roller system (Figures 9 and 10) from which the waterproof elastic sheet (6) will rise and press with the side pieces to prevent water from entering. It will have a cover for maintenance and assembly (5). We will complete, in the same way as on the sides, with a trim (Figures 11, 12 and 13), in this case galvanized steel (7) with rubber studs (8), to hide and protect the system.

 In this case it would consist of four pieces installed in the following way, two side pieces (Figure 1) placed in the recessing of the windows as guides and another one placed at the bottom of it. The side pieces will be U-shaped metal profiles with a serrated profile in L (1) that thanks to some pressure bolts (2), a rubber seal for hermetic sealing (3) and closing locking systems (4) ) hook the waterproof elastic sheet (6) that will come out of the bottom piece that we will describe below. To complete this piece we have a PVC trim (Figures 7 and 8) to hide and protect the system.

 The upper part will be a square metal profile with lower opening that carries inside our roller system with self-collection from which the waterproof sheet (6) will come out, which we will lower and press with the lateral and lower parts to prevent water from entering.

Claims

1. Waterproof sealing system against flooding, to place on doors and windows of garages, homes, warehouses, commercial premises, etc. Composed of metal profiles with snap fasteners and lateral guides through which ascends (in doors) or descends (in windows) a waterproof elastic sheet (6) that leaves our roller system with self-collection, characterized in that the side pieces (Figure 1) and the lower part (Figure 9) are embedded in walls and floor to avoid inconvenience to people and generate the least possible visual impact.

System according to claim 1, characterized in that the side pieces will be U-shaped metal profiles with a toothed profile in L (1) which, thanks to pressure bolts (2), a rubber seal for hermetic sealing (3) and closing locking systems (4) hook the waterproof elastic sheet (6) that will leave the lower part (Figure 9). To complete this piece we have a PVC trim (Figures 7 and 8) to hide and protect the system.
